We’re passionate about creating your daily moment of comfort and hope you’ll join us at our Bayview Village cafe where chic, cozy and coffee blend with great conversations
Great coffee, delicious food, and a cozy atmosphere. The staff is friendly, and the menu has plenty of tasty options. Highly recommend for a casual meal or coffee break!
I've visited many Aroma locations across the city, and they never fail to impress. The food is consistently fresh, flavorful, and delicious. The Bayview Village spot is a bit cozier than others, but it still has that polished, upscale vibe. I tried the turkey BLT and paired it with a small Caesar salad, which came with the dressing conveniently on the side (love that!). Both were prepared quickly and tasted amazing—super fresh and packed with flavour. If you're in the mood for something light, casual, and on the healthier side, this is the perfect place to grab a bite. Definitely worth a visit.
Food from Aroma is always reliable. Lentil soup was great, as were the sandwiches and salads! Service from staff is alright - if you bring in a reusable cup with another brand’s logo into the store, they’ll tell you to put it away. This location’s washrooms were pretty dirty. But good traffic is pretty high, especially during lunch hour even on a weekday. It’s a big location with plenty of seating. Wifi is timed, so it would kick us off once in a while. Better off to use the Bayview Village Guest wifi, which is pretty speedy. Closest entrance is near the Scotiabank.
i got very bad experience here. 1. when i want to order, the cashier ignored me serveal times 2. bread is cold. it is supposed to served as a hot 3. avocado is not supposed to be sour 4. the food’s flavor is bad
It was crowded a bit. The cakes and coffees were good enough, the cleanness of the tables and washroom was a little poor, the staff were not necessarily friendly or welcoming but the were polite enough to do their jobs. Overall experience was okay to come back if the priority is my company not the coffee shop!
Been to Aroma Espresso Bar at the Bayview Village Shopping Centre for breakfast. The food was better than what I was expecting. We were two and we had the Smoked Salmon Croissant (5.0), Steak & Cheese Melt Croissant (3.5), and we both had the hot chocolate (4.0). The croissants were worth the extra charge. No complains when it comes to the service and the atmosphere, except for the fact that it’s a bit too loud when they call on customers to pickup their orders. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place and would go again.
A good cafe to grab a quick bite or to sit and linger with a friend. It can get crowded so plan accordingly. I liked that all the ingredients are listed, along with the caloric measurements. Helps people who are keeping a close watch on their diet in choosing an item from the menu.
Great selection and healthy options! Pumpkin soup was great and very filling, served hot. I’d always come to this restaurant on work breaks for lunch and it always checked all the boxes. Only giving 4 stars because it’s slightly overpriced, but considering the amount of seating and nice decor it’s almost justified.
On Sunday they will close at 5 PM on the dot. Lights off. Polite loud reminders. We got our coffee at 4:40 PM and there was no reminder.
Very nice atmosphere and nice selection of menu.
Worst experience ever!
Worst customer service, the bakery is as hard as rock. When i brought it to the attention of the manager, she shrugged it off, saying we don t make them here; it is what it is.
Usually I have breakfast or early lunch with girlfriends at Bayview Village Aroma . Great Chai latte and tuna croissant . Lots of people, good prompt service
Your music is very hi, I go to aroma with a friends to socialize or sink in to my phone browsing the internet but have hard time to hear my phone or my friends due to your loud music in the environment; my stay at your cafe becomes an effort. Regards
Order the mint tea but it was a dust in it. They didn t even wash it.
Had a quick breakfast there. I liked my sandwich and coffee and the atmosphere of the place. Met my expectations but didnt exceed.
Great flavor Ice latte
Cosy atmosphere!
