Absolutely love Popeyes! The chicken is always crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, with just the right amount of seasoning. The sides are delicious too, especially the Cajun fries and biscuits. Great value for the price, and the staff is always friendly and efficient. The food is always good and up to standard. As for service, I won t give names, but one of the employees at this location is just so kind and welcoming each time I go here. I always get excited when I see her working cuz I feel like she s almost a friend at this point. She even makes jokes saying see you next week! and it makes me laugh. Her vibes definitely make the atmosphere better than it is. Without her there, I d give the atmosphere a 3 rating because the location does invite a decent amount of interesting individuals.

People have often talked to me about it and I tried it. The chicken is good but its not my best

They need to make the chicken to order. Why would you make 30 pieces of chicken to sit there for hours? It tastes dry and terrible after sitting there all day. I guess common sense isnt so common.. anything to save some time and be lazy I guess.

I order the ten piece special when I got home to feed my family there was only 8 pieces of chicken we live kinder far so I didnt bother going back because I got it on my way home from work I am very disappointed because for years I buy from other Popeyes an never had this issue

Food is alright but that where the positives end. They took 5 minutes to help any of the customers in line because they d rather talk and joke in the back. If that wasn t bad enough, I watched the cook drop a spatula and tongs on the ground. He picked up the spatula, immediately used it on somebodies food, then a minute later he used the tongs to pickup the spatula (from between the fryers) and put that right back on the rack without washing anything. It was disgusting and had I not already ordered I would have just walked out right there. Please don t go to this location, they probably never wash the equipment and have no concern for health and safety.

I ordered 8 pieces of bonafride and cajun and scipy chicken sandwich and 3 sweet heat by uber eat;however i didnt get 3 sweet heat. When i called customer service that they said i need to call uber, they didnt resolve ur mistake. Ur location very bad

So.. I have gotten food from here in the past, has been ok service. My one star is about the March 10, 2022 visit. It was my sons birthday, and he wanted Popeyes.. it was later in the evening .. so we ordered from restaurant. My son and his girlfriend went in. (They are both minors) When they came back to the car with the food, they were talking about how rude the staff was to them. When we got home.. we opened the bags and were about to eat when we noticed a bite out of one of the biscuits.. totally disgusting and shocked. I immediately contacted the location manager, who made it clear she didn t believe me.. despite it being 11pm and way past my bedtime.. and having to work in the morning I drove all the way back to the store with proof! See pictures! The manager offered to replace the one biscuit, basically called me a liar, said she would check the cameras and get back to me. I wasn t interested in talking in circles all night.. so I agreed to this. I m still waiting for her to get back to me. There is nothing worse than being accused of lying. I wouldn t waste my time driving over to the store for a biscuit.. it was the principal and the disgusting act of one of the employees who thought it would be funny to partially eat a customer food. The order total was about $25 dollars. Worse customer service.. stay away from this place

So have been a customer for many years in fact I used to love Popeyes but not long ago I moved near this location and after visiting this location I hate and I can t stand it . On feb I order 3 chicken pieces plater 2 rice and beans which is what I usually order so I know how the beans should taste like , when I got home I saw this disgusting bean , full of water and oil to the top , and the smell was awful , I was too tired to go back to the store and yesterday April 10 , 2022 I went again to give them another chance , first the cashier was rude I order mayonnaise paid extra $2.60 and the girl wanted to give me 2 packs of mayonnaise I told her , I want the one from the back ,and after 3 min of back on forth she gave it to me , and I also order my usual , chicken with rice and bean , when I opened the beans they were socked in water no rice nothing , I didn t take a picture but the point of the story is that I ate it and today I have food poisoning, I m writing this from my bed about to go hospital because I m feeling terrible , I usually can take sickness but This is too much , I lost a day of work thanks to Popeyes . Please don t go eat there staff is rude , chicken is bad old , you have the risk to get food poisoning.

We bought Popeyes on 27June.. after having Popeyes my daughter fell very sick.. from the early morning she started to throw up.. she vomited 10 times in a single day.. she couldn t go to her last day of school.. she also had upset stomach whole day.. she went to washroom so many times.. basically she had food poisoning.. right after that my 3 years old son feel sick and he is still sick.. he is still throwing up.. I didn t call them cause they won t believe me .. I will never ever go back to Popeyes no matter what.. I have no idea what they put into their food.. a big company like Popeyes has such a poor quality of food.. they should be sued..

