We had Cappuccino and Mochaccino, not good, but the service was friendly

attentive service with a delicious tuna sandwich and a cup of latte. Love sitting and chatting with friends in front of the store.

Avoid at all costs. Coffee that tastes like plastic.

Amazing fresh pressed juices and smoothies! The muffins are also a tasty treat!

Bad food and service. The scone was really stale and disgusting inside (and looked it, too), and when I returned it after one bite, all I was told was that there s nothing they can do because they get them from a manufacturer. How about offer a refund or exchange? It s not the customer s responsibility to reap the consequences if you have a bad manufacturer. Not to mention they also have no prices or labels for their food on display. Clearly they care more about money than being fair to their customers.

Coffee, tea, sandwiches, pastries. No dining in but numerous seating outside in the hallway. Tends to be busy, especially at lunch time. Tuna sandwich very good. Decent croissants.

Good coffees and lattes; fresh enough baked goods. We did not have them, but enough selections of small sandwiches. Bagels werent on the menu, but apparently they have them too. I appreciated the fact that they did not ask for tip for takeout items automatically. But I would have happily tipped them. Bayview Village is sometimes very busy but we were able to find a table during Thursday morning at 9am.

Bayview Villiage is undergoing renos so the atmosphere is less than 100%. However the food and service at Lettieri never disappoints. Really nice service.

Good place in the mall to sit and have a coffee. The sandwiches are good.

Nice little cafe with a good selection of pastries, but the quality is not satisfying. We ordered Latte and cappuccino which were burnt and low in quality. This may have been a single incident. Ill update the review soon after trying again.

Terrible experience! Terrible staffs! They dont even listen - their coffee was burnt and I asked them to change and they didnt. They said all the coffees are like this and you are the only customer who is complaining!! Then they left I never seen such a rude behavior in Canada! Woman who works there on Saturday is very rude

Had blueberry scone for my kid and he loved it! It was very soft and not sweet which made it a perfect snack for him! Also got a cheese and ham croissant and enjoyed the taste! You need to sit in the mall not the cafe itself and sometimes it might get very crowded and loud! Staffs were nice and friendly!

The owner Mary and her staff are always pleasant. You will not be disappointed with her food and drink. Vegetarian options: Not too many but enough to a small shop to offer.

The people are always friendly and the price is stable.

Affordable, local café at Bayview village. Recommend for both who wants to grab a quick cup of coffee!

The iced mocaccino was ok. The cookie and loaf were quite good.

Last year I asked if their pastry is made there and they said yes. Two days ago I went inside before closing and I see kirkland boxes with spinach pie, sandwiches. Croissants etc.and the lady said they don t make them. So apparently I am paying prime price bcs I m thinking I m eating somehow healthier but everything is from Cosco. Scam completely scam

Selling baked goods from Costco and espresso making by Nespresso wow lol not even worth 1 star. I can get better drinks and bakery on my own. Dont expect real espresso infused drinks here

Good coffee shop in Bayview village with cappuccino and latte more reasonably priced than Starbucks or other cafes.

Got a slice of banana bread and a blueberry scone (that was hot out of the oven!). Im eating it hours later and both are super moist and flavourful. An added bonus is that it isnt super sweet! Will be trying other pastries and their coffee another time for sure.

A nice little cafe in Bayview village. I ordered their coffee and it was pretty good. Wanted to order the paninis too but was too full after a big lunch. I would recommend for a quick stop if you want to try a non franchise option.

Rude customer service. we were trying to buy some pastries but the lady just gave us vague answers and when we bought something, she ended up charged us more than what she said. When we realized that and went back to ask about overcharging she said it was `what it was` .. not returning again..

Advertised as an espresso bar but served Nespresso coffee. Huge disappointment. Coffee treated gross if you were wondering.

Coffee isnt great. Pastries arent fresh. And one time the owner/manager refused to give me a paper cup. Great business sense.

Horrible ... the lady if I even can call her a lady was sooooo rude . They can not make a simple almond latte or even a simple soy latte . And they didn t want to refund my money . To the store owner : you may want to train your staff attitude and also how to make coffee in a coffee shop in a classy place like Bayview Village

Pricey coffee but delicious! Lots of choices and everything tastes fresh and hot! Staff are friendly and patient.

I like their coffee and the sandwiches are nice too. Staff are friendly and nice. The service is fast and the location in convenient. There are seatings available in front of the store and the nice ladies who work for the mall keep them clean and tidy.

The food and smoothie were okay but the service was atrocious! The worst Ive had in a long time in Canada. At the front there were two older ladies, so maybe thats different from the people who commented about the friendly staff. They gave me an attitude from the beginning when I asked for a sandwich and then decided to also add a smoothie. When I said the smoothie flavour the one who was supposed to make it had a reaction like F*ing great! and was visibly annoyed - at what, I dont understand, all I said was the flavour?! Then I noticed that the other one had inputted the wrong sandwich on the receipt and I pointed it out because I didnt want to get the wrong sandwich. That of course led to another session of attitude where both of them started being super rude to me, telling me that it doesnt matter because all of the sandwiches are the same price, which was not the point. They were so rude that I wanted to cancel everything but I had already paid while we were talking and I was with a friend who really wanted to eat there and had already put her order in. Two other customers saw all this and left because of how I was treated. Definitely never going back!

Friendly environment, variety of drinks and delicious sweeteries , trusty staffs. They kept a package lve missed there, till I back to pick it up a few hours later.

Lettieri serves bad coffee for a high price. The dark roast coffee I tried had absolutely NO coffee taste. It was just lukewarm water. When I told the server that it was tasteless, she said that no one else had ever complained about their dark roast before and that my taste buds must be off. She refused to refund my money or offer me anything else and watched in silence as I threw the coffee away. For the prices this place charges and in the ritzy shopping centre it is located, they should be offering a much better product and giving their customers better service. AVOID this place.

Latte had 2 inches of foam. Smelt like something between a metal and gasoline. Took one taste and threw it out. Told the person at the counter how bad it was. Offered to make me another. Will not return Ever.

TERRIBLE!!! RUDE!!! I ordered a smoothie and got something that could easily pass for juice...it was that bad. When I complained, they didnt try to fix it and were very rude. I do not recommend!

Went there again last week, had a vegetable and fruit smoothie, it was sooo fresh. Definitely should try it!