Without a doubt, the most fantastic Aroma Espresso Bar in town.I was able to locate this excellent coffee shop long time ago and willing to travel from Richmond hill to this place to get the best service possible, Sira and Azadeh always impress me with their Professionalism , And Posetivity They have earned a five-star rating from me for everything they offer. Highly Recommend this Location
Don t get me wrong. The food tastes good but they don t give a damn about what you want to put in your food. My husband and I are both lactose intolerant. We went to the store in June 22nd 2024 and ordered 2 cups of Aroma light to go. We asked for almond milk and paid the extra for the substitute. The store was empty because we went there around 10:30, the Bayview shopping Centre just opened. When I ordered food from Aroma in downtown, I have never got my orders wrong so I did not usually check if I have the wrong order or not, I just grabbed my drinks and left. But I regretted deeply that I did not check. Both of my and my husband s drink did not get almond milk, it was milk inside. It was terrible, I grew rashes on my neck and itchy lips after consumed the coffee. Of course, I also had to constantly ran to washroom, so did my husband, my symptoms just start getting better after 8 hours. I don t understand why the store could not just train their staffs to pay a little bit attention to their order details, lots of ppl have dietary restrictions and they will suffer from eating the incorrect order. Luckily, I consider our symptoms are light and of course it was not life threatening, but we had to cancel most of our daily activities today and stayed at home. The experience was extremely unpleasant and I will never visit this location again.
Not up to par
The baristas are somewhat friendly. The food tastes ok but quite expensive. Coffee is made well, I usually get a cappuccino. It can get very busy at times, not easy to find a seat. Decent spot if you stop in for a quick coffee.
Nice place.
both matchas and carrot cake were good :)
friendly staff, nice atmosphere
I used to go to Arooma Bayview often because its close to my place. However, I noticed that all the waitresses have been changed, and I could see new faces the last time I visited with my mom for breakfast and some fun. We used to play backgammon there, but surprisingly, the waitress told me, You are not allowed to play here! I asked why, and she explained that it looks bad for the store and that they are not a food court. What on earth does that even mean? Honey, the only contribution I make to your coffee shop is making it look good enough. That was such a stupid excuse. Im writing this hoping the manager will see it. We always go to cafes and have fun, and no one ever bothers us except at this Arooma.
Sadly this place closed down
I ordered a Cortado, it was bad. The foamed milk has large air bubbles, the coffee is not creamy and it tastes bitter. The barista does not know what she is doing. Keep the waitress off the machine. The management should train them how to make steamed milk, and educate them. Vaughan mills location, they make good coffee. Staff, they do not greet me, and talking amongst themselves. There is no selling and offering pastries at time of order. This is a let down based on your name selling specialty coffees.
This place has disrespectful cashiers.
Very noisy, hard to hear the person you are with.
Go to the Aroma on Yonge/Empress location instead
We got there 5 mins before close and they wouldnt serve us as they already turned their machines off. Why would you turn off machines before closing time. They closed at 3pm today, very disappointing.
Great staff and service. Tara is one of their best barista Cozy atmosphere Lovely place to chat with friends Clean and tidy Highly recommended
Roasted cauliflower tzatziki bowl was good but had very little cauliflower. Almost none. It was mainly quinoa -- not much tzatziki either tbh -- they should call it a quinoa bowl to set expectations.
Ordered half tuna sandwich and hot chocolate. Hot chocolate was amazing. Cant say the same for the tuna sandwich. How do you get a tuna sandwich wrong. The bread on the sandwich wouldve been perfect if the tuna itself wasnt so runny. The tuna salad was accompanied by black olives, onions, pickles, and other additions i couldnt detect. By the time I ordered, walked to my car. I could not wait to open my sandwich and drink my hot chocolate on this cold day, not to mention I was absolutely famished. I opened my sandwich to my disappointment, the bread was soggy and wet, the tuna salad is nothing to be desired. The olives and pickles completely over powered the tuna. I couldve salvaged it by removing those additions but the bread was dripping and soaked with whatever sauce they added. I couldnt not take another bite. The bread was so soggy it was disgusting. I spent $14 on a hot chocolate and a half tuna sandwich. Highly disappointed
An ok place to have coffee. If you order food, you are left at the discretion of universe as to when you receive your order. I watched the guy in the kitchen today, when the machine prints the order in the kitchen, he grans the papers and put them in any order he pleases, literally. He also does not finish one order before going to another. He does what he likes. If he likes to make salad, then he prepares salads for any order that has salad while ignoring the rest of the order. Meaning if you ordered a salad and a sandwich, you get your salad but the sandwich will be ready when he likes to prepare it. Aroma that is in Shops at Don Mills or the one at Yonge, north of Sheppard are much better. Today I wasted more than 30 minutes for my order, will not go back.
