This Tim Hortons is one of the best in town. Staff is so great and they actually very very pleasant and welcome everyone with a plasarn smile and talk to the clients in a friendly manner. Iv never seen such a Tim Hortons where staff are so friendly, disciplined and courteous who actually feel the difference with other Tim’s. Some places staff doesn’t even look at you and offer wrong Coffee but these girls especially Uma, Rupal and Saranya know most of the clients I see from face and they are so welcoming clients who tend to come again . The whole review is only for this TIMS from me.
Very bad service. For three days straight they have given me decaf instead of dark roast. The employees at the drive-through care more about getting their drive-through times and getting you out of the drive-through than if your orders are correct. The little raise the managers get should not trump the hard-earned customer's money. They wouldn't have that raise/ incentive if it wasn't for customers. Coffee time, Starbucks, or even better, your local coffee shop will serve you better instead of this Tim Hortons on Vic. Park/ McNicol
Very poor service. There was a lady at the billing counter, who was so freaking rude and annoyed as if I came there to have coffee for free. . She was loud because I had issues with ordering and was visibly so mean. .she needs to learn manners on how she needs to treat customers and she even got one of the pastry order wrong. . I don't know don't these people go for customer service trainings being in hospitality. I asked for a cappuccino and she said they don't have cappuccino machine. . She could have just suggested an alternative if I didn't know, that's their job to suggest if I was asking for it.. I am astounded by the audacity she had to treat me that way. .
If I could give 0 stars I would. Messing up my breakfast on multiple occasions. I order a cinnamon raisin bagel with extra BUTTER. What on earth gave you the thought to melt cheese on it?? If you can avoid going to this specific Tim Hortons I would suggest so. No one wants to start their day finding out they can’t eat the breakfast they paid for.
We just express my dissatisfaction with the customer service I received from one of your representatives, Rupal. I found her behavior to be very rude during our interaction, which made the conversation frustrating and disappointing. As a customer, I believe that we deserve to be treated with respect and professionalism. I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding a recent interaction I had with one of your customer service representatives, Rupal. During our conversation, I found her manner to be very rude, and she did not demonstrate the level of professionalism I would expect from your company. She seemed to lack the appropriate communication skills when dealing with customers.
I literally experienced the worst service for Tim's in this location. They don't apply butter properly every time I go to their Tim's and never talk in a decent manner. They always talk in a very arrogant way. Moreover they forget to put the chai bag in my steep tea this time.
During my recent 11/16 visit, I placed an order through the self-service kiosk for two hamburgers and two coffees via the drive-through, intending to take advantage of a discounted combo deal. However, when I received my order, I noticed that only one hamburger was included. I immediately informed the staff member at the window about the missing item, explaining that I had ordered two hamburgers. However, instead of attempting to verify the issue, the staff member repeatedly insisted that she had only heard one hamburger in the order. I clarified again that I had ordered two hamburgers, and even pointed out that my companion, who was in the car with me, could also confirm this. Despite this, she maintained her stance and gave me the impression that she believed I had made a mistake. As a result, I was unable to take advantage of the combo deal and was forced to pay extra for a single item, which I find unacceptable. In addition to the financial inconvenience, I was deeply frustrated by the staff member’s attitude. Her repeated insistence and unwillingness to consider my clarification came across as dismissive and even arrogant. This behavior, especially in a situation where the customer is clearly expressing their concerns, reflects poorly on your establishment. I believe this incident highlights a need for better training in customer service and communication skills for your staff. I kindly request that you: 1. Review this incident and provide clarity on why this misunderstanding occurred. 2. Ensure that your staff members receive training on customer service, communication, and conflict resolution to avoid similar situations in the future.

I walked in at 8:50pm, and there was no one standing on duty here, and even after waiting for 5 minutes nobody showed up, not even a on break sign. So I just left.

This is the nearest drive through Tim, so I nearly come every morning. I have to complain today s experience! In the past 3 years, they did a great job on management the time and service. I only had one day , I started line up from the exit. But it only took me 10 mins. Today, only one car in front of me, I thought I was lucky, but it took them 5 mins to make a farmer s wrap?! The order lady keep asking me what do you want? I repeat 3 times, and when I arrived at the wind, she ask me again, ice coffee or ice Capp? Large right? Medium please. 2 mins already passed! And then, this lady want gave me the payment machine directly, while I had my points code showing to her before I arrived to the window. She keep push the payment machine to me. I already not happy with her. Then she told me to wait. Okay. I wait there another 2 mins to get my farmers wrap! I m not sure if they short something, but it s all good. When she pass me my wrap, I ask her for receipt. She start gave me attitude, even I don t understand what she cursing me, but I can see on her face! And she went to talking to others while she pass me all( more than half a meter other people s receipt) the receipt to me! I throw all other people s receipt out of my car in front of her. She was trying to say something, but Im not interested. Please, be professional and don t curse me in the morning!
Had a silly experience. Waited 10 minutes for no reason as the employee decided to pretend like they were busy. For some odd reason, the customer in front of me did not understand that you cant redeem one of those special croissants with only points of a regular croissant. IT LITERALLY SAYS REGULAR CROISSANTS. The cashier unfortunately was not able to explain to the customer that the special croissants use more points. Its also kind of funny how they have 2 registers yet they use one or alternate between them? Whats the point. The cashier instead of taking the next customer while the person infront was clearly wasting their time decides to stand there as well. Super useful! Atleast the ice capp I got was good as you cant mess that up!

