We ordered three drinks and a two sides toasted with butter, the person in the kitchn was sooo rude. The whole food was very cold. When asked her to make correct, she said i will refund the order. Then we inisted that we dont want refund, we want it made correct. Also, requested her to be polite and not rude with us for no reason. Still she have the food burnt and cold. Basically tosted on high temperature, giving out burnt food and cold from inside, providing unappropriate temp for food.

Purchased the pepperoni flatbread and waited around a little over 10 minutes. Which is a slightly bit longer than other Tim locations, but I was in no rush. After opening the box when the flatbread was completed, only the ends had cuts. The middle wasn’t cut at all. So I had to eat a larger slice instead. Not exactly a problem, but having 6 slices instead of 5 would’ve been nice. Atmosphere overall was okay; it’s close to the station which is convenient. However overall experience at this location could’ve been better
This Tim Hortons used to be great, but in the past three times I've ordered within a week, they've messed up my order every single time. When I point it out, they never acknowledge their mistake. They also called me liar, and ask for charges.This is not a good look for Tim Hortons at all.
Large and spacious cafe that can accommodate a considerable group or bunch of folks. Situated a few meters away from the Sheppard- Yonge bus station and subway station. This joint of Tim Hortons does have a few couches if you wanna sip a coffee or a hot chocolate in a cozy spot near an artificial fireplace and really high ceilings. There is a GO bus stop right in front of this Tim Hortons adjoining the LCBO and Food Basics. The three stars is majorly due to the cleanliness of the space. Since this Tim Hortons open around 5ish, this is also a hotspot for homeless folks. The restrooms hence,are almost often a mess and unclean. Another short coming is a staff from the early morning crew, a middle aged / old Asian woman who is very rude to customers. I have personally felt the indifference many a time while being served. (Not to be confused with an energetic young Asian girl who recently joined the morning shifts)
Best Tim Hortons experience because I discovered the new herbal garlic pastry which I highly highly recommend!! No praise high enough! Otherwise clean location, quick service and friendly staff. Overall good experience!
This is my regular jam, I go here almost daily, their staff here is quite quick and usually pretty regular faces. This definitely helps with the speed of order delivery and overall operation smoothness. Especially during the morning and lunch time rush. Overall they make their food items pretty well and they also take mobile orders. I give them 8/10!

They practically dont put any sauce for the wraps. I thought it was a fluke but my partners wrap didnt have any either. When we asked for more sauce we got attitude and were asked to open and show our wraps. Wth is this? Giving them benefit where they said oh and gave us sauce. Food

Poor service. Arrogant and rude behaviour of Tims Indian employees. People waiting at front and employees ignoring them for no reason. At least, say them Hi, greet them with a smile and request them to wait for a while. Customers are looking at your face and you are not even looking back at them. Pretending to be working on NASAs mission by ignoring your valued customers.
This tims doesnt have espresso shot or hash browns available for customers at any given point be it morning or evening

I placed my mobile order at 10:03 AM and arrived at the store located at 4750 Yonge Street, North York, ON, around 10:10 AM. When I showed my order confirmation to one of the workers, they insisted that my order didnt exist in their system and suggested I might have ordered from a different location. However, the address on my order clearly matched the correct location. After telling me they couldnt find my order, the worker left me at the counter and proceeded to help the next customer. When I asked the manager for help, requesting for my order or a refund, the manager replied, Thats the apps fault, not ours. I cant refund you nor give you the food. You just wait. THIS IS RIDICULOUS. Am I supposed to be responsible for their system error and waste my time waiting indefinitely? The lack of assistance was frustrating, especially given the managers arrogant and careless attitude, which made me feel as though I should never have used the mobile ordering option. No one deserves such poor customer service. At the very least, an explanation and some patience would have been appreciated. After researching online, it seems this is a common issue with mobile orders. Why couldnt any of the employees take a couple of minutes to clarify the situation for me? Eventually, my order did appear in their system, but this terrible experience has ensured that I will avoid this Tim Hortons location in the future. Clearly they DO NOT care about their customers at all.

Came to this location at noon on a Sunday(quite a busy place) very efficient speed and I was greeted and served by a very friendly n welcoming gentleman with smile. Got the loaded hanbanero chicken wrap, during my wait for my wrap another lady greeted and checked up on me to makesure I was served. Wrap was delicious and convenient for my way to work. Portion of my wrap was a lot bigger than the one from inside of sheppard yonge centre tims. Only downfall was the dirty washrooms

I had a Boston Cream and coffee with 3 sugars. In other words a sugar fix. Wheelchair accessibility: Good system for Wheelchairs as while I was there about 5 people in Wheelchairs came in separately, so I assumed that it was popular for the Wheelchair people.
They never have anything a normal Tim Hortons would, so if you want soup or most sandwiches or wraps dont expect to get one here. Theyll probably also get mad at you and be rude to you if you try to order those things.

This tall young Philippines guy working today doesnt know his job well and thinks he knows everything. First, when I want to load money in my Tims Card, he says scan your points card. I said that this was the first time anyone told me to scan my points card for loading money. He had some excuses and I didnt bother. Then he gave me less coffee. I ask him to fill it. He says more? I said umm yeah. You didnt fill it Then as Im having my coffee and enjoying my chat over the phone with my friend, he comes and sprays the table just infront of my coffee and starts cleaning??? I had to cover the lid of my coffee cup. How crazy can he be to do that??? Today issue - January 14, 2023 6:20 - 6:50 pm. I really dont like how my visit went at all. Never seen this guy before.

