Groundhog Day, everyday. Enter 5:10am, 3 people in line: 10 minute wait to get food. Line grows, people get angry, many leave. Really nice lady at counter, but slow. The owner needs to identify this and have additional staff. A quick coffee in the morning isn’t a Charter Rigjht, but it’s close
Wonderful food as per usual. However, I will skip using mobile order for this location. Had to wait 10+ minutes for my order as they could not locate the receipt.
This is the WORST tim Hortons I’ve ever been to. Numerous horrible experiences with the service. With the cake on top being flat out not served when I went to the drive through. The management here is failing. With the amount of people looking for work now adays this location would be better off having all their employees and manager terminated. With a more suitable replacement being a 5th grade class. Plus their coffee ratios suck and never fail to disappoint me.
The staff at this location is quite exceptional considering the volume they handle on a daily basis… the management team works tirelessly to provide a positive experience! Nancy, Moona, Amjad, Navneet, Karrissha & all the other employees I can’t remember all your names….Great job guys!
Closed for entry at 10:11 pm. Can you guys specify it on your website and not confuse people. Some other days it will open and you won't even know, because nothing stated on the website.
Was ASSAULTED by an employee after being cussed out unprovoked at the drive thru. Never go here. Police have been involved.
I had to request more espresso after being handed a large cup of milk instead of a latte. I then had to request more a second time after they put a very minimal amount of espresso in the drink. This is not the first time I’ve dealt with this as I ordered 2 lattes previously that literally had no espresso. Just milk and flavouring. When I requested more they gave me 2 shots of espresso to be split up for 2 LARGE drinks. The service here is also ridiculous as you end up spending 10-15 minutes trying to get the drink you actually ordered. I feel sorry for the people who have to go through drive through and are stuck with cups of milk.
It's an extremely busy spot in the morning, but the staff certainly do their best to keep up, and they're properly managed to keep a balance between the drive-thru crowd and the walk-in traffic. The only downside to any of the multiple visits I've made is getting access to the washroom. There's no indication of whether you need a key, or special permission from a staff member, and a sign posted near the doors just adds to the confusion.

I went to buy 6 pumpkin muffins and I eas told only 2 I can get and they started to gossip with their employee. Our money customers are always right I dont see that.

**Update Sept 2024: Four years later and the espresso machine still not working periodically Generally good. However, their espresso machine has been broken for a month now You d think they would fix it seeing as more people are going buy warmer drinks given the weather now.

Seating area is poorly organized. Even though the food and service is standard you wouldn t want to go there if you have other choices, or once you re there by mistake (which is my case), because of the atmosphere

I every day buy a drink and food from drive-thru at this location so staffs are amazing and they smile all the time. I m so glad to my experience and I m always happy bcuz of these people. My coffee and food are always fresh. Thank you guys!!

This place is full of great staff! I come here in the afternoon quite often and I m always so well greeted. Also, the manager in the afternoons is very sweet when it comes to helping the new workers. She is doing a great job.
The slowest Tim Hortons in the world. Even though they are fully staffed they take 15 mins for a coffee.
I wanted a coffee and I wanted to use the bathroom because it was locked. I went to ask the Indian lady at the front for assistance to open it while she was handling the donut tray. I said excuse me can you please help me and she stared at me didnt say anything and then walked away so I left. 12:10 pm April 26th 2024.
Its Not open 24 hrs, not even the drive thru
I have come here couple of times in the afternoon, sometimes drive through and sometimes front of house, and all I can say is the afternoon staff is so lovely. They are prompt, friendly, and very professional when serving. I recommend coming here later in the day!

Nothing can wake you up better than the sight of how at 5:30 in the morning an old woman pretends to cool a spoon in an iron glass to rinse the same spoon, at the same time dips her finger into this water and then uses a spoon from the same glass in which it was immersed before that, her finger stirs my coffee with the same spoon

I ordered everything bagel with butter and herb and garlic. It was completely gross. Not properly buttered and tastes like bread too old. Didn t eat and throw it. Went to another Tim Hortons and got my breakfast there.
On March 12 around 3-30pm my fiance went there to get a cream cheese bagel. There wasnt any long lines, but apparently they didnt have time to spread cream cheese on a cream cheese bagel. So they put a bunch on one side and called it a day. He didnt realize until he left, that the cream cheese was on 1 half. Not the one side on a bagel (cause that would be more reasonable). No no, imagine 2 sides of the bagel as sandwich, and there only was cream cheese on the left side..... So he goes back to ask them to remake it, and they say its policy to only put it on the one side.... Tim Hortons, please run a quick IQ test on your employees before hiring them. Or maybe a drug test . Also I dont care for the owners, copy and pasted message on every negative review. If you actually took the time to ready the comments, you wouldnt have as many negative reviews as you do. You can literally tell that the owners made the staff write 5 star reviews just to keep it afloat...

