I visit this Tim Hortons every morning for my coffee, and I always make it a point to say “good morning” and “thank you.” However, there’s an Indian girl working at the drive-thru who consistently ignores me. She takes the order politely, but when I get to the window, she doesn’t greet me, say “thank you,” or show any acknowledgment, seemingly because she knows I am Indian. She just hands over the payment machine and the coffee, then walks away. Today, I even told her directly, “I always say thanks, sister,” but she ignored me again. When I mentioned that I might complain to management, she still walked away without a word. It’s disappointing and disrespectful to be treated this way, especially when I make an effort to be polite and respectful. I feel bad saying this, but as someone from the Indian community, I feel that some—not all—individuals are ruining the Canadian standard of ethics and customer service. If I’m treated this way, I’m sure other customers might feel the same. I hope management looks into this matter and ensures that every customer feels valued and respected.
One of the worst Tim Hortons that’s I’ve been to. Today after I ordered my daily tea, I asked to add a donut at the window and the guy refused saying I will have to join the line again. I have seen them done it before while I’m in line. Now I will not go back to this location.
Toady was the last straw for this location and for this restaurant chain. I was in a packed drive thru and when I pulled up to order, there was no answer for several minutes. There were at least 5 cars behind me and stretched out onto the road, so I drove up to the window. I explained that nobody was taking my order and they wouldn't let me order a bagel and coffee. They stated I have to order back there and would have to drive around and drive thru again. I left Tim Hortons for the last time since they wouldn't even take my order. It's a shame because I have no issues with their food or prices, but their customer service at almost every location I go to is terrible and even slightly rude. I used to visit every day on my way to work, but no more. There is no need to ask me for any more details or pretend that you care about your customers. There is no shortage of bad reviews about your customer service lately. Just drive thru one of these locations and see if you want to be treated like this.
The staff taking drive-through orders are in desperate need of training. They can’t seem to grasp the most basic instructions, almost as if they don't understand plain English. Absolutely disgusting service.

Poor customer service, arrogant staff, they don't know how to deal with customers We were 4 guys came here from oshawa for work,just came here for light breakfast but first of all they don't have all the items we need so we decided to cancel before paying but they arrogantly told you have to pay even they haven't made the order yet, that was ridiculous. Manager is the person most rudest. The management should look for this otherwise they are going to loose the customers resulting making a bad reputation.
First time at this location!! I recommend don’t go there!! When I pulled up immediately was rudely advised that the scanner was not working!! Had no idea what that meant for me as a customer. I actually thought I had to pay cash. I said I did not see any sign saying something was out of order. She replied all our customers know it’s not working!! If everyone knows it’s not working , I question how long it has not been working!! At 6.30 am on a Saturday I really did not appreciate such bad attitude . Seriously upon reading the reviews this location has many problems , Tim Hortons should investigate!! There are kind and gentle ways to advise a client there is an issue. The young East Indian woman with glasses needs to be trained how to navigate problems keeping in mind that if we don’t come and spend our money she has no job!!
I was waiting long time to order on drive through but no one responded so when I went to the window they were all chatting among themselves and they refused to take my order and the brown lady wanted me to drive all around in a busy gas station! She got mad at me for disturbing their chitchat
I asked for a double double dark roast and got a cup of hot water. And the worst thing there wasnt even two shots of sugar. It was a plain hot water.

Can never get an ice cap here. The machine is either down or being cleaned at all times. Was told today that the mix is watery and they have alot of orders so they cant do mine. They have a small menu and they cant keep up.

I have reviewed this place for being nice and customer friendly. Las months I decided not to go there anymore. New person on the window no friendly at all and never give you napkins. Is not ready for this business. I went today because McDonalds was closed and the same problem no napkins if you don t ask for them. There are 2 woman over there from years ago working. Probably Chinese and Philippines. They are completely professional with their customers. They know even what you are going to order without saying a word.
They just cheated me out of 5 dollars, i asked for a mango cooler and they gave me an iced cup, last time i asked for an iced cup they gave me a plain coffee without ice, fire your employees and hit those who know english! Very very bad work

This location always has issues. Although the service is fast, you can tell the franchise owner is cheaping out as much as possible. Their iced cappuccino machine doesnt work often and one summer it didnt work at all and they only fixed it until the winter. Now their Tim card scanner doesnt work during roll up the rim so we dont get a chance to win anything even though we paid to play.
Every time I come here my order is messed up. I do not ask for anything specific, only a black dark roast. Each time I get something different than ordered.

