They always put cream in my tea and I always see milk types on the screen ! Because it's the drive through i don't notice usually till I'm at work ! This is horrible, they need to pay more attention and realize almost 0 people get cream with their tea ! Listen and read the order properly .. at least 3 times a week . Get your people trained !! I am coming in later today and demanding my $10 back

Hey guys! Big Tim’s enthusiast here. This Tim’s Horton’s location is the worst case scenario for customer service. I’ve never been met with a more abrasive and attitude driven staff under the specific management of the ladies name that starts with a “V”. Despite my best effort to correct a misinterpreted order, I was met with delusion and what seems to be gas-lit intentions to why my order was incorrect. Overall, foods pretty good. Gas station environments a plus if you’d like to grab a snack and beverage while they figure out the correct order. Awaiting response..
Tim Hortons needs to hire staff who can understand and speak English. The food quality is poor, and their microphones never work, making it difficult to place an order. They constantly misunderstand what I want. @TimHortons, you need to start auditing your locations regularly to avoid losing customers. You have to pay attention to customer service, its worst.
I have been going to this tim hortons since December 2021 Every Monday to Friday early Morning. I have to Go because this is the only Drive thru nearby My work and at that time. I eat Farmers breakfast fast egg and cheese wrap Daily so i ask for Extra Chipotle sauce I didn’t get it. So i Explained To manager and she helped me out. And there is a lady working ay drive thru before 5.30 Am she is very Nice and Has good Customer service skills. But today There was Another staff i asked for the same she gave me a Sausage wrap, which i cannot eat its Against my religion. So when i went into the Tims and Told about the issue that lady disagreed and told I didn’t made it and ran over to other side so that i cannot question her. The howsoever they made me another when and i was there when a girl with Glasses she was indian and Started @5.30 am was making it, she didn’t grilled it properly wrap was all flexible like raw and then she put it into the box by sequeezing it in unhygienic way and i asked her that you should not do it like that I couldn’t be w to eat a wrap which is squeezed and broken all over the box. She started fighting with me that you only asked for extra sauce and all, i eat wrap from other locations as well they are fine and Good and made properly why you cannot ( The reason was she is fed up by her job and because of early morning shift she was exhausted and in anger so she splashes her anger on customers, I request the manager and That girl to change her job and Work t In the field she like so that your mind can be calm)) so i opened the wrap it was all into the box and I couldn’t eat that as well all Hashbrown and eggs were out from the other side. I request the Manager of Store to please train them and teach them Customer service skills so that your store could be the Best store around.

They care only for drive thru. They keep walking in front of u, knowing u standing there nd didnt ask for assistance.
They always stop me at the drive thru before going to the window. Are they trying to trick their system so they don t get in trouble with cooperate? They should close this one down or hire better speaking people. The employees can t understand simple orders. Always gets it wrong. I try to save time by going to this location since it s before hwy 400 but I end up just leaving and going to another because they always don t have simple menu items or just get the order wrong every time.

Offers to get free coffee and on some other items. Its been weeks since the scanner isnt working to scan the app. The lady is saying that if i leave the drive-through and go inside, they can scan it. 99% of customers use this drive through why not put the scanner where the drive-through is? It just seems like they dont want customers to use the app to get the offers. This is sad.
Somewhat quick service but very very very poor customer service. Almost every single man that works there has given me attitude for now reason at all, hands me my items aggressively and one time seen the drink leaking and still gave me the drink .I get it sometimes people don t have a good day or they re really tired but this is every single time I come to this location.

Such bad service at this location. Went to order some breakfast and was told they dont have it. Anyways, i substitute it with something else. Then they gave me half of my order. I had to drive all the way back and get it. Then the guy at the cash out area was laughing, saying, i forgot my order when he gave me half of my order. Tim hortons head office needs to look into this location. Wait times in the drive through is very excessive as well. Staff standing, laughing while customers need to wait for a longer time.
Ordered 1 dish and brought out another dish, waiting for a long time
1st we ordered potatoes wedges they dont serve them after a certain time. 2nd they did not have the proper bun for the turkry club. 3rd they put it on a bagel and did not toast it or put bacon on it. He refused to give us a tray. I have never had such disappointing serve.

To many employees in small space falling over each other because they have no idea what is going on. Can never get my order right. No salutation when you drive up to place your order. Never gives a freaking sleeve with my tea. Stops you from pulling up to the window to have their stats looking good. Need a Timmys after Jane and Finch and b4 Rutherford.

By far the worst Tim s I go out of convenience because it s close by but they never get orders right, I ve ordered a mocha iced Capp several times all they do is give a regular iced Capp and add whipped cream on top. That is not a mocha iced capp! Never have any donuts in stock and half the staff have poor attitudes even overheard the staff saying they dislike working there.
Worst tims ever. They are always in a rush and always get my order wrong. I asked for a Chipotle Crispy Chicken Wrap, I get Ranch. Asked for a English muffin with egg and sausage, got no sausge.

