Things have change since the new staffs. You have to check the take away bag every single time before leaving. They always miss one or more items. Set meal without fries, missing a burger, nuggets without sauce Is it that difficult to look at the order and put them inside the paper bag?

I work nightshift. Everytime I go out at lunchtime, usually at 4am, I drive to McDonalds 24 hr. drive- thru, only to be told it is not accepting customers as the staffs are switching to breakfast menu. I asked, not even for a coffee I cant be served? Maybe you should change the sign to Open 22.5 hrs. a day, or closed between 4am and 5:30 am.

Exact situation documented below happened again. Don t bother with this location. Dec 14, 2024. Regular customer - second time I ve come here and done a mobile order to arrive and find out they are closed for maintenance - the app should not allow for orders to go through if they re closed. I now have to hassle myself by going through support to get a refund.

This place is the worst McDonalds branch I visited. Drive thru exprience take 20 Minutes to make burgers. I ordered using app and They ask me to wait in waiting area. Then they bring order which was not mine. Luckily I looked in the bag. Then another 15 minutes and again another order which was partly ready and missing some items. Then another 5 minutes and then I received 3 Coke without tray. I just decide to leave the place then I decide to talk to manager and parked and visited him inside and the way he talked to me and listened shows he doesn t care at all the olny answer from him was OK. Listen and saying OK. I think he never went through any training or how to interact with customers. Very disappointing.

Lazy staff. 20 people standing around and ignoring people at the till trying to place an order. Doesnt take 3 people to pack 1 meal. Also bunch of staff taking up all the seating for customers. Fries are cold and been sitting forever. Lastly, food packaged so poorly that sandwich fell right out and apart when picked up to unwrap.

Worst customer service ever. Avoid them.

AND HIRE ENGLISH SPEAKING EMPLOYEES!!! PLEASE IM TIRED OF MY ORDER GETTING MESSED UP EVERYTIME.

I came to this location around 10:40 PM today I ordered 3 Junior Chicken Sandwiches and mentioned to add extra mayo sauce in all sandwiches. Guess what? I got little to no sauce in all 3 sandwiches. When i complained at the front counter, the girl who took order told the guy in the kitchen about the food and thee guy gave me an angry and rude look and started arguing with me that he added extra mayo style sauce in all sandwiches. I told him that i can show him that there is little to no sauce in sandwiches but he kept giving me that look. My humble request to management to train and teach their employees how to treat customers. We spend our hard earned money not to get this kind of experience. I had such a horrible experience at this location that i won t be returning here again.

Terrible service. I went on a Saturday morning to get a large coffee. Ordered at kiosk got a number. Watched a staff make the coffee with my number then placed it on the side. Waited 10 minutes and still they did not bring the coffee to the serving counter. They batched and brought around 5 orders at once instead of serving whenever ready. This took around 15 minutes, then finally they brought all the orders behind the serving counter. I came close to the serving counter and had my number receipt so easier for the serving staff to see my order. She called every number other then mine and only left my coffee on the counter. She was about to walk away after calling everyones number except mine with only my coffee left on the bottom serving counter. I went and said excuse me? Then she said oh sorry unapologetically. I got my coffee and it was already cold.. highly do not appreciate staff attitude here.

Amazing food and service!

This place is depressing. The workers do not wash their hands and they touch everything and then make your food. The place is disgusting every time I go. The washroom smells horrible.

Absolutely disgusting, there is cockroaches inside and too much garbage around. So i highly recommend just going to a cleaner restaurant.

Taste and service not so good

The mens bathroom was filthy and stinks. They are now charging 10 cents for a tiny package of mayonnaise. Really? The margins are huge on their burgers, now they are price gouging on condiments? On the positive side, maybe people wont take 10 packs and only use 2.

This place is a nasty mess. Bathrooms are disgusting. Drink area is a mess and ketchup dispenser is empty. Floors need sweeping. Just a nasty scene.

Delicious food at affordable prices but workers are not efficient & qualified for their work

Waited 10 min in the drive-through to order, at one point, they stop taking orders for about three minutes. Then I have to wait for my food to be prepared two sandwiches only.

Made a curbside order and waited 20 minutes for it. Ended up just going and picking it up myself inside the store. My cold brew ended up becoming tasting watered down. Im also not sure but it tasted like they just gave me water with cream instead of a cold brew.

