A very authentic filipino restaurant! My family and I celebrated our Dad’s birthday here and were impressed by the flavour and quality service. Highly recommend the bulalo and the chicken sisig. We loved the broth of the bulalo and would definitely come back to try it again. Thanks Casa Manila for a great experience 😊

The location is full of Filipino heritage and service was quick. Ordered the Bangsilog and is one of the best out of anywhere else i tried. Fish was not greasy and was meaty. Garlic rice was good and their suka hit the spot

One of the best Filipino restaurant in Toronto. Our favourite foods here are cheesy fries with crispy sisig and creamy bicol express with a touch of spice. Customer service are awesome. Atmosphere feels like Philippines with many Filipino decor. Must try bilo bilo after a whole meal, a yummy Filipino dessert! We will come again soon :)

This place is such a scam. We went there today to grab some food for the celebration of a birthday only to get disappointed. We ordered this two “platters” that were supposed to be good for 4-6 people (according to what their menu says) however, when we reached home and opened the orders, the serving was not enough for what we paid for. Imagine paying 160 dollars for just small portions of what they consider as “platter”. The calamari was underwhelming and soggy and the taste of the shanghai was mid. The four pieces pork skewers were also small. The palabok was also just good for one or two person but that will be a stretch. Their “crispy pata” was just a big bone with little pork on it, not to mention that it wasn’t crispy at all :( totally a very disappointing experience. We genuinely got sad when we see the food. We ended up buying some additional food just because the supposedly good for 4-6 people is just not enough. This will definitely be a lesson for us not to come back here. We are new customers and will never consider this place an option ever again. It was just so sad and we just felt scammed.

Our group of 7 dined here Sun pm in June. Our pricey fare: daing bangus, kalderera, kare2, sisig (too fatty), shrimp sinigang, halo2 (13 ca$), sago-gulam (11). Each plate was ca$25 avg; soda ca$3, pale san-mig ca$9; free hot h2o; missed napkins. Fairly clean restrooms.

I was celebrating my birthday and my family and I had a fantastic time and experience. We will definitely return to try other dishes.

First time having filipino cuisine with kamayan and it was truly a great experience especially as my friend’s birthday with friends together. Food is great, I believe it was the right amount and they were tasty! I am a rice person and their garlic rice is amazing! Of course, other items like shrimps are in good size so that’s good.. the pork is great even I am not a fan of fatty food but that was good! Anything can be better? umm, I think it’s overall a great experience and we also ordered some drinks as in the pictures, they are good too! didn’t get a chance to try their desserts though, hope can try that next time! Thanks!

We really enjoyed our dinner here. The food was great and the attentiveness of the staff was wonderful. We had mentioned among ourselves that we don’t think we have been at a place where the staff was this attentive and genuinely friendly. The owner was very hospitable and came around quite often to ask if we had any questions, and to check up on us. And she really helped my friend out with regards to her gluten allergy which we appreciated. thanks again for the lovely dining experience, we will definitely be back.

I honestly don t understand the bad reviews for this place, although I understand experiences vary. For me personally this place is an 11/10. This is authentic, hearty, homey, Filipino food. Get the bangus, tapsilog, halo halo, and sinigang. You can judge a Filipino restaurant based on how good their silog and sinigangs are - and this place excels with flying colors. Remember to ask for vinegar and chopped chili haha. The live singing and music was a huge plus too!! Also the servers were so nice and warm. This is my new favorite Filipino restaurant in Toronto.

Bilo bilo is too thick and mashy. Not really good. Ingredients are all sweet potato. I m not satisfied.

the only good thing here is the ambiance, we ordered pork sinigang but the sinigang looks likes a pork bone soup just maasim .. we dont even eat any meat on it all bones..plus its very very expensive...

Sisig was good, pancit was rly bland; and the wait time was more than an hour. The food came when we were already full. Wouldn t recommend if you re here with a big party (reservation 16 ppl) maybe food will come faster if it s only 4 ppl or less. In the end, the owner gave us free turon to make up for it which was nice and comped our singang.

