Delicious food can be affordable! So good, $12.99 per person. Yummy food. I don’t know why the ratings is so low. I don’t care. I will definitely visit this place again. The staff are super friendly.
Being here several times, lady served us was welcoming. Large Food portion. My fav is tomato and egg. Free soybean milk is a plus. Not sure why this place gets so many 1 stars. Food teastes good, service is great, decent price.
Yummy Chinese food. You can get free parking ticket as well!
After hearing recommendations from friends, I decided to visit this restaurant. The food, reminiscent of what one might expect from a Chinese fast-food outlet, was satisfactory for the price point – no complaints in that department. However, my dining experience was marred by the service. Towards the end of my meal, with only rice left on my plate, I requested a few additional vegetables to accompany it. This led to a surprising encounter where I was informed about the restaurant’s policy in a manner that felt more instructive than helpful. While I understand and appreciate the importance of minimizing food waste, and my request was made with no intention of being wasteful, the situation could have been handled with more grace. Additionally, I was surprised to find an extra charge for the small addition to my meal. I wouldn’t discourage dining here, as the food does meet expectations for its price. However, based on my experience and similar feedback from others, it seems there’s a possibility of encountering moments where the service approach might feel a bit prescriptive. If you’re comfortable with navigating these potential interactions, then this restaurant could still be worth a visit.
Upon entering the restaurant, the lady at the front yelled at my niece to hurry up and decide. We were there for barely 10 seconds, and the lady started to rush her. After maybe about 30 seconds more of deciding, the lady started yelling at her. To berate a child like this is just appalling. My niece burst into tears and is traumatized from this experience. We left without ordering anything. This really shocked and upset us. This was especially upsetting for my niece who doesn’t want to go out anymore. I cannot believe any individual, let alone someone in a customer-facing role, could behave in such a manner towards a child. The fact that my niece was made to cry before we even had the chance to sit down speaks volumes about the abysmal standard of service. To the staff at this restaurant, please treat others with a little bit of kindness. I do not think this place should continue to be in business if they are going to treat children like this.
Delicious food and friendly staffs. This is the best lunch deal you can find in GTA. Less then $15 per person comes with unlimited refill of soya milk and food. You got hot and fresh cook Chinese food and a clean conformable dining area.
Fast food style chinese restaurant. Meat is too salty and the portions are rather small. I'm not sure why chinese people go here, perhaps some of them like salty food. If you want fast food style chinese takeout, you are better off going to a Shanghai 360 or Bourbon Street Grill that tastes better with larger portions. They also don't provide a free parking pass, even though other restaurants in the same building offer it. I will not return. They provide lots of utensils and napkins (self serve).
Very very good value for all you can eat lunch box with pricing just over $10. Huge selection of dishes and it’s great for lunch takeouts! I would highly recommend this restaurant to my friends and colleagues for the great taste and even better value!
I gave three stars because I didn t eat at all. Yesterday I saw the blind box ordered by my colleague and it felt good. I was planning to go there today, but I searched for the location and saw the reviews. I sorted by recent and was shocked. Whether it tastes good or not depends on Personally, but almost all the one-star reviews point to the service attitude, which makes people afraid to try it. Wait until this store gets better before going there. Anyway, there are a lot of delicious food nearby.
Today I was unlucky to meet a woman in her 40s, with long black hair, a southern accent, and a service attitude that really left me speechless. The boss really hires everyone. I feel like a typical person who thinks that if you are right, it is everyone elses fault. If If you want to be taught, you can seek her services
tasty! The waitress sister fits my impression of the Northeastern people s boldness and enthusiasm, and the dishes she gives are huge. You can choose four dishes, and there is free soy milk
The portions are very generous. But the taste is really too perfunctory.
