Love their Lamb Skewers! Get them every weekend. Also dined in here a few times. Everything is pretty great.

The worst sesame paste noodles I have ever tasted, served like a decoration. There are flies, and the house music is still playing Happy Breakup...

First time experience was ok. Nothing really stands out but acceptable. There are definitely room for improvement. For example, the Shredded chicken sesame sauce noodle, while the taste is ok, the sesame sauce was way too thick and became pasty quickly and made the noodles all stuck together soon after arrived at the table. The fried chicken came with the noodles were a bit dry. The tea eggs were not marinated enought. You can just tell by the color of the egg shell. Beef in the Beef noodle soup were surprisingly bland but the soup base was very good. Pan fried noodles (slightly too oily), pickled cucumbers, Pumpkin bites were all quite tasty. Staff was pleasant and service was good however.

Ordered through Uber eats tonight. After waiting 1.5 hours the restaurant calls us and tells us they have our $100 order to someone else and were sorry. What the hell do we do with that? My whole family and kid is sitting here waiting for food to show up and after 1.5 hours you tell us we lost your $100 order. And its near impossible to talk to anyone at Uber as their customer service sucks. And all we are told is they cant give credit ! Skip this restaurant as they are not professional & organised. Never order online from this store and check everything. They are scamming people.

Been wanting to try this place for some time... Lamb skewers were tasty. The noodles could have been better flavoured, which took away from the experience. Broth was good and braised beef was tasty. But when your noodles are the centre of the attention, it would have been nice to have more flavour there.

Your membership is good deal, but I cant see membership fees directly. I must ask your staff that how much. You just put $20 in the any shape in your promotion flyer.

Address to the owner! We were at Fairview location last Tuesday October 8 around 3PM. When I asked your server if I can have chopsticks, she sarcastically tells me, do you know how to use chopsticks? I said Yes, we do, what do you think? And she answered back I thought you don t know because you asked me to give you fork, I said it s for my 7y/o daughter. Kindly educate that young lady server,to never asked your customers if they know how to use chopsticks! Just give no questions asked! I feel like she s discriminating us because of our nationality.

Food was decent. Portion size was big and pricing is good. Service was mediocre. They put us in the very back booth seating and basically forgot about us. I had to wave down a server to order and that took a while.

Dined in a few time and won t go back. Food quality has decreased. Poor service - Staff seemed unwelcoming and giving the impression they are underpaid. A lot of flies inside of restaurant made the environment feel unhygienic.

For a noodle place, it was disappointing. The chicken chow mein was dry and flavourless but my son and husband liked the beef dumplings.

The atmosphere is ok, but the service is not professional or welcoming. Chicken chowming was dry; no flavor. Vegetables chowming just named it Vegetable chowming but no vegetables at all. I think one Bockchoy they did many pieces and put them into it.

Pros - the extra noodle option is a nice generous helping of extra noodle - prices are decent - noodles are tasty and chewy, in line with all the other omni noodle locations Cons - prefer a server actually take my order with a menu.. the whole scan QR code on the table and order from the website yourself is lame - was not very busy at the time but noodles still took a long time (15+ mins) to arrive - vegetarian soup base was pretty flavourful; the meat broth soup base was a bit bland for my taste Vegetarian options: Essentially 1 noodle dish that is suitable for vegetarians. But quite a tasty dish.

Fresh tasting noodles. Service was fast. Its a small location, but that adds to its cozy atmosphere. Good deals to split with a friend. Hong Kong tea was delicious!

I recently had lunch here and unfortunately, I have to agree with some of the reviews. The beef portion needs to be improved, there were several flies around, and the service left much to be desired. I shared my feedback with your staff (which I usually dont do), but I believe additional training is necessary for the team. As someone with experience in the same industry, I understand the need for rest and that its not mandatory to smile; but a better attitude and paying more attention to surroundings would help improve the experience. The three stars are for the chewy noodles and milk tea, which were pretty decent. However aside from that I am disappointed - especially when I had a positive experience here before (the long-chin girl staff was friendly and the drink was great). I hope to visit again in the future, and I wish that by then, improvements will have been made in hygiene staff quality, and portion sizes.