There is never any cleaning staff, the stores are very dirty and smelly, the elements and work equipment are always very dirty, the tables, walls and floors have layers of dirt, the garbage is always scattered on the floor... order and toilet in ALL SHOPS is terrible :s

My first time here with my elderly parents. I love the service. Manager engaging with the workers to make sure orders are delivered promptly and accurately. My dad is very fussy with his coffee and Rama (worker) was amazing with him

Ordered a pumpkin spice latte. I get to the drive thru window and they said they dont have it at the location. Offered small hot chocolate and a coffee instead but that was not worth the $5.75 I paid. I asked for a refund and the lady said she will refund me so I left to blue mountain. I checked and no refund. I called many times and no one picked up
My recent visit to a Tim Hortons was very unpleasant. The morning staff, including the manager Geetika, were rude and unhelpful. The place was also quite dirty, especially the floors. I even witnessed them serving coffee that was way past its expiration time and saw a trainee ladie crying, and the manager treated them rudely and racistly. The managers behavior was not appropriate. However, I had a better experience with the afternoon staff, who were friendly, and the afternoon manager, Preetjot Ladie, was kind to customers.The management needs to do something about the morning manager and staff problems right away.
Every time I go to this location, they tell me the ice cap is not available because it is too watery. Doesn t seem to matter what time of day, I ve had that excuse at six in the morning and I ve had that excuse at three in the afternoon. Seems hard to believe that it could be just a coincidence. Maybe the employees are lazy? Maybe the machine is in bad shape and needs to be repaired or replaced? Maybe it s located in an inconvenient spot and the employees just don t like using it? Maybe they aren t properly trained? Who knows, but this is been going on for months and it s always the same excuse.
Worst experience at a Tims! The staff is soo rude and unfriendly! I went through the drive-thru this morning, to redeem a coffee off the Tim s app. Scanned and didn t go thru (fair enough) I asked the person working at the window why, what could be the problem she didn t know how to answer the question (fair enough, maybe she didn t know or understand) but then all I start to hear from the background, next order is ready, next car, next next next. It s soo freaking rude and unpleasant, as a customer that is there being served. Ruins the complete experience of going to a Tims. I can understand they want to get the cars going (because of realistic timers and promises of a bonus) but propriety should be given to customer service. No wants to hear it or feel rushed (especially at this drive thru, it could cause an accident) please do better!

I absolutely love the staff at this location. They know my name and my order. Some early mornings I forget how my husband likes his coffee and they are always one step ahead of me and have it already typed up. AMAZING!
On dec 13 I went to this Tim Hortons they charge my my scan and pay twice and when I check it and told this guy and female woman swearing and yelling they abuse me. The worker was very rude and unprofessional.
There s some ignorant staff members here, lazy and unmotivated. Priority is drive thru which is still poor. I would give this location a miss for anyone looking at reviews, poor experience several times.

They do let you pump before pay in the day time at the pumps close to the building I think, could be more of them not %100

Clearly Good Customer Service is not a priority at this location!! Service is ATROCIOUS here!!! Once upon a time, it was unheard of an employee to so rudely talk back to a paying customer. Regardless of who was in the wrong, the customer was Always Right!!! This is not at all practiced at this location!! The young staff working here lack not only customer service skills, but people skills in general!! Many are rude, arrogant, and very offensive!! I have experienced being served rudely and with attitude by more than one employee here, on more than one occasion. There is one exception however, a lady who deserves mentioning. She is Phillipino, wish I knew her name, but the sweetest lady ever, who has worked at this location for quite some time. Not sure if she is still there. Unfortunately, over the past four years or so from the looks of it, this franchise has been taken over by new management, and for the most part, the staff there now, come across unfriendly and arrogant. The experience my husband and I had yesterday afternoon, was just awful, one that ruined our moods for the remainder of the day!!! After hot coffee at the drive thru was handed to my husband in such a way that it spilled all over his jeans and in the car, clearly due to the cup having been overfilled, as well as leaking beneath, the girl at the drive thru window just seemed to stand there, not knowing what to do! I yelled at her out of anger and frustration, to give us some serviettes and another cup!! Obviously, my husband who had hot coffee on his wet pants was angry, as was I, and we had every right to be!!!! The girl offered a meager appology, when her coworker chimed in insulting me for losing my temper, stating, look at your age!. He then went on and on telling me to leave and not to talk to him.... just pure rudeness, and unprofessionalism, which further riled me up to leave while yelling back at him!! I cannot believe the audacity of this individuall and his mistreatment!! I worked in the coffee sector as a barrista throughout my University years, and NO MATTER how frustrating or upsetting things might have gotten with a customer, I could NEVER respond with rudeness, and distrspect!! I am talking 25 yrs ago, when customers were treated the way they deserved to be treated, respectfully first and foremost!! Had I talked back in the unprofessional and offensive manner that this employee spoke to me yesterday, I would have been strongly reprimanded by my boss, and warned of my consequences if it were to ever happen again. Furthermore, the customer would be appropriately addressed and compensated. Instead, upon calling in the complaint via the Customer Service contact number, and wasting precious time, my compensation for my ordeal was 70 points added to my Tims Rewards App Really??!! The store management team would be notified of my complaint I was told, and that I may be contacted by the owner. Time will tell... Needless to say, Tim Hortons in general right now, will not be my go to place. Just so turned off! So many Awesome independent Cafés out there with far better service!!! Judging from the many negative reviews of the Wilson Heights location alone, things Greatly need to improve in Tim Hortons hiring and training of staff, and in the way that Tim Hortons treat their customers overall!!!