I was very disappointed with this stores fish flavored eggplant. Although the fish-flavored eggplant is a Sichuan dish, their spiciness is too spicy. Not everyone can tolerate such a strong spiciness, especially when the dish is supposed to be about a balance of sour and sweet. I hope you can clarify the spiciness level in the dish description, or provide future customers with the choice of different spiciness levels. So, let s avoid lightning, Jimei! ^_^
It s really great. The Kung Pao Chicken is delicious~~ And the taste of the other dishes is very good~~ The sweet and sour cold dish is also delicious Gospel from International Students 14.7 My sister also said that you can refill the meal as long as you are full
I went there once after the rectification and asked the lady at the front desk if I could pay via WeChat. The lady said yes, bought two lunch boxes and took them away, and also gave me a tip. The more I thought about it on the way, the more wrong it became, and I felt that it wouldn t be right in other words. At that time, the exchange rate was 5.1, but I couldnt calculate it by 5.2. In the end, I calculated it as 5.3, which was still too much... I called and asked, and the eldest sister said it was 5.35. She said she had always charged this way when the exchange rate was high, and she was too lazy to change... I Go...youre quite good at it, why dont you count by 6...you can count more, after all, the exchange rate changes...but at least tell me that you accept tips readily~
The set meals are delicious and the portions are generous, and the staff are very helpful. Hot egg drop soup and cold soy milk can be picked up for free, and the restrooms are clean and tidy, which is great
Very good spot for quick lunch, price is unbeatable
There is a high probability that the chef has changed. The current one is really terrible. It was really delicious when it first opened. What is the shredded chicken now? I feel like vomiting after eating one piece. I thought it was an accident. I went there again and still the same thing. It tastes terrible
There is a thinner and younger woman who is new to the front desk. She is ugly and has an ugly face. If you don t want to do it, then don t do it. I m not paying money to see how you look.
The food is warm and tastes good. It can be refilled indefinitely. The lady who cooks the food is not as rude as many reviews said. She is just an average person. Suitable for those with big appetites. If you can only eat one box, it s just mediocre.
Good place but for some reason the place few weeks ago it randomly closes on some days and there s nothing explaining why they are closed when on google it shows they are open.
Did the cashier lady at the front desk have a recent death in her family or her husband cheated on her and she has such a bad temper? Is the white lady who is doing the cooking here here wearing sackcloth and wearing mourning? She has a look of resentment on her face. If doing business is so hard, just stop doing it.
4 item traditional chinese bento box, $14.2 including tax + soup
Its good, some people dont want to be dissatisfied. As long as the store can maintain the quality as always, it is still worth visiting The ladies are also very enthusiastic and like it
I eat it from the canteen. It s cheap and big, and the soy milk can be refilled with sugar. Those who love to drink soy milk are lucky. I feel full every time I drink soy milk. Thinking of auntie as the canteen aunt, everything makes sense. Auntie s attitude is very good. I just love eating The fish-flavored shredded pork is the best, followed by the cold cucumber and diced beef
Why havent you opened the door lately?
The waiter in white serving the dishes in front lowered the score again.
The best boiled fish in Toronto. Very authentic
the most rude resturant i have ever vist
Not recommended for everyone to eat
nice food here
Bad attitude I have never seen anyone complaining about diners in front of them I sat and listened to that woman for a long time, and the curse words came out.
Their food is okay except for using the special light on the food. The two owners are very rude and yelling to customers. Just let them know even customers made mistake they have to use the proper way to communicate customers
The food itself is relatively salty, and the service is average. There is no soy milk available now.
The service attitude is still as if we owe her money What business is there with this attitude?
Trash service unfortunately rushed me from the get go and has poor English and Chinese. Not sure how I m supposed to communicate with these issues. Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy
Terrible service I wish i read the reviews
The service attitude is extremely poor, I really havent seen anyone who can engage in the service industry with this quality. Never go again!
It s a rubbish place. One of the staff members has a very poor service attitude. The food is not fresh and full of oil. It s hard to say whether it s an overnight stay or not. Because he is a so-called internet celebrity, he talks shamelessly and treats customers like grandchildren. I ve never seen this before. It s the first time I ve seen someone in the service industry in Canada act like someone wants to serve her, Give me money first! Give me money first! Oh, you are obsessed with money. I haven t said what I want. How do I know how much it costs? This is a Western fast food restaurant, and you don t pay before you order. I hate your fast food. Its expensive and tastes bad. If the Taoyuan restaurant next door hadnt been closed, I wouldnt have even looked at you. Ive been frustrated every time. You should learn how to be a good person from the Chinese restaurant next door!
The food is just regular food and regular service but with large quantities and the cheap price you really can t complain. Free soymilk too.
