I thought the taste was average. I ordered Lanzhou classic ramen and mutton skewers, both of which were average. But I was very kind to see their hot sauce and soy sauce.

I love that I can have halal ramen like dishes from here.The lamb options are always so good and I often share the braised beef noodle soup with my kids as the portion sizes are generous. I had never tried sesame balls before and it was my first time at this place and they were great too I enjoy the meals from here every time I come to Fairview mall.

Wanted halal noodle soup and I came across this place on google. It was a bit of a drive from our place but we decided to try it on a whim. We were pleasantly surprised, the braised beef noodle soup was very good and the service was not bad. One thing that they can improve is to handout more napkins with the soup as slurping the soup is a bit of a messy business. If you re driving to the place and want good parking, you can park in the Shepard Yonge Plaza covered parking lot.

This place definitely has a great bowl of Traditional Lanzhou Beef Noodles. I usually get a thicker noodle (like mid-flat) but thin flat was a good size! Service wasn t bad but it wasn t great. Small-ish place with only 5-7 tables varying in size.

Nasty customer service. Rude workers. They messed up my order and gave me the wrong noodle type. Look at their so called egg. That was probably a week old egg Someone needs to conduct a food and health inspection here.

I used to be a regular customer of Oriental Palace. I went to eat in Scarborough when it first opened. I passed by ys yesterday and saw the Oriental Palace, so I took my friends to eat there. Order placed at 8:30pm for two fried eggs. After I finished eating the noodles, they were served to me (I waved to the waiter to say hi, and all the customers in the store looked at me. The guy wearing glasses walked directly to the back kitchen, ignoring me) After a while, he came out of the back kitchen. , my friend waved my hand again, and he came over. I said that my omelette had not been served for 25 minutes, and he just said ok without any apology... By the time he finished serving my noodles, I had finished eating. A very bad dining experience. As a regular customer of Oriental Palace, I will never eat there again!

Love this place, I came here so many times every time is late night and their employees is so friendly. First time is a girl server she is cool nice. And another time a Chinese guy wearing glasses we talked so much about cameras I always had a good time in this restaurant.

That beef noodle soup is the BEST. Its like a warm hug that makes you forget everything wrong in the world. The beef is so tender and the flavors explode. If youre getting it to go they pack the noodles and the soup separately so it doesnt get soggy. The staff is super friendly. The picture I post is only about one third of the serving. Me and my girlfriend loved this very similar restaurant in hamilton (perhaps the same owners?) but after it closed down we were so worried we d lost our favorite place. Luckily this restaurant is practically the same and serves some of the best noodles and meat buns we ve ever had. absolutely love it

The cashier boy, who wears glasses, was quite rude and unprofessional. Yesterday, we ordered fried beef dumplings but received boiled lamb dumplings by mistake. Although he acknowledged the error, we were fine with it. Later, he brought us a small plate of fried beef dumplings without asking. Assuming he was making up for the mistake, we ate them. When the bill arrived, he charged us for the extra dumplings. I explained that we hadn t ordered a second plate and asked why we were being charged. He responded that we ate them, and despite my attempts to explain, he refused to listen. He insisted that nothing is free and was very rude. In the end, he threw six dollars on counter with an attitude. I understand mistakes can happen, especially with a staff shortage, but his attitude was unacceptable.

I had been visiting this place since I moved to North York. Had enjoyed splendid hospitality of the lady who use to work there. She was accommodating, well etiquette and professional. However, my recent visit turned out to be a disaster. They absolutely maintained the quality of food, no doubt. But the service and treatment received by the boy in glasses was absolutely awful. For instance, we were a group of 8 people and he provide only 6 plates without explanation and when asked he said to share the dishes. Yes, that s what he reply. We were family so we don t mind but if I were with my colleagues, I don t know how many people are okay with sharing the dishes. Secondly he made some mistakes in taking order, which he just acknowledged by nodding head behind the counter after the order was filled, no explanation again. On top of it he charged extra for that, again no explanation. When we went to discuss, he got hostile and refused to listen. I do understand that in current economy small businesses try to go low on staffing and resources to survive, and how much pressure is loaded on the workers. Any mistakes are acceptable as long as proper acknowledgment and understanding is demonstrated. However, this unprofessional, rude and ignorant behaviour is not tolerable. As a loyal. Customer I would love to visit the place again, however I insist the management to take strict coaching measures on the staff member Regards

I ordered the braised beef noodle, unsure of what to expect at omni noodle. I have to say that it completely exceeded my expectation. In fact, I ate it so fast and licked the plate clean, so so tasty!

Not the most authentic Lanzhou lamian Ive had in the GTA but certainly up there; I had to take a star off for the service - our waiter was inattentive the whole time and impatient when asked about the menu.