Very poor customer service half of the staff cant speak proper English they always talk in there own language. Very bad experience last time and I said I should give them another chance but that was my mistake. every time you ask for bagel double-tosted they dont know how to do it seems like and if you ask them your order is not how you want they looking at you like you asking for a donation, I been asking for a receipt so when I go dont have to face the problem they refuse to give secondly if you call them they said come we will replace your order but when you go they waste your 30 min and in the end, they said they cant find your order. this is my second-time experience talk to a supervisor name is MALA she said can not find my order and she can not give me.when I make a complaint call she literally laughing at it and telling me ya some time they dont put the chicken on the soup so I think when we spend more than $20.00 dollers that shouldnt be happening. when I told her I can bring food back she said its ok I will replace but when I went to the store she refused to replace my order which I paid all most $20.00 worth amount. It was 2 ice caps which is watery 2 bagel one double toast 1 regular they make both wrong and the more interesting part is 2 large chicken soup none has even signal piece of chicken. What I specially bought to eat chicken has no chicken at all, and when you make a complaint they laugh about it as well. so basically they serve you the wrong food and making a joke on top of that for their own mistakes.

The staff at this location are very efficient with the way they handle the flow of guests coming in. I stood in line and watched these girls working together as a team and I have to say best team work ever!! Everyone was on the ball. The girl (tall fair skin and red hair in a bun wearing glasses) taking the orders was handling the flow like a boss!! RESPECT!! impressed with the performance of this team.

I ve been going to this Tim s everyday for the past 2 years. Finally they have one person who makes the experience better. Whenever Abby is working I have no issues with my order. She is kind and friendly. They should have more people like her. She is the best THANKS Abby for working here :)
I was in this particular Tim Hortons drive-thru and the workers were so focused on making fast transactions for the customers and did not want cars waiting on the spot. Then they told us to park on the side and then employees would come out to give the purchased items. It was so outrageous because I had to wait 10-15mins and no one came out so I parked my car and went inside the store and they told me to wait outside. After that, the Tim Hortons lady finally came out and was really rude that I was supposed to park near the employee entrance door. After the fact that I had waited outside for a long time and it was supposed to be a drive-thru not order and wait to pick up! *I would give this location a -1 star if there was an option to!

Worst tim hortons ever
Worst tim hortons ever. I had a long order due to going on a long car ride to the beach and decided to stop here. The staff are incredibly slow. A customer behind me got annoyed and angry that my order was long and complained to staff. Staff sided with him and stopped taking my order to take his and told me get back in line and i never completed my full order and reflects poorly on the manager there.
Love this place but there re not enough seats since this place is always crowded.

Im allergic to milk and every time I double tell them no cream and what do I get is cream. I was driving and never checked it and took a big gulp and ended up in hives from head to toe and all the manager said is here is a free coffee for next time... awful customer service...

Workers there chat too much and very slow, even they see the long line waiting for them, they dont care and keep slowly walking around and talk. This is the first Tim that I have met without any efficiency.
I was in drive through today and saw sign saying debit machine not working, so I asked about it and was told the inside machine works if I want to go inside, I was asking since it is working inside why should it be a problem to take orders, at which I was ignored. A woman named Mithuna came on and said machine is not working, and i was asking the same thing, which again I was ignored. The first person came on again, and at this point I was upset and he was trying to reason with me, great guy, and the same woman just speaks over his voice and says debit not working, you have to come inside First of all I do not HAVE TO do anything, I can just drive to the next time hortons over at keele st knowing that my coffee will always be great, and the service there is wonderful beyond words, maybe your staff should be trained there. Also, this is not the first time, the staff here have always been rude. Only 3/4 guys I have seen there that have great service sad to say most of your female employees have been very rude, and I come to this location a lot for me to notice such details!!!!. From now on I will go out of my way to avoid coming here because I do not appreciate being disrespected and mistreated every time I want to get a coffee. So in conclusion I would suggest you train your staff for better service, teach them how to respect and talk to customers calmly. Stop the unprofessional ongoing conversations that continually happen while ignoring customers.
This Tim Hortons is a joke. They tell you to go around the corner to wait for your food then they forget to bring it to you. When you finally get fed up enough and go inside after 10 minutes they cant even remember what you ordered. Pathetic. This has happened numerous times at this location, extremely frustrating.
Worst staff i have ever seen.. when i ordered for a grilled cheese for the drive thru they have just kept a cheese inside which was not even baked.. and then wen i went inside to ask what is this., is this the way you guys do!? Always have the worst experience at this Tim Hortons, only go here because it is the closest location near work. Just tried to pay with a $5 dollar that is ripped on the top a little, and was told to go to the bank. Rudest employees at this location, only a few individuals are pleasant. Sometimes my orders are incorrect, and when i tell them, they give me the rudest stares. Half the staff, speak little english which i guess is the reason they don t understand my order sometimes but i try to speak slowly and fluently to help. Dont like writing negative reviews but this isnt the first negative experience here. Please work on your customer service skills and be more polite, especially if i did not give you attitude.

I am forced to go to this Tim Hortons everyday because its only one with drive thru and next to highway 400. Everyday I get EXTREMELY rude service from most of the staff with the drive thru. Taking orders is a big rush, after handing you your drinks. As soon as you have your hands on the tray they immediately says bye, good bye. Too rush and do not give you time to even play your drinks down in your car properly. If you take more than 3 seconds before you move your vehicle they will speak in a different language. (Very loud and rude voice). Many times Ive order only coffee and they asked me to move my car and parked on the side and make me wait upto 10 minutes. The 3rd time this happened I said no I only order a few coffee I dont have time to wait on the side. The tims rep said I will not take your order anymore next time In a screaming voice. I work in service field and I know very well customers are number 1 priority. If only I can give a zero star rating. I love Tim Hortons coffee I really hope the owner of this location clean up this place, retrain all workers, and maybe show all workers what customer service is.