PLEASE READ THE WHOLE REVIEW First of all is it bad to write a review? Is it wrong of me to write or to share about what I experienced when I visit a place. I wrote about a bad experience happened with me at Tim Hortons (1533 Jane street). The whole incident is written below. I visited this place again after 2-3 weeks of writing that review and out of sudden one lady came to me asking me about my name. I told her my name and she arrogantly said BY THE WAY I AM MONA AND I WANTED TO SEE YOUR FACE . At first I didn t realize, but then I remembered that it s the same lady whom I wrote that review about. I felt really bad. If you write something about your experience and you visit the same place they should improve their service but here they came to you to see who you are as if they are try to threaten you. Whole Incident I ordered French vanilla and croissants heated with butter. First of all they told me that it can t be heated to which politely agreed however I have been to other Tim s as well and they had no problem serving me like this. Next the lady Mona she didn t even clean the place while preparing my order. I am a vegetarian and I was standing there and she just made a non veg sandwich on that place and right after that she put those croissants over there without cleaning it or without even putting any paper on the place. They all took 15 mins for preparing just two croissants. I didn t even want toasted. After that I was still standing there and waiting for my French vanilla but no one even paying any attention so I asked about my French vanilla and then they remembered that I have ordered a French vanilla too. It was a very bad experience for me. Very bad service and they took so much time for such a small order.
This is my favourite Tim Hortons location. I go through the drive thru almost every morning with my dog. The staff are so lovely and kind! They also make the best ice capps out of all the locations I ve been to.

Wow I just can t say how surprised I am at this location, doesn t matter what time of the day I come here morning, mid day, afternoon, night or over night this place never can fullfill my order I find it so pathetic there s always an excuse out of espresso, cleaning the machine, out of cold brew it s not a busy location how can you always be out of stuff attempted now on 6 occasions in 3 years each an every time I ve had to cancel my order and go to the next location down the street. If I were you don t make any efforts spending your money here might as well go to the other locations that have lasting inventory.
Messy, no toilet paper in the womens bathroom, a drunk unruly patron bothering all the customers. I know its not up to the cashiers to be bouncers as well but they need protection as much as the customers do! Put a manager in the store who is capable of dealing with unrulies. Training in de-escalation would be smart. The staff is very polite its all the other thing that bug me.

Worst tim hortons. Today, march 20, 2023, at 6:15 a.m., placed an order for egg and cheese, which came to 3.84. I handed the teller a 5$ bill, and she put down less than 50 cents as my change.... are you serious when I tell her I need correct change? She says I gave it to you, and shell check camera???? I told her to do so , and then I had to tell her its 1.15 change. Seriously ridiculous, its simple math, but I understand why she works at tim hortons as an adult

Always dirty, inside and outside - trash bin overflowing at the front, trash blowing around, tables, floors and counters sticky with obvious large spills. I asked the cashier if they dont tidy up spills right away and she said it will be done at 7pm, which was about 40mins away and clearly it had been like that for some time. When my wrap was done it was placed down on a very sticky counter, which had obviously not been wiped for a long time. I spoke up about that too and was told that it was wrapped in paper so it was OK..... i guess the cross contamination section from the Food Handlers Certificate course must have been missed? Wont be going back to this location.

Uneducated people working who can t even speak English or read the screen to give the correct price of food then pocket the extra change and argue with you about the price when the receipt in your app clearly shows a different price but they try to rush you so they can keep moving the drive thru and refuse to give you your change

I was there around 2:30pm today (November 2). I asked for a cappuccino. I saw the woman going to the back and actually heard one of the girls at the back saying to her they didnt have espresso. It slipped my mind after paying and I only took a sip of my drink when I returned home, to see the woman had given me just froth and steamed milk!!!! No coffee in it. I went back and told her, she innocently replies there is espresso in it-- I told her to make a new one and showed how its all milk. She exasperatedly circled to the back in a pretence show then came back and said the espresso machines not working. No apologies for lying to me earlier. What kind of staff are these youre hiring here? Deceitful cunning people.

I wonder if some of the new teenager employees are traind at all in how to deal with issues relating to customers. I got a coffee that was lukewarm, didnt taste fresh ( this is not the first time, actually I believe in slow times the staff at the front close their eyes on getting rid of urns of coffee that didnt sell as was always the case with Tim Hortons) I had a couple of sips of it, spent my daily 15 to 20 min stay & went to the cashier who served me, I expressed my my displeasure about the coffee. You would think her reaction would be to try to find out what was wrong or to offer another cofffee... No ! Her first reaction was you drank half the cup of coffee & now you bring it, she said this, accusingly, without even being sure of how much was consummed of that coffee, I asked her to check the content of the cup & she realized the cup was still full. Then she tried to offer me another coffee. The same cashier on different occasions displayed a total lack of knowledge of the denominations of Canadian currency(Bills & coins), you either get extra change or you get shorted which is the case most of the time. I got shorted, I realised that after may be 45 min, I returned to the shop, she said she gave me the exact change back, another employee went to call the manager, he came, he printed the receipt. he showed me the change I was supposed to have received, he was talking to me in a dismissive & biased manner,threw the receipt on the counter & said write down your phone number & we will call a manager to check the cameras & we we ll give you a call. I was bothered by this reaction & then I left without giving my phone number. This guys handling of this situation showed a total lack of managerial skills, communicative skills & self-control skills. I understand he has to defend the interests of the company that employs him & its employees, but he should keep an open mind that employees are most of the time are liable to make mistakes. You dont just asdume a customer is an enemy once he complains. Yes of course not all customers are right, but one should know how to deal with these situations which was lacking in my interaction with him. The day after: I was vindicated. One of the senior ladies wotking at the location approached me, told me that there is some change you are owed to be given to you as per the manager. I got my change, had a coffee, spent 20 min & then headed home. I hope he can take another look at how to approach similar situations in the future & focus on training his new staff in dealing with customers as well as in food safety whuch is another issue.
Not bad service, need to get the order correct. They gave me a cold latte, quickly have me a hot one right away. I heard that during the January 17th snowstorm, TTC drivers were denied access to their washrooms being stranded for more than 10 hours on the road. Un Canadian way at this Tim Hortons. Shouldnt come back here if they treat TTC personnel like this again.

3 mins walking distance from my building. its a big help in the morning before Iam on the bus for work. Yea sure I could be smart and save my money by making coffee but getting up at 4:30am get ready and leave every morning walk 3mins grab my coffee and have my smoke well a wait for the bus across the street from tim hortons to go to work
Very slow drive-thru. We ordered two dark roast double double through the drive-thru and it took 15 minutes to get out of the drive-thru. It seems like they dont understand English, we had to ask for a tray several times before we got one for a drinks. We had to repeat ourselves through the drive-thru device to make sure they heard us. They were nice but they could listen a little bit better. The next time we went we asked for two dark roast old doubles and they charged us extra. We had to pay twice and we asked for the two different receipts but they gave us a double receipt of one of the orders. They seem like they just want to steal money

This location seems to always be out of stuff.... doughnuts, chili, bread for sandwiches, you name it. I rather go to another location where customer service is better.

Worst location in the city, I visit this location once a day because I live right next to it, and everyday they manage to complete ruin my order, last time I was here wich will be the last time ever. I ordered 2 sandwiches and they gave me soup. Got home and seen so I went back. They wanted Mr to take the old sandwiches that had been sitting there for over half hour and then gave me grief and made me wait for my money back. Great job Tim Hortons.

This is the worst Tim Hortons anyone has ever purchased from. If they get a coffee order correct, I will be in total shock. They dont wash their hands after handling money or a dirty mop for that matter. If I could give zero stars I would.

Im not sure how to describe my review other than theres something wrong with their drinks. I ordered a French Vanilla and it tasted off. Like, this doesnt even taste like the same brand that all other Tim Hortons use for their French Vanilla powder base. So I went back and switched it for a hot chocolate and AGAIN, the drink tasted off. I think this location is mixing their drinks with something else or not even filling their machines properly to make a complete mix to skim back on costs. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! Something just isnt right.