The food is satisfactory, but the service is hard to say. I was asked to stay quiet like I m an elementary school student when I was trying to pay my lunch. Definitely would recommend this restaurant if you want to be educated. will give 6 stars.
Its a bit of a bully. I deliberately confront the customers. I wont give them the food they want. I wont give them cutlery if they ask for it. Dont order takeout from this restaurant.
The service was the worst Ive ever seen in the restaurant, especially the two ladies
That girl with the tattoo is either a mother or a child. There must be something going on at home. She makes a face every day as if she has irregular menstruation. She is a bloody motherfucker.
I came here twice before and thought it was very good. I didnt experience the bad attitude in the reviews. The food is really delicious. But when I went there again a few days ago, I realized that the attitude was very bad. Because I didn t pay much attention to the amount before and just taped it. Then I paid special attention this time and saw that the two charges on the post machine were $25. I told the front desk that the price seemed wrong. The picture showed $10.99+tax included. The cashier said it was soy milk. But 10.99+tax 2 is also =$24.84. Where does $25 come from? Maybe the cashier thinks there is not much difference between the two, but for consumers, since you have written the price as $10.99, they will be charged according to this amount. If I think the service is good, I will choose to tip, just like The second time it was near Christmas, I still gave a 10% tip when I paid to take it away. Although I didnt check the amount that time, I was still charged $25. I dont understand how you can charge customers as much as you want on the post machine. When I corrected the cashier, she yelled at me with disdain and said, How much do you think it is? How much are you willing to give? ...hehehe is quite funny. It s not that I can t afford you the extra $0.16, it s just that you don t pay attention to customers. Also, although the price of lunch boxes is cheap, it doesn t require a good service attitude like that of a Western restaurant, but you must at least have a correct attitude towards customers. There are so many comments about people with bad attitudes. I really should reflect on it a bit. Also, since it s all you can eat, when I was packing, I asked if there were more dishes, but my hands were shaking like Parkinson s... Summary: The food is delicious and the service attitude of the clerk is very random. If you are lucky, you will feel fine. If you are not lucky, you will encounter a bad attitude. The key point is that when paying, please carefully check the amount entered on the post machine, as there will be arbitrary charges.
I was almost discouraged by reviews before. After I came here, I felt that the rice cooker and the front desk aunt were very enthusiastic. The box meals were generous. If you are not hungry, you basically don t need to refill the second round. The food tastes very good~
The attitude was super bad. We wanted 3 lunch boxes. After we walked in and stood there for a long time, no one paid attention. I asked the aunt who was serving lunch if I had ordered from her. She said it was too early. There was a big order now, so I left right away. , go next door to buy bento.
Good price and delicious lunch option. But like others mentioned, sometimes when that particular rude woman is there you want to avoid this place most of my visits are good and the servers treat me nicely
This afternoon after I entered the restaurant Id like to check the food at the counter and hearing a woman said pay first pay first and repeated that again and again very rudely. I told her that I wouldnt make the decision if I order or not without checking the food and I left. It is so ridiculous for the staff there as they are driving guests go away. They provide no service and do not want to people come again so let their dream come true. NEVER COME TO THIS RESTAURANT!
These ladies are very rude. The food is delicious but the attitude of these people is disgusting
The service attitude is very bad. You are not going to eat at all. They give you the impression that you are going to beg for food. Do they think you are going to eat a meal for $10.99? What are you asking for if youre not asking for food? So you dont deserve a good service attitude. I advise friends who work nearby not to eat there.
Ive been there three times in total. The first two times I watched an auntie arguing with a customer. Although I dont know why they were arguing, their service attitude was really bad. Because it was close, I went there for the third time, but it was my turn... If you want to have a good meal, dont go there. If you want to have a battle with the aunt inside, you can give it a try.
Terrible experience with the cashier
I am surprised how mean those replies are. Some people are so entitled and so cheap wanting decent service whiling paying 13 freaking dollars lunch buffet. Ridiculous. Yes if you are so entitled, go somewhere else, leave seats to someone like us who don t mind getting free soybean milk ourselves.
You call this three delicacies? ? ? The other two vegetables are all eggplants. If you can find a potato or green pepper, I will take your surname.