Honestly really disappointed with the service and the food. My friend and I came to Casa Manila because we heard great things about their Kamayan Feast. The waitress we dealt with does not seem like she wants to provide service to us. We asked about the Kamayan Feast in which she told us that requires reservation, which we understood. We decided to order off their menu instead, getting their Lumpia, Grilled Platter and Garlic Rice. The Lumpia that served us were tiny and not worth their price. Half the meats from the Grilled Platter came charred and burnt, and the portion size was small, definitely could not serve 4 people as the menu says. The waitress then came back and told us they do not have Garlic Rice left because the kitchen is out of garlic, even thought the table next to us managed to be served Garlic Rice and they were served and ordered after us. Not sure if this has anything to do with race or we somehow offended the waitress for us to be treated like this, but I would highly advise not dining here.

So glad to find somewhere that has Vegan Filipino options! Ive never seen so many vegan Filipino options on a menu. The vegan tofu adobo was really good! Even at medium spicy, the spice level was subtle and the flavours all worked together. The eggplant was cooked well. The vegan mais con hielo was really good, (it might be a bit more of an acquired taste). It was my first time having it and I would have it again. The coconut ice cream was really creamy and had the right level of sweetness for the dish. I tried the calamansi mojito and it was a nice change from the standard mojito (can be made non-alcoholic too) The servers were all attentive and offered suggestions. The owner, Mila, is lovely, too! She was asking guests how everything was. Really great atmosphere and highly recommend for anyone vegan, vegetarian or wanting to try more Filipino food. Vegetarian options: Vegan and vegetarian options available, including vegan dessert Dietary restrictions: Vegan and vegetarian options, and aome gluten free items.

They played songs of Imago and MYMP (bands that I love!). Most of all, they took good care of a valuable item that we left in the restaurant. I think I am gonna be a suki (regular) here. Suggestion: please serve kapeng barako as it matches most Filipino desserts.

The food was okay. But the restaurant felt overcrowded and loud. The chairs were uncomfortable and a bit too big for the space, so people were constantly bumping into it while trying to get through and I was unable to pull it in any further. We were seated by the kitchen, which was separated from us by a screen. Smoke kept pouring out from the kitchen to our table, making our eyes hurt. I feel like for this price point the dining experience is rather poor.

Food - Okay Service - Very Poor Went here to try their Summerlicious Menu ($45). I had to call to make reservations since their website showed an error when trying to make a reservation. Upon arrival, the staff member seemed confused on finding a table for us, even though we had reservations. It took some time to order, no one paid attention to our table to take our order, or to even acknowledge we were there. After about 5mins of waiting I grabbed the attention of the male host and he came by to take our order. The service was very slow, not attentive, didn t clear our plates. They gave us the main dishes that belonged to the table beside us, meanwhile we didn t get our appetizers, it s been about 20-30mins. They did give us some fried chicken skin as an apology. Service still didn t improve, the majority of the time we had to grab the attention of the staff there. Food was quite salty, my father s beef rib dish especially and he couldn t eat it and we sent it back. There was no offer to replace the dish, nor did we want to wait again for the slow service. When the bill came, there was no courtesy discount to remove the inedible dish my father was served, instead we had to tell them we shouldn t have to pay for a dish we didn t eat. The staff member had to asked her supervisor and only gave 10% of the Summerlicious set price ($4.50), wouldn t it make sense to discount the amount of the dish or if the system can t do that give a more of a percentage off to offset the amount? Even the getting the bill took a long time, 15-20mins. The appetizers and the desserts were the only decent items we had. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this place.

Parking: Parking spaces are few and it is small. Be careful in forwarding and reversing.

Sadly, I am very very disappointed with my experience at Casa Manila. I celebrated my brother s birthday here and ordered the Kamayan for the whole family (12 people in the party). We were first put in a corner at the back with folding tables. There was not enough room for our entire party so they ended up moving us to another section of the restaurant. The food was mediocre for the price. The taste was edible but not something I would return to the restaurant for. There was an abundance of rice to fill you up but considering this was supposed to be a feast, it was anything but. What I am most disappointed about is the service. They were quite busy that day, and while we had such a large party, some more attention would have been expected. I regret to say that I will not be returning nor will I recommend this restaurant to any of my friends or family.

We ate today at Casa Manila and had our favorite pork sisig. Unfortunately, it was not as good. It was served on a hot plate, but the hot plate wasnt hot enough so that the fresh egg that in the dish didnt really cook well. The food was a little bland foor my liking, I guess the restaurant opts not to put too much salt, which I guess is good for the health.

