I always take beverages from here , everything is good atmosphere and products except staff , I bought french vanilla today date is 13th December nearly at 4.45 pm there was one guy who was serving on counter , It is third time when i had survey coupon i did survey and when i give coupon to him to apply on my bill firstly he denied and then he told me this is the only time i am accepting this coupon because you're showing me survey code on mobile you have to write it on receipt when i asked him for pen he denied very rudely , This is not first time this is third time, Moreover yesterday (12th December 2024)in the morning at 7.30 am i also went there , that time a guy wearing black turban with a girl was on duty he didn't accept my coupon , He had pen with him i saw that , because of that behavior i had to pay full amount for my order, I also go different tim hortons and usually those guys are always supportive but this tim horton branch at don mills and Sheppard intersection i don't know why this guys have so much ego and don't know how to treat customers, Before opening the store they should train there staff first, I am not taking any step today but your rude behavior can spoil whole day of someone while you're serving morning coffee to them , Look other reviews as well on google i am not the one who is making this complaint, Who is responsible for this rude behavior whole tim hortons company or this branch ? The person who is in the afternoon is disgusting! He serves you in a bad way, he is a RACIST! I ordered a habanero chicken, and he didn't put rice on it and he threw it at me

I recently visited this Tim Hortons, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The staff was friendly and efficient, making sure my order was perfect. I ordered a coffee and a breakfast sandwich, and both were fresh, delicious, and exactly what I needed to start my day.
They need more employees! I’m a neighbour and this Tim location is my daily spot for coffee and meetup place with my friends. If I may, I would like to request the shift supervisor/manager to schedule more employees for every shift. Scheduling 1 or 2 more employees for shift is required. Reason:- other Tim Hortons location (like the one in 2075 sheppard avenue east) has a lot to offer. Their area for waiting line is big, parking is available, seating is always available etc are the perks for customers. Where as this location has nothing regarding the environment to offer. So at least schedule more employees so that they won’t get burned out and customers get their order in adequate time.
Rude staff. The worst team. Even if I am not well-versed in the names of the donuts, they should ask me what I want or they have to understand it. This tim seriously needs to be shut down for a week to have a proper pest control. The standards has gone down a lot in this last two years, This place license should be revoked effective immediately until they can make sure hygiene standards are maintained.
Worst fast food experience in my life. I’ve never left a one star google review, and here we are. Horrendous wait time, abysmal customer service, and the food orders were made wrong. Food was handed over 25 min after the time indicated on the app. Food was supposed to be finished at 12:27pm today. After waiting for 15 min past the indicated time, the manager (who was wearing no name tag) curtly responded with “chicken is cooking”. There was never a time update nor any apology (not even a “sorry”) for a 25 min delay of food that was ordered ahead of time through the app. What’s crazy was that there were two other customers dining in, and two other customers also waiting for their order. I’ve been to other locations that have had lines outside the doors, and customers tended to in a reasonable pace. Chicken bacon wrap had no bacon in it, and iced Capp was made with the wrong substitutions. Easily the worst fast food experience. Other Tim Hortons locations have been much better. Avoid this place at all costs. Do better.

Once again, they mess up my coffee!! All these days I had been avoiding a negative post, but finally my patience runs out after they add more cream than asked for, most of the servers are just rushing to close orders (irony-they are still late on almost all my orders). Tims remains the best but service at this franchise is awful (being very gentle). 07/16 - And they do it yet again!! Ordered 1 cream/ 2 sugar, given 2 cream/ 1 sugar (pics attached). My bad I trust these useless servers, for others, better check your order before stepping out. Downgrading to 2 (full faith that soon I ll be downgrading to 1). Good luck 10/14 - and they live up to my faith!! Franchise owner must have hired them at half the wage, these people are not fit to even clean the coffee place let alone make/serve coffee. I wish they had closed instead of 2500 don mills location. (Unfortunately my wife picked up and didn t check the order)

The worst Tim Hortons location I have ever been to and unfortunately it s the closest to my house. They constantly mess up my orders and then the staff are rude to me when I nicely ask for it to be made correctly!? Anshu is specifically one of the rudest and most incompetent workers I have ever encountered, talks to customers like they re the scum of the earth for no reason, and refused to let me speak to anyone above her. I have literally never been treated so poorly by service staff, and I work in the service industry so I know this is not right. Just unbelievable rudeness, and that s not even touching on the cleanliness of the place. I love Tim Hortons but I have decided that I will NEVER visit this location again, I ll just walk to the farther location because I refuse to be treated like garbage by the employees at this location any longer.
I went just now on 28 July 2024 at 10pm, the shop is said as it is open but when the seller said that the said timing opens till 11pm is applicable from 1 Aug 2024. They either take the order or correct the available timing else my time and effort would not be wasted