Always busy during the weekends. Love their bread. The soup was pretty good.
I did not try everything but i liked what I bought
cramped seating but tasty menu. second generation coffee served inefficiently
Met with a friend for dinner, stopped here because of the connivence. It was over priced, had small portions, and food was disappointing maybe the coffee is good but don t plan to eat here. Will not be back.
Very nice service & staffs Vege was fresh, sandwich was better than other Aroma branches Parking: Free parking at BV shopping mall
Delicious food and coffee. Love the aroma coffee
I enjoy this location often. Always clean, fresh bread is amazing and their mint tea is a wow! Very good service as well.
Great because that restaurant serves healthy foods.
Love this place
I love this location. Great drinks. Only complaint is that it is so crowded that often it is hard to get a seat. But I guess that s because so many other people like it as much as me!
Only gave me half a container full of dressing. Sprouts on avocado bread was muddy. Avocado toast bread was untoasted. Disappointed!
Excellent food and service
Best place ever! Big thanks to the best supervisor ever which is Sarah! She s nice, friendly , helpful and professional!.
I wish I could do 0 star , costumer service very poor ,worker they are not welcoming customer at all ,they need to be trained well before you put someone in cashier , horrible not recommending to go at all .
ok
They kindly re-order the menu that I ordered incorrectly.
To be avoided. The staff is very rude.
Very nice atmosphere. The food was good quality and tasty as well.
Relaxing atmosphere, good service.
Been here several times. Coffee and pastries were great. Will come back to try salad/breakfast menu.
Its your typical cafe that serves sandwiches, soups, coffee, tea, etc... The menu is expensive for average food. Nonetheless, a good place to get a quick bite if you dont want fast food.
Got the tuna salad sandwich - so very expensive and not tasty at all. Each bite tasted either like pickles or like nothing at all and the bread was soggy before I took my first bite. 2 stars only because the atmosphere and staff were friendly
This busy location has 1 electrical outlet. Don t come here if you need to plug in your laptop. I ve never seen a cafe that s not equipped for guests to work from their laptops while having a coffee.
Today s experience was blah . The steak and cheese was a soggy blob. Eggs over medium were cold, turkey undercooked and double toasted bread was not toasted. Did I approach the staff? No. Approached the barista for some steamed milk for my americano and she wanted me to pay $2.35. $30 flushed down the . Did I take pictures? No. My partner was upset and I didn t want to make a spectacle so no pics. They used to be good once upon a time.
We had breakfast here, the quality was way lower than other aroma branches that we regularly visit. We felt its not even aroma! The latte tasted like water and after I asked for another one, she started to argue what You want is a Cappuccino! We love aroma s breakfasts, but this branch needs random audit by the headquarter. Seeing other reviews I am not suprised its lower than other branches.
Stopped here for a quick morning coffee and a light breakfast. Not bad for it. We got egg croissant sandwich, a cup of coffee and iced tea. Good spot for a quick coffee break.
All perfect except noise. Wheelchair accessibility: Yes Food : 5/5 |
Amazing iced aroma, beautiful atmosphere, nice service, a 5 star experience to be sure
Although it is very busy but still have a good control on their quality. I like this place for a midday getaway. Coffee is always good here. I love the breakfast!
Atmosphere is relaxing. The food is very and made fresh dayly. I love their soups and fresh sandwiches.
Good lunch, good options. Miss the fig and cheese croissant theu had a few years back! Mango and kale smoothie was good! Food : 5/5
I like their avocado toast and hot chocolate.
quality has really declined post-covid. presentation of my food was terrible.. piece of bacon and scram eggs kinda just unceremoniously placed on my plate . my friend ordered a croissant sandwich. croissant was not crisp/flaky. way overpriced for small portions as well. sorry. .
