The drive-thru is a real disaster I had to get out of my car because some products I had ordered at the car service were missing

THE CASHIER ON THE FRONT IS SO RUDE, SHE MADE US CONFUSE WHEN ORDERING SHE KEEPS ON ROLLING HER EYES TO US, AND INSTEAD OF EXPLAINING TO US WHATS THE DIFFERENCE ABOUT THE ORDERS SHE JUST GAVE US AN ATTITUDE AND RAISE HER VOICE TO US THE WHOLE TIME. HER NAME ON THE RECEIPT IS (SHANTA) NOT SURE IF ITS HER NAME THO AS THEY DOESNT HAVE A NAME TAG.THEY ALSO PACKED THE OUR FOOD RUSHING ENDED UP MESS IN THE BOX.

It has good and respectable staff. Unfortunately, they dont talk much and dont smile, but they do their job very well. The food and the quality of the chicken and fries have room for improvement. I think it is in competition with Papas, but it is still far from Casco and Chick Philly. Chickens can be tastier and fresher. French fries can also be less oily and fresher. I guess the bitter taste of the chickens is related to the oil. In any case, thank you to KFC and thank you for your good service. The tables and hall were very clean and we were very hungry and it was very tasty.

This place always gives me small pieces of chicken when I order takeout. I thought it would only be one time but its always the same.

I usually have no problem with the drive-thru service. However, today I placed my order, drove up to pay and collect my order when I asked the lady at the window if I can add the Popcorn chicken GO bucket to my order, please. She tells me, no, you cant add anything, you have to go around because I have a timer. What!? Id blame the system but Ive added items before with no problem and not to mention the place was empty. Needless to say, I left and wont be returning again. Thanks Ms. Lady because its bad for my health.

$11.30 for an awful sandwich by itself, with no drink/sides. The economy has hit everybody, but in economies of scale for a company like KFC, there is absolutely no excuse to charge somebody $11.30 for an over cooked, poorly fried, tasteless, mayo-soaked (to a point where I had to get a paper towel to mop it off), fast food sandwich. Again, no side, no drink. I will never go back to a KFC again. I could get twice the food for half the price at Wendy s or Walmart. Worst value for the $ I ve seen since COVID. Fast food used to aim for affordability and efficiency. This negates both points - an absolutely pointless restaurant.

Its an okay option if you like KFC (I dont, but my son does). The customer service is good. Parking available. Washrooms are clean. Dining option. Drive through also convenient.

The poutine was just nasty. They gave me 4 of the smallest peices of chicken, dried up chicken stripes and the price was not cheap. I dont know why I stopped at kfc I should have known better.

What garbage location. Instead of asking if we wanted our receipt, the lady who took our order crumpled it up and tossed it on the ground. The chicken was so small that it must have just hatched and fallen in the deep fryer. When we complained, they were rude and offered even smaller chicken pieces as a replacement. We wont return to this KFC

Ordered 4 piece extra crispy box meal and got a 4 piece combo only noticed when I got home, waste of money.

Spent 100 dollars all my chicken was burnt smelled terrible and my fries were very stale

The food was prepared quickly but when I got home I realized why. My 4pc combo consisted of 4 small pcs of chicken with barley any meat on them and 1 side, the poutine was drowned in gravy to the point that it was basically soup with some fries and cheese curds. Not impressed at all.

I try so many times to give this place a chance I cant . Each time I go something goes wrong. Gravy doesnt taste fresh, chicken is over cooked, missing items and the list goes on. I keep coming to this one because its close to home but I think I rather drive the extra 10mins to go to another location.

Cool people work there with great respect. They work with customers if you do want certain pieces of meat. I recommend

The chicken here is terrible. Super dry, way too salty, and it seems like they fried the chicken twice. Go buy fried chicken somewhere else.

Quick service but not a place you would ever want to eat in. In fact a previous patron seemed to have come across the same thought and left a half eaten meal strewn (or perhaps threw up) across the table which the staff seemed to have no interest in clearing up even though we brought it to their attention. This location and brand reminds me of all the times in my life I should have made better choices to avoid spending $40 on a bucket of chicken. The crispy chicken was so full of batter, I couldn t tell whether I was eating a funnel cake or a chicken ball triple-fried in tempura batter. The amount of grease left on my lips after this meal will allow me to forego any lip moisturizer balm for another 3 months at least.