I set the pickup timing 20 min though i reached here around 5.55 6 oclock around 10 mins late though my order is not ready and staff is still busy with regular customers. Horrible customer service I online ordered muffin they didnt had so I asked for refund a short red head Indian girl said I wont do it because it a long process and there are many tims which makes item unavailable online if they dont have it but she instead started blaming me that I can not see that then I shouldnt have ordered it , its too rude to be acceptable and tims please make name tags visible not black so we could read their names

This is a serious complaint concerning potential racial discrimination. If it happens next time, I will call the police and request lawsuit. **The owner is nice, the store manager is nice but only one specific employee really will pose danger to the business. Incidence details: May 20 10:30-10:40am I was in line and its my turn so I came to the counter on the right(the one in front of the coffee machine). I was at the counter already but the guy refused to serve me for no reason, ignoring me and still calling next in line. Eventually it was the guy on the left counter served me with courtesy. The guy who ignored me is the one with beard. I cannot find a reason to excuse him because I said Hi to him already. There is no way that he didnt see me. If this happens to me next time, i will directly call the police and spread the details in forest manor neighbor social platform.

This Tim Hortons is understaffed. Placed at a prime location, Sheppard and Don Mills, the store witnesses busy mornings throughout the weekdays. You can place your order through their app, and even after 15 minutes of ordering online, you can see two staff running and struggling to breathe. (6- 7 AM) The store owner should be humane, and add one or more staff in the store. Its a shame you have to save $130 a day. Of the thousands of dollars that come in, spend some money to improve your customer experience.
I don t understand!!! This place doesn t even have a drive through, yet they are the slowest location I have ever been to!! I placed my order online so that it would be ready when I got there. Of course the line is out the door and my order wasn t ready. Mind you, I had given 15 before I arrived. Every time I come, the two people that are at the front are always running around scrambling like a chicken with their head cut . Why in such a busy location is there only one person at the cash and one person at the food station? Stop being cheap and hire more people!!!!
This particular location deserves no star. I purcahsed a stepped tea, which I told the lady it has to me hot, yet I was handed over a very warm tea, plus upon I insited there should be no sugar. Yet she added it. I explains to the lady politely yet she attacked me. Her reason being that she has been standing for 8 long hours The lady was very arrogant, spoke to me in an unprofessional manner. I will definitely never recommend this location and neither will I visit the place again. The tea had to be thrown out because I do not take sugar. It is roll up the rim period. Yet my tea was handed over to me in a regular cup. When I asked why it was not in the roll up the rim cup. I was told that I have to pay extra money. It would have made a huge difference if I was gently explained that you ran out of a particular size of cup. Like I said this is the WORST SERVICE. No apologies, claimed to be right. Refused to listen and vomited all kinds of unprintable names from her mouth. Never never never will I visit this place again.

There was a new person working and the person training him was screaming at him in an Indian language and later on he screamed at me and spoke rudely to me too. Awful.
I got the worst SERVICE** I went to this location and was waiting to pick up an order. Took me 5mins mins to reach this location.The worker asked me to wait 5 mins to prepare the order I agreed! 15 mins later the food wasn t ready! I mean one sandwich wasn t ready! A fast food chain wasn t able to prepare one sandwich within 20 mins! I called the manager or so called manager without a name tag! I asked his name he refused to provide I asked only his first name! He wasn t able to solve the issue and asking the workers to prepare the sandwich ASAP! He told me to get it out of the location in a very rude tone! Which is very unlike to me! I d they don t need customers they should just close the location and not give a bad service ! He had his earphone in his ear and listening to music or talking to someone! Which is a bad example as a manager to give to other workers! I will never recommend this location to anyone if that person called manager is serving people! Best suited for anyone whos looking to get eatery products when in an hurry. The services from the employees and their hospitality towards the consumers is satisfactory. The food and service is very good. However, the ambience can be a point where they can improvise and I personally feel as its a smaller store, it can be a point for such review. But overall, again, it was very cool and good experience to get food when in rush.
Very rich, very fast and above all very accessible to everyone. My wife and I spent an average of $20 CAD for two coffees, a bread, and two wraps or bagels. The attention could be better, since when there are many people the girls get confused with the orders.

