I’m disappointed with the cleanliness of this Tim Hortons location near my home. The area, especially around the drive-through line, is consistently littered with garbage. It’s extremely unpleasant and unsanitary. I hope management takes action to address this issue and maintain a cleaner environment.
The team here always makes my cappuccino with extra foam perfectly! Starbucks doesn't even come close to doing foam like that. They are never out of almond milk. I walk extra just to go to this location to get my cappuccino
I had a disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons location. I placed an order through the self-service screen, but when I arrived at the drive-thru window, I wanted to add an extra drink. The staff member there refused and called the manager. When the manager arrived, he told me that he couldn’t process the request because their system only works through the large self-service screen. I was truly disappointed with how inflexible they were.
bought a dozen donuts at the drive through and the worker was laughing while taking our order, instructed them to put 4 boston cream donuts and the rest assorted. Didn’t check the box until I got home and noticed 4 of the donuts were plain( my brother ate 1 boston cream and 1 plain). Really bad service.
I am at this location 4 days a week and at least 2 days they get the coffee or order wrong. I always order 2 1/2 cream and get milk which im sensitive to and today i got the wrong sandwich and it looks like 4 cream . its white. come one ppl.
I visited this location last week after a long break and was disappointed and disgusted with the number of bees and flies in the restaurant . They were everywhere, inside the kitchen and in the goodies counter. I had always enjoyed the food there for the past 4 years and was horrified by the state of it now. When asked about the flies, staff were indifferent and gave some lame excuse. I am not going there again until this problem is fixed. I know for a fact that many in my work place has stopped going for the same reason. I hope the owner will take this message seriously because it is a health hazard.

I ordered a large ice coffee with less ice and she gave me a 3/4 drink?!🤷♀️ I asked the lady (I will still call her a “lady” even if I’m itching to say b****) in the front said it’s a standard coffee?! Ordered coffee and steeped tea and they served it all lukewarm.....Vwaas or Wvaas in the till would do better to be polite and courteous .....and as the staff in the back kept mentioning our race with a snicker kept me wondering what is funny.....

This is an older Tim Hortons and a bit dated. Very busy drive thru and you can be waiting a long time in 2 separate lines merging into one. I think the new Tim Hortons on Steeles closer to Bayview in the RBC mall would be a better and more relaxing location to enjoy a good cup of coffee in a more modern store.

Staff is not apologetic of serving food which was infested with flies. When reported, the girl mentioned manager is aware of it and no apologies for serving that
The staff does not understand English or does not understand the menu - 2024/09/07 at ~18:15 I ordered through drive through for an everything bagel with herbs and garlic cream cheese with cucumbers and tomatoes. The employee working the drive through asked if I wanted tomatoes and lettuce, to which I replied no, tomatoes and cucumbers, assuming there was a misunderstanding due to the drive through microphone. Then, the screen read my order correctly, except no mention of cucumbers and only noted tomatoes - I asked the employee to confirm that the bagel will have cucumbers, to which he responded; yes, with cucumbers. Once I received my bagel, I was surprised (though maybe I shouldnt have been) to find a single slice of tomato and no cucumber. The bagel wasnt even cut fully through. Tim Hortons used to be a fine food establishment for Canadians - if this is what Time Hortons is now, then Canadians should stay away, especially from this location. If I could give zero stars, I would. Corporate should re-evaluate their hiring and training process if this is the quality Time Hortons has downgraded themselves to.

I ordered a crispy chicken craveable and the chicken was so thin and hard
I came in this morning with my family to order a couple of coffees and some food. When we arrived at the window at the drive-thru, the guy first had trouble hearing me, which is understandable, so I spoke louder. When we finished ordering the coffees, the guy immediately said drive up and left without letting us order our food. We tried to get him to come back but drove through anyway and waited. The wait was long without anyone coming up to the window to double-check our order or anything. We left, and at a different location, everything was much quicker and without many problems. Step it up.
Not a good place to order through mobile app. I ve been ordering through mobile app here but it takes 20mins for them to do it. Whenever you re waiting in the mobile order pick up, they will just look at you.

Service in this location was totally the slowest Tim Hortons I had ever visited. Specially drive thru were they have limited time to serve customers but I don t think so they care for that. Staffs were full pack but taking orders were so slow plus they re taking orders wrong all the time. I have no Idea why the owner of this franchise hasn t been notified about the service. Hopefully they take action for this matter.

As most Canadians, I have been to dozens of Tim Hortons, however this by far wins the award for the worst one ever. Out of the five items we bought, all were wrong. An item we requested cheese was given with cheese, and considering the person who ordered it had a dairy allergy that wasn t great. Then a habanero wrap became a tiny crispy chicken wrap?? Then a cheese pizza became pepperoni?? And no receipt was given so we have no record of their wrongdoing despite specifically requesting and them refusing to give?? Avoid at all costs.
I think you guys should stop being so rude to costumers. By giving side eyes and talking like we owe you something you will not be able to achieve nothing. I don t see any point to do like that, it s so dumb and you guys (especially girls who are working there) need to learn how to give normal costumer service. Your phone number needs to be updated or they re just not answering and when you call the second number that shows up it goes straight to circle k and they re rude when you ask about Tim Hortons nor do they know your number. I ordered Caramilk Iced Capp and this is the not the first time I tried this drink, but the employees at this location dont know how to make drink. It tasted so sugary and they didnt even blend the milk chocolate chunks and didnt even put the caramel syrup properly on top. And also, if I could give 0 stars for their customer service, their behavior is not at all friendly, they were like just taking the order and doing us a favour to fulfill the order. I would never recommend this location to anyone for their bad customer service and also they dont know how to make drinks.