11 yuan, what kind of bike do you want? 11 yuan is sufficient, as long as the ingredients are hygienic, it will be fine. This and that, arent they pretentious? You have enough money to go to a high-end restaurant, but why are you embarrassing yourself here and gesticulating to make yourself appear to be high-class? low B
Because after watching the introduction of xhs, it turned out that it was just a rice bowl. It was completely different from the one in the internet celebrity video, and it was not 11.99 a serving. The store clerk also said that s what it is, hahaha. . Stepping on a big thunder! ! do not go! ! And it s not delicious either! ! !
With this service attitude we will close down as soon as possible, thank you
Food is cheap. $10.99+tax is only for lunch NOT for dinner. Dinner is regular price per dish. be aware of some staffs there are rude and impatient. Their customer service is way below average. So when you want to save $$ on cheap food, you must be prepared to accept very rude and bad service.
11.99 CAD is really a good price. Full of customers even at 13:00 PM. However, there is not enough seats for customers. If they do not change, it is hard to get loyalty customers. Anyway, food taste is good.
The front desk clerk, Aunt Dongbei, is arrogant and unreasonable. She looks at you with a sad face as if you owe her money for dinner.
Lunch is affordable and filling. The lady with black glasses at the front desk is very nice. If you live nearby, it s worth going!
It still tastes good. I ll try other dishes next time.
I found that the boss had a problem with his brain, and he understood everything, so I didn t explain much. Ill never go there again anyway
Overall the taste and price of the meal is good.however the lady at cashier(around her 50s)is very rude and disrespect. She makes you feel unwelcomed and suspicioused but i will not argu with her because I respect people even when its tough to do so.
The food is delicious and goes well with the meal. The portions are generous and the price is not expensive. Just look at how many people there are every day...
The attitude of the lady at the front desk is extremely disgusting! I kept having diarrhea after eating and I will never go back!
The door is closed for equipment maintenance. Make sure to call to confirm before coming. The time on Google is not accurate.
Reminder: Box lunches are only available at noon, and you can only order food in the evening, so don t make the trip in vain
After reading online recommendations, I drove here for an hour and the door was not open. I saw a lot of people like me running away. I got rid of it because it was closed on Saturday. I was speechless.
very bad attitude
The hygiene is not up to standard and we were asked to close it for rectification. Don t go there recently.
I only found out about this store after watching Douyin. It is actually different from what Douyin advertises. The hot dishes in the lunch box we had were all cold. The counter said that if the lunch box was not enough, we could refill the dishes, but in fact we did not give any. The landlady saw that I ate too much and had a bad attitude ~ I will never go there again
Pros: Authentic and tasty North East Chinese food. All-you-can-eat option for $12.99 offers great value. Wide selection of flavorful dishes. Cons: Minimal customer service, not the healthiest diet option. Verdict: If youre looking for affordable and authentic North East Chinese cuisine without expecting top-notch service, this fast food restaurant is a solid choice.
The portions at this restaurant are super affordable, and the Beijing lady who serves the dishes is also very nice. It was dinner time when we went and there were not many people, so she had time to chat with us. It recently reopened so it also serves food in the evening, but it is said that it will close in the afternoon again after a while. I personally feel that the food is moderately salty and tastes good. It is an authentic northern cuisine. You really shouldn t judge it by its southern taste. There is also free soy milk when dining in. You can add sugar by yourself. If you are too lazy to cook and live nearby, you can really use it as a canteen to eat there often
I don t understand why there are so many negative reviews. The auntie is very nice. We arrived late and even cooked new dishes for us after lunch. She is also very down-to-earth and the portion of the food is very large. She also told us that there is free food. Soy milk and parking.
The taste is okay, you can refill it, it s no problem if you re full , the lunch box tastes just like it. absolutely true
If you like the feeling of spending money to be a grandson, you can try it. The boss and the rice cook aunt promise to be real to you
Very greasy and salty food, previously closed down because they were operating without food and safety licence. Service was ridiculously rude, cashier swore at two clients because they asked to modify the order while I was there
You have a bad attitude. It s really unlucky to be angry even after eating.
The self-service lunch box is very delicious, the dishes are very rich, the aunt is also very nice, and it is not as scary as others said. A self-service box lunch costs 14 dollars after tax and no tip is required, so what else do I want for a bicycle?