Nice location. The coffee tastes good 9 times out of 10. Only issue is that sometimes it feels like there is no sense of urgency from the staff to attend their clients. The quality of drinks is so low. Wraps are not done well. Quantity of wraps is very less compared to other Tim Hortons. They dont give atleast the cardboard kind of a thing for Breakfast wraps. They give it in a paper. Creamy chocolate chills is so watery no matter how many times I have complained.

I live in the building so I come here for the convenience. Every single person on cash, including the manager is horrendous. You will be treated like you are bottom tier, given attitude, yelled at etc. I ve never left here happy. The ladies at the sandwich bar are always lovely though, the customer facing staff should learn a thing or two from them.

I ordered extra hot latte, he gave me cold coffee and destroyed my enjoying coffee time, i told him to heat it more and he said it is the max. He wants me to drink coffee as he wants not as i want. I will never go there again. I prefer Starbucks always heated as i want.

Good place for coffee and bagel
Not crowded in early weekend mornings. Be patient with your mobile pick-up orders. Recommend to send your mobile pick-up orders well ahead of time if you want your mobile pick-up orders be ready when you arrive at the store. Otherwise other walk-in customers would most likely get their orders done faster than mobile orders, even if they arrived the store after you and while you are waiting the whole time for your mobile orders.

It is a clean store, but the question is; why don t you guys except American dollars? I bought a large coffee and I was short 0.17 cents and I gave them American dollar, so they said oh we don t take American dollars. !!!! On top I waited 10 minutes for a regular coffee, I would understand if u guys busy, but having only 3 customers and wait 10 minutes is not cool. Respectfully I want an answer please.
If I could rate this place lower than one star I 100% would. This is the third time I order something through Uber eats and my order comes either missing or with extremely poor quality. This time I ordered a small iced capp along with a couple other items and this is how I received my drink. Absolutely abysmal service. The cashier working on Friday Aug 25th at roughly 1230pm made my girlfriend feel terrible for simply trying to order. He yelled at her for trying to choose some timbits or accidentally asking for an item that was sold out. Shes done with Tim Hortons for good now.

The WORST location, and it s clearly because of the staff. Every morning, they have no concern with serving customers promptly or getting the orders right. On two occasions, the manager (who is the only cashier apparently) was on his cell phone. And did not decide to service anyone until he was done his call. Unacceptable. Bought farmers breakfast wrap. Hash browns were not ready so I ask person making wrap to leave hashbrown out because I didnt have time to wait. The person plastered Chipotle sauce on it and I couldnt eat it. Didnt taste egg or sausage just tasted Chipotle. Had to throw it out.
The guy who was working on Nov 16, 2023 around 10:30 PM is by far the most rude Tim Hortons employee I ve seen in Canada. Never greets back and looks at you like he s gonna pay for you out of his pocket. Other employees are okay but this guy straight up looks at you with disrespect. He should go back to elementary school and learn how to respect others. Post that, he should learn a thing or two about customer service. Then, maybe I ll order something from here. No sanitizer
I hate giving bad reviews, but for whatever reason, this location always seems to take way longer than average to complete an order. Youll pretty much be guaranteed to see the person that took your order to do most of the order prep, whereas other locations delegate separate people to do that part. No fault of the workers themselves, but whoever manages this place needs to do something about it, but likely wont, since it has some of the best pedestrian traffic in the area.

Worst Tim Hortons I have ever been too Lady working the front moving so slow on purpose to take as long as possible I had to leave before I could get my coffee before work :( DO NOT GO UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE LATE TO WORK
I ordered 2 large white hot chocolate and guess what? Only 1/3rd of the cup is filled I m not sure why every time I come to this place I have to check the cups and my order I don t like to waste my time for bad reviews but it s not the first or the fifth time that s so disrespectful for 15 years I never had the same mistakes from the same Tim Hortons branch
Location arbitrarily closes half the tables at 9:20 despite being advertised as open till 11 and asks patrons to move to the other side where there are 4 chairs.

There were about 3 employees there when I got in line to order. Most of the tables were occupied by just a few people. Everyone was actively avoiding sitting at two tables because someone spilled coffee on the ground and chairs around that. It wouldve been nice if the employees cleaned that up. I wasnt given a tissue with my coffee or my croissant so I went up to the counter to ask for one and was ignored. This was unusual, since almost all the Tims Ive been to offer them with a smile or have a dispenser next to counter or somewhere else for you to help yourself. I got my coffee on time. My croissant was cold and sad. Nothing to write home about. But the customer service and the cleanliness could be improved a lot. I dont think Ill come back here again.