Dark and depressing. I went in expecting a good cup of coffee, and they couldnt even provide that. House Blend was all they had, and it amounted to a cup of weak diner coffee, not something that a coffee specialty location should ever serve. What has sucked the life out this establishment, that comes across as more an employment agency feel? People. People make the difference. Their staff were as dull as the product, day dreaming off into their phones while on the job. Ill avoid this at all costs moving forward, and recommend others do so as well.
Food is good, some attendants are in a rush.
Nice place for a good Coffee
Went in for lunch. It was good. Had a half a sandwich and tea. Parking: On Steeles and bayview Kid-friendliness: Just a coffee shop with great sandwiches
Not very bright. Lots of people there
Great coffee and food. Always love to visit aroma
Very nice place to enjoy coffee, tea or a bite to eat whether your alone or with friends.
I am generally disappointed by Aroma as they removed some of my favorite dishes from the menu. That said, I really enjoyed the haloumi sandwich, and the while the pumpkin cauliflower soup was less exciting, it was still good. The mint tea was delightful. Although I didnt get either the ice-lemon-mint drink or the apple cider, Im thrilled to know those staples are still there. I was a bit perturbed when I asked for more tahina (small dressing container) and was told they charge for that now. Extra dressing or sauce? They never used to. This is frustrating because as the prices have risen dramatically, they seem to be penny pinching in ways that only put customers off. You still get the little Aroma chocolates, which is a nice touch. Since it is inside the mall, it got very busy at lunch even on a weekday, so I recommend arriving earlier to avoid long wait times. Vegetarian options: The haloumi sandwich is vegetation (not vegan), and they offer gluten-free bread as well. Dietary restrictions: They have gluten-free bread. This is not a kosher location.
I had the $15.45 Aroma Power Bowl, which was not bad. The eggs and salad were average and met my expectations. The bread was good though, and it came with cream cheese and guacamole. The seating was very busy and cramped, with some people taking up tables for 4 when they couldve taken tables for 2.
Small inside, but also some seating area that juts into the mall. Food is tasty and healthy.
The staff is very rude and unprofessional
This is a very very busy Aroma. Probably why the wait is always long and the quality of the food takes a hit.
Nice location in the Bayview Village Mall, great place for a coffee before or after your shopping trip here.
I love Aroma and I know their customer service and foods, pastries, and coffee quality but at not THIS location. I just tried once and forever. There are two ladies there which are absolutely rude, arrogant, and racist. Literaly from the beginning we got in trouble with their misbehaving. I dont understand who let them to take picture from our personal vaccination information! This is absolutely illegal. I personally ordered a coffee in a mug with a pastry. Which I always recieved with respect + tray+ a chocolate. In some other branches, sometimes they bring your order on a tray with respect and everybody is happy BUT in this ... location NOT AT ALL! When my stuff got ready I had to ask the girl to please put the stuff on a tray and what she did? She refused first with a question mark , discrimination and hate on her face and then the other lady who had golden color hair angrily placed the tray on the counter then she wanted me to put the coffee and etc on the tray! Which I refused... I have never seen this uncivilized behavior anywhere in midtown and downtown! Wouldnt mention they are not trained for designing coffees or anything at all(at least it was my experience)! To the manager: Do not hire people who doesnt love their job and feel bad about themselves when they serve and help people to have a peaceful time in your coffeeshop.
Worst smoothie ever! I dont recommend
This place the customer service Absolutely TERRIBLE. I asked for mint and green tea & it was served in a cup full of rotten mint leaves. When I asked to replace it then he forgot to add the tea bag. When I brought to their attention they were not apologetic or anything...this place has horrible customer service.
The manager was very rude and disrespectful from the beginning. After confronting her she threatened to kick me out of the store saying she will call security while I still had my coffee and sandwich on the table. She is very unprofessional and unorganized.
