Probably the worst kfc I have ever had.. and I’m old, so that’s a lot of kfc.. PLS DONT EAT HERE. Their famous chicken sandwich was soggy with no crunch… Their fried chicken was sooo salty that you can’t eat. The Pepsi was flat, which I asked them to change. Trust me DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY
I came to this location on September 10th the customer service representative that was working the drive thru was very rude. The way the representative conducted her customer service skills towards a customer was not respectful and neither was it was good representation of the company. Please review how the training of your employees are conducted. If I could give this location a zero I would.
Very poor customer service. Going forward I will avoid this location. This is not a customer friendley location from my experience. They made me feel really bad when I asked for 1 sweet and sour sauce. They wanted me to pay 0.55 extra, unfortunately I didn't have the extra change at the time, and they still refused to give it out of courtesy. At that point they were quick to offer meba refund, which I took. They prefered to give me back my money and take back the meal to dispose of it, just because I didn't have thw extra change to pay for the sauce:(
I've been to this location several times and if I was some kind of inspector they failed each and every time every table is sticky chairs out of master's food on tables grease on floor, pop the on floor making things sticky, so you at least think that the people manning the cash register in your food have to be better than how the establishment looks but you'd be wrong. The women that I've had the displeasure of being served by are more sour than the floor sticky. I waited like 40 minutes to get my food that I ordered online. I see that there are plenty of monitors to keep track of orders when they come in. But to my observation the monitors are for not, What's the point of tracking things if you don't use the equipment to track said things. Honestly the staff with the exception of the guy that was working that day needs to be churned and kicked out, you would think comfort breeds a level of professionalism, In this case it is breeding metaphorical workplace mildew, It stinks.
KFC! I like it as it is not greasy. This Chicken has been around since I remember in the 60's. Always fresh, always the same. See you here.
Originally did not give any utensils or napkins and customer service was terrible. This Filipino lady just gave attitude and was like “aren’t you taking the takeout back home, use your own utensils at home” and the disrespect is just outrageous! Would not recommend this location to anyone! Food was terrible as well! -5 stars if there was an option!
My order was not ready for pick up when I arrived. I got it after 10 minutes of waiting. Hospitality was incredibly kind, friendly and accommodating though. The place was clean perhaps because they know I’m coming. Lol 😂
This KFC has renovated and it looks nice. The drive through time is still an issue though. Not sure if they don't hire enough staff or what. We waited about 6 minutes to get our order. This was the first time back after the new renovations. The gravy was runny and not thick like I've usually had. Would reconsider going somewhere else for a poutine.
They wrote in uber deacription to pickup the order from drive thru and there is a girl name aman who refuse to give order from drive thru Staff is rude with uber drivers

This is was my go to KFC but no more. Sadly they changed the seasoning for original recipe chicken. It s bland, not much flavor and just doesn t taste like KFC anymore. The staff are friendly and helpful but honestly, I will not order anymore. Thanks for the memories.

Dined in first day after renovation, a young white kid came in and hand it in his resume, after he left the manager laughed with the employees while showing his resume to them. Very unprofessional, I get it the manager wants his own kind only.

The Asian lady Don, used two blue rags. 1 wet,1 dry, wiped chair seat,& table tops with the same rags. Never ever using disinfect or cleaning chemicals, not even washing or rinsing the dirty rags, wiped down the entire restaurant with contaminated, spreading, perhaps faeces from the seat of people pants. How Gross, watched her, then She goes straight to the fountain machine. And with the same contaminated two blue rags. Started cleaning the nozzle, & where the soda comes out from. I confronted her, & she told me. They r two different rags. This is how bacteria, is now then transfer to the costumer. And you now get sick. Does KFC/Taco Bell Not realize COVIC never left it s still here.
This guy took forever going back and forth between getting macaroni or fries with his sandwich, what if he added peppers or took off the lettuce, etc. Then their system went down. The cashier said to another worker who was cooking fries, Can you deal with him? and walked away without explaining all the things the guy wanted. After everything was sorted with that guy, we placed our order. 20 min wait for a chicken sandwich.
Ordered food thru drive thru. Chichen box meal. The coleslaw was old sour. No napkins. No ketchup. No sauce for popcorn chicken.
WORST place ever. Dirty. Dirty chairs, floors and tables. Empty restaurant and still the staff was busy . No heat in restaurant. No salt~literally I asked for salt tans they had none. No ice in the ice dispenser (not that I needed it cause it was so cold. Staff speaking another language. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Service is very bad. I waited 25 ninutes and was pushed back gor 5 uber drivers that showed up after me. I told them I had a cab running and they just ignored me. The training is bad and all the workers look Indian and no diverse workers in there. I will never go back and would not recommend this new renovated location on Keele St. near Walmart to anyone.
When it s time to pay at drive through they prompt you to provide a tip. They force you to touch their grimy terminal to choose how much you are going to tip. This gesture has turned me into a non retuning customer. Begging for tips should be left to the panhandlers pacing up and down the curb and not from a KfC franchisee!
DONT BUY THE HOT WING IN THIS STORE!!!!!! i am very disappointed for the hot wing, i bought the hot wing and it was re-fried, it was super dry and hard. i can wait for the fresh fried.please dont re-fried the chicken, it was totally destroyed. the worst hot wing i had in my life. BTW the staff is nice and the other food is fine, but hot wing is very bad.