The aunt at the front desk has a very nice attitude! There will be more varieties of dishes coming early, I said! Tastes great! The portion is so big that I can t finish it!
Went there for lunch in a weekday with a strong recommendation from a non-Chinese colleague. Surprised to find many choices and all are delicious. For under $15 tax in, you can get refills if you eat in!! Great deal! Definitely will come again.
I am a neighbor of his house. I came here for lunch during the renovation. The lunch box was very delicious. It was really delicious
The service is very good and the food is very good
The food was ok. The cashier swore at a client in public just because she was trying to extra 2 pieces of tissues. This is eye-opening. Food : 3/5
Its delicious, and I didnt feel there was any problem with the service.
If you don t ask for service, at least don t show off to the guests, right?
The service is poor but you don t know it. $15 can t buy you service here.
4.5/5. Service is bad but expected if you consider there is only two employees in the front at rush hour and 12 bucks Chinese style buffet. The mapo tofu was extremely good I recommend everyone to try. Overall good place for Chinese Dongbei style food.
Horrible customer service the lady was ignoring me the whole time and gave me the wrong order twice and was extremely rude
Extremely salty food and horrible customer service
Possibly the worst place I ve ever been ever ugliest most rude lady I ve ever met, she absolutely sucks ew
I believe many people are familiar with it Four seasons lunch box As someone who spends their days and nights with countless office workers, this must be a blast. Two days ago, my friend strongly recommended that I must eat it. It is so delicious that I will come back to eat it even if I move away from North York. The first time I came, there was no one in the store on a weekend afternoon. I took a look at the dishes and was about to order. A woman inside said pay first. I said oh and went and asked how much it would cost. The proprietress didnt even raise her head, and charged 12.99 plus tax. May I ask how many dishes are there? At this time, the landlady raised her head and looked at me with a stupid look on her face. I pointed at the choice of four dishes on the counter and I was puzzled... I didnt see you just say it, this expression is really offending Said the card machine was broken and only accepted cash, a certain treasure, a certain letter. When I was giving change, I stretched my hand to the right, but she put the change on the table on the left? Im also confused about this, whats the operation? Give me a small ticket (used to get the lunch box) I said you give me a small ticket. The boss lady asked me twice, do you want reimbursement? Im just wondering, does it have anything to do with you whether I reimburse you or not? When I was choosing the lunch box, the girl serving the dishes was still urging me. Oh my God... I have never seen such bad service. - The taste is okay and the portion is large. - But there is a saying, there are so many box lunch restaurants in Toronto, Qia rice is delicious, Tai Ping Xiang is even better. Whoever likes this anger should bear with it, its too outrageous.
Hey everyone, I wanted to share my recent dining experience at Four Seasons Restaurant with you all. Ive been a regular customer here for months, but my last visit left me quite disappointed, and I think its important to share my thoughts. So, I visited the restaurant on Sep 23rd 2023 and ordered their meal box, which cost me $14.70. To my surprise, the portion I received was shockingly smaller than what Ive come to expect from this place. In fact, it was less than half of the usual portion size! What really bothered me was the significant difference in serving sizes between male and female customers. While I received a meager portion, male customers around me were being served portions that were practically mountain high. This raised some serious questions about fairness and equality in their service. I approached the staff to ask about the discrepancy, and they claimed that what I received was the usual portion. However, this didnt align with my previous visits, where I found the portions to be reasonable and satisfying. When I spoke to the Chinese female boss about it, her response was far from reassuring. She suggested that I could ask for more food after finishing what was served. I was surprised because I had no idea this was an option. As a regular customer , I believe its crucial for customers to be informed about such policies to ensure transparency if there is. I doubt if it was true. I believed she just wanted to shut me up and said there was a policy of second helping. So from now on guys, ask for second helping, since the female boss said that it is possible. This whole experience left me not only disappointed but also feeling unfairly treated. While that day, the restaurant had ran out many menu items, but I did not mind since I understood that it would take some time for the replenishment. But the drastic reduction in portion size and the unreasonable excuse of the female boss, had left a bad taste in my mouth. As a result, I wont be returning to Four Seasons Restaurant in the future. I think all customers, regardless of their gender, deserve equal and fair treatment when dining at Four Seasons Restaurant. I hope this feedback will encourage the restaurant to address these issues and provide a more consistent and satisfying dining experience for all patrons. 