Worst food ever - the pancake mix was stale, the scrambled eggs were really bad - not scrambled but just weird. Of all the things that we ordered, the only thing we could eat was the hamburger. The kids burger was just a patty and bun - no sauces or salad in the burger. Only 1 chef and 1 server on a Saturday. Come for a beer but don t eat here.

The kitchen closes like 1 or 2 hours before the closing time. The ambience was so nice and the karoke music was so lively. Its the place where time flies

Food wasn t very good I had a steak sandwich with onion rings the onion rings were drenched in grease we also ordered coconut shrimp as an app didn t get them until we finished our dinner I don t think I would go there again the only good thing was the beer and the patio

I used to love this place! I would take my family here on a regular basis, however a few days ago there was a cockroach in my salad!!!!! YUCK! When we showed it to the server, they asked doesn t every restaurant have cockroaches? On top of that, the server had a runny nose and it was so hard not to stare at it dripping. Unfortunately we cannot unsee the cockroach and the runny nose! So much NO!

Great place to go for a quick bite, breakfast prices are super reasonable! Service was great, very accommodating :) Also a great place to watch sports, they have large TVs everywhere, you can watch from any seat! Parking: A few spots on site, no need to street park!

Drove past this gem hundreds of times and finally stopped. Good food, nice deck, nice waitress.

Been meaning to try Sunrise for ages and kept forgetting, but are we ever glad we finally did! Friendly, attentive staff and fast service. It happened to be half-price chicken wing night (Wednesday). Such a great deal. We got onion rings, sweet potato fries and 3lbs of wings grilled honey garlic and fried bbq. Both really good but preferred the grilled. Nice char to balance the sweetness. So much food for under $50 before tip! Will definitely be back to try other things like Friday Fish & Chips.

Very unprofessional and rude waitress (White Skinny Lady), my friend was asking for the wifi password and she did even listen to my friend and answered her (I am not touching somebody phone) which we were just asking for wifi password. Seems like she is discriminated against us because we are all Canadians Asian, we don t give her a tip for being rude servers lady. I will not recommend if she is the server at Sunrise Bar & Grill. I never have experienced a rude server like her at Bar Restaurant.

Such friendly staff, food was delicious my go to spot to for lunch or dinner with my dad. The barbecue wings were a hit. I will definitely be returning.

White waitress had no idea what was happening the whole night... Until she chased me outside to make it publicly apparent if the coloured person paid the bill. Which it was very clear when I was happy to walk back in and show her that she was wrong. With confirmation amongst staff. STOP RACISM

The place is very cozy, the staff is very attentive, the outdoor space has a particular charm, the food we ordered (fettuccine with sea fruit and fettuccine Alfredo with chicken and mushrooms) was delicious and we really liked it a lot. , you feel like you are in family. We recommend them!!!

Clean. Nice and kind lady was waitress. Beautiful patio. We orderder mushroom burger. It was a bit burnt and had small amount of mashroom but totally was delicious.

The food was really good, but sounds it was busier than expected, so the waitress didnt have enough time to serve well. In totall I liked it as it was cosy.

Terrible. The restaurant s waitress only provided us a bbq spicy drink and didn t want to give us a drink menu for choosing. It tasted like ketchup mix chilly with BBQ sauce and water, and was charged 10 dollars for each. The waitress was also not friendly when we asked her to repeat the special drink . Will not come to here again.

Worst service ever. Waitress was so impolite and slow. She was choosing to chat and forcing us to order something without asking us.

Second time here Found it accidentally while looking for a breakfast place on the weekends Passed by it several times but never went in for decor and atmosphere its ok typical bar Food is very good but what makes it special is the service Ive had 2 different servers both older ladies Both handle the bar like professional servers with flawless service and great attitudes even relatively early in the day 10 am If youve ever worked in a bar thats early. Go in have a drink watch tv or play darts Apparently theres karaoke at night too

First time at this place...Patio is soo cool. And service and food is really good. Beautiful place for couples day out.

Great place to go to if you are into home style cooking. Relaxed environment in the morning with very friendly staff and attentive owners. In the evening it vibe there makes you feel as if you were in a family party happy vibe with no yelling nor loud music. I admit that I havent been to Sunrise Bar & Grill since this crazy COVID pandemic. I am sure that things are different now but if they kept the same cook, then the food will still taste as good as before!

Nice patio. Went here for the first time this afternoon (Sun Oct 11) and had a good experience. I ordered the 6 ouce steak with poutine, a $3 upgrade along with grilled tomato and 3 scrambled eggs. This was on their weekend brunch menu and it filled me up. Although I would prefer if they had bigger sizes but I guess that will do for now. When I went there today, I was the only guest probably because Toronto was moved into stage 2 due to increased covid case and they only sit patrons outside on the patio only. Next time I would like to try dining inside the restaurant and try other things on the menu. Down the road, i will return.
