I ordered the 3 combo meal and it was delicious. I was satisfied with the taste of food. The one complain I have is they put way too much msg that my boyfriend reacted to it
I thought I’d share a positive review to counter all these negative ones. I work close by, so it’s convenient for me to get takeout at Shanghai 360, which I usually choose. I never have issues with sevice. As for the food, once my fried rice wasn’t as fresh as I wanted it to be, and the steamed fish was too salty. Today, I ordered broccoli, steamed fish and siu mai. Everything was perfect, the steamed fish wasn’t too salty this time, the broccoli was fresh, and the siu mai was even better and tastier than usual. So I am very happy with this restaurant.
I recently dined at Shanghai 360 in the food court and had an extremely disappointing experience. The food was of poor quality—the beef was undercooked, the chicken had an unpleasant odor, and the rice was utterly tasteless. Additionally, the plastic utensils provided were of such low quality that they nearly caused injury. Overall, the meal was unsatisfactory and I would not recommend this establishment to anyone.
Worst Food, looks fresh but smells like old food and undercooked old chicken . Customer service was bad. I asked if my kid can handle the spice and the lady who was serving laughing at me and giggled and talking to the other lady sarcastically gossiping in their mother tongue that I do not know what is the food they are serving
2 meal combo.. as I don't expect the quality... but even the quantity is below average. shanghai noodles and meals portion just a ripped off. and when I asked the staff if the noodle or meat be more, she replied that it was for 1 person portion.... atmosphere is fairview mall food court..so I would still give 3 stars.
Great food, lots of options! Ordered general tao and beef with rice, very good portion and price was very reasonable. I liked the fact that they had 2 meat no veg combo. Usually other places dont have this option. It’s either 1 meat 1 veggie or 2 meat 1 veggie. Keep up the great work :)
I didn't like the fact that NO ONE WAS WEARING GLOVES, they didn't have a detonated staff member committed to cashier so the person that was handling money and cards was sometimes touching food. The utilities were all exposed so anyone who grabbed a utensil was inevitably touching the ones around it. Staff members looked miserable, weren't welcoming and some where mouth breathers, something you don't want theres alot of exposed food within 2 feet of someone's face. After seeing all that I already had an idea of what the food would taste like. It seemed ok as I went for lunch not long after them opening so the food was bound to be fresh. I'd be afraid to go there later on the day and ordering an unpopular or a sensitive dish, if you eat this hope you feel better than I did. Quality is comparable to food haf the price. Cheers
Food is not bad, cheap but you will have fast food meal experience. Service is fast, but this mall food court is always crowded; therefore, if you are a group of 3 or more could be tough finding a good spot to enjoy your meal.
Noodles and sesame chicken is delicious!

Be aware they will overcharge! I ordered a Mashed potato and a cucumber. Mashed potatoes should be considered a staple food, so this fast food should be just a staple food + a vegetable. The clerk in this store thought I didn t understand, so he just calculated the price for the two Vegetables.
combo 3 is a scam, they give you 4 scoops of meat for combo 2 but pay 4 dollars extra for combo 3 (double meat) and they barely give you two more scoops. Szechuan express or bourbon street grill nearby are much better

The spicy noodles have no flavour, barely any salt either. It literally just tastes like spicy peppers, thats it.
Enjoyed the spicy Shanghai noodles , sweet and sour chicken and honey garlic chicken with broccoli!!!! All tasted much better than the one at Scarborough town centre!!!!! Vegetarian options: Broccoli and carrots with Chinese cabbage Dietary restrictions: I highly recommend their sweet and sour chicken and honey garlic chicken soo very good !!!!!! And rice noodles !!!!!!!

I really enjoy taking out Lunch,every time I am at the Mall,I have to say is The food is delicious all the time,I have had the soup,Outstanding,Never once have I been disappointed,And I must note,The women working there are so polite and and helpful,Always smiling and great customer service, Update I never have a problem at this restaurant,The girls are always friendly,I always get the same lunch Singapore noodles with sesame chicken,And it s always fresh and delicious,It s the only place I go for Lunch,
They watch every piece they put in your container. They put a little rice with double the veggies and very stingy on the meat. They watch every piece they put in your container. I had someone TAKE OUT meat from the container because I guess she thought she put too much.
Shanghai 360 was extremely dirty, the food was terrible, my friend specifically asked for a certain type of shrimp, and she got a different type that she is allergic to. She almost had an allergic reaction and she noticed beforehand and went to confront the staff. But the young staff member started yelling at her and told her that she was wrong.