The worst Persian owner that she barely speaks english so disrespected and rude . The worst service and everything you can imagine!!!
Americano was good. Egg salad sandwich was satisfying.
This is the worst experience I have had at a cafe. I chose to come here because of the high class experience. The coffee tastes horrible, tim hortons coffee is better. The cold drinks taste like water (I ordered the berry), and the lemon cake was so dry and it feels like it s old. Definitely don t recommend. Also, the staff looks so u happy, doesn t give the pleasure to order.
I do frequent this location. The cashier has been rude on several occasions. Uses discriminatory language and shouts across the room about QR code to dine in which we were not. The most recent trip for take out I noticed that the cashier tipped herself without my consent. This review is not a 1 because I brought it up to a manager and she reimbursed the stolen funds. Update: I returned to this location to give it one last try as a local. Unfortunately one of the staff was very unkind and gave me attitude over a cup of ice water. Reduced to one star for basic business practises this location is foul.
We ordered Shakshuka and the sweet potato breakfast. The food quality was terrible, the food (specially the eggs) was cold, the bread and coffee didn t taste good either. We came here super starved and we re so disappointed :( Will never come to this place again.!!!
Very bad customer service. I love aroma coffe store but this one sucks for the customer service I find them rude. Not even wearing a mask very unprofessional. Not going again to this one
ordered 3 breakfasts and it was cold. Stingy with butter and jam. Eggs were very dry. This place has gone downhill. Customer service is non existent.
So much for quiet coffee with a friend. The music at 2:30 is too loud. I asked if the staff could lower or turn of the music but they dont have access to controls. Therefore as it fills up the people talk louder the place is like a back kitchen. Coffee good the saving grace. However the slice of cranberry lemon was dry.
- The barista was rude and not welcoming - Quality of the pastries was just ok (not fresh) - The ambient was ok (better than other cafes around) - The quality of the americano was ok
You cant even sit comfortable, price is like 3 star hotel but seatings much more cloud than food court. I had soup and sandwich, soup was warm, not hot, bread was a bit dry. Service was below average, the speaker was too loud.
Good interior and food. Iced latte is amazing, smooth and rich. Although some employees were impatient and rude. btw why did the south st. burger next door close down? are middle school kids going to eat fine dining now?
Purchased take out. Excellent service.
The best armor that i have ever seen they are very clean and respectful specially Tara You must try kale chicken Caesar salad this is the best and I loved it
This location is going bad to worse! Bad quality coffee and terrible customer service. They are loosing the good name. Hope management reads the customer reaction.
The mix berry cold drink is expensive, including tax lg size $5+ and it just tast like box juice add ice. So disappointing.
Least cared for coffee shop in the mall, very mediocre..
i love aroma and this location is the worst i have had in Toronto , good area to sit and chat but the food quality and service awful .
Great place for lunch.
The coffee is fine, but I like the avocado sandwich. Quite a meal. Make sure you get a fork, its a big sandwich.
Always fresh and tasty. Great place for a light healthy affordable lunch.