I had a disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons location. I went through the drive-thru and requested an extra large cup of water. Despite being willing to pay for it, the manager(Name:Vasanthi) rudely refused and insisted they could only provide a small cup of water. I found this behavior unacceptable and inhumane, especially as I was extremely thirsty. Its concerning how a simple request for water was handled so poorly, even when I was willing to pay for it. I hope the management can address this issue and provide better customer service in the future.
This location sucks I hate going to this location but because its so close (walking distance) I have no choice every time ive been there theres always some kind of mistakes that happens to my order I ordered their maple bacon bagel belt toasted with butter and to add their breakfast sauce they put on their farmers wrap the bagel had no butter or the sauce it just dry toasted bagel I dont understand why they cant put butter at least on it damn thing and it was just their regular bacon so if they didnt have the menu item then say something like what the hell its just a complete waste of money your staff need to do better this is ridiculous

When nothing is being done, so much time is taken to even reach the customers in line. Drinks and made very lazily, and taste horrible.. Especially in comparison to other Tim Hortons locations.

Is there a reason why your location charges $1 for the tiniest spread of mayo PER ITEM its used on? I got 3 sandwiches and got charged 3$ for mayo. 1$ for mayo on each sandwich. Also 2 of them DID NOT HAVE MAYO. It also happened previously. 2 sandwiches and got charged $2 for mayo! None of them had mayo. Not coming here again!

Pretty decent place but sometimes the whole gas station area is filled with bad trash and sewer smell, hopefully they fix it soon, as well as the circle k the tim horton barley has anything and the while store is pretty small itself.
Your Staff lack custom service niceties. No good morning, good evening, good night. They just take the money. If staff changes their attitude you would make more money, and what happened to diversity of race in your staff makeup. Not happening.

Sorry to post this but I dont know how they always get my order wrong. I always order thru drive thru and most of the time my order gets messed up. I know theres limitations and time difficulties for the employees working the drive thru but getting your order messed up more than a few times means theres something wrong with this place.
Not sure whether the staff were awake or not or whether they were enjoying sunlight or not, they need to be fast and efficient.

This place is disgusting. A health care worker placed a order and politely asked the person who was handling the cash to wash his hand before handling the food. The guy boldly said no. That was so wrong. Hes a healthcare worker shame on Tim Hortons. I was so turned off by the people who worked there I will never go there again. The worst experience you could ever have. Went into drive through they took our order and at the pick up said machine is not working i didnt had cash so after 15 minutes got the food while the line was on hold. I ordered some food for my fiancé and me but i am a vegetarian so i don t eat any kind of meat because of my religion. I ordered bagel with lettuce tomatoes and mayo. Thankfully i saw it before even eating it and see a sausage in it. And it wasn t the first time this happened it happened two days back and the supervisor Muskaan was in the store previously and this time too. They replaced the bagel saying it s busy last time they asked me to ask them twice before getting it so it doesn t happen which i did. The gave me bagel and to no surprise now there was no mayonnaise in there. They don t listen to anything you say. The manager was there too and he did nothing. The staff is very rude and incompetent to take the orders properly or to make sure if someone is ordering vegetarian to make sure it is. Disappointed with this location its better to be shut down or get a new management for the store. Wish could give zero stars. Not going back.

Found hair in my coffee 2nd time. First time I thought it was my beard or something. I just shaved last night and found hair in my coffee the second time today. It seemed that other people found hair in their food/coffee too looking at the reviews.
1. Display never show prices. 2. When you buy one thing (clearly saying HONEY DIP), then, after, you may find absolutely other thing in your paper bag (ALWAYS CHECK WHAT DID THEY PUT INSIDE THE BAG). Seems they dont understand English clearly.

While I needed the change for bus transfer. When I asked her name it took 15 mins - she kept me waiting and there was another associate there. Both didn t tell their name. If there was an option to give a zero star review that is what I would give. I m working in the area and order coffee and breakfast every day for the guys we work with and there s not been one single day were they ve got the order right. Wrong coffees , missing ingredients in breakfast sandwiches( has browns , cheese) , bagel orders forget butter. I m not a person to leave reviews I think I ve left 3 total ever .. but I am doing this hoping the owner sees and either correctly trains his staff or gets new people. Day Manager is the only good employee there .

Despite telling these guys to stir my coffee well every day. These guys never stir the coffee and sugar is lying at the bottom of the cup. How hard is it to make a coffee? I would never eat anything from here, there refrigerator is outside and employees touch all the food with dirty gloves or hands outside. I have actually caught one of the employees pick up a tea biscuit from the floor of the gas station and take it back into the store. Shameless! Serving other peoples food, you should have some kind of self respect and pride!

Mobile orders dont work, standing under the mobile pick sign for 5 minutes, no one cared about the customers, the app said they were preparing my coffee 10 minutes ago, but its a lie, at the end I had to cut a long line to ask for my coffee, very bad experience.

Ice coffee should be cold... and should have coffee in it? Worst ice coffee ever plus Im being rushed the the drive thru when you srent even ready to give me a terrible ice coffee.
The drive through at this location is unbelievably fast. This should be the gold standard for every drive through service!