1.I ordered the daily meal and one of the chicken leg smelled and tasted rotten,good thing I was dine in so I got up to the counter and got a new one for exchange.After read some comments about here then I realized it wasnt a one time mistake.Also the size of the chicken pieces vary. 2.Went there for weeks and no hot sauce for the chicken until recently. 3.Tim horton always borrows ice from Popeyes and they dont have refill for soda in this location.And they charged me a cup of ice for a dollar,and they dont have a button for that,it doesnt feel right.

Every time I visit this Popeyes location I wait at least OVER 10 minutes for my food - EVEN IF there is no one else in the store ordering. They really need to add some More staff to their roster because this is no longer considered fast food It s Sunday and they have two staff on shift. One taking the orders at the front and one in the back working. I say two staff because the third one doesn t seem to be doing much.

Incredible They kept serving the people after me and then they said oh sorry we dropped the wrong chicken tenders for you we only had spicy well at least communicate this so we understand why such a long wait!! 30 min?!!! Spoke to the manager and didnt even offer anything like an apple pie or something to make the customer happy for waiting for so long!! Will not be coming to this location again. Much prefer yorkdale location. At least they have good customer service.

I got chicken tenders from this branch a few weeks ago and they were raw. I had to throw more than half of them away. I went in again today and told the lady (of south asian decent) who was taking my order about it and she apologised to me and was really nice. However when when I went back to the counter to collect my food, I over heard her telling her manager (middle aged white woman) about my complaint. The manager responded to her saying that there is no way the chicken was raw and implied that I was lying. I confronted the manager who was caught of guard when she realised I was heard her conversation. She started yelling at me and got all defensive saying she takes pride in her work so I am wrong! I told her that this is not how she should be taking customer feedback and this poor service. At this point, she continued to yell saying I am sorry if you didnt like the service and then walked away to another customer. Her colleague tried to calm her down but she wouldnt listen. Horrible customer service!! Never going back here again!!

Cashier gave the most attitude because I nicely requested her not to pack up my chicken meal until the shrimp meal was finished. The shrimp takes 6minutes to cook while the chicken is already ready. She began throwing my condiments across the counter , then purposely started packing out drinks in the fridge and cups once my shrimp was done. Terrible customer service , if you don t like your job find a next one or fake it til you do. Chicken was burnt too.

Absolutely rude manager! She told us we were lying when we said our chicken was half cooked. This is the third time I had to throw my burgers and chicken away because it was half cooked. When you complain to the manager ( a white middle aged woman) she calls you a liar and shuts you off. I would never go to this branch again

Horrible customer service, rude and super slow staff, they often mess up your order and they never apologize for it, they usually take a long time getting your food ready and somehow management never seems to care whatsoever, dont waste your time going to that location as the franchise owner should be ashamed of himself for allowing it to run so poorly.

Ordered from ubereats from this location. The chicken arrived and wasn t even edible. The chicken looked like it was re-fried. Dry and I ended up throwing it out.

On April 9 2020 afternoon , there was this fat white lady cashier who is being rude to every costumers. Her attitude got every costumers attention. She seemed to hate her job. The employer should know who to hire because there are many people out there who are looking for a job and her attitude showed us how ungrateful she is. It wasn t even worth it because some of my chickens were frozen and I could taste and see it. This is my worst popeyes I ve ever been to. I even made my orders very simple to get the service fast. But she is still making that bad attitude to every costumers.

I occasionally come to this location for a quick takeout. I personally never had any issues here, not even during the quarantine. Just today I let the cashier know that i forgot to pick up my drink last time I ordered and they gave one this time. The restaurant in clean and food is up to standard. The only downside is the parking lot that can have trash flying around it.

Horrible service and worst location I ve ever been to by far. Staff was very rude and did not accommodate our order, where other locations are willing to make changes to the order. Popeyes is normally very accommodating and easy to deal with. How ever this location is the exception to that.

Walked in and ordered 6 piece chicken, they charged me for 6 piece chicken, when reached home, it was only 4 piece, called the store, they said, the staff made a mistake, spoke with a manager, they said, you can come next time and pick up remaining 2 chicken, my advice, dont buy anything from here, unless you wanna go home hungry, with not getting what you paid for.