I have been kfc fan, I tasted in different countries , this place is fake one doesn t taste like kfc chicken at all , dry and very old chicken fried again and again and given to customer , this may cause food poison too . Horrible. I ordered a mixed bucket of chicken, that obviously was cooked in old oil. Then skin was a dark brown, and the meat had a Horrible taste. The fries were also way darker then they should be. As well as over cooked, yet on the cool side. To make matters worse, they forgot the gravy. At least I could have covered it up, and almost enjoyed it. I ended up throwing most of it away. They reimbursed me for half...Cause that made it all better, Yeah Right! I dont judge fast food that strongly, but I rarely have to throw most of my dinner away and cook something myself. Got a happy birthday voucher for a free popcorn chicken. so I went to the 1265 Lawrence location. It would not process in the app. So I went through the drive thru spoke to the girl at the window She said she would give me my free Birthday offer anyway . I tried again with the app for her, and still not processing. She then tells me try again another time and closes the window and walks away. Worst customer service ever Parking: 12 spots

The worst fast food location I ve ever been to. Placed a mobile order tonight and went to pick it up, had to remind them to give me the fries and also got the order of the sandwiches wrong .. Got home and the fries were cold as hell and stale. The chicken was over cooked and dry, completely inedible. I should have looked at the reviews had I have known it was this bad. Called customer service and got my money back thank God .. Terrible, I can t believe this location is still in business

Went in one night after a very long and exhausting day to get our only meal of the day. We ordered a zinger combo, 4 pieces of chicken and side of gravy. We wouldn t eat inside the establishment as it was freezing cold inside so we decided to go home and enjoy it there. Once we got home we cut the zinger in half to share and it tasted pretty bad like it was cooked in burnt oil. Then we proceeded to eat the chicken, fries and gravy. When we opened the box of chicken we got a wift of bad smell but we still took a piece of meat from one of the drums and then decided to call the store to let them know that the food is not edible. We Called and asked for a manager and the lady over the phone said he is very busy and that we can call back later. So we just told her about the food not being edible and she said that we were laughing and not being serious and she hung up on us. So we drove back to take the non edible food back and speak to the manager. Once there we told the manager about the phone call. We handed over his food with the receipt and he asks us if we are sure we got the food from This location even though the receipt is with him and the address is his location. Then he said he can t refund us for the food but can remake Everything. By then we had lost our appetite. He then goes to say that he won t refund us for the burger and kept making excuses but eventually did refund us finally. Everyone now a days is struggling with finances so please if you are running a business run it properly and don t waste people s money like you won t waste your own.

I buy 4 piece and combo with toonie Tuesday which isn t really too ie Tuesday any more because it 4.49$ I think however bought the chicken bring it home and to find two thigh (small) 1 leg 1 wing Frieda was good but When I was told that I was going to get a rib. Worst service and the food tasted bad no taste and the meet was raw uncooked for the time it should have. Do not think I would go back here again.

Terrible drive-thru service. Was there today around 4:18pm, whoever was at the drive thru was extremely disrespectful to me whilr ordering. Rushing my family and I meanwhile the line was empty. Had so much attitude for no reason. I believe her crew members noticed her attitude and immediate switched her with another employee Promila who was very nice. Thank you for your service Promila. The employee prior to Promila needs to be TRAINED again or removed from the window. Unbelievable terrible service, will not be back. Also will not recommend this location.

Google said this location closes at 10:00pm, and confirmed the time on the store front. Me and my friend arrived at 9:27pm and were told there was no more chicken (but we could see that they were fulfilling the the delivery orders with chicken) so we were given a very limited menu to order from. I expressed my disappointment but it was like talking to a brick wall, not one person came out to apologize or try and rectify the issue. I filled out the survey on the receipt and asked to be called and not one person has called.

Guys..we know you can do better, weve had you cater our Christmas party in the past!

Harmeet Kaur is such an amazing person. She guided me through the whole menu. She helped me find the best deal for my family. She also was nice enough to change my drink for a Gravy. I would come at this place over and over again only because of Harmeet Kaur.

No, i didnt forget half my order, you forgot to give it to me. I should not have to double check that you did your job properly, and then only to call and have it implied that I should have done this for you. Its no wonder you have a 3.4 star rating- which in case you didnt know - is terrible.

Depending on how busy it is when the location is busy quality of the food is fresh. However this time I found the chicken slightly overly burnt and the chicken tenders and popcorn chicken a bit to salty. KFC definitely needs a renovation makeover.