In Toronto, I see more Tim Hortons than Starbucks, so I go often. There are sofas and chairs to sit comfortably, and the ceiling is high, so its nice that it doesnt feel stuffy even when there are a lot of people. Tim Hortons is always full of people.

TIM HORTONS YONGE AND POYNTZ AVE This is one of the most consistently dirty Tim Hortons restaurants you will ever see. The garbage cans are usually overflowing onto the floor, dead flies, and food on the windows frames. The staff are oblivious, and I suspect the franchise owners are also. McDonalds restaurants have a saying: if youve got time to lean, youve got time to clean that is definitely not the case in this Tim Hortons. UPDATE Two additional photos added weeks after the initial posting. You can see not a lot changed; the window sills are still dirty, the floor around the windows and heater is filthy. A message came from Tim Hortons expressing their concern and to contact them. Why should I contact them? They can plainly see the issue. It seems invisible to the staff and the franchise owner. Maybe Tim Hortons head office have no standards or audits. Otherwise, they wouldnt allow this.
Apparently, two employess say Its a waste of money to brew decaf, well, when you have health issues and you cant drink too much caffeine, I need decaf andi have to wait 5-7 mins for a cup because they dont brew it unless its asked for. Poor point of view, maybe I should call from my condo and order before I come down, so Im not standing there for 5-7 everyday. Ridiculous

We had to order 3 times! We said what we want and they did not place the order. We said it for the second time. And when we received the order it was missing some parts. And we had to order again. They did not even apologize! It was a very bad experience.

I have very few expectations when I walk into any Tim Hortons but this location is absurdly slow. The one guy at the register was also preparing coffee and doing other random jobs at the same time. I waited approximately 8 minutes for a simple egg and cheese on an English muffin while other orders were being prepared ahead of mine. Management is obviously very poor here.

This location is extremely understaffed, staff are unhelpful, and for a location where they consistently dont have anyone available to give you your mobile orders, they always place the mobile orders just out of reach so you cant pick them up yourself and if you dont speak up theyll have you waiting 10 minutes for your order. As a result Ive switched to the location in the Sheppard Center, where not only do they have your order ready and within reach, they are adequately staffed and havent given me food poisoning (unlike this location). After a month of using the Sheppard location, I tried this location again today in hopes that it would have improved, and yet again I was disappointed. I wont be back.

Today at 6:45am I came here to pick up doughnuts for the office. Since it was my birthday I, also, decided to claim my free birthday gift from my app. The staff pretended they didnt know how to process redemptions, and told me that I am not entitled to it. I showed them that I am entitled to it, and if they do not know how to handle it they should ask for help. They then started to raise their voices at me and said that I have to make a purchase. I reminded them that I just bought 50 doughnuts, and that no purchase is required. They flat out refused to process my redemption. I did not even care about the sandwich; but felt compelled to stand up for my rights. I made it clear that I was not leaving, since it was their job to serve me and make the situation right. She demanded to know what she was supposed to do. I told her to call the head office to learn how to process a transaction. She finally proceeded to call when I would not leave. The head office quickly guided her through the brief process. Not a single person from Tim Hortons bothered to apologize for their lack of professionalism and for yelling at me in front of others; nor did anyone greet me with a hello, happy birthday, or thank you and come again. After all of the hardships the restaurants have endured during the pandemic, you would think that Tim Hortons would be thankful for having loyal customers, instead of chasing them away and making them unwelcome. Tim Hortons should not be punishing its customers. It should be disciplining its staff that lacks customer service skills.

This happened yday, on March 17th 2022. The Google maps and Google search shows that its open till 11 pm. Even when I reached there their doors show the same timings. But at 10pm itself they have closed down and there was no one to serve us. Maybe I am just being critical but as a regular Tim customer it was so disappointing to see their timings are not updated, thereby customers suffering from inconvenience

Okay so this Tim hortons branch is run by Filipinos and to my dismay they really have disappointing service here for a nationality that prides itself as being hospitable and friendly . The Filipinos here are very discriminatory when it comes to their customers. The guy in front of me was a white guy and they happily accommodated him while me an Asian they had to make me wait for a couple of minutes and it was like they were forced to ask me what my order was. It s like suddenly they hate doing their job. The ladies there are very impolite to me and my iced coffee was literally full of ice and just a small amount of coffee. Please if the manager and the employees are reading this please be kind to your customers no matter what their background is. Like other reviews, there is no service at this location. I waited quite long to get someone helped me for my app order. Obviously, this team needs more hands during lunch time. And I was shocked by the size of lunch wrap. Actually both wraps were small like this. Not to sure this issue is Tim Hortons franchise or this specific location. Shocked you call this lunch wrap?
Not enough staff here and clearly not all of them knows what they should do when they at work. The line was out of the door for this reason. People even left because waiting in line for too long. When I got to the register to order I told my order for the first employee. Then she didn t know how to punch it in the register. Another employee came to rescue her but I got my order wrong on top of that. I had only egg and cheese in my breakfast sandwich when I clearly said BACON labout 5 times to make sure they won t make mistake. They still did. I m not too happy. It comes down to bad management at the end of the day.
