They always have excuses and the items that you order is not available all the time. I live close by and whenever I go there and try to order something, I hear, “sorry not available now”. Horrible EXPERIENCE ALWAYS!
I am writing to express my disappointment with the customer service at this location, which I believe stems from managerial decisions. I used to enjoy visiting, as there were some excellent staff members. During my last visit, I waited in line only to have a woman bud in front of me. When it was my turn, I informed Camille, the cashier, about the situation. Instead of addressing the issue, she rudely waved me away and instructed me to go to the next cashier, even though no one was there. This behavior is unacceptable; employees should politely correct such actions and ensure customers respect the line. Due to this experience, I will no longer be visiting this location—or any Tim Hortons, for that matter. It’s unfortunate, as I feel I can save my money when faced with such poor service.
I came to this location to pick up a two good to go order. The employees are very kind to help me. Tim Hortons needs to be reminded that when joining to the to-go the whole point is to get rid of surplus food instead of wasting it and throwing in the garbage. They shouldn't be limiting boxes of items. If it's day old and not a going to sell, put it in the box whether it be 7 or more! That's the whole point of the program.
I just get services from another person but the girl named Allena she was very very rude with me why I didn't get it but it will be nice your employees get little bit better with the customer
Went here picked up a turkey bacon club, a plain bagel with bacon and lettuce as well as 3 mango frozen lemonades with an oreo iced cap. The person who cashed me definitely misheard me as I was presented with 3 frozen lemonades instead of 3 mango ones. She then proceeded to tell me that I did not ask for the mango frozen lemonade despite having my family there during the order as they all had input of what they wanted. I did get the drinks corrected in the end but I did not like how it was handled. It was not customer service friendly nor was it polite to attempt to argue with someone about an error that could have simply be resolved.
They had the vanilla dip donut here so I knew I had to leave a review because they are so delicious the way that the crunchy sprinkles mix with the sweet sweet. Oh so gooey vanilla icing Make this donut my favorite.
I paid and waited for cashier to give me a receipt. Then she started to serve the next customer and I told her I need a receipt. Then cashier said, " You have to wait until I am finished with this customer, you should have asked for it earlier. " I told her " I didn't need to ask. I tapped my credit to pay and need proof of my payment and need to see what was charged on my card." Then she said " The system doesn't automatically print it, you have to ask it." In what business, do you have to ask for a receipt after paying with a credit card? I told her she should just press the print button or ask if I would like a receipt. Then she said I should have asked for it. Then I said to her, "Every week or biweekly when you get paid from Tim Hortons, do you have to ask the company for a paystub every time or to they just provide it to you?"
I always buy lunch or coffee at this branch just because it is close to my work. Yesterday, when I went to but lunch, the crew messed up my order, first of all, I ordered cream of broccoli, but when I opened it it was CHICKEN NOODLE soup. I had to go back down and waste my time to return it. Then, they gave me my cream of broccoli (at last), they even gave me the chicken noodle soup but I refuse because what for??? Unfortunately, when I opened my soup (again) it was lets say “not 3/4 full” or a little bit more half. LOL Did I pay less or half the price of the soup? HAHAHA Didn’t know there such a thing! The crew completely wasted my time.

Im sorry i usually do not rate low. But this place i had a too goo to go order and the bakery items were all stale and not good. You guys should have thrown this out. The staff there is nice but the food from that platform do not order from To Good To go at this tim hortons Metro location youve been warned.

Horrible idea to have a timmies in a busy metro location. The line up is always long and you have to walk through metro and cashiers to get to it unless you walk through the exit walking against shoppers with heavy bags. The service is mediocre at best. Seems that the location puts a damper on the employees.
This location doesn t serve breakfast, has no place to sit, and their decaf coffee is extremely weak.
This location is inside the Metro Supermarket. Their selection of baked goods are ok - they have the toasted cocout donut which is a plus. However, they do not service breakfast sandwiches. You can get a bagel or crossaint there if that is what you are looking for. Parking: Located in a plaza with Metro, Winners, LCBO, and many other stores, there is plenty of parking. Wheelchair accessibility: The doors are automated to enter and exit the store. The area around the counter is wide.

Came in the morning to pick up my mobile order and unfortunately they dont have ice cap, the lady whos doing the service was so rude. She couldve ask nicely if i did mobile order but instead screamed at me u should ask and i actually did if i was in the right place for pick up. Hate wen people give such an attitude in the morning and it ruins the whole day.

First I ordered regular coffee but I was given D.D, I ask to change it to regular she gave more milk on my regular coffee. The staff had a bad habit of pouring the cream or milk that arent measured. Plus the staff arent very friendly.

Poor customer service (especially towards people with disability). An old man on a wheelchair ordered an espresso and they won t even bother to hand him his coffee because he didn t pay yet.(The man is incapable of reaching his bag-pouch around his neck to get his money). And one more thing, they don t even serve cold drinks 3 hours before they close.

This place is inside the Metro Food Store. Typical Tim Hortons boring aray of coffees. Youre better off at the second cup its about 50 yards away and rhey serve much better coffee and pastries

Poor customer service ever! Just went there hour ago. I ordered for oreo iced capp but this girl (cashier) told me the ice cap machine wasn t working so i ordered smoothie instead.. But then i saw them serving an iced capp to the person in the other line who was next to me! whaaaat? For just a second the machine got fixed? To make the long story short, they gave my oreo iced capp and told me to add up 20cents and the manager came and said i can keep my 20cents! What a joke! Do not recommend this place.

Ordered a coffee twice here, opened it and noticed both times they never give you a full cup of coffee. My advice is stay away from Tim Hortons unless you like being ripped off.
this location never never serve cold drink like ice capp and chilled after 6 pm. very inconvenient to customer, they should have prepare at least 30 mins before they close. my 3rd time experienced . The manager ( Elena ) is always so rude and disrespectful. I was confirming my order with her because she had a wrong one and it looks like she didn t like that!!! She raised her voice in front of all the other customers and acted like I am the one who made the mistake!!!! I have never seen such a poor customer service.

I recommend visiting, the atmosphere is friendly, the sellers are friendly.
Quick service! At some hours you might not find parking so close to the entrance, but its not too bad. Trick: walk in through the exit of metro if youre only going to tim hortons. Youll avoid walking through the store to get your coffee, which is right next to the exit anyway.
Tip: this Timmies is inside the metro supermarket

Some of the staff are not courteous, does not provide cup sleeves for hot beverages..talk so loud in there official language makes fun and jokes eventhough customers are lining up for orders..
The manager gave me and my friend poor customer service. We came to Tim hortons with a smile on our face but left angry. Im shock for their behaviour since me and my friend were being nothing but kind. The manager randomly called us annoying and other things that I can not mentioned. We felt embarrassed and disappointed. I cant believe what I witnessed.
There needs to be more attention on the bathroom cleanliness