Very rude and inconsiderate customer service (The manager - manager with blonde highlights, Persian accent). I planned to have a weekly business meeting here throughout the summer on Tuesday mornings with a new colleague of mine. I had never been to an Aroma Espresso Bar before. Being our first meeting last week, I waited for my new colleague and offered to buy her a drink. She politely said, No, thank you, so much. I was going to order a drink but I started feeling naucious, so I decided to drink bottled water (finished it before entering the coffee shop). My colleague and I had our first meeting and we used the internet and got wrapped up in our talk and didnt order anything. Note: I understand that this is not what you should regularly have a habit of doing at coffee shops, but all the same, most coffee shops will still welcome you, knowing that return customers are a key to a good business. People will eventually order as they come. So, we had our second meeting today. I arrived early. One staff member was very kind (not the manager). I directly approached the counter and said, Im planning to order as soon as my friend arrives. She will be here soon. I asked the lady if she could clean off a table for me and she was very polite. No more than 10 minutes later, my colleague arrived. Just as I was welcoming her and about to ask her what she would like to order, we were interupted from the side. It took me a second to understand what she said as she interupted our conversation while we were greeting one another. She immediately said that we needed to order something if we wanted to sit here. When I mentioned that I was just planning to come up and order, she responded, Well, I watched you last week and you didnt order, so I came to tell you that unless you order, you will have to leave. We dont give out free internet here. Wow, theres a number of other ways to handle this situation other than to interupt a greeting and call someone out in front of their guest. 1. She could have first asked her employees if they had spoken with us already. 2. She could have given us 5 or 10 minutes to see if we were going to not order. 3. She could have spoken to me privately and not in front of my colleague. 4. She knew we werent frequent guests, and could have not made a quick judgment on our second time there. 5. She could have waited until the end of our second visit and seen if we were truly free loaders. 6. She could have welcomed us and asked how our experience was last week, asked if we enjoyed the experience, had tried any drinks before or food and gave a hint instead of directly calling us out. When I tried to ask her why she would jump to conclusions so quickly, she told me that I could leave if I didnt order. I again tried to explain myself, but she cut me off and told me to order or leave. I walked to the counter to order and spoke with her again away from my colleague, but she kept interupting me and rudely insisting that I should leave or just order. I cant say that Ive ever been treated with such a rude greeting, or at least without any attempt to understand anothers perspective. She was judgmental, not willing to listen, and just insisting that if I didnt order I should leave. As I continued to ask for clarification and share my perspective she finally said, Are you going to stand here and argue or are you going to order something? Well, I wont be back. I probably wont be back to any Aroma Espresso Bar. Try rebranding yourself as a cafeteria, diner, or something. Most coffee shops have a loose kind of feel and are looking for bringing in guests/customers to third spaces with a vision to capture long term customers. This was my second time and will be my last. After reading the above reviews, I can see that this same lady (blonde, manager) has some personal problems. She lacks people skills, appreciation for others, is proud, judgmental, rude and shows no desire to even see things from her customers perspective. Stay away if you are at Bayview Village!
Great location, ambiance is good. Very friendly staff. Love the food. Nice place to relax.
Not Soo quite as other places Less food options !
Good
Unfortunately the worse costumer service I have ever seen from servants. The owner ask me to got out just after 45 minutes. I am not sure who gave them the authority to be part of Aroma. When I asked her show me the rule that shows we just can sit 45 min she said I AM OWNER AND I AM THE LAW.
Terrible customer service rude owner disrespectful staff
TERRIBLE!! disaster customer service and very rude and disrespectful manager
I would leave zero stars if I could. The owner and servants were very unprofessional and rude. Totally I can say the service was really terrible. I ask Aroma to respond to the situation with this restaurant.
Host was rude and without any attitude. The manager is so unprofessional and she is ruining Aroma s reputation. To sum up, Terrible Customer Service!! Not recommended!
Not what I expected from Aroma. Unrespectful and unprofessional staff.
Rude staff, Will never go back again ever!
I went to this cafe for the first time on June 27th, 2022, and I would never go back there again. The service was horrible and the waitress was very very rude as well. Anyway, the food tasted good, But the service alone would make me never go back
Very bad experience with the waitress. She was so rude and disrespectful. They do not care about the customer. Won t go there again
Service was zero stars. The owner and servants were very rude and disrespectful and not welcoming. Would not recommend at all.
My favorite place to sit and enjoy a healthy meal.... overall nice staff, specially the blonde girl with Persian accent. Belive shes the owner of the place.
I always has had great experiences in Aroma but not the last time! I ordered an omelette sandwich and the taste and combination of the cream cheese and omelette was so unpleasant! My friend also didn t like the avocado sandwich! So disappointing!
Friendly staff, nice place.
Best Hazelnut latte ever
Lentil soup! Yum! Coffee is dependable but not outstanding. Stick with a city cafe for barista brewed. Vegetarian options: Good selection of salads and bowls, quinoa and Mediterranean based.
