Ordered twister wraps and recieved only 1 wrap. This is unacceptable. I brough up the misdeed with the cashier and i was dismissed
I ordered 10 pieces bucket with the dark meat option. I got only 3 drumsticks and garbage pieces, like chickens lower back parts, which are just bonny and almost no meats. No thighs. Zero. What's even worse is that all of them were very soggy and like covered in greace. What happened? Did somebody have a major bad day and decided to pass it over to their customer or something? I will not order anything from this location in the future.
this the worst KFC ever, foodwise, I ordered a Big Crunch burger, the bun as "cold" and the meat was "luke warm", seriously who serves burger on "cold bun"? Don't you need to heat up the bun from the freezer before you serve customer. I had to through away the sandwich as that was all i ordered. This shows the staff doesn't care at all what they serve paying customers. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID this KFC outlet all cost.
My first and last experience. Probably the worst piece of chicken dried out tasteless. Placed my Ordered the server was pre occupied with I don’t know what she just looked around and stared.

Food was good, but SLOWEST service i have ever seen!!!! Visited on Saturday, and only one cash open!! They took 3 orders and it took 20 mins to get to the last order! Staff were nice but very slow and i think they were short staffed because i don’t believe they planned to have only 4 staff members working on Saturday lunch time!!!
Items missing. Ordered 2 box meals. Food was already cold. Ordered at 11:40AM for pick up @12:30PM. Missed my drinks have to ask for them. By the time I got home my side corn was missing. Will not order here again...very unorganized with online order.
Wow, this is the worst customer service at a drive thru I've ever experienced. This old guy is so rude and so slow don't know why he's at the window. Doesn't smile, say hello or any greetings just takes money and gives you the food. Very unwelcoming to say the least, I come to this location due to close distance to work.

I tried to use valid coupons here and the older lady said it doesnt work , cant find it or we have a new system we just learning it. Then when another person that I know went and did and order the same thing with the same coupon literally 2 mins after it worked and he came back with the order. They are targeting and favouring to those only they like. KFC HQ office needs to look into this location with coupons cause if what the lady is saying is true them, KFC is doing false advertisement. This location needs better training as they do not know how to use there POS system. Bad customer service. I will try again and if I get rejected ill send a friend to try to see if they are doing selective with there customers. 1/5

No consistency with wait times or food quality. Unless you get the deluxe orders the portions are not worth the prices. Much better value at surrounding stores. Seems like KFC/Taco Bell have been going downhill over the past few years. Need to see some better standards for an improved rating.

I just came by and bought 8pcs and I was so dissapointed with their quality. Fries was not crispy enough and the staff was with a very bad attitude. I did not even get any ketchup in the bag. I won t come here again.

The food itself is... Well, its KFC. The wait time is random, youll either get your food almost immediately or you have time to get your hair and nails done.

KFC has the most tastiest chicken here, although the customer service is horrible. Last 2 weeks ago, we ordered the 10 chicken pieces bucket, but there were only 9 chicken pieces. The next following week, we ordered the fries and chicken one with gravy, but then we checked and there wasnt any gravy included. We came back to complain about how terrible their customer service is, and the cashier just stood there like they never cared. Never coming back here again.