Small place with 2 2-person tables and 3 4-person tables and bench seating for maybe 6 more. You order via aQR code at your table. The lovely server brings water out right away. We had the braised beef noodles bowl (huge and fall apart tender beef, you need to uae borh the cjop sticks and the small ladle/soup spoon - and you ll still slurp), chicken chow mein (flavorful, not best cuts of chicken) , and the beef pan fried dumplings (very tasty! Uae the sauce too). We parked in public lot around the corner as we couldnt find street parking on Sunday afternoon. Definitely recomend!

Braised beef noodles are amazing but the chicken mushroom noodles are horrible. Literally had no seasoning and the broth was literally diluted soy sauce in water, I couldn t finish let alone start eating this. The braised beef noodles are amazing tho so get those and avoid the chicken mushroom noodle

We visited the Yonge Sheppard location. Im disappointed to say that my second visit to this restaurant was a letdown compared to my first positive experience. While the beef noodle soup was still delicious, the beef noodle dish had a long hair stuck in the meat, which was a major turnoff. Although the restaurant promptly replaced my meal, they failed to apologize for the incident, which added to my disappointment. I hope the management takes this as an opportunity to improve their hygiene practices, such as requiring all staff, especially those handling food, to wear hair nets. With this simple precaution, incidents like mine could be avoided, and I would have been happy to continue patronizing this restaurant. Unfortunately, the lack of attention to detail and poor customer service has made me hesitant to return.

This restaurant is one of the worst restaurants in Toronto, bad food, rude staff and more than half an hour for the food to arrive.

I highly recommend this restaurant to people who like noodles. The handmade noodle is very delicious and they offer lots of choices. Not only the food, the staffs there are very friendly and helpful too! We really enjoyed the dining experience and will visit again!

My family and I recently visited this restaurant that specializes in Hui cuisine from China. As we entered the restaurant, we were greeted by a beautiful server who showed us to our seating area. The restaurants interior was cozy and inviting, with a warm ambiance that made us feel right at home. Our server quickly brought us water and plates and instructed us to scan the QR code to access the menu. We ordered their famous beef noodles soup, kebabs, and steamed chicken with chilli. The beef noodle soup tasted good but was quite salty for our liking. We suggest the restaurant reduce the salt content or allow customers to adjust the seasoning according to their taste preferences. The kebabs were flavorful but a bit tough to bite into. They could benefit from being more tender and juicy. The highlight of our meal was the steamed chicken with chilli. It was delicious and had the perfect balance of spiciness and tenderness. Overall, we enjoyed our dining experience at this restaurant and would recommend it to anyone who loves Hui cuisine. We hope that the restaurant will take our feedback as an opportunity to improve and provide an even better experience for their customers in the future.

Why I found it thos late?!! Food was amazing. Must try Stirfried beed noodle. What I loved more was the digital menu, directly adding foods and detailed topings to cart, and they will brong to your tables. Menu has high quality pictures and details helping you choose easily what you love..

Finally visited a halal authentic chinese restaurant. Welcomed by a warm and enthusiastic staff lady. This was my first hand pulled chinese noodle experience so my review can be taken with a grain of salt, also I was very hungry! I started with their cucumber appetizer which was simple yet very crunchy and flavorful, due to the garlic and red chillies. Next up were the lamb skewers. Well seasoned, a bit chewy but I kind of liked it. It might have meant to be like that and it was definitely something I enjoyed. Should have taken the four piece instead. Finally we have the star of the show, the braised beef noodle soup. Came in a big bowl and if bang for your buck was a dish, this is definitely it!. The beef was so well cooked, the meat literally fell apart in your mouth after the first bite, but the rest of the meat in my chopsticks stayed intact. Kudos to the chef! The broth was quite aromatic and comforting. It wasnt that spicy at all either. The noodles had a good texture, long and well cooked, and absorbed the flavors from the soup really well. The dish was quite hot too so dont be in a rush to dig in as soon as you get it! I can see myself having it in any season or mood. This bowl can help you recover from sickness, breakups you name it. If getting a hug from an old friend was a dish, the braised beef noodle soup is pretty close to looking like one. Im definitely going to be a regular at this place, for as long as my budget allows me. Highly recommend to bring cash. Youre welcome!

It was late and it was 1:30am and My girlfriend had heard about this place--to be honest xD I was skeptical because the last place we went to was meh. But to my surprise, this was really good. We only ordered one bowl just in case our eyes were hungrier than our appetite; but i was also wrong on that. We ordered beef noodles, a plate of lamb skewers(amazing seasoning on these teasers by the way!) some spring rolls and dumplings along the way. Definitely hits the spot on a cold night too, definitely a new place for us to frequent out on.