Supervisor was telling an employee (Joanne or whatever the tall, big girls name is) to take orders since shes suppose to be at the cash and did not listen to her. Supervisor asked her to go to the cash a handful of times cuz there were now 5 people in line... She took her sweet time doing whatever she wanted and didnt even acknowledge anybody waiting. She took 5 years in the kitchen and 5 years to hand people their food. Instead of going to the register to take orders, she went back to the kitchen again to probably eat or do something that wasnt useful. Shes a terrible worker. I suggest she gets fired immediately if she cant do something as simple as customer service.
I went into your restaurant last night it was horrible, went in there one young on cash she had to deal with inside customers and drive true also make food . The manager on duty was not intrested in the situation I would not recommend this place to no one 4 cars went through drive through and I am still waiting for my food .I guess the drive through counter is more important than the family who choose to come through the door.
The Worst ...once or twice can be chucked up to a mistake...but this is the third time they mess up my order. Theres always something missing ( im paying for the full meal ) and i get no response when i reach out to customer suppprt . To top it off ive had to wait up to 30 mins in the drive thru to get an order( nothing big too) . Dont go here

They have great and very Friendly at this KFC. I got a 6 piece bucket all white and the pieces were very large just perfect for my dining experience. I will go back.

The worst kfc ever. You will wait over 15 minutes in drive thru. No I m not exaggerating. They will have you sit at the Odering both another 5 minutes before putting in your order. They found a way to not let it the que time show up to upper management. This is every visit. So either they have poor management for months or under staffed.

This specific location need to be better on everything I was hoping after the renovation things well change to better but everything still the same Maybe worse , I ordered 6 peases of chicken with poutine they did not give gravy with it or even on top of it they told me it takes 13 minutes i said sound good, but later he chicken was winge small ones old dry and cold ,short story long NEVER AGAIN FROK THIS LOCATION .
It s the only one in the area but it s not worth the poor customer service. Drive through is extremely slow. The girl with glasses at drive through today made me pay, then back up my car away from her window, then drive up again to grab my order. They don t wrap stuff properly either just throw it in the bag. Idk

Fine restaurant renovation. Food was dry. All staff need training in proper customer service. I asked for a napkin to wipe the table and was met with irritation by the staff who were standing around gossiping. I had to go back to get ketchup and despite not being busy, was not asknowledged for a while, though I know they saw me standing at the counter.
Earlier this evening went to KFC order a four peace meal unfortunately they gave me the wrong order. So I called the store went back they gave me the right original order thanks guys.

My order wasnt ready upon arrival so instead of being able to wait at the empty drive thru they asked me to come inside. Im glad theyre more interested in the drive thru timer than customer service, wont be coming back.
If you only have a half hour for lunch avoid going inside to order. Even though it wasnt very busy It took less time to eat the meal than it did to order it. Stick with the drive-thru or go somewhere where they know why its called FAST food.

This location has been notoriously bad for years. I thought the renovation would have made a difference but its still the same ****. Awful service, food usually slapped together without care or freshness in mind. Got double charged last night at the drive thru. No receipt as usual, so this is my fault for trying to give them a chance.
These guys really served me stale fries and cold popcorn chicken through drive thru. These employees need to be fired and new ones that actually care about giving ppl edible food they spend their hard earned money on. Horrible and worst KFC/Taco Bell I ve ever been too.
I ordered KFC for the first time at this outlet and the service was excellent. Anchal, a staff member who served me was understanding and polite. She helped me select and customize a vegetarian option. This was really great since there are limited vegetarian options on the menu. Highly recommend her. I also noted, the team comprised of hardworking women trying to do their best to serve customers. I understand, customers might be in a hurry but the staff are doing their best to help. Perhaps, being kinder to those helping at a fast food chain in a highly competitive market is the least we can do. Vegetarian options: Limited menu but the staff helped their best to customize.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience with KFC. I wanted to try it and decided to order from their application (Because of their first order free bucket promotion on their mobile app), I decided to give it a shot. I placed my order at approximately 8:57 PM, and the estimated delivery time was 9:36 PM. Little did I know that this would turn into a frustrating ordeal. As the minutes went by, I waited and waited for my order to arrive. However, Around 10:00 PM rolled and my meal was nowhere in sight, I decided to give their customer service a call. To my shock, I learned that they hadnt even started preparing my order. I thought perhaps there had been an oversight with the app, so I patiently waited a bit longer, hoping for the best. By around 11:00 PM, I couldnt wait any longer and made another call. This time, I was informed that the delivery person had already left. I waited more and more and my patience was wearing thin, so I made several more calls (to the restaurant) (around 11:30), but each one went unanswered. At around 12:00 AM, I decided to request a refund (by calling customer care). Dealing with the restaurant staff over the phone was an exercise in frustration. The person on the other end was rude, and they eventually stopped picking up altogether. After a series of back-and-forths with customer care, I had no choice but to visit the restaurant in person (keep in mind that I initially ordered online) to secure my refund. To add insult to injury, the promotion has disappeared as well. My evening was ruined, and a significant amount of time was wasted the following day visiting the restaurant. In light of this experience, I strongly advise against ordering from this location. It was a deeply unsatisfying and inconvenient ordeal that I would not recommend to anyone.