June 21, 2024

Food was okay, tasted preheated. I ordered sisig, pork belly, filipino spaghetti, two rice. Each dish is $20 and the portion is small like it was intended for one person. Rice is not included in the mains and is priced as $5 for 1-2 portion. I got rice and i was disappointed that it was a child portion. The sisig wasn t hot and barely sizzling. Filipino spaghetti was small. The pork belly was warm not hot. None of the food I received was hot nor smoking. For that price and rice is not even included, it s not worth it for the portions they give. Also I noticed that a group of 10+ beside us who were filipino got bigger portions for the spaghetti and sisig compared to what I got. So I probably got a tourist/foreigner portion.

June 21, 2024

We were here last night and we ordered Bulalo which tasted like maggi instant noodles and the meat was hard. The rice was burnt and hard to eat. I dont think they know how to cook rice or they used low quality. They need to learn from Jokoy. Bistek tagalog was very disappointing as well. It tasted like water. We paid $20 for 7 small pieces of lechon kawali which was overpriced and the skin was very tough. I will not recommend to anyone.

May 21, 2024

Waiters/servers are great, very nice and accomodating. However, considering what is advertised on thier all you can eat buffet, there is barely any food. Items are replenished far and in-between; if replenished at all. A lot of food like the ube waffles and cakes that were advertised were not even there. Very tight spaces so hard to move around. Definitely not worth the $38 per person after everything (taxes & tips). Hopefully the restaurant improves in the future, the taste of the food was good. Problem was there wasnt any.

We made a reservation online for a Kamayan feast for 6 people for my birthday, I brought my parents to try it for the first time. I was really excited to show them what a boodle fight is about. When we got there they had our reservation ready but said that we didn t tell them about the Kamayan feast so it ll take 45 minutes to get ready. That was ok because we were all there and catching up. Then they brought out some leaf shaped placemats and 2 fried chicken skin for appetizer and a ginger soup for each of us . 45 minutes later they brought out the Kamayan feast which everyone got there own plates with rice a side of vegetables a small kebab of shrimp some pinakbet some fried pork fat, and some other sides. My tita called it a budget meal. I was very disappointed and upset, I ended up showing my parents some photos online of what a boodle fight is like and told them I will bring them somewhere else next Year for my birthday. They still charged like it was a full experience but we ended up getting plates of regular food, I m not even sure why it took 45 minutes they were regular dishes. It s not fresh cook so I didn t know why it took forever. Will not recommend this place for a kamayan.

Went for the buffet last Sunday and was disappointed. We arrived around 2 pm and the buffet was until 4 pm. However, a lot of the dishes were already finished - just crumbs left. Many trays were empty and the burner things to keep the food warm were out. There were no labels on the food items so, for anyone not familiar with this cuisine, it was hard to tell what you were eating. There was a menu listing the items in the buffet but couldnt guess since some items were already gone. We initially thought they would refill and rewarm the food but it didnt happen. So, I eventually inquired if the buffet was over. I was told that it wasnt and it is on until 4 pm. I then mentioned the issues and in all fairness, the waitress was very nice and polite. She immediately took the feedback and informed the kitchen. The staff came out with a lighter and lit the burners. Some of the food like the tacos were replenished but the other items in the buffet trays were not so, I think we were unable to try 6-7 items or even more. Also seemed short-staffed so getting noticed at the door took a while. However, the flavours of the food that we did try were really good. So, I would recommend going in early, at the start of the buffet time. That might be a better experience.

May 21, 2024

I was just there today and Honestly this is the worst filipino cuisine I have ever experienced. First, I waited almost 30min. for someone to take my order. Second, I asked my drink in the pitcher to be less iced as i have kids drinking it too. But the server said that was the standard iced for their drinks which half of the pitcher was iced. Third, here comes our order but we don t have any plates and cutleries so how could we eat our food. Lastly, I ordered lechon kawali but never got it. So disappointing. Billing out also took me 30min. of waiting. Ridiculous!!!!!!!!

Even some tables were seated after us they had their dinner and left and we were still waiting. Sad point was the food was terrible noddles were tasteless i guess they forgot to cook my order and they done have done it in a rush no spice at all. Omg even though i am not a filipino but i am marries with a filipina sometimes we want to eat filipino food now at least we know where we shouldnt go. Btw my bill was 120$ for tasteless overpriced food. Strongly inadvisable

My partner bought a palabok in your store, and to our surprise it so bland and has no taste of palabok at all. The squid seemed spoiled as well. Next time, please do not change your recipe. Be consistent and produce quality of food and service. PALABOK is not recommended to buy here.