No Complaints about staff. Normal interactions so far. The problem is they do not carry the real Tim Hortons Menu. I usually get my regular medium coffee with an espresso shot BUT they dont do Espresso at this location. They also do not offer Soup on their menu. I am not sure what it takes to offer the normal menu but Id give 0 stars if it wasnt for the staff being ok. Do not waste your time going to this location if you want the items above mentioned.

It should be concerning to you even though you copy/paste the same massage to every negative reviews. Philipino woman employee at location (Sheppard and Wilson Hights) on drive-through at around 5am likes to play little games every morning. On telecom I place the order, she pretends not to hear it the first time, I repeat the order, she cuts in saying ya I heard you the first time and all sort of petty little games of this sort. Whatever it is, I m not going to play this game. To me (in my opinion) it is disturbing to see a grownup woman playing childish games like this. She is representing Tim Hortons while she is at work acting up. It wouldn t come as a surprise to see her getting promoted soon instead of a disciplinary action. Shame.
Fast service and friendly
Theres a guy there who is consistently very rude and very impatient. I wish that the owner will replace him with a better one.
The biggest problem here is that the mobile order system does not match the stock at the location. I order, then told that its not there and theyll replace with something else. But then... what I ordered is more expensive than the replacement. I would ask for a refund and they say they cannot. Not the right way of doing business in general. Not to mention that inventory is low, and the sanitary conditions dont look to be that good.
Drive thru is fast but service isa slow right now when you go inside like most Tim hortons drive thru is their priority

Gas and Coffee Killing two birds with one stone
I am a very polite person and I have to say Ive never seen such horrible customer service at this location. They are very rude and arrogant. Unprofessional. First time I came here in drive thru I believe there was a communication misunderstanding I asked for two ice caps and they prepared one. Thats fine no big deal. As i say this lady leans out the window proceeds to yell at me how I couldnt make up my mind and she couldnt understand me. I was not making a big deal about it as English may not be her first language but I felt attacked and shocked. Ive worked in customer service myself and couldnt imagine ever speaking to a customer like this, let alone yelling. So I avoided that location for a while. Second time lady different one asked how I am paying I said debit but then remembered I had change. She started to give me attitude how I said it was debit. I politely said sorry is that a problem? She aggressively reached out for it practically shoved my order in my hand. Then yelled at other staff Wheres the next order?! Ive been to Tim Hortons my whole life and never come across this aggressive attitude. Horrible. I know in customer service you deal with all sorts of people but Ive never once treated anyone in that manner. Like I said unprofessional.
If I could give this a minus rating, I would. This location use to be good about a year ago. Now the orders are wrong mostly, and the window servers are rude and ignorant. I will follow up with a detailed email to Tim Hortons management . Note: the new card scanner is not reliable. Scanner creates problems and causes delays and the line gets longer in an already cramped area. Good plan Tims! Another example of how NOT to run a franchise.
Worst location ever!! As someone who runs off coffee. This has to be the worst tim hortons location in Toronto, absolutely rude customers service, along with massive attitude issues. I wont be surprised if they spit into the food. Actually, Id be surprised if they didnt. Please replace these individuals with more upbeat, friendly people. Itll be good for sales!