151 Yorkland Blvd, North York, ON M2J 0E9 My latest dining experience at Four Seasons Fast Food I would like to share with you my recent dining experience at Four Seasons Fast Food. Ive been a regular here for several months, but my last meal left me quite disappointed and I thought Id share my thoughts. So, Zuotian went to this restaurant and ordered their meal box, which cost me $14.70. To my surprise, the portion I received was much smaller than what I expected from this place. In fact, it s less than half the usual serving size! What really bothered me was the difference in portion sizes between male and female customers. While the portion I got was minuscule, the male patron next to me was served an almost mountain-high portion. This raises serious questions about the fairness and equality of services. I asked the staff about the discrepancy and they claimed that what I received was a normal portion size. However, this was inconsistent with my previous dining experiences where I found the portion sizes to be reasonable and satisfying. When I raised this issue with my female boss, her response was far from reassuring. She suggested that I could ask for more after finishing what was served. I was surprised, I never knew there was such a service! ! As a regular customer, I think informing customers of this policy is crucial to ensure transparency, if the lady boss is telling the truth. This whole experience not only left me disappointed, but also made me feel unfairly treated. Although there were not many choices of dishes that day and I didnt have time to make up for it, the sharp reduction in portion sizes and the lack of communication about portion sizes left me with a bad impression of this restaurant. Therefore, I will not be returning to Four Seasons Restaurant in the future. I believe all customers, regardless of gender, should be treated equally and fairly when dining out. I hope this feedback will encourage restaurants to address these issues and provide a more consistent and satisfying dining experience for all customers.
We were hesitant after reading the negative reviews about their service. But we received quite good service there. It seems that they ve improved on it a lot! With this quality and amount of food and the price it s definitely highly recommended.
First of all, 12.99 for all you can eat dine-in for this current economy is value no matter how you criticize this place. The taste is just alright but if one isn t used to northern Chinese cuisine, then you ll likely find it to be saltier than your regular Chinese food. Secondly, come on folks, you can obviously tell that the front cashier lady is not well-educated or well-taught in the concepts of the Canadian dining experience. She likely grew up in a poor and small rural village where she probably learned manners from the goats or chickens she was surrounded with. Can you honestly expect the same service compared with nearby corporate sellouts like Aroma and Wendy s? Lastly, for the hundreds or thousands of office workers nearby, if you walk in, expect a really frustrated staff, they are likely operating at a loss because of crazy high rents in this area and people who still don t get the concept of pay first then eat . Just pay your 14.70 in cash, get your ticket, and tell her what you want in your box. It s time people understand you have to sacrifice something for value, and in this case it s customer service. Enjoy your bottomless Chinese box lunch!
Bad attitude, dirty food
Hey, so many people complain about your service, why don t they listen? Cant see it? You still haven t changed. Is this difficult? I said I wanted hot water and paper towels, but they said there was no hot water and asked me to use less paper. The sound was so loud that I felt I could hear it across the street. Hey, I really don t understand it. You can sell it cheaply and lower the service, but you can t let the customers spend money and suffer. I really don t understand this boss
hope to leave zero star to this TERRIBLE place. I even do not get the chance to come and try food, just call the restaurant for the information before I go, the lady over the phone was too rude and just hanged out the phone without any patience and rudely. Then never answered again when I called back, So ridiculous restaurant and want it to shut down right away!
A Yonghe restaurant has its own characteristics if it doesn t have any special features. The service provided by the lady at the front desk is extremely poor. I guess it has something to do with the owner of Yonghe. The restaurant is bullying customers, isn t it? If you continue to stay with this kind of service attitude, who owes you money? Do you want to go and wait for the porn? The lunch box is not cheap at 12.99, and you have to look at your face. If you have money to buy a smiling face, you are not going to look like a dead person. Noisy with customers, noisy with the delivery driver, noisy with the inside of the kitchen, This is all staged by the Four Seasons cashier aunt
The middle-aged Aunt Shengcai seemed to be in the end of menopause. She was so talkative that she thought the man in the family had run away with someone.
