I ordered for delivery and called before hand to make sure they had what I wanted. The lady I spoke to on the phone was so kind and helpful. The food is so good and massive portions for a great price!
Terrible food and handful of rice for over 10 dollars. Wasn't enough rice to fill me. I made bad choice of getting batter fried chicken (was that chicken) cause it didn't look like it. So much batter and barely chicken. I cook chicken lots but mine tastes like chicken even if it's not the breast pieces. Possibly recooked several times,it tasted like glue with so much flour batter around. And how much profit are they making on lousy bag of rice? Servings are for kids, not adults. Container was so light after paying over $10. Don't buy their broccoli cause customer complained there was tiny white worm on her plate. The staff said it was the broccoli.
Food is not the best but is ok I ordered one item plus rice for 8.99 plus tax Quantity not enough
I was truly disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. I was about to Pay for my meal.When my daughter who had just bought her lunch before me brought her meal back because her chicken was cold. They didn't even ask if she wanted a refund. They just rudly gave her the money back. Then proceeded to return my meal back into the food they were serving. I asked to Pay for my meal They said go somewhere else. They were so rude I shall never return. They are in customer service and they should not be. The chicken was cold and they had just opened. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone ever.Bad service spreads fast. I would rate it a 0 but I can't so 1 star it is.Keep away from this place

I've been buying from here for a while. Today I decided to leave work and go purchase some food (I'm pregnant and had a craving). I traveled quite far out for this. I ordered rice, small pieces of chicken and broccoli. While sitting in food court eating I noticed a worm on one piece of my chicken. I went back to server's and they behaved like they no longer understood English when I told them there is a worm in my food. They both told me it's 80° there ( on serving dishes) and asked if I want it microwave. I explained again there is a worm ! Insect ! Bug ! in my food. They asked what I wanted them to do. I left the food on the counter and left since these people were clearly looking to waste my time. I contacted my husband he later went to them and the manager claimed they were looking for me but I had left. Apparently, this seem to be a norm according to what the manager told my husband ( worms seem to be in the brand of broccoli they purchase). My husband was refunded cash but they have now lost a few customers after this.
Tasty food and great staff. The food variation is good and they're tasty, but mine wasn't hot. Not an issue for me because I was in a hurry. Price is reasonable and the staff are very polite and happy. Worths the experience.

VERY RUDE STAFF. Decided to try this place for lunch and my chicken was freezing cold. They told me that s impossible and then threw out the order they were making for my mom and told us it s all the same temperature and to go eat somewhere else.
I wanted to taste their chicken to buy it for my mom and I had another resturant drink on my hand they told me they dont give me because I ate food. They were so disrespectful and I told them I want to buy for someone else but they said no eat your food.
I love the vegetable and meat options, especially the steamed fish! When Im in the area and have a craving for Chinese food, this is my go to.
One of my favourite places to visit when I crave steamed fish. I asked the lady for less rice and more vegetables and they were very generous about it.

Ordered their combo1 for 7.99 Chose beef as main meat option. Had to laugh at it cause I only found 2 pieces of meat - the rest were vegetables. Food : 1/5
The West Indian and Asian flavours they serve is pretty great for a food court chain. They have a variety of things to choose from and combine some popular cuisine staples that is pretty satisfying. I enjoy eating their roti and using it to scoop up the different kind of chicken dishes they serve.
The food here is always warm and tasty. The ladies at the front serving are always welcoming and friendly. Its nice to know that the taste of the food matches the service. I keep coming back.

I regularly stop by this place to get food when I visit Centerpoint mall. The staff are always very friendly and provide great service. The food taste very good and they give big portions for a good price (packed styrafoam container full). The rice is not overcooked, vegetables and meat are fresh tasting. Im always happy to support a local business run by nice people.
Tasty Food, Fast Service, Friendly Staff but food portion is small. I rather pay a bit more for a bigger portion. Ill give 5 Star if the portion is a little more generous. Overall an excellent joint. (Updated Review from 4 to 5 Star... They have increased the food portion since my 1st review roughly 6 months ago. Edited Nov 09)

Caribbean Queen is my favorite fast food restaurant. Specifically for this one, I would say that the food is good, healthy and tasty. The problem is the quantity is so small. Honestly, I never got full, just had a feeling of having a desert. Especially every time when I ordered a chick leg, they would look around the plate, and picked up the tiniest one for me. Yes, it is very time. Yes, it the tiniest chick legs I had ever seen. It looks that the normal size chick leg is only for display. For other Caribbean Queen chain stores, it is fine. I never had this kind of problem. I hope the owner doesnt do this again.

I had this for the first time and it was a waste of money. Small portion and noodles tasted burnt. I ended up dumping the food and going with Asian Gourmet and their food was way better than Caribbean Queen.

By far the Best value in the food court. Food is quite decent. Workers are very friendly. They are very generous with portions unlike there neighbours. You actually dont feel you are getting ripped off here.