Taco prices are reasonable. Prices are some worth okay but much better with coupons. I prefer their chickens despite being smaller than popyees. Their chickens are properly cooked within. Refills are quite convenient. Their BBQ sauce is marvelous. The staff just need to do a bit better with keeping the environment cleaner. Visited last night 30-09-2023, the environment was much cleaner. I was very impressed to the point that I sat and ate.

You have an accessibility button for washrooms, ramp for wheelchair but no accessibility button for both entrances?? Did you contractor forget to add that in as its newly renovated and looks nicer than before.I slipped twice with my crutches. - 4 Stars Service was good, ladies were nice. - 5 Stars No ketchup, might as well not sell fries as its a must for most french fries lovers. - 4 Stars Wheelchair accessibility: Couldnt find the accessibility button on both entrances. Washroom has one.

Food is getting worse and worse for both KFC and Taco Bell in my opinion. Grossly over price for what you get, long waits for fast food and $6 for a Burrito that is super small and not worth $3.
This is my second time buying at this location. Thought it would be better the second time around but would not be buying again.Both chicken pieces and tenders are really salty. The chicken pieces look and taste like they were re-fried. Cant enjoy a meal with only the taste of salt and oil.
Always less staff. The owner or manager needs to increase the staff or need to make proper working schedules. Needed to wait for 15-20 mins for just one sandwich. Also the associates where serving the drive thru first and not taking front orders despite of a line up.

Food is amazing. I got the 12 piece bucket and the fried chicken was hot fresh juicy tender crispy. Everything you could ask for in fried chicken. Amazing. Service was meh. I was charged 33 dollars for 6 pcs chicken thigh and fries. When i open the box the thighs were tiny!! Like the thigh part was cut in half. It seems like I ordered 3 pcs chicken for the price of 6! Will never order here!!

Ordered 2 Festive chicken sandwiches for delivery. One had only cranberry sauce. The other had cranberry sauce and a bit of mayo. No stuffing on both. No garlic oil on both. No mayo on one. Beware. You may not get what s advertised and in the commercial. So disappointed because I thought i would give them i try. Now, I remember why i haven t ordered from Kentucky in a while.

This day customer service was horrible the person taking was too busy talking with another crew about the person vacation than getting my order right. Stopped at the drive-thru last night and ordered two sandwiches. They asked me to pull ahead to wait a few minutes. 20 minutes later still no food. They completely forgot to get my order. I had to back up and honk my horn until somebody brought me my food. After one bite and a medical reaction I realized that they gave me the spicy sandwiches by mistake. Had to throw it all out.

Not one of the best KFCs around to visit. The fried chicken was greasy, but other preparations were usual. The staff was also friendly. That being said the entire place smelled of frying oil and the floor was also not clean and felt slippery as if there was an oil spill and was not well cleaned.

South of finch , on their big billboard it said closed till September 30/22 , now it s almost 1 Month past it s reopening, very disappointed, next time they shouldn t post anything like when renovation date is done by , they finally took sign down but didn t put up when reopening date is ????????

Drive thru staff are HORRIBLE and rude to the point where you think how do these people get through life. There s rain clouds over everyone s head here. Do not go here drive a blocks down and go to a different location. Horrible.

I went this morning to buy a brunch for my son and wife its already 10:40 and they told me they are still close supposed to be they are already open that time it says in the door 10:30am-11pm. The staff in the cashier is so grumpy and rude she cant even smile no hair net and no name tag and so un professional when she approach me she is a chubby lady she is not black i dont know how did she got the job. i left and just buy kfc in other branch in jane and finch so disappointing With this branch there black lady manager on duty just listening and dont do nothing. worst experience ever.

Went on a Thursday night at 7:30pm and they said they were closed for the night. Hours say 11pm. So bizarre. We ve had decent experiences before here but they didn t really have an explanation for tonight. Like, at least tell us there was an emergency if you re closed early on a weekday and answer the drivethru speaker.