Had a great dine in experience with my friends here in Casa Manila. From the staffs who are very welcoming and accommodating specially Ate MJ and Nina, the warm atmosphere that adds up to the feeling of being home and the cuisines served that we truly enjoyed and I personally love their Sinigang, Kare-Kare and Buko Pandan. We will surely comeback to have more of their filipino cuisine. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Horrible customer service! DO NOT ORDER CATERING FROM THIS Restaurant on the danforth or door dash for catering orders. You will sadly regret! They called to cancel at 40 person order 20 minutes before delivery time and they had the order for a week. It may be ok to dine but catering is a fail.

Horrible experience 1. Server doesn t know the order and gave our order away twice to the wrong person and even attempted to give it to us after that person touched it 2. Ordered and waited over almost an hour only to find out the put in the order about 45 mins in when they realize they forgot the order 3. Food was not good. Under average. There are so many places that is much better than this Overall, very unorganized and not well managed restaurant.

Definitely the first and the last visit. This was recommended by a friend so we tried because it was mothers day but I feel like it wasnt a filipino restaurant we went to. Service was way too slow. Serving is not worth with the price so we have to order another serving but again we have to wait for more than 30 minutes. Satisfied food in anticipation before the arrival of the next orders. I have to follow up so many times too even if its just glasses because we were given the pitcher of calamansi iced tea but no glasses I have to follow up 2x for the glasses. The 2nd order of fried rice was not cooked properly or Ill say it was raw, the grains were hard or the rice was still raw. I think there is a lack of staff because we only see four of them.

My sister made reservations for a large group of us to celebrate Mothers Day at 2pm. She was told that there was an option for buffet or a la carte. Note: The buffet is standard on Sundays from 11am-4pm. Upon arriving, there was no hostess, but eventually a free staff member seated us. I was looking forward to ordering from the menu but no one came around for about 15 minutes, so I decided to take a look at what was offered for the buffet (on a menu which was available at the front inside the restaurant) and decided to go for that instead of waiting any longer. If you need staff for anything be prepared to wait for the opportunity to get their attention; menus, water, plate clearing (not once during our time there). When paying, we were sorting out the amount of adults and kids to be charged with a staff member. For the buffet, Adults are $28.95, kids 7-11 $19.95, 4-6 $14.95 and 3 and under are free. We were told this wasnt the case because it was Mothers Day and there was a menu posted on the front door stating Mothers Day buffet prices. Also they had different offerings from the standard menu. I had looked at the menu at the front door because I didnt notice it coming in and in fact there was a different price for today. However, the last mothers day seating was from 1-1:30 So we were charged the Mothers Day price (Adults $44.95, Kids 5-11 $24.95) even though we made reservations for 2 pm which fell outside the last Mothers Day seating. Unfortunately we had paid already. However, after my wife talked with the owner (giving my wife every excuse she could to justify keeping the price as is) she was able to get half back from the increased mothers Day price. I would be fine with the increase in price but there was no communication while making the reservation, no hostess to communicate new pricing due to Mothers Day, the menu at the front, inside the restaurant was standard buffet and not the menus for mothers day. If we were seated in the time frame of the Mothers Day menu, I also would have understood. Come to think of it I believe no one came around to give menus (buffet or a la carte) to force your hand in picking the buffet. As we were leaving I noticed a table of 4 in front of me in the same situation waiting around for what was at minimum 15 minutes for someone to come but I digress. I understand that restaurants try to find creative ways to make money but this situation made me feel tricked and decived.

Horrible experience on Mother s day buffet. Food was cold. Oftentimes we had to wait for utensils, plates and even water in the buffet station. We had reservation and our table wasnt ready and had to wait for half an hour. We actually had to help clean our table up just to expedite the service. .And we spent over $350 just to have a horrible experience.. this will probably fall onto deaf ears.. thats my 2 cents.

