First thing I said to the order taker is Sausage egg muffin combo with HASHBROWN and steep tea AND MUFFIN (fruit explosion on the side) how is that not clear to the order taker! Ridiculous! Next time take the order right!

I went into the pen center location on a Sunday at 4pm and they denied me any hot food because they close at 5pm and they were all cleaned up. I've worked in the food industry for 15 years and find this very frustrating. You seve food right until the time of closing then you can close up not and hour prior, ridiculous.
Ordered a large drink before I rushed to the subway. It seems their large cup is only filled halfway. I hope the staff gets more pay then by doing this.
Hi there I walk past a closer Tim Hortons every day to visit this one. The staff's warm smiles and friendly service make it worth the extra steps. Their iced coffee is perfectly balanced and always refreshing. This Tim Hortons isn’t just a coffee stop; it’s a cherished part of my daily routine. Highly recommended!
I am a fan of Tim Hortons; their staff consistently impresses me with their speedy order processing. The donuts and pastries display is consistently well-maintained, and the staff's politeness and warmth add to the experience. While I do wish they had a presence in the mall's food court, it's not a significant inconvenience for me, as I don't mind the short walk. In fact, the restaurant's location makes it convenient for me to move back and forth between the restaurant and the food court. My only concern with the location is that queuing can be challenging, particularly during busy periods. The proximity of the Cineplex entrance right beside them can create difficulties, especially when there are movie showtimes.
Tim Horton's is located right beside the cineplex entrance from inside the mall. There is no seating anywhere near here, you will have to go to the food court to have a seat to drink your coffee which is a long walk and different floor. The lineup is usually long and service is slow. I've come here twice on my way out of the mall and both times left with coffee not hot or tasting how I normally want it. Not a great location and whoever's idea it was to move the Tim Hortons in the armpit of Fairview is not very bright. Go to McDonalds in the food court and get your coffee from there instead much better and you'll be able to sit and enjoy it.
The staff are busy with manage to be responsive. The selection of donuts here a wider than even full Tim stores that i have been to. It is a relatively acceptable branch to visit, compared to some in the North York area.
Too many non standard options for a restaurant! No seating, no napkins unless asked for. Poor setup.

I was there at 6:30 pm on Dec 22/22, the Indian girl behind the cash didnt greet us in any way, didnt even say thank you or have a good day sir, she is treating customer at this location like somebody would treat customers in India I guess, very disappointed with the service by the Indian staff here

I am a senior citizen . I bought a 12 grain bugel from this Tim Horton this afternoon on April 11 2024. I was thirsty and politely asked for a glass of water from water pipe. A lady, seems, supervisor told me go to cash and pay 10 cents . Otherwise, no water to be served. Is this the customer service of Tim Horton ?? I felt shame to this Tim Hortons (TH ) store. A glass of pipe water was not given to a senior citizen. This attitude must be avoided. I came to downstair at fearview mall and drank a glass of water from star bucks at free of cost. Look at their customer service ! Shame TH. Learn from star bucks on customer service etc. I will request TH authorities please look into such behaviors and take disciplinary actions against such employees. Thanks.

Asked for 4 napkins and was told I was only allowed one. It s a small thing I know, but it was annoying. A company that is as big as Timmie s doesn t hand out more than one napkin apparently. I made a phone order beforehand so tht I dont have to wait for my food. I got my tea but I guess they forgot my sandwich and I was standing there for 20 minutes despite ordering ahead over the phone. This review is in regard to 1) their customer service 2) their food preparation. It is almost a well-known tradition of the majority of Canadians to hit Tim Hortons first in the morning. Your day can get completely ruined just by one person s act or service that was in the beginning of the day. I have noticed more than half a dozen times that most of them do not know how to respect or treat their customers - at least to smile when a customer approaches the counter. I can specifically name one personnel named Shivani who gives that rude and arrogant look to the customers at the counter as if she is tired of this job and the customers are some kind of crackheads. Secondly, when we give them some basic instructions in the preparation of an item, the customer expects it to be done that way. Again, multiple times, we ve noticed that they even miss to stir a cup of tea or offer a sleeve before giving it to the customer. This is not what we wish to see from Tim Hortons, and I should say not all Tim Hortons are the same. Unfortunately, this one isn t customer-friendly or worth the wait. Hope sufficient steps would be taken by the team leads to make sure such incidents never happen again.

If I could, I d give it a lower rating. The manager is rude, they ALWAYS get my orders wrong, and the food tastes old and out of date. I had chill here and the bread was hard and dry on the edges. This place is an absolute joke. They have so many workers, yet it takes them so long to give me a simple order. The Tim Horton s on Lake street are not only kinder and more down to earth, but they re also quicker and more efficient with their work. Certainly won t be coming back here again! One of the worst Tim Hortons I ve been to. I put in a mobile order for just a cookie. I waited for my order to be prepared for over 5 minutes until flagging down one of the staff. When I finally get their attention, I inform her I m waiting for my mobile order. She just says, Yeah and keeps working about without asking me what the order is or giving me an update. I wait another few minutes waiting for the one cookie until I get another staff member s attention. I tell her again, I m waiting for my mobile order and that it s just for a cookie. Then they check the screen and afterwards tell me there s no more of the chocolate chunk that I ordered. I just took whatever they had in stock because I didn t care at that point. No apology whatsoever. To wait almost 10 minutes for 1 cookie is just ridiculous and to not even update your system to reflect your available items. Worst customer service. They really need more staff on hand to manage the amount of orders. Maybe then they would actually check on people s orders when prompted to instead of ignoring them.