I came late, so there weren t that many dishes, but every one of them was delicious! The bosss attitude is also very good and patient. Be sure to come early next time
Delicious and big portions! It s so satisfying to eat four dishes at once! I will definitely try to renew it next time. I really couldn t eat anymore this time. The service is also very good. The lady is very enthusiastic! I felt like I was back in the Great North in one second.
I ordered rice balls for takeout. Although I really wanted to eat Guobao Pork, I couldnt find it on the menu, so I made a note to see if I could exchange it. But I didnt. I understood that the merchant said the price was different, so of course I accepted it because I really didnt know about Guobao Pork. Price, so I ordered sweet and sour pork to see if I could change it. If not, I didn t care. Seriously, if I had found it on the menu, I wouldn t have made a note like this. Later, when the takeaway arrived, I had diarrhea twice after eating. I felt really uncomfortable. I left a message on the rice ball. When the merchant came, he said that because I didn t change it to pot-roasted pork, the negative review I gave was unreasonable. Do you want to poop me again? Send it to you? I asked in a nice tone if I could change it, so I was fine if I didn t change it. However, if there is a problem with the food quality, there is a problem. I actually had diarrhea twice and had a stomachache. Do you want me to report it to the Canadian Food Safety Helper? help me? This businessman s attitude is so ridiculous
If the business hours are not updated, the business will be open depending on the mood, and you will have to run several times in vain!
1. They were advertising you can eat as much as you want in the social media however they gave you a whole bunch of rice vs very little meat. when I ask her to do add some meat she said you have to finish all the rice before adding any meat, so how ima gonna eat that much rice alone with no dishes? She was being really rude and saying if you can t afford it then don t come . That was really crossed the line and triggered me to leave this comment. 2. Food is greasy and salty. Anyway I will never go there again in my life. Stay away from it folks!
Walk distance to my office. Nice food and tons of selections! Highly recommended!
Very good experience. The food is cheap fresh and delicious
This restaurant is close to my office so I came for lunch and they have a lunch special for $11 all you can eat cafeteria style. There are generous and delicious portions of meat such as cumin lamb, beef, and fried chicken as well as an assortment of Chinese veggies. I ve been coming here for lunch ever since as it s honestly the cheapest deal you can find and tastes good too!
This restaurant has a great lunch combo deal for $11. You can get fried rice with your choice of vegetables and meat. I highly recommend the eggplant and fried chicken cutlet it is made fresh and tastes great. They also have free soy milk with your purchase and allow unlimited refills.
This is an excellent lunch spot for Chinese food. They have an all you can eat lunch special which is a fantastic deal! I highly recommend the curry chicken and rice. I myself had to have two portions! I believe the soy milk drink was also free for customers who purchased lunch.
Can you find a second one in North America for a 10-yuan lunch box?
Solve the lunch problem, check in every day, like, like, like
High-quality northern cuisine, delicious and cheap lunch boxes, you can t find another one in Toronto
Good quality, low price, convenient and fast
Very delicious
Great Discount via Facedrive food ordering APP. Foods tasty. not bad.
The waiter has a very bad attitude... He doesnt even want to pick you up. Its disgusting.
Hangs up on you when you call about why the delivery took over an hour.
Bad experience , food very slow for delivery.
A 40-50 year old lady has an extremely bad attitude. I paid for the meal. Not to beg. What the hell attitude. I won t order it again in the future. Disgusting as hell. I don t know who I am showing the face of a dead child to.
very good chinese lunch bento
Bad attitude front desk for order . Will not come back to dine in anymore . Even lunch special said all you can eat , when you come back to refill , the front desk attitude even worse. The amount you got from the refill not even half of the regular size .. Also no receipt when you paid cash.
During lunch time, you can enjoy all you can eat at the price of $12.5 after tax. The boss s original words are As long as you don t waste it, you can eat whatever you want. The taste is northern style stir-fried dishes plus cold dishes, and the taste is passable. As a northerner, I feel very authentic. If you go early, you can also drink free homemade soy milk. The reason why I didnt give it a five-star review is because there is too little soy milk and I cant drink it every time I go there. I dont think theres anything wrong with the service attitude. Other peoples comments reported that the store clerk had a bad attitude, but they did not tell the whole story. They just complained, making it impossible to know who was at fault. In fact, both customers and businesses should be polite. There is no God who is always right who spends money. Even if the God is real, not everyone would like to see him outside the church. Is this the truth?
