EXPENSIVE an achiote that in the Chinese store costs 6.99 in this store it costs 9.99 an irrational price I understand that you have to earn something from the sale of a product but it is 3 dollars plus an abuse

Better go to Market-tino at 2831 Keele St. The owner of this store is a very rude and haughty old slut. He believes himself to be superior even to his own clients who literally feed him. At least it should have a little tact. But well, people who are miserable and dissatisfied with their lives will always try to make other people feel bad to feel a little better. I will not buy from this store again and I remain calm because sooner or later life will give you what it gives to others. If possible I would give zero stars to this place and its owner.

Products without prices and expired!!!

The food is horrible and expensive, and many of the products are expired. Check the date before buying. There are products that erase the expiration date as shown in the photo, be careful. When I complained to the lady, she told me that it could be that it has expired. Incredible to believe. This was years ago. Now today, January 2023, I sent my son to buy Yerba and look at the photo how the expiration date is erased compared to the other business I went to, which I wont name because thats not what its about, its about respecting the customer. Be careful .

Gotta said something about this place, few weeks ago I visited this place, and the cashier I guess she was the owner , she was screaming at the costumers, she always with angry face and treating people so rude , besides prices are out of sense (expensive ) :( so bad experience with this service.

I had a great experience here. Both the customer service and the quality of the food were outstanding. I 100% recommend this place, especially if your looking for authentic SA munchies.

Lovely little taco counter plus a well stocked small grocery area.

The food was very delicious or at least the cake that I ate was very delicious, but the lady serving (Doña Pelos) was very arrogant and rude. Many acquaintances had already told me that and I wanted to check it out myself and if they are all right, its a shame that I lose many clients for that reason.

I have been to this place four times and each time I have received terrible treatment from the man and the lady, and on top of that four times they have sold me products that have been expired for months! Pff of course Im not coming back. How disgusting, besides super expensive! I dont understand how it is possible for places like these to continue operating. I advise that before going to this place, look for other options first, if you go here first you will waste time and money, not to mention that they will treat you like garbage.

Best food Ive had since moving from SoCal, I almost cried!

The owner/woman who attends this place is rude, noisy with a grotesque way of dealing with customers. I have to remind myself not to come back here again. Her prices are unjustifiably expensive a few tacos and a candy or two and youll be dropping 40-50 bucks. She has a security man sitting outside to protect 4 or 5 parking stalls (guess thats where the excess money goes) Shes got her priorities mixed-up I think. Anyway, expensive and rude, nothing to come back to. The lady who serves is very nosy, she gets involved in what doesnt matter to her. I also have to remember not to come here, the products they sell are very expensive, a few sweets or some tacos with soda and it costs 40 or 50 dollars. But I think the lady has to charge so much to be able to pay for private security to take care of the parking lots for her exclusive use. Anyway, everyone does what they want but I will never return here.

Owners are rude and unfriendly, they will charge you whatever they feel like depending on the weather or if they like your face. Products have no prices on them. They wanted to charge me $22 for 3 cans of condensed milk lmfao!

The lady who serves is very rude, she should serve better, if you want to eat there you cant because the lady says she doesnt want to dirty dishes for only two pupusas (it was the first thing we wanted to try and then we were going to try something else but she wanted us to we could do everything at the same time) Also some products are already expired.

It is a place where they sell Mexican products, their prices are affordable and it is as if you are arriving at a Mexican store... you can also send money through wester unior q Mexico and estuary, I recommend wester... and they also sell food...

Bad customer service. Over priced items

The food was great and kitchen staff was lovely. However owner was rude and yelled at me various times. I tried to buy arequipe and her machine wouldnt take it so she kept yelling at me every time it beeped because it couldnt read my chip. I told her i could pay with credit and she agreed but then screamed at me once it processed saying she lost money and she didnt accept credit! I clearly had told her and she denied me ever telling her. My husband tried to pay and so did my mother in law because she made us feel so aweful. She then told us she had lost 50 cents. Another day my mother in law went to buy something and the lady refused to look at her or aknoledge her. Never going there again

The owner (younger man)steals from his own customers. He gives you different prices then the older owners. Don t go here go to plaza Latina it s cheaper and not to far from this location.