Had a terrible experience on my weekend! I just asked for a fork for my kid but the staff got really annoyed. very rude, even the tray was so dirty as they never swiped before.
I bought dinner from Shanghai 360 last Saturday. I was at Fairview mall with my family. My family ordered from a different restaurant. I ordered a combo of Tao chicken, broccoli and part noodle and part rice for $11.95. I had a very bad restaurant with this restaurant. Customer service was horrible. They are very stingy with how much serving they put on your container. I had to request the girl to put a little more as she was putting very little. Which the girl did unwillingly. The cashier was rude when I asked for extra which sauce and napkins. She just wanted me to swipe my credit card, leave so she could charge the next customer. The food felt stale, bland and dry. The chicken tasted bad. Broccoli was tasteless with no gravy. Rice felt stale and dry as well. I felt sick and uncomfortable trying to finishin my meal. And felt that I had wasted my money there and should have gone somewhere else. The servers at Shanghai 360 are rude and unfriendly. I do not recommend this restaurant. I will never buy my meals from this place again.
I just had tofu and noodles. Both were cold. I ordered it at 11:30 am, so I can just imagine when it was made. Should NOT have been served like that.
I always have my lunch at Shanghai and today is the worst experience ever. I came around lunch time and I ordered one veggie and one meat. The employee gave me such an small portion. I notice the difference because usually it s not like that. The meal is $9.03 and I don t think it worth my money at all. How can I pay for an $9 meal and get 5 pieces of meat and a little bit of veggie.
Way too oily, and not fresh at all
Chinese food was a big part of my life when I was 17. I used to have pains in the back and miso soup helped so much. I felt very fragile and needed a support network. My grandparents lived nearby and I was in the same building as my parents and their friends. I was able to have a good support network, because no one had to look after me, because I was an adult. When I was in my 20s and 30s I felt much more secure and didnt need that support network. But I felt as if I was living a double life. There were many surprises that came up in life, like my husband being abused by his own father. That affected me a lot. It was around this time I started to work for the human rights

Great value for the food that I ve got! Portion size was big ,sesame and bang bang chicken were so tasty. Been there a couple times and food was always fresh. Would definitely go back again!

Ordered lemon chicken and general Tao chicken, the amount of food is not generous when compared to Szechuan. Lemon chicken is not crispy at all...
Smallest portion size in the entire food court. Also cold, maybe cause I went during closing. Other food courts pack your tray while this one is stingy and gives you extremely little. When I say little, I meant two small slices of fish and 5 pieces of pepper beef. Wont be coming back.
There was a staple pin in my noodles which i was about to swallow. When i complaint about it, their response was do you need another one?. Like seriously? They didnt even check their food after that. Avoid eating that please.

Had shanghai noodles, bang bang chicken and general Tao. I am a vivid Chinese takeout eater. The quality for mall food is amazing and they are pretty nice with the portions. I ll definitely try it again when I get a chance. Chicken was white meat and the noodles were very flavorful
Got a 2 meat combo. The taste was ok but the portion they gave was SOOO Small.

Came once they forgot to put chicken into my noodle soup. 2 minutes later I was back the lady told me I ate it! On the other occasion went again forgot to put hot sauce. She wouldnt give me friggin hot sause!!! She said I wasnt their customer!! WOW. I guess she forgets. So ... here, there is 1 star review for you so you dont forget. Food was 7/10 otherwise.

I love the bang bang chicken there. That s very fanatic. Plus I will recommend the Shanghai noodle and sesame chicken like honey garlic. That s great and fair price for the combo. In addition, the waitress is so nice:)
The staff tends to be borderline rude at times. I honestly find a lot of their food very sweet, even the spicy stuff. I personally would choose Bourbon Street grill, given a choice, exact same concept and food choices.

Probably one of the worst Chinese restaurants Ive been to. The rice was stale and the vegetables in the rice tasted old. The chicken was over saturated with flavour and left me with a disgusting after-taste. The eggplants were soggy and extremely oil. After eating this my palate was totally ruined, and I was left with a sickening feeling in my stomach. I will never eat here again, and I advise anyone else not to eat here...
I dont mind eating 2 insects... But not everybody can bear this... i found them floating on my soup... I probably shouldve taken pictures before taking them out

The food tasted so bad and the staff didn t understand English so she was rude to me! The food tasted bad and it tasted like it was burnt or stale or something !! Never eating here again! Made me throw up!!