Terrible treatment by the woman in her 50s. She is incredibly rude and acts as if you owe her money. No body deserves to be treated like that. To the owner of the restaurant, please rethink about who you hire as staff. I ordered my food and waited around for 30 minutes and the order was completely ignored. In the end she still gave me attitude. The food was mediocre as well, price point just average. Please avoid this restuarant at all cost. The worst people I ve met. Will never come back and will tell everyone to avoid.
Cheap and delicious
Great value for a fast lunch! 11 dollar for an all you can eat lunch as long as you finish your first box, you can ask for refill!! Food taste ok like food court quality. Definitely will come back again and again.
Can DoorDash add lunch boxes?
The set meal came with soy milk and asked Do you want soy milk? Our group said we all wanted soy milk, and we had to ask one by one, but in the end no soy milk was given. If you are reluctant to give soy milk, don t write a set meal to give soy milk. The last time I bought Guobao Pork, I took a piece of it and gave it to an employee right under my nose. The store owner had a very bad attitude and was stingy. There are many choices around. I won t go there again next time.
The $10.99 lunch box comes with unlimited refills of soy milk, and you can eat all you want. It s really affordable and the taste is very authentic. It s not too oily or too salty. The ingredients are very fresh. Parking is easy at the door. Highly recommended! !
Never see restaurnat like this. They would not allowed customer use washroom without buy their food. Been take out customer for several time. Never be back. Front waitress old lady been really rude.
Very bad experience, the service was really awful never seen this kind service ever
$10.99 + tax = $12.5 per person. Eat as you like. Unlimited soy milk refills. I was asked if it was my first time. I said yes. I didn t expect that the first meal was very small and I finished it in just a few bites. , I actually don t have a big appetite, I can actually eat three times before I m full, , luckily I m thick-skinned, otherwise I d be at a disadvantage.
The aunt at the front desk has a very poor service attitude!
Great place, amazing price for lunch, super authentic food and good portions for 12$.
The aunt at the front desk has a very poor service attitude. I wanted to order food, but I was still chatting on the phone for half an hour and the service was extremely low.
1: The attitude of the lady at the front desk is extremely bad 2: Ask for a tip or I ll roll my eyes at you It gives me the feeling that I will make you angry first and make you eat in anger, just because I am afraid that if you are still in the mood after eating, you will cause trouble to her. The aunt at the front desk has a loud voice, a bad attitude, is impatient, has poor hearing, and has a poor memory. Either I don t remember what I said to him or I just don t understand it. Wont go again! I hope the boss will replace him immediately when he sees it! !
I dont understand. Is it because the boss doesnt read reviews or is the lady at the front desk a relative of the boss? Everyone is saying that the aunt at the front desk has a bad attitude, why do she keep using it? I went there because of its reputation in Xiaohongshu, but I was really not very satisfied with the result. I think it s better not to stir up the pot just because of a fish.
Ok food for the price. Two people lunch paid around $25 for including decent selection of food, rice and soy. No idea who gave them the courage to ask for tip when the service is so poor. When walked in, no greeting, no body explaining what s happening. Ladies serving with the attitude of you owing her money. Very rude and unpleasant tone. Not sure when I did to deserve this treatment. I guess expected too much as term of service for the price I m paying for. TLDR: cheap food, poor service. Don t come here if you re in a good mood looking for some decent cheap eats.
The attitude at the front desk was extremely bad. He clearly wrote ayce but was reluctant to order a refill. If you cant afford it, dont hang out. I will never come back again.
My stomach really hurts after eating
Nice food at a low price. Worst service ever. Great food and good prices. No service and bad attitude.
Quite affordable. Is the boss doing charity?
I think the place is not bad but terrible employees. Not going back again.
Really tasty and good price with all the various kind of food you can get !
The aunt at the front desk was polite to foreigners and greeted us with a smile. She didnt even raise her eyelids when we arrived, and she ignored us and had a very bad attitude. Restaurant food tastes heavy and oily
Very bad attitude
The aunt at the front desk has a very bad attitude. I don t recommend coming here. I won t come here again. Kuailun.