The ramen tastes good The price is reasonable, the food is served quickly, and the service is also very fast. Although the order is a little small, it is basically not a big deal. I will go there again. Highly recommended

Such horrible customer service, dont waste your time here especially if you need to speak English. There are multiple other restaurants next door. I placed my order for a bowl of noodles on a weekday lunchtime (not during a rush, the restaurant had multiple empty tables). I waited over 20 mins and didnt receive anything. The server also didnt bother checking in on me, or even notice I was still waiting for food. I called the server over and asked where my noodles were, and she just flippantly said its coming and walked away. Another 5 mins later, a different server comes by and tells me to order something else in extremely broken English. It took a few mins of back and forth to figure out what she was saying: they gave my noodles to another table, and they need me to order something else. I asked why I couldnt get what I ordered and she said it would take too long to make, and she insisted I order a different noodle because its faster to make. Are you serious? A restaurant that tells its customers to order specific dishes that are more convenient for them, AFTER screwing up the order and not even apologizing.

Went there with my friends and the food was absolutely delicious! It was comfort food at its best. We ordered the braised beef noodle soup (definitely worth the hype), stir fried chicken noodles and garlic chicken wings. The food was served fresh and was very homely. Customer service was amazing as well. And the food was halal, which was the best part. Would highly recommend!!

I met a waitress who seemed to be from Hong Kong a few days ago. She served me patiently and recommended signature to me. I ordered the Lanzhou Ramen, which is delicious. But there are too many insects in the restaurant and cleaning needs to be improved.

Todays lunch ordering service staff had a lazy attitude. After sitting for a long time, no one said hello and no menu was brought. When the menu came, I ordered beef fried noodles, mutton chops and grilled chicken wings. It turned out that the fried noodles were cold, the chicken wings were not cooked, and the lamb The queue was acceptable, but it was a really bad lunch. I had a very unpleasant meal. I will not come back again. I feel bad about spending money to eat

Food is decent but overpriced. Compared to other noodle place. And I want to express my disappointment about the service received today around 1pm. No servant should assume that customers to pay tips upon pickup. It s not mandatory and I wonder why we need to pay tips for pick-ups. For the behavior that the cashier did not give us the change back, we did not say anything about it as it s not a big amount. But either she was not good at her job or she assumed or pushed us to pay for tips. Absolutely not acceptable. Hope you guys properly train your cashier to smile and properly give the change back to customer.

Go for the Lanzhou classic noodle combo with small side salad choice of (3) and choice of HK style drink. Best value on the menu. The classic Landzhou noodles is done right.

I ordered a takeaway and was waiting in front of the counter. The service staff didnt call my order when the meal was ready, and there was no prompt to pick up the meal. The takeout bags were always there. I asked once if the meal was good, and the reply was that I would please wait - the waiter didnt even ask me what I ordered. The takeout bag was brought to me after asking for the second time. I questioned why they didn t notify me when the meal was ready, and I was told that you need to come and ask yourself. ? ? ? ? ?

Got the beef brisket noodles, and it was great. I love soggy noodles so the leek style noodles worked for me, and the spiciness from the beef brisket wasnt overpowering. Most of the brokers were tender but a few from a different cut was a little tough. The portion was great for the price! Also had the preserved veggies beef noodles, and that ones beef was really good. The side dishes were a tad bit on the bland side but the drink/dessert that came with the singles combo were amazing. I got the taro sago coconut milk dessert, and oh boy was it worth it. The waitress there answered all our questions patiently too.great service and atmosphere! Overall, great place!

I recently dined at this noodle restaurant and had an unpleasant experience. Halfway through my meal, I was unexpectedly told that I needed to pay the bill. This abrupt request made me feel quite uncomfortable. Additionally, the total amount was $32.18, but I was asked to pay $33. This rounding up without explanation felt unreasonable and left a bad impression. Hehe, your reply is so interesting. I only ordered two regular noodles and paid by cash. So the calculation would be 14.99*2*1.13*0.95(cash discount)=32.18, and you told me to pay $33. Couldn t you remember I also offered you additional $2 as tips as I didn t imagine you rounded up so much?

Disgusting fired noodles!!!! DONT COME!!!!!! Terrible service!!! The boss is extremely rube with no apology for the disgusting noodle. TRUST ME!! SAVE YOUR MONEY!! I received the restaurants reply, they said I made fabricated malicious comments. I will provide the picture and detailed information: I recently visited this restaurant and ordered the lamb fried noodles. After taking the first bite, I found the dish extremely salty and inedible. I politely asked the waitress if I could return or exchange the dish because it was too salty. She said she needed to check and spoke to a lady, presumably the manager. The manager immediately told her that it was not possible to return or exchange the dish. The waitress came back and informed me of the same, with no further explanation. Additionally, when we were seated, there was only one set of utensils and a water cup for the two of us. It was only after the food arrived and I reminded the waitress that she provided us with another set of utensils and a water cup. Throughout the entire interaction, there was no apology or attempt to address the issue. I ended up paying $20 CAD for a dish I couldnt eat. The rude attitude and disregard for customers, coupled with the awful food, make me strongly advise AGAINST dining at this restaurant.