The drive through is not optimized. Requires customers to wait outside drive through after payment and then queue again in drive through to pick up the order.

Food is terrible. Everytime you use coupon, they give you the ugliest and smallest cut. Literally one piece cut into two pieces. They would also refuse hot and spicy if you use coupon.The Older woman at cashier was very rude. We dine in. Child touched underside of table and hands turned black. It was a sad evening for us.

Last week I had a problem with my order I was very angry about it item missing rancid coleslaw putting hot and cold foods in the same bag they have to be separated but Ingrid the manager made up for the problems by giving me the same order at no cost . Polite staff

Not sure what it is but no matter which location of KFC thats visited, they somehow manage to get the order wrong. I ALWAYS have to check the order or the bag before leaving the store. This time was no different. Cashier was friendly and polite, no issues on that aspect. The food is always tasty, but just have to remember to check your order first before leaving. I find their menus confusing at times, very convoluted. Much prefer the old days menu, simple and concise. But check it out for yourself.

The absolute WORST KFC I have EVER HAD! The food was INEDIBLE and we had to throw it all out because nobody would eat it!! The chicken was nothing but a sponge of grease with ZERO FLAVOR! As in the batter didnt actually have any spices or even salt or pepper! It was just a blob or grease and overcooked chicken with no taste! Even the fries and gravy didnt have an ounce of salt in themz and the only thing that was edible was the side of corn!!

KFC at Keele & Lawrence is horrible, such a disappointment, food is ALWAYS stale, the fries are very old and dry, the hot wings stale and the gravy is disgusting, gravy doesn t even taste like it should, tastes like a vegetable gravy blah. I thought maybe this was a one off, even though I ve gone back a few times in the hopes it would be better but nope. It s like they just reheated everything and didn t change the oil. This location used to be soooo good but now it s gone down hill. If I could give 0 stars I would. Now the KFC at Jane & Wilson is THE BEST! Food was fine. Its KFC so it was what I expected. I went in store for my order. The store was empty so I walked up to the cashier. Let me be clear Im not leaving this review to get anybody fired I think this is a good time to educate. When I approached the cashier she barely looked at me and she definitely did not say a word. Not a hello, not a can i take your order, nothing. I literally had to ask, are you ready to take my order. Honestly, it just makes me sad to see a young person put such little effort in to their job. When the total price was ready to be paid, still not a word. I had to initiate every moment of conversation. At the end of the order when my food is ready i said thank you very much, have a good night. I think her reply was, ok bye. Please just try to put the slightest bit of effort.

Dont waste your time&money with this tasteless chicken.. do you guys still use the secret spice blend? Cause I didnt even taste salt. They used to have spicy chicken which was amazing but like anything good, it got pulled. Lets not even mention the horrible fries. Take the 5 mins and drive over to Popeyes.

Just bought 2 can dine famous chiken with fingers, popcorn and I paid 2 poutine thats 2 dollars extra. They gave me 2 subs and poutine only, stole my order. After I implore if its was all there. Thats the worse store to bu your kfc. They stole my dinner. No good. Looks like no management at all at that store.

That has ro be THE slowest fast food service in Toronto. Ive been there a few times because of the drive thru but each time was a long wait to place an order. I have never come across a long line of vehicles but the wait time is stupid long. At least I know if I ever try to go and theres a line of cars, i know to not go there.

Ive waited 30 mins at the drive thru patiently. This is the worst KFC locations, not only the line ups are long outside, but also inside. Ive spoken to the cashier to tell the Manager on duty 2 months ago regarding the driveway and the parking lot area. Especially the drive thru, until now there are large pot holes on the pavement. Ive been living in this neighborhood for over 7 years and the pot holes in this parking lot havent been repaired. Vehicle owners will need to watch out for their tires if ever it gets flat or damaged. Theres a lot of potholes in this area.

Avoid this place. After ordering through drive through, some girl at the window where you pay just jabs the pay machine at my car and slides the machine up and down my car. Cant even tell if she damaged or scratched my car due to snow and slush. Wouldnt recommend going here.

Worst customer service ever. I arrived at 10pm, a car went through the drive through. I rolled up to the intercom. No one answered. I rolled up to the window. Two people looked at me and continued. I went back to the intercom, they said they were closed. Time listed of closure was 1030pm.
