Good vibes and great service. It's a great local bar where you feel welcomed and drinks are at a reasonable price.
The price is right..The staff , very nice. The food is simply Nija. Good ooooo
I'm a Caribbean girl, I can't remember if I've ever had Nigerian food. However, I kept seeing pepper soup on my Pinterest and as an avid Nigerian movie fan I was motivated to try it. I had no clue what to expect but It looked so good online I had to find it . I searched a Nigerian restaurant near me and found this hidden gem and guess what ? They had pepper soup with assorted meat. Anyways I ordered some pepper soup and let me tell you that I am in loveeeeeeeeee!! Don't get me wrong it's so spicy and I couldn't finish it in a day but I loved every bit of it. I haven't tried the other dishes but I'll recommend the pepper soup over and over again.
This is probably the yummiest place I have had Nigerian food in Toronto. I love the seafood okra and Oha soup.
One of the best spot in town. Pocket friendly and the boss is very receptive and down to earth with his customers. In 1976 customers satisfaction is their outermost priority. Reason i have recommended lots of customers to them. One thing got me really upset in recent time. 3 times I have bought take away rice when I get home the rice is small and the meats are mostly Bonny without flesh. They should try and work on this act as I have recommended some persons making same complaints that what you eat there is very different from what you take to go
My life changed after discovering this best Nigerian food restaurant. Very delicious at a lower price, I no longer cook at home because of their delicious foods including pepper soup, Jellof rice, egusi, okoro, Nkwobi, Oka na ube and much more.
I ordered for assorted egusi and pounded yam for someone and when the food arrived we had to trash it, the smell was horrible, the look was horrible, it had water and egusi separated in different directions. I won’t recommend
Found this location via Google , I was intrigued by the reviews and decided to try it . It’s just as described. The food was amazing , I had the oha soup for the first time by mistake , but it was good . My friend had the bitter leaf soup and it met expectations. Great customer service , and I will definitely be coming again
Nice place For Nigerian taste
Good food, good price, no comparison.
Terrible food. Not what I asked for at all. Terrible taste, Terrible quality
Guys i think i just found my new spot to buy African food cheaper. The pepper soup assorted is soo good for just $10.
Good food, value for money.
Not too fantastic, 1st experience was better than the second visit.
A place to be for good African delicacies!
Amazing spot
The best Nigeria meal you can think of. They are not stingy with extra protein on their meal. Omg the corn and pear taste like home. I enjoyed ordering from there. I hope they don t change. Thanks guyz
Coldshot den
Nice food , I will definitely go back
Paul turned situation into a pleasant customer service experience... awesome friendly and welcoming personality
Love the food. Always deliver delicious meals with good portion. My husband orders swallow from them and we have never regretted it.
Great place for relaxation and the services is perfect
Nice place for my usual Yellow Garri with Vegetable soup.
The best taste of African meal you can get here in the whole of Canada .
This is the best place to get Nigerian local foods. The exact same way youd have it back home, especially Igbo soups like Oha, Onugbo, Egusi and any other one. They make their foods completely organic and so healthy. I have been in awe and stuck. Try and thank me later.
Great African Dishes.. 5stars
Yummy food at pocket friendly prices. Best African restaurant in the GTA. Will definitely come back over and over again!
Thank you so much for having the best customer service skills in the whole of TORONTO
I buy a pepper soup , I like it and they know how to cook , keep it up what are you waiting for order ur food now ..
Great food, lovely ambience and excellent service
Best place to have a great meal .. great customers service, clean and food is worth the price paid
After your meal you must LICK your fingers Back and front = Delicious meal... Owner is respectful...interactive...with Excellent customer service and positive vibes... You can as well get your hands dirty with the snooker table...with great ambiance of music.. waffi...AREA!!!!!
The rice was slimy in certain parts as if there was an external substance included that was not supposed to be in the rice. I m not sure what that was, so I won t say what I assumed it was. I have had Jollof rice many times, and this was highly strange The restaurant itself did not smell good at all. I was excited to try but greatly disappointed.
Food was so good.
Good African restaurant and entertainment center
Got dinner from my husband, he it
This is the best Nigerian food place in Toronto! Like I cook very good soups because Im from Akwa-Ibom, so it is usually difficult to find anything I can enjoy, like I cannot risk soups at all, but Ive had this restaurants okro and a whole banga, they were amazing to the point that Im commenting on google!! Just go and try!!!
Time is not what they say, always found this place closed
The best Nigerian restaurant by a country mile. The Banga soup was supreme.
Ordered on uber, egusi soup , the portions were good but I ordered assorted meat w/ pounded yam and I had one goat meat piece, 1 chicken piece that was too hard to bit into and like 5 big tripes in my soup, wheres my meat. And I prefer smooth pounded yam, it was not as smooth
The food beats my expectation
The food is amazing, tastes like something you can only find back home.Great hospitality, very affordable and filling too.My kids love the swallow with either ogbono or Okra soup
The food was bland, lacked flavour. Nothing like these raving reviews describe. Maybe I caught them on a bad day or maybe these reviews are not so objective. Who knows? I got Banga soup and Isi Ewu. The Banga was too little. I still had half of the poundo left when the soup finished and I was barely dabbing the swallow on the soup :(.
The food was great, atmosphere was good except for the great big sour faced woman at the front counter bar she had no manners, class and definitely did not know how to talk to people just had her bleached, broad face buried in her phone! She should be fired but the man behind the bar was a professional. Bad first and last impression
Their ofe akwu is legit from heaven. So good so so good. My partner also liked their isi ewu.
Very good in fufu and other Nigeria local food. But needs improvement in making Jollof Rice.
Awesome food. I loved it, I wanted to taste the abacha but he didn t have it when we ordered our food. We really enjoyed the nsala, the bitter leaf and my all time favorite, the nkwobi.
Super nice owner
This place has the best food with very affordable prices.. and the owner is so nice too
Fantastic food
The guy is a great cook! Hes calm and friendly. Always eager to help. The lady waitress is another top notch, hovering around you. She makes you feel welcome and appreciated. I like their A+ attitude.