Last night around 2:15 i went to pick up order for delivery i waited 15 minutes at the counter the employees were just moving around there was one more guy waiting after me still they didn t want to serve us for delivery. That was a bald brown with lots of attitude and the other brown lady same like him full of attitude I called them twice they didn t respond. Both of them were just busy in their own zone. The order was ready i saw the bag with the order number on it they dont want to give it to me quickly they just want to waste other people s time nothing else to work. Overall worst experience Never gonna come back here

They don t waive the delivery fee for uber eats members, and you still have to pay $2.99 for delivery within 2km. Plus, you can t use any discounts right now. The burgers are getting smaller and the prices are getting higher. Have no idea why fast food is becoming so pricey.

I bought several items from here, and most of them were horrible. Ice-cream was bad, quarter pounder cheese was bad, apple pie had bad quality. Just its breakfast was good. Why the main McDonalds doesnt monitor its branches!!!!!!!

I frequent this location often for breakfast, always using the drive thru. When Bonnie is at the window I always know I m going to be well taken care of!! She is attentive and professional, always tries to upsell another product. She makes my morning brighter and happier , hopefully she is being acknowledged for her great customer service because a morning without Bonnie is not the same. Thanks Bonnie for being the best drive thru attendant I know!

I ordered big mac meal with fries for my wife. Pissed me off with my strawberry banana smoothie they gave me mango pineapple smoothie (not even phonetic). Not a single ketchup in my bag? Do I really have to ask/beg for it? Cmon do better with some decent diligence.

Took 30 minutes to get drive thru, first I thought they are short staffed, turns out they are just mismanaged. There are 6 staffs walking in circles chilling at the pick up window, telling me to wait at the front, and when I ask to just give me whatever is ready I ll just go without the missing food, she found out that they are ready. Just not trying their best in making the logistic going as they should. Need better management to herd these lost sheeps who doesn t really know how they are expected to do their job instead of just handing food out. Their job is to make sure the logistic should run as smoothly as it could.

Bonnie - the lady in the drive thru this morning is one of the best if not THE best drive thru staff I have ever encountered in McDonalds! She was happy, gave off really positive vibes and had a big smile on her face - AND this with a long line up too! Well done Bonnie!!!!!

First, my food was horrible, burned inedible food. Hot chocolate machine was broken too - unorganized. When coffee was handed to me, lid wasn t on fully so it spilled all over the car. Drive thru staff didn t even know my order when I came to pick up

Service was very slow and their drink sizes are very small. Small apple juice is the size of the kids happy meal juice. Rude customers and staff. Would not recommend coming here.

This can be a busy McDonalds during the day given its location. I was able to dine in even after 10 pm on a weekday. Good spacious atmosphere. Not too long of a wait for the food. Remember to collect points through the app.

The Korean staff who took orders at the drive through seemed a bit lifeless. They kept staring at the customers and spoke in a very uncomfortable tone. They were particularly impatient. If you are not happy at work, then resign. Dont affect other peoples mood. OK.

The stuff and service in this McDonald s location is awful! Order two ice cream cone and they give us apple juice?!!! And change us $20 something dollars? It is not first time that happened in this location! They often given wrong orders. And the service is so bad and none of them care about their service plus the bad attitude to laughing at customers. If you can,just don t come this location.

I dont know who works or runs the night shift at this location, but they definitely dont know how to put an order together. I ordered through Uber and one of the meals was a Happy Meal with chicken nuggets, and I also order a separate order of 6 pc nuggets, both with BBQ sauce, plus other things. My order arrived except no nuggets... But the bbq sauce made it. Cant enjoy that sauce without nuggets!! Even if they ran out of the nuggets, there is an option to communicate through Uber. There shouldve been an option to substitute. Totally unacceptable! Bad service overall!! The only good thing is I was able to get a credit back for both the nuggets order. Thank you Uber! Never ordering from this location again!

Update July 12th 2024. Men s room urinals were changed. Auto flush is installed, however the problem of wet floor, messy wet basin counter was not attended to, the design was flawed. This store is corporate store and supposedly highly profitable, you need to dedicate one or 2 persons to constantly cleaning, is this not your standard. I found your sanitary condition is sub par McDonald s standards. Update my review on March 9th, 2022. Initial review was 2 years ago. There was a lapse time of 2 years. Over COVID,the restaurant was primarily locked out to public, and the condition in the Men s deteriorated. With your resources, you could have fixed it. But you chose auto ignore. It is not sanitary for staff and guests alike. I challenge you to complete this task in 90 days. The place is packed but grossly understaffed. Question to the management, when are you shifting the focus on this location s washrooms

Store is listed as 24 hours yet no one took my order at the drive thru I had to go inside at 5am and again no one to serve. I had to call out to get someones attention and the offered nothing but excuses not even an apology stating they are closed for cleaning. Poorly managed store. I only go because its close to work. Half the time they cant even get orders correct very frustrating that a world renowned restaurant would allow such incompetence.