So I am their regular customer their employee behaviour is very bad and rude on daily basis I spend around 10 dollars too them but their product they serve and quality provide it s not so good and even the employees are very rude in nature. Even they need too work on their cleanliness one day when I was looking at cookies i found the flies on it.So when i tell supervisor about it then they remove it. So tell your employees too behave in appropriate manner.
The food and coffee quality was fine, but the drive through guy did not convey a good vibe. He was impatient and grumpy, and could not tolerate me repeating a valid question. Maybe its because hes busy and tired. In any case, the branch could benefit from some customer service training.
This Tim Hortons location is definitely the worst Ive encountered in Canada. The customer service is subpar, and our orders are consistently wrong. Today, we ordered a multi-grain bagel with creamy cheese, but received a bagel with butter instead. It was incredibly frustrating, and we had to waste time going back to have it corrected. Management needs to address these issues promptly to improve the overall experience for customers.atleast learn when you make a mistake say sorry to your customers

I go to this Tim Hortons a few times a week. At least 50% of the time when I ask for a dark roast, they give me regular roast. Today I didn t see dark roast written on the lid and confirmed that it was dark roast and they assured me it was. it was not! If you are going to trick the customer into thinking, they are getting dark roast don t try with the customer who drinks their coffee black.

I lived at this area Lot of issues this location Feb 19 at 6am i was at drivethru ive used my scan and pay then she said it didnt go through so i used and tap my other bankcard when i got home double checked i was charged twice but idont complain coz no point to go back and look for that girl who was working that time and couple of times too they messed up my order and today i was given my mobile scan she said she did scan but its not when i check it does not do anything coz i want to use my offer and the coffee taste awful !!

Horrible customer service!!!! I have to say they are fast on the drive thru but many times give the wrong order because they are always rushing while we speak. Today when I arrived at the window I asked if it would be possible to add and order of egg bites, I was told that he wouldnt add any order at the window because it would delay the line. I asked if it was a new policy at TH, since sometimes we need to add something in the last minute. He told me: The policy is...you take your food and leave as soon as you can. Honestly!
This joint went way down hill in last couple of years, I ordered : bagel with cream cheese, lettuce and tomato, this is the sh&t I got, there is barely any cream cheese, some kind of scraps of tomato they put on it ,( pic below) do not go there. It s filthy and disgusting

At around 9:30 today, I visited this store and ordered a turkey bacon club with regular chili using an app offer code. Additionally, I ordered a croissant and a steep tea. The screen displayed two croissants instead of one, so I informed the female cashier that an extra croissant had been added. All I heard was her forcefully tapping on the screen and asked , check your order! . I confirmed the order was correct, but the offer discount didnt show up. She continued tapping on her screen, prompting me to check my order screen three times, and I rescanned the offer code three times to no avail. She then called over the manager, a man who was visibly impatient and c with a loud tone. He raised his voice and said, the croissant and chili had been made into a combo, the offer cannot use, this is how they system set up! As a manager, your role is to solve problems, not to impatiently scold and lecture me. You could have simply suggested removing the croissant to apply the offer. In addition to the employees mistakes of wrong order and did not know how your system worked, there was no apology or polite demeanor, wasting customer s time and treating customer disrespectfully. Its ridiculous. I specify the time of my order because my complaint is directed at these particular people, not others at the store. Furthermore, the steep tea I finally ordered was so hot and full that it spilled out as soon as I picked it up.
Coffee specials not mixed properly (brownie fudge, baileys) resulting in syrup left on the bottom, last two breakfast sandwiches I ordered had untoasted muffins, resulting in a stale tasting (probably just defrosted) sandwich I had to throw into my airfryer to fix, would have saved money and time just making it myself. Between lower standards and removing so many good options on the menu (who seriously thinks TH chicken was better than beef???) not really worth it anymore, except for their donuts and croissants.
Its your standard timmies, its about what youd expect but they have a strong tendency to be out of ingredients like chicken, wedges, soups etc. They do a good job when they actually have the supply to meet demand, but thats often not the case.