Always long line on the weekend, but the black coffee taste interesting ..
Great place for coffee, Capuccino sandwiches, great salads
Service was great, the servers were great. Bring back the mini chocolates, what am i going to do with a cookie!?
We need this place in Montreal please.
Costumer service is awful here, they were so rude and in a rush , just stayed there because of having some coffee
Very nice
Pleasant atmosphere and great food. I ordered ice aroma and steak sandwich and ot tasted awesomee!!! Besides, Kiana is so helpful and kind definitely deserves a raise.
I got a steak mealt sandwich. I ended up receiving a low effort, tiny half sandwich (as seen in pic) that cost $10+. They couldve toasted the bread or something... I think they wouldve put in more effort at subway.
Nice place and the food is good. The staff is pleasant and the service was quick. My only snag is, the restaurant can do with some cleanliness. As a guest you want to dine in ... in a clean restaurant. Otherwise, nice place
Im here right now... I just ate the very best steak and cheese melt Ive ever had anywhere anyplace in my life. Home-made bread.. now were eating chicken salad and lentil soup that are totally up to my first impression. Wonderful food!
Order Mediterranean ckn bowl ckn test not fresh at all and tatziki they just give 1 tea spoon never happened in other locations
Please dont turn on the non English music in the cafe. I think it is workers music taste. But staffs are kind overall.
Food was okay; but service was horrible. The owner who also served on cash was extremely rude. No greeting, no smile and not attentive. I wanted to grab a small plate and dishes from the counter myself since I waited for too long and my kids were hungry. She rudely said you are not supposed to do that; you need to wait for me . Anybody who in service industry knows you are not supposed to tell your customers what to do. She just told two other customers they can t do something while I was trying this; the ladies left. Also the dishes she gave were dirty. How bad! She s not supposed to be in service; period. Can t believe she s the owner. Can t imagine how she train the staff.
The bread is so soft and fresh. The beef sandwich is very tasty. We definitely com again next time to try more food.
Someone please tell them difference between a cappuccino and a latte.
Very, very good, good food, good value for money. Pleasant, friendly and available staff.
I had an unpleasant experience here. I ordered the Aroma salad today which was my usual. The lettuce and spinach was all old and dry in the salad. I went to the counter to ask for another one. The lady was rude and didnt even say sorry. So? Do you want another one? I got a new one. But very annoyed by her reaction. Bad customer service. So disappointed.
Nothing to do with Aroma itself, just an observation of the general customer that seem to be oblivious to common courtesy like not having a hands free video chat.
Poor customer service. Restaurant closes at 8. Kitchen was closed at 7:30 and cannot even get a sandwich
The staff are very friendly. The place is clean. Atmosphere is relaxing. The food is very fresh. I love their soups and fresh sandwiches. The prices are very reasonable and the food is always decorated with trimmings and very healthy eating there.
Good coffee
Its closed but shows open.
Oh, I like Aroma a lot!!! I m happy that we have this chain in Toronto and they open more and more different locations!!
Nice place, great atmosphere
Good BLT
They charge extra for a long espresso. That is extra for water.
Poor customer service , staff are so rude specially the blond barista girl and they don t care about customers need , especially at this time (COVID -19) they don t clean and sanitize their tables, so I had to clean the table which the customer used it before me,with my self
Excellent Americano.
Very nice place to socialize
They close at 9 but the kitchen is closed at 8?? Also server was rude.
A little in need of cleaning up
Customer service at its worst
It s a nice place to have an afternoon coffee. It was quite busy when I arrived midday on a Friday but I was able to find a table to sit at. I really enjoy Aromas frozen blended coffees. I had a really nice salad for lunch and quite liked the atmosphere. I was a bit surprised with how crowded it was despite COVID.
Latte and brewed coffee were excellent. Comfortable seating and friendly staff. So nice to be able to sit and chat over a good cup of coffee!
A menu that will make you a repeat customer
Good alternative to the other coffee shops in the mall. Usually can get a good seat. Coffee ok but not great