A female staff worked in the store really need some training for both her professionalism and respect to others. I ordered an oreo flurry and she forgot to mix it, when we politely asked her to mix it, she started to give us attitude and threw the rest of our food hard on the table without saying a word. I was so shocked that someone could be this rude and disrespectful. She then walked away and gave us the side-eye as if we made some unreasonable request. She ruined my evening and I really think she is not fit for this job and owns us an apology. I will not come to this store ever again.

Awesome customer service I tried ice coffee last night and it was much better than the tim hortons ice coffee. Employees were very nice and friendly.

Not sure how or what the staff being trained. I came here a few times, they just leave the packed food on their counter but not passing them out to customers. Understand for the meal with drink, but mine didnt have a drink and they just glanced at it and walked away. Have to ask for my food. Staff needs some training at fast food place. (I worked at fast food places before, I would definitely say they are not efficient from staff perspective) Recently got a warm ice coffee, I was rushing so didn t bother to ask for a new one.

I go through your Drive Through 7/365 days, rain or shine! You have a wonderful Team always prompt and service friendly esp Bonnie, who tirelessly asks for points when most McDonalds have a recorded message. This could be hard on a human who works everyday. Although, it has been an unusual HOT summer so far and this is just the beginning, there are many many more days to come, where temperatures are going to soar to 45 degrees Celsius. In a cubicle/kiosk it must feel like 54 Celsius. Everytime I approach the pay window, I notice an excessive amount of warm air but the staff are sweating and still have a welcome smile when you approach them. When I move to the second window there is the breeze coming from the AC from the Dining Room. It appears that a duct is plugged in the Collect Booth or there is no ventilation coming from the Dining room. If that is the case a relatively inexpensive portable fan could be a worthwhile investment for a Billion $ Company. If this situation is not corrected I will be buying a fan for your staff that work in that section of this facility and post the in humane working conditions, on your reviews, so all your patrons can read for themselves. Other than that you have an amazing facility. Thank you for being here for so many years

Recently, my friend and I visited McDonalds at 1125 Shepherd Ave and tried their smoothies. While the smoothies were okay, we were quite pleased with the welcoming and spacious atmosphere. Overall, it was a decent experience.

Don t come for early breakfast. Arrived at 04:45 and was told they are not opened and will be ready in 15min. Then was told to wait another 15min.. No one updates you even you stand right in front of the counter. Food

Went through the drive through on a busy lunch weekday. Had the nicest staff throughout the whole process. The fries were crispy and hot; I have been to my share of McDonald s over the years-and was shocked when I opened my quarter pounder with cheese container. I have never seen a more picture perfectly made burger in my life! The bun was glistening, steamed to perfection, the cheese, perfectly melted, condiments perfectly centred on the delicious beef patty. Each bite was better than the next. Nostalgia at it s finest when washed down with a diet coke. Luckily I noted they forgot to give me a straw, or I would have had more of a struggle to consume the drink while driving. Gave me plenty of napkins without me having to ask. The Drive through is recommended, it was fast and efficient. Parking: Free parking, can get crowded with cars going through drive through.

I judt wanted to test a Big Mac after years. What I got ruined what it was in my mind as a Big Mac! I was not sure the burger itself whether it was even meet. It was much smaller than it was in my mind with no sauce that it always came with. I wish I had never tried it.

I like McDonalds coffee, French fries, potato chips, and burgers. Fresh, quality guaranteed, and good service.

Amazing service!! We had ordered online, and our order was taking slightly longer than normal because of the McFlurrys, and mind you, we had all ordered small size. When we received our order, the man serving it to us had upgraded 2 of our 3 McFlurrys to the regular size, then I accidentally dropped one and wasn t planning on telling anyone (workers) , as it nearly touched the ground, but then the same worker just appeared behind me and gave us a new one! Truly wonderful!

Not good too slow

As many know, this is an easy stop to pick up something familiar while on the move. This was my first visit to this McDonald s location. After a long day of travelling along completing errands, I stopped in for a bit of a break. The atmosphere was pleasant with varying ages in customers. There was a bit of congestion at the register with customers waiting to place their orders. At this specific time the line didn t move as quickly, however when it did, the front staff was friendly and gracious. In all, I had a nice experience and will visit again.

One of the worst run locations. Orders are often incorrect or missing items, service is unorganized with lengthy wait times, same order from someone with later order # getting served earlier, etc.

I visited the drive-thru, and the cashier had a terrible attitude. I ordered an iced coffee with light ice, but the coffee I received had way too much ice. I went there on May 18th at 12:25 PM. Can the quality of the drive-thru staff be improved? It was very poor.

Tried the curbside pickup and it was quick after the order was placed.
