The jerk chicken is always not fresh Always, it would be not fresh Because of this, the taste sucks Not only chicken also a few times patties also the curry would be smelly But still, the pack the same, and give it But when the jerk chicken is fresh. It taste one of the best. Honestly
After having a beef patty that was okay, I decided to opp for trying their Jerk Chicken, what a mistake that was, it tasted terrible. Not fresh at all. The chicken was hard like its been cooking for 2-3 days. The Jerk sauce tasted like Bacon Grease. I literally gagged after having a bite, I ended up throwing out my food and getting a pizza instead.
The jerk chicken is always not fresh. Its very soft because its stayed for too long. Food would be okay if its not too stale and old. Next time I'll just eat only Patty if I'm so hungry
I wanted to try some new stuff and saw Wrap express in TGTG and thought I should try it out, I got the goat curry with rice and salad. OMG it’s sooo good 10/10 will definitely come again!
I've never had the food it looks decent. This place gets 4.5 stars for the beautiful prose in some of their reviews... "they are the stream you are looking for in a dessert "... that's deep.
Tried the cow foot soup and was immediately transported to my grandma's gourmet kitchen. What an amazingly pleasant, nostalgic experience. Best soup of any type that I have had in Canada. Thanks for the heart warming culinary experience and good customer service.
Went there to pick up my app order. The lady tried to tell me my $15 meal should only be a small box. Eventually I got a medium box... exactly the medium box! Inside was 1.5 small pieces of chicken (1 small drump and 1/2 piece of thigh), a small hill of rice & peas and very little bit of coleslaw. The box has lots of empty space (almost 1/2 and 1/2). The tvs were not working so no prices and no menus were shown. Also there were no handwritten prices anywhere. The lady originally tried to tell me $15 is for a small box (well the amount of food that I got might as well be a small box). What I got for sure is not worth $15 at all. I could have got a kid's meal somewhere else for more and cheaper. After this "dinner", I had to order McD! Food - favors were ok, no hot sauce provided, and lots of MSG! 1st and last time eating here. Buyers beware!
Their food is incredible! The cow feet soup was so rich and deep in flavour. Very hearty as well. I loved the herbs and the touch of heat. Jerk chicken was on point. So well balanced. The heat level is perfect. Enough to get a bit of heat which works so with the flavours all together. Bbq chicken was a bit sweet which is so good to get with the jerk. Pasta was deliciously creamy and tastes fresh, goes so well with everything. Rice and peas on point too. Gotta get the gravy on top, as always. The people couldn't have been friendlier and made me smile the whole time. Definition of genuine. So glad I stopped by. Gonna have the patties in a bit!!!
The worst ever The food is not fresh and expensive. Food
Very friendly staff, delicious food. Well priced with generous portions.
It s okay tho.
$8.05 for 2 patties. That s all.
Best jerk chicken and patty. Wrap express is the #1 spot if you re looking for good authentic jerk chicken. Friendly staff as well. Will be back for sure
Really good Carribean food, and surprisingly great value too! We tried fish w/ackee fruit and it was very tasty. The salad was good too!
Best jerk and oxtail... definitely coming again
Wrap Express, near dollar stores, is beside Subway in the Jane and Finch Mall. Whenever I visit that particular area of the mall, I see customers ordering their food. The fast-food eaterie has a limited number of tables for its clients who want some privacy and do not like to sit in the food court. In addition to its regular non-veggie items, Wrap Express includes some varieties for its vegans and vegetarian customers. This facility, for the unconventional clients, is like a stream in the desert where it is difficult to get the food of their choice. I wish all the other food giants like Mac Donalds followed the suit. A nice little fast food outlet enjoyed by plenty of customers irrespective of their food restrictions and choice.