I always leave 5 stars positive comment but not with this tim hortons branch. by reading all the comments to this branch, looks like none of these were addressed. expecting people to spare another hour of their time to call the customer service, and for sure a lot of them have done this. still the same zero quality service. crews does not know their policy, one had asked the manager and I can hear over the window that the manager was saying-I only want a free drink, NO, I can buy as much coffee as I want but what is the sense of having points and survey coupon if I am not going to use it? before i got these points and survey coupon, I already spent more money than just a single cup of coffee. crew smells bad, very dirty location, wasp are all over, you will wait until the crew are done gossiping/talking before they hand you the moneris to tap your card, while frustrated/ looking mad. I drive to this place at least five times a week at night with my boyfriend after work, each time we leave with disappointment because there is always something missing in the order.I ve been quite all this while but today there was this guy who took our order (Vanilla Ice coffee with espresso foam and an pumpkin spice ice cap), he takes the payment first before making the order and then when we receive the order my boyfriend noticed that there was no espresso foam in the ice coffee , we requested them to look into it. The guy takes the drink goes inside brings back the glass and says good night. Upon checking again there was no espresso foam in it. When asked again the guys response was we are out of espresso foam and it s just 50 cents, if you want I can refund it . I mean is that really how a customers order is treated, we just left the place with a thank you. I m never going back to this place again. Tim Hortons is definitely losing its standards. Good luck
Expresso machine doesnt work but they still let you order it online so you waste your time going there just to get the staff being rude to you because they dont have what you order and give you a hard time when you want your money back.
Roasted Hazelnut Cold Brew Expresso Foam is on of the best drink I ve had a Tim s. It s cheaper than Starbucks. It has a nutty flavour which I love it. And it s made perfectly.

I told one of the staff my order had been more than 10 min and she said cant you see we are busy...
Went by the drive thru at 10:15pm to order a French vanilla only for the employees Simran and Singh (they def gave me fake names) to start arguing with me as I tried to use my points as the lady said she scanned my points when I can clearly see she did not. Shouldnt be that hard, and I work in the service industry. SMH.
I try my best not to eat at this place or any big chain coffee shop. However I was hungry this morning and asked for a bacon farmers wrap, and this is what I get. Last time I had this was probably a year ago but it was double the size then, and same price. How is this possible, how is there no regulatory entity that stops these theifs from gouging your pockets. This is getting out of hand! This made up inflation from corporations like these needs to stop.

Update as of Nov 2023: We had an unpleasant experience with both employees who helped us at the drive thru. When we placed our order we asked for a half dozen donuts and the employee said drive thru without even asking us what flavors we wanted. We were shocked as EVERYTIME we get donuts or timbits, we are asked what flavors we want. We thought maybe they changed their procedure and we would tell them our flavors at the window. Upon payment, the cashier asked us to pay and we asked if we could choose our flavors. She gave us attitude and told us its our fault we did not tell them and we said the employee did not give us a chance to and told us to drive thru. So she called her colleague over and he shouted at us saying the same thing. So then they changed our donuts to the ones we asked for and when the cashier showed it to us, they were wrong. They said the other donuts were in the oven. We were so upset so we just took the wrong donuts and left. It is unfortunate that this Tim Hortons is our favorite location and one horrible experience can ruin it. *********** Older post: Great Tim Hortons! Incredibly poor experience. Regular customers, and honestly, the employees are not very customer service-oriented at this location. Had quality issues (products not as ordered but argued they were) and dismissive attitude in the past, very poor hygiene issues with a very strong BO permeating into the cars when ordering via drive-through and when ordering inside in the building (though to be fair it seems management has addressed this concern as the issue of the foul smell has been much better recently). Often there s no greeting, no thank you, no please, no you are welcome in response to our thanks etc., and a palpable sense of unhappiness from the employees (service with a smile isn t the guiding principle here). We make peace with it because of the location being convenient. Often marvel at the difference with other local providers who train their staff appropriately with customer service in mind, and we are then surprised on the rare occasion when someone is actually polite and friendly at this location. This experience had gone far beyond the usual mediocre experience. When arrived at window, there was no greeting as usual. When trying to pay with phone (tap), the app window switched over and I had to take back the phone to reopen the correct screen for payment. I told the employee that I would need 1 second, please . Employee then rudely demanded, then do it!!! Shocked by this attitude I asked if he was speaking to us. He said, with no shame, yes, should pay already . The delay was only seconds on our end and we are the customers. Absolutely bewildered, and clear on the fact that this person had zero remorse or professionalism, asked to speak to manager, at which point he purposely ignored the request and us and I had to ask multiple times to get a response. Then told there was no manager available. When told him that he shouldn t be speaking to customers this way, all we got was the repeated patronizing sure, sure, sure and when advised an apology was owed, kept repeating sure, sure, sure and finally directly told that he won t be apologizing . This is completely unacceptable, what happened to the bare basics of customer service We support the business regularly and get the bonus of being insulted as a thank you. I may add there was an elderly person in the car as well when this person, who is clearly not suited for a customer service position, was addressing us in this manner. It s clear he thought there would be zero repercussions to his behaviour, while representing Tim Hortons as an employee, as he kept doubling-down and was acting with impunity, which makes one wonder, does management care at all?

Employee attitude is horrendous. Slow service. 4/5 people on the drive thru. 1 person at counter. Flies everywhere. Dirty. Would not be surprised if rats or mice are there
When I get coffee from this branch. The coffee smells food. It always happens like this. 90%. Before I don t thought like this. I thought this is normal. But when I got coffee from another branch, there not smells like this.