Delicious food! I had the halal braised beef noodle soup. The place is halal certified which is amazing. The bowl was so large. Very filling. Fast and professional service. Ordered take out - 1) braised beef noodles - watered down soup, crappy pieces of braided beef, super tiny bok choy pieces and very small portion of noodles 2) stir fried noodles with beef - the smallest order of fried noodles Ive ever received from a Chinese restaurant. Total rip off, tasteless...dont waste your money...$35 down the drain.

If possible, I wouldnt give any points. There is currently a discount policy for Roujiamo, but because of the waiter s problem, I found out after checkout that there was no discount. I asked for a refund, and the service staff said they would give me a coupon as compensation, but I refused. What I needed was my cash, and then they refused to give me a refund for various reasons. In the end, they even asked me to pay for another Roujiamo. The money was then sent back to me, but my request was for a refund, but they still wanted me to pay again. The service was extremely poor and I was very impatient. Finally, perhaps because they didnt want to cause too much trouble, they gave us cash from their tip bucket, as if it was our responsibility. Its obviously their mistake, but they want customers to pay. Such a simple thing must make everyone unhappy. Wont do it again, highly recommend. If you come here to eat, be sure to pay attention to whether there will be overcharges!

It was my first time trying ramen at a Chinese restaurant and if you re trying to be more experimental with your food then I don t recommend this at all. The broth was flavourless and tasted like nothing. The chicken seemed undercooked and tasted weird too. It was so bad , we couldn t even finish it. Had to leave our bowls half full. They give you a free drink if you give them a five star review and show it to them ; that explains the high rating. Save your money for a better place!

Got the Lanzhou beef noodles and the spring rolls, both of them lack so much flavor The beef had a lot of fat and the rolls tasted very cheap. Staff was indifferent, barely interacted with. Maybe it was my mistake for getting the noodles with no chilli oil, but I don t think the flavor of a whole dish should be in a bit of spicy sauce. Good ambience and fair prices, but Toronto has many good noodle places to visit.

Since when you charge extra dollar for the chilli oil for take out and still expect for extra tips?! The soup was not hot enough and only half full in a tiny container (compared with those in Young st. branch). The cashier refused to provided paid break-down receipt... The entire approach was so fishy and cheesy, I will not repurchase from this branch. For those of you who still care about your hard-earned money, go to Young & Sheppard branch or the branch at Midland & Sheppard. Way much better than this Fairview Mall one!

I was craving for hand-pulled noodles so we came here. We ordered the braised beef noodle and stir fried chicken noodle. It was easily $35 with tax. The only thing we liked in this place was the noodle and its texture. It was fresh and chewy. I didnt feel like I was eating packet noodles. What we didnt like was: the beef in the soup was not delicious, both soup and beef was super salty. Portion was small and they were very stingy with the ingredients. In their menu picture, there are about 3 bok choy, in my serving I got 3 leaves of 1 bok choy. The stir fried noodle was worse, it had specks of chicken and veggie. Overall, we felt that we had only carbs that day and were not full. There wasnt much of a restaurant ambience, it was more of a food court or street food ambience (located near the entrance to the train station and infront of TNT). We sat outside and we had several people walking by us while we ate. The server was also not very friendly. Hardworking but not patient. One server would occasionally show up to seat customers and if you stand to see the menu longer than 2 minutes, they will make the decision for you and make you take a seat (happened to me). I would not recommend this place for hand pulled noodles especially for the price, quantity and quality. Parking: It is located in Fairview Mall and the restaurant is close to TNT. There is enough parking for lot of people and its free. There is also charging station for electric vehicles.

Four people ordered two set meals, which tasted great and the price was right! While waiting for the meal, I stopped by the supermarket and was very efficient! Kid-friendliness: Children like it very much

Everything went smooth until paying for the bill; there was a discrepancy between the price of the combo (one dish, one appetizer and a drink) if we order from the phone and the actual price we pay after the meal at the counter, if we choose other variety of noodles, it says add 1 dollar, but their cash system will process it as being order three dishes separately. I made the payment, then felt something weird and tried to reason with the manager while the only thing she did was just trying to confuse me. I didn t ask for refund, she took away the bill which was the only proof. Please be careful when you go there to eat to make sure both parties are clear about the amount before making the payment

I had the stir fry beef noodles. It had good flavour and a good amount of meat. I tried the beef noodle soup too. They call it braised beef noodle soup but it wasnt really like Taiwanese braised beef noodle soup. It was more of a clear broth with lots of coriander and had a strong white pepper taste. The hand pulled noodles were nice and chewy.
