These guys not give me the bill of my cake and also poor quality food like expiry don’t buy food from this shop the staff no etiquettes how to communicate with customer, poor customer service, poor food scammed place
This place is ridiculous. We picked to chips, and price shows on the shelve is $1.19 per chips. When it came to cashier, the women said it’s $4.50 by cash, I gave her, and she said: no $9 for 2, $4.5 per chip. My bf was so easy going to let it go and got 1 chip from this scam place. But we wont ever come back.
Scammed. Didn't see reviews was just around the area. Lady was super rude changed the price of a bag of chips, took the money like I owed her a favor. I don't write much reviews but this deserved it. Avoid it if you can
So social media keeps saying El Salvador has the nicest ppl. Well does North American change that.? Geeze I see the reviews and I'm sad that ppl say the service here is bad. Ugh I just called and the girl was so short with me... felt like I was wasting her time cuz she was hired for what?? Not customer service I guess. Doesn't give good first impression. Don't wanna go there... if you want ppl to come you need to be welcoming. Basic rule!
Was excited to taste some authentic salvadorean food, pupusas which I was told they sell, but had none, and as soon I walked in seemed like the girl was not in the mood to be there or sell her products/food, the place needs to be more well kept, hire some people to clean this place, I did buy "quesadilla" no picture because it was very tasty I must say! Customer service one of the key ingredients to a successful restaurant/bakery
Had the 1/4 chicken and empanadas. The chicken had the right Portuguese flavour. Rice and potatoes and salad were also very well seasoned. They also sell lechon (pork) Empanadas sold at the front made every customer turn around. Made for a very good nutritious lunch. Great value!
The ladies has the worst attitude. we have purchased pernil from here a couple times and to be honest the taste is amazing but the ladies cashier and the owner ARE SO RUDE . they looks like they doesn’t want to be there and when you talk to them replies so angrily. I don't really. Understand how people like that can handle business to the public. We are more idiots contributed to that kind of people. Today was the last time I went there. Some one knows if we can talk to some one else just to close that store. Because she's tired and the workers too.
The lady here has the worst attitude. Will be making a complaint to BBB, we have purchased pernil from here a couple of times and to be honest the taste is amazing but the lady (who is also the owner) IS SO RUDE ON TOP OF THAT SHE IS NOT OPEN TO RECEIVING CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM. She looks like she doesn’t want to be there and when you talk to her she replies so angrily. I had to tell her that we weren’t satisfied with her attitude and service, she said for word “no one is going to teach me what to do and what not to do” and hung up the phone. Do not give her your business!!

Horrible customer service!! We purchased packaged pasta that had black bugs in it. My mother returned the pasta and showed them the bugs and was notified she would get a call back from the supplier, leaving the pasta there. She waited but no phone call. She returned there to discuss the matter and the owner and cashier were trying to ignore her and shoo her out even threatening that they would call the police! An 81 year old woman!! Absolutely disgusting! We have been shopping there for 30 years and will never step foot in there again. You should be ashamed of yourselves!

Terrible service ,rude! Place was empty and it was like I was a hassle to the lady!!! Couldn t believe it! No chicken ,nothing as advertised!! I was stuck so had her make me a cold cut sandwich ... stomach was off all night!!....old cut cuts! My mistake! ... I will never ever set foot in this bakery again!! Should be able to give zero stars !

Purchased a strawberry shortcake which was the worst cake Ive ever had. Strawberry shortcake does not have chocolate cream. Where is the vanilla cream and strawberries??? The cake tasted like it wasnt even homemade. Like nasty sponge cake. The chocolate on top of the cake looked like plastic and tasted about the same, with a disgusting chewy texture. Also, the strawberries on top had a nasty mint after taste. Waste of almost $20! Never again! Someone needs to teach these fools how to make cake.

Actually NO stars to be accurate I ordered cake for my son paid in full and pick up time 1:30. I went at 2 cake was not ready they said few minutes. Actually they forgot to make it put 2 slabs together inside dry and sloppy. Outside nice But I left to not be late at party place and my sister went to get it. I went to complain and left upset. Baker unprofessional said he won t do business with me anymore. Wow what a terrible way to do business.

Tastiest Colombian empanadas!!!! Mmmmmmm.... So good! BBQ chicken is also really good. A lot of Latin American and Italian products available. Nice selection of baked goods. A small seating area is a nice convenient touch.
Owner was extremely rude the cake was disgusting last time I will ever waste my money. Cake was a waste of moneytried to reason with him and screaming and yelling at me was stupid this has been the second time that they mess up the order the strawberries even had mold what kind of business is this jerk running with the way I was treated I will never waste my time going there again