The atmosphere is very nice, the nicest filipino dine in so far for me. ( Outside of the Philippines of course) The restaurant is quite small but can hold a good amount of people. The first thing I ate was pork lumpia which was not very good. I was surprised I was able to finish the one. However, the other foods I ate was good such as the bangus Sisig, crispy pata, garlic fried rice and sinigang. Unfortunately I didnt have room to try any desserts. I would definitely come back again! If I lived closer I would most likely go on a regular basis.

Waited 30 mins for a seat. Waited another 1hr and 30 for the food (Easter Sunday). Overall the food is okay. Got combo 5, the sisig could be better and it feels like I m eating sand. But there are delicious foods like Kare kare $24, pancit, lechon kawali. The portions are really small. We spent about $150 and it was not that satisfying. Also, we didn t get napkins and we asked for water and it took long.

It s my first time in Toronto and wanted to celebrate my uncle s birthday in a Filipino resto but we got so disappointed. Three, dishes from the menu that we wanted to order were not available, even the other ones that we wanted to order as replacement were not available as well. It was not even marked as not available on the menu. The bangus sisig was not served hot and the pancit bihon was salty.

We decided to visit Casa Manila on a whim after enjoying my moms birthday lunch, as she was craving Halo-Halo. We werent expecting exceptional service since we were only ordering a simple dessert. However, they made my moms birthday extra special by serenading her with a song and adding a special touch to her cake. It was our first time there, so we were pleasantly surprised. We glanced at their menu and discovered they offer a brunch buffet every Sunday. Well definitely return to sample more of their Filipino dishes. Once again, we appreciate everything. We went there (York Mills branch )Friday night. It was our first time there. We made a reservation which is a good thing. Because the restaurant was full for half an hour when we arrived. Most of the service crew are nice. Only one waitress (who served most of the time) isnt happy or glad (maybe she was so tired because of lots of customers) the chicken sisig was an epic failure (lots of hard things inside of it) plus the chicken inasal doesnt look like one. (I know how to cook chicken inasal) It looks like grilled chicken strips with lemon and lots of oil. We complained about the chicken sisig. And asked them not to charge with that order ( and they agreed) and they said sorry about it. Hope they will do better next time. Please add more service crew (on weekends) next time. I saw lots of tables that waited an hour (and more) and their disappointment on their faces. Maybe well go back to Casa Manila and try the Danforth branch.

This restaurant was completely overwhelmed and short staffed during Winterlicious. At 1pm we called to ask if they had table for 4 and was told we could come in. Arrived at 1:10, the server was reluctant to give us the only available table because we didn t make a reservation . (Why didn t you say so on the phone?) After that, it was a lot of effort to get the server s attention to order food. We sat there for at least an hour before our food came. Our young kids were so starved they kept asking me why the restaurant wouldn t give us food. I really wanted to leave but we already took their drink (which also took a long time to come) and wasted so much time waiting Overall it was a traumatic experience for my family. This used to be my favourite restaurant. We would come here to celebrate valentines or just because. Even during the pandemic we would still order takeout. After this visit, it s now labeled as the restaurant we most dislike by everyone in the family. We probably won t return for a long long time if ever. It doesn t matter how successful the owner might think their Winterlicious was. It s a FAILURE to take the customers in without the capacity to serve them.

Not worthy at all when too many things made us disappointed. Food is not special and 100% overpriced with that portion and ingredients. I ordered Pinakbet with vegetables and shrimp. And it cost 19.95$, and the shrimp they used was the frozen ones in the bag with small sizes. The funniest thing is when i looked at the picture on the menu, it included the pork, so i just i looked at the price next to the name of the dish, which was 19.95$, and ordered the dish. But actually, the crispy pork is 7.95$ for 100gr. So after tax, only my dish already costs 31.5$ with vegetables, small shrimp, and 4 pieces of crispy pork, and the portion is small. and it doesnt come with rice. I was shocked tbh and feel like I was scammed. And when we ordered rice, the menu again messed up. It has 2 options for garlic white rice, one for 1-2 people, and the other for 2-3 people???. I didnt pay attention cuz I thought it gonna be the first option because we have two people. But when we paid, it became the second option which was 2-3 people. I was What? and it cost nearly 10$ only for the rice, and the garlic rice was not good as well. I dont talk about Western food with small portions with high prices, but compared to other Filipino restaurants, this place is way more than expensive. And for the drink, I order calamansi juice, and its tasted like salty lemon (My family back in my country plants calamansi trees, and we make salty lemon juice as well. Thