First time coming here the lady was very sweet polite and extremely professional. Also the food is great. I was in a rush for a meeting and I needed a container for my food, she was able to help me with one and saved my shift.
The food is never hot, sometimes it’s not even warm. It tastes ok but it’s not enjoyable at room temperature.
Honestly one of the driest and least flavourful bourbon chicken locations I’ve been too. The bourbon chicken doesn’t even seem to be coated in the sauce its named after, they just add it on top after, so it’s incredibly dry. Service is good though
Just got this for take out. I've had bourbon street at several other locations like stc. This is not a normal bourbon street. I thought I could ignore the bad reviews cuz I know I like bourbon street. But I was wrong, the bourbon chicken is awefull the noodles were revolting. Do not eat here.
The meats, vegetables and mash potatoes are good. But your rice is not cooked properly. It's hard. Your rice needs more time or it's not being wash thoroughly with hot water.
Amazing staff, the lady is super nice! And their blackend chicken is special! Different than every other location
Really good place to visit and eat meals I am still wondering what was more amazing, the food, the service, the quality of food or the quantity. The taste was really good plus the quantity of the food given was more than sufficient for more than 2 people. It seemed the lady who was serving us wanted us to have more food at a reasonable price. So highly recommending this place for your meals.
If you come here because of past good experiences with other locations of Bourbon it's wrong! I saw limited low-quality items.

Great food at the Eglinton Hudson Bay mall. Tried all the food courts and theirs is the only food I and my wife could stand. The dark chicken is amazing Food
If I can give this last experience a ZERO star rating I would. Limited food for initial presentation. Then I saw the staff member eating her food in the corner just behind the food counter, not in the back or in a designated staff lunch room. Ordered BBQ chicken, spicy noodles and mixed veg for take out. After taking it to work and popping open the container, I snacked on the chicken to find dry burnt chunks and ended up pulling out a long black hair. After making several calls to the restaurant to get this situation reported and resolved, I received no answer and I couldnt leave a voice mail. I will not be going back and I am also reporting this incident to Toronto Public Health. That was disgusting. I think I had last nights repurposed chicken before dining on that hair. Not impressed!
Wouldnt go back here , service was great but the food was not ! It use to taste a lot better than it does now and I know its a fast food place but other Bourbon locations taste better. This location food tasted off I didnt finish my food after a few bites plus it felt like it was sitting there for ages ...waste of money.

On Monday me and my daughter bought two meals of combo #1 the noodles were old and kept from Saturday leftovers and the same grill & barbeque chickens over cooked and the foods were cold. WILL NEVER EVER BUY FROM THIS RESTAURANT
Our family loves Bourbon Chicken and weve been having it across all other malls in the GTA for years. Well, if you could define the opposite of Bourbon Chicken, that was it! The chicken was burnt, bland, dry and somehow at the same time uncooked, greasy and stale. It made everyone who could force themselves to try it very sick afterwards. Im puzzled this place is still open after so many reviewers saying theyd report it to the health authorities. Youve been warned!
I ate here yesterday and ever since I ve been throwing up and stuff. Pretty sure I have food poisoning. The food didn t even taste very good to begin with.
Been here a number of times. Was there yesterday, not a Michelin.. but regular good food. Some of the negative reviews here are a little much.

Worst food ever, I get bourbon all the time at stc (Scarborough town center) and today I decided since this location was closer to my home I d got here worst food I have ever had , no flavour to and thing and the chicken was dry as hell never again will I waste my time at this location

they dont accept credit card. Cash and debit only. food is very tasty.
If your taste buds have low standards for bland, cheaply prepared food then this place is definitely for you.

Not impressed with this store, at this location. Quality of food was totally different, than the one at Fairview Mall, that got higher ratings from me. Serving lady was trying to accommodate my eating choices, when a gent from the kitchen, arrived to the front and changed all dynamics. He wasnt very friendly or providing customer service to customers. Even if back in the area, will not eat there.

There is a smaller selection of veggies and sides than the one at stc but with the same generous helpings. The meals are also less expensive here.

Very greasy. I had an incredibly sore stomach within hours of eating here.
Typical mall food-not much outstanding, however chicken with honey was tasty. Server was friendly & pleasant.
We were served a mix of old stale and overcooked noodles with the fresh ones. The chicken was not cooked properly because the next day we got sick and ended up having to go to the hospital after passing out in the street from food poisoning