Worst experience here. The people working today July 17th 2020. Very extremely rude. The worker denied my money when there was 25 cents change in American.. he said he could not accept it... I kinda asked for my money back and he huffed and puffed sighing and snarking at me and only gave half of what I gave him, back to me. I use my mobile app to order coffee from this store almost every day since my workplace is located next to it. The first disappointing aspect is that whenever I m at the pickup station, no one acknowledges me, even if I ve been waiting there for 2 or 3 minutes. It s as if I have to call them and ask for the order myself. The second negative experience I had at this store occurred today when headed toward the pickup station. Although there was a warning sign, The floor was so slippery that I lost my balance and slipped, (the entire pickup area was wet) . It seemed like no one cared if someone fell on the ground. If it had been an elderly person instead of me, they could have easily suffered a serious injury. The worst part was when I mentioned this to the employee, she responded with reluctance, saying that I needed to be more careful.Honestly, I didn t expect such rudeness, as I had hoped for not only assistance in ensuring my safety but also a more courteous response. If my workplace weren t nearby, I would never set foot inside that store again. To the store manager, I kindly request that you instruct your staff on better customer service

Theyve brought back the Maple Dip and Canadian Maple donuts finally! Thank goodness. Two of the most popular donuts for Canada...They were foolish to stop offering them. Plus they had a nice selection of Honey Cruellers, Honey Glazed, and many others. They were nice and fresh too! The donuts are so much better than McDonalds and CoffeeTime.

I went to Tim Horton today between 5.30 and 6 . I ordered one chocolate chip muffin and one small iced coffe . After paying they said they don t have chocolate muffin I said that it was ok instead they gave me blue berry muffin , I ordered for an iced coffe with no ice , then they gave me a glass of coffe half filled when I asked them why is it only half filled they were saying that according to policy of Tim Horton if a costumer ordered iced coffe with no ice they were only supposed to fill half . When I asked her again , she opened the lid of my coffe and started pouring some kind of water on to it , in front of the serving table openly where all costumers were standing with no hygiene. Did Tim Horton really started compromising on food hygiene too ? I told her I don t need this coffe and I was walking then the supervisor started to mock me in front of all the customers by saying byeee in a mocking way I told her I needed a refund and I wanted to see manager . I really want to see the manager over here It s not about the money it s about the hygiene and they way a I got disrespected in front of all the customers. And that too from the Tim Horton supervisor. Well luckily mc Donald s was down so I went there to get my coffe .

This is the worst Tim Hortons I have ever seen. I have been there for 4/5 times till now and always got worst service. The people there are ill mannered and behave very rudely with everyone! They laugh on their customers with their own language. Coffee is never fresh, always bitter taste. When anyone ask them to change they behave so harsh. Tim Hortons brand will loose it s popularity with this kind of employees. I will suggest everyone not to go there.

Order was fine, except that when the breakfast wrap was made, the meat fell and the staff bounced back the meat off their shirt. Put it back in the wrap and served it. I m a regular customer here and there s this old indian looking guy with a turban on the front counter who always giving out free food to whomever he likes it was almost everyone was given but everytime i order he s rushing me and sometimes asking me for what type of payment i will do when i m not done telling my order. He s customer service is depending on people who he likes plus he s always giving away free food almost in a cost of $15 including my friends and other customers. i hope u will notice this and give him a proper discipline on how to treat customers!

One of the best days to have breakfast, I had days when I didnt see the girl who for me prepares the best sandwiches, whatever you send her to prepare, they are super delicious! She is an Asian girl I think and she is always very smiling and made up and groomed! At first glance it looks very clean and hygienic! Thank you! Wheelchair accessibility: There are no chairs in this place, it is take-out only! But since it is located in the shopping center, you can eat in the food area of the shopping center like I and many people do! The best bathroom for wheelchairs! Entering on the right, it is the one in the womens corner of the same food area that goes around the entire corner, because it is spacious, kept clean, and has a sink. But in the shopping center there are everywhere.

Last Saturday morning I went there to have my sandwich and coffee, but i got the wrong order just because their owners are putting the pressure on the crew and they are making the orders wrong. The lady called herself the owner was very rude and disrespectful to staff. Firstly they need to teach themselves first than to the crew.
Very bad customer service from a male team member on the morning shift on Dec 18th- I visited there at about 11am Dec18 2022(I am posting this same day) I ordered French Vanilla,Steeped tea and 2 hash browns ,as store was busy they made drinks in reasonable time but for two hash browns we have to wait for more than 15 minutes,the issue was that I can see that they have hash browns ready and I just went to the staff member(only male working in that morning) to check that how long for hash browns, he replied me very aggressively that it will take time and after 5 minutes I checked with another staff(female),she want to him that they are waiting for hash browns because I think he is the Manager or I don t know ,he replied in very disrespectful way that there order is not ready but at that I literally can see they have hash-browns ready in there tray kept in the hot space but I don t why he is behaving like that .If someone from management is seeing this comment of mine please take care about that and don t think so customers have to wait for 15 minutes just for two hash browns,I never waited that long on any Tim Hortons .Please take care about that .

Today I went to Fairview mall Tim hortons ordered grill chicken chipotle and hot sauce wrap. When I came home to check out this is worse sandwich ever had in my life. I ordered the grill chicken chipotle and hot sauce wrap But they gave old dry hard chicken and too much hot sauce no chipotle sauce at all. Vegetable small piece of lettuce and one small tomato piece. Customer service is very slow. Before few times order french vanilla hot drink. Most of the time got wrong order. Today worse food ever had in my life. I never recommend this place to anyone. Definitely going to send message to Tim hortons customer service management.... Honestly I dont want to give any star to this tim hortons.
The staff here is very friendly and when I had a donut request, they went over and above to tell me if I bought half a dozen they would make me a fresh batch, they just needed an hour notice.
