Place had no heat at all. Disappointed. Toronto -9c today. But the young lady named Sommia was amazing. Food was good. Food : 4/5

I dined in last night at this location. I ordered a dirty Shirley and the cheese tortellini pasta. I received my drink and noticed some bit of dirt/dust/hair on the top of the drink, I ve attached a photo. I understand mistakes happen, so I kindly told a server (not the one serving me) about it and asked if I could get a replacement. She said okay but did not apologize at all and made it seem like an inconvenience. She brought the new one and still was not apologetic at all. Later, my server came to see if the new drink was better for me , and after I showed him what I found on the first drink he just said something like oh okay and did not apologize either. I m a server myself and I would never handle a situation like this how they did, all I would ve liked was an apology after sipping literal dirt. I still tipped 18% and did not say anything but felt this was worth leaving a review over. I just hope the servers are kinder and handle situations better with others in the future.

They delete bad reviews Original review: Went here with my wife for dinner, we had Syeda as our server, She was amazing! She provided amazing service and was very knowledgeable about the menu, 10/10 would come back only for her! However, everything else was horrible. The food tasted old and while we were eating our meal we saw cockroach crawling on the ledge. When we saw the cockroach, we tried waving down the manager, a white lady I think named Melissa, but she kept avoiding us or would blantantly ignore us. After all that, we decided to just pay the bill and leave. Would not come back other than syeda!

Went to jacks for a Friday evening, very busy, Leya was very nice and welcoming. Gabby who served me went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect her knowledge of the menu helped me out and made the experience that much better. If you re planning to visit Jack s, make sure to ask for her you won t be disappointed! 5 stars all the way.

I recently visited Jack Astor s to catch the Leafs game, and it was a fantastic experience. The atmosphere was lively, with plenty of screens showing the game. The food was a highlight. We tried a variety of dishes, and each one was delicious. I would definitely recommend the Bruschetta, Asian Nachos and Hunter s Chicken. Whether you re in the mood for wings or something heartier, there s something for everyone. Our server, Ashley, truly made our visit memorable. She was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu, making great recommendations. Her enthusiasm for the game added to the fun. Overall, if you re looking for a great place to enjoy delicious food while watching sports, I highly recommend Jack Astors. I ll definitely be back!

We usually visit Jack s Don Mills location with my husband and always enjoy the experience. However, today was very disappointing. We ordered wings, but instead of the usual mix, they only brought us the drumette part. On top of that, the wings were excessively oily, and the taste was horrible completely unlike what we re used to. It felt like the quality has dropped significantly. This was not what we expected from a place we ve always liked. Unfortunately, it left us very dissatisfied.

I love Jack Astors, but this was my first time in this location and I just loved it! Adam was one of the best servers that I have ever had! Give him a raise I swear!

Love this Jacks location. We had Ashley and Gabby serving us and they were great. We did see management seem to challenge the servers and hint that the service they were giving was not great which we certainly felt wasn t the case.

Gabby is usually the employee that serves me due to where I prefer to sit. Every Friday she consistently delivers quality service with a smile. She definitely knows how to provide what I call White glove service. I can also see her as a bartender. Thank you Gabby!

We were seated at a table in the bar area. Waited for over 10 minutes and watched servers walk by and nobody acknowledged us. My boyfriend and I decided to take a seat at the bar so we moved ourselves and another 10 minutes went by and none of the bartenders acknowledged us. My boyfriend went up to one of the bartenders and said we hadn t been served in over 20 minutes and she didn t seem to care and had a horrible attitude. We live in the area and work in the industry and would come back but after this experience we are no longer interested in this establishment with 0 customer service.

We are always excited when Bruno is assigned to our table - as he remembers our past orders, favourite menu items and drink order! He know we get to talking and often get distracted - and his fun and entertaining prompts and nudges (as well as his recommendation) always make for a great experience!
