Came from out of town to enjoy some yummy Korean food. We over ordered on purpose to try as many things as possible since we dont have too many K restos where Im from. For a group of four, we ordered the rose ttyeboki, grilled pork belly, cheese corn, seafood pancake, spicy pork, pork katsu, ramen and probably something else I cant remember. Everything was good but I wasnt a fan of the seafood pancake. Too many ingredients and not crispy enough but tasty enough to still eat. Cute decor, cozy vibes. The tables are small and round, so dont plan to order too much because you will need more room - the portions were huge, great for sharing with a larger group.

I got cured after ordering tripe stew delivered.

Food and service are good. Place a bit small and tough to find parking spot.

I ordered soybean noodles and the portion was good and plentiful. But I think just kimchi would be better instead of dried radish and kimchi on the side.

Food is pretty good but a bit expensive. Servers are really nice. The interior design is very pretty. Theres a photozone right near the stairs where I usually stop by with friends to take pics before leaving. Just that the place is not too clean as I noticed theres a lot of dust on the way to the washroom, in the washroom, and the props near the walls.

Big portions and amazing aesthetic/lighting.

Waitres was very very attentive to our table and made our experience a pleasant one. Its a Korean style BAR WITH SNACKS. We didnt eat there but we drank a bunch of Korean Soju with Beer. The table across from us ordered a bunch of food to share and it looked good to me me!!

This spot was a really awesome place for me and girlfriends to hang out and catch up. The food was amazing and plentiful for the price point. We had a seafood pancake, fried squid tentacles, chicken wings and dumplings. We really wanted to fried rice cakes but they did not have anymore I tried soju for the first time and it was really good. The atmosphere they created was so cool with the lights and flower decor. Must check it out if you are in the area.

I ordered the beef intestine via Uber Eats, and it was packaged nicely. The meal included a side dish, fish cake soup, and a complimentary corn cheese. The beef intestine paired exceptionally well with rice. Just a heads up, the regular spicy option is genuinely spicy. Overall, a flavorful experience!

it was my first time on this resto/bar it has a nice and cozy ambiance inside. unfortunately i didnt like their service there, they forgot one of our orders. and we waited for so long like 1hour or so. they didnt update us if its coming or not.

Good place to get drinks and quality food. The menu is very extensive varying from soups, anju and dishes. My favourites are yukhwe (beef tartar) and the fried squid. It comes with the tastiest sweet garlic sauce. Always busy on the weekend.

I have been here so many times, but this is the first time I try the steam egg pot, taste very good

White rice, seaweed powder, and dried seaweed;; This rice ball with a spoonful of cheap flying fish roe on top is $9? Could you please add some sliced pickled radish, mayo, and sesame oil? It was really so tasteless. The rice was also used as dried rice. It was so tasteless that I added some sesame oil I had at home.

Great ambience & atmosphere for drinks. Relative to a drinking bar, the food here is as good as you will find in a drinking bar, especially the wings. Very reasonable alcohol prices too, usually great service

The atmosphere is okay

The concept is good, the place is good, and the servers are very attentive. Very popular place on weekends, as I went there with 8 other people at 7:30pm on Friday. By 9pm there was a line up. On warm days they have their patio open so there is more room but not during winter season unfortunately. The overall mood and atmosphere is quite lit, so it s a nice place to turn up. Only reason why I gave 4 stars is because the food is just okay. The jokbal was lukewarm(definitely expected warm to hot), and the budae soup was extremely salty. Overall, I would still return to this place to have a good time.

I ordered it because it was a new menu item, and I was surprised at how tough the grilled pork belly was.. Its not easy for pork belly to be tasteless. Overall, the service and menu were both poor, so I felt like I wasted my money. If you see this review, please don t go here. The food is terrible and customer service is more terrible. Go somewhere else and save your money!

Got food poisoning after I eat some spicy chicken feet, the second day I feel super uncomfortable. Symptoms include diarrhoea and vomiting. Stay safe friends.

I think there is something wrong with the chicken feet of this batch. I dont know if there has ever been such a situation before. I and six of my friends had serious symptoms of vomiting and diarrhea after eating the chicken feet. My doctor told me that the high probability (99%) is due to chicken feet or some unhygienic behavior in the kitchen. So beware if youre venturing out here for your big adventure.

seafood pancake taste good

I ordered on UberEats a couple times and this place is now my favourite place when I crave for some Korean foods the fish roe was HUGEEE and grilled beef intestines and pork belly that I ordered were plentiful. The bill was around $100 and it can feed 3-4 people. The complimentary corn cheese was also very delicious I appreciate it very much. Keep up the good work!

Great for drinks and Korean drinking food

Nice place for eating Korean food and drinking.

The food is always good. I love the beef tartare, crispy dumplings and army soup. Portions are large so do not order more than one dish per person. Parking is hard to find but I recommend parking behind the LCBO.

First time ordered through UberEats. Big portions, everything tastes good. They gave free corn cheese as a service and I love that. However, I wish the Masago Rice Ball will have picked radish as well, it tastes better. Definitely will come back to try more delicious food! Food

I dont think I can recommend this place as much before. Dropping 2 stars. So apparently they charge $5 for lettuce... Which is unacceptable. This is a Korean place... The staple of Korean restaurants are the side dishes that come WITH THE FOOD... NOT EXTRA CHARGE. If you order the pork belly, which I do every time I go there, you eat it WITH a lettuce leaf, wrapping the meat and kimchi. However, you cant anymore because they started charging for the lettuce. I understand the fact that perhaps not everyone will finish the lettuce and it ends up being wasted... so thats ok if you serve the dish without the lettuce side dish. HOWEVER, they should provide it for those who ask for it because those people know how to eat that dish properly. Original review: Wanna experience Korean drinking culture but cant go to Korea? This authentic Korean Pocha is the place to be. Food items is a bit expensive, however the experience and vibe I had with my friends was legit. I thought I would be salty about paying the $200 bill, but Im alright actually lol. To be honest, $20 soju bottles, although the norm here... after going to Korea and having $1 soju bottles... It just hurts different lolol

This is the worst Korean restaurant I have been for my life for my last 25 years!!! If I could ever give a negative review I would love to do so. Service was the worst part I recieved from this place. Truly feel the discrimination from this place since I am not a Korean!!! Anyhow, service was sucks, food is soso...so...so, amosphere was Phew, will never return to this place and highly not recommend this place if you are not Korean!!! Sucks!!!!

Too expensive

Beware! This restaurant serves food from the floor. On September 30, 2023, at around 11:10 PM, I ordered takeout food from Nangman Pocha. I was very tired and exhausted, so I didnt pay much attention to what was happening around me. However, when I went to pick up my food, I saw the cashier drop a soup container on the floor. She then picked it up, wrapped it in additional layers of plastic wrap, and put it straight in my bag. The soup container was damaged and leaking, but she put it in my bag anyway. None of the other employees stopped her, even though they saw what she did. I was disgusted. I cant imagine what these employees do behind the scenes if theyre willing to serve food from the floor in plain sight. I disposed of the soup container in the public trash can outside the restaurant on my way out. I will never order from this restaurant again! I urge everyone to avoid this restaurant at all costs. If youre looking for food from the floor, this is the place for you. Otherwise, steer clear.

The katsudon was the most delicious that I have had in a long time. Drool worthy. Plus, the place is beautiful. Fantastic.

I had a girls night there it was an amazing time. The server was professionally served us with a kind maner. Food was exactly what we wanted. I will 100% sure to be there again.

Awesome vibes and good food. Patio area feels like Im in a k-drama. Staff was accommodating and actually remembered our very large order. Parking is extremely tight though. Could park across the street at the mall I suppose.

Update (April 2022) Visited last weekend just before they open. Server is not nice and the place is not clean (see new added pic). The server rejected to rearrange table however she did rearrange after for other group of party. (Minus 1 star) Food is the same as before. (Original ppst) A good place for party of 4 or less. Food is good, outdoor patio is available

Cute and trendy place with quick service and a good selection of Korean snacks, food and drinks. Music is a little loud for a quiet conversation but the playlist is great!

The atmosphere on the first floor is a lot nicer with the dimmed setting and fluorescent lights. Drink options are typical of what you find at Korean bars. The food is alright but a pricey considering the quality and the portions. Not too shabby but nothing outstanding.

The snacks were delicious. It was a bit difficult to call the servers for the seats outside, but I still ate well :)

A great place for a late night meal and drinks. Pretty live even close to midnight. The Cherry blossom canopy with twinkly lights and the mood lighting makes such a chill ambience. Though the food is really delicious. Prices are high but the portions are quite large which makes it proportionate. The servers are really helpful and took the time to help explain the food. Well definitely return back with friends.

Went with a couple friends and we shared all the dishes. Ive always passed by but never had the chance to eat here. Its got such a fun and energetic vibe especially since its open till late at night. Totally reminds me of Korea and all the kdramas Ive seen! I would 100% go back.

Very nice night vibes, and it was a bit loud but also pleasant to be in the middle of happening after the pandemic. We tried the seafood soup, it was very delicious and a little spicy. Staff were helpful and friendly. Will definitely suggest, especially in cold weather. That hot soup is an extra life.

Great atmosphere but some dishes were really out of standard. I ordered a bowl of rice. Very dry and hard pieces I had to chew. The steam rice is very basic step for Korean cooking. I was very surprised how that kind of rice could be served. I returned it and they didn t charge. In addition, the soondae was so bad, either. Mushy mushy and smell awful. Sitting too long in the freezer?? I am happy I was sick from it. I ate a piece. They did charge it. The cook suggested us some free food, but I didn t want to eat anything from that restaurant. I paid full with 15% tips because the servers kept saying sorry to us. Gee. Very disappointed.

Tried ton of the Korean restaurant before ., the seafood pancakes here for sure is one of the best in town.,cant say much on the other food cause no reference to compare... But the food I did ordered from here had no complain at all.... Worth to try if u never been!!

We came here in the evening, and the atmosphere was great! We ordered chicken wings and (Jjamppong). The soup was fantastic - just the right level of spicy-ness, lots of mussels, and the consistency of the noodles were just right. We are definitely coming back again to try other foods. Just be aware that it is a bit on the pricey side, and parking may be a bit hard to find.
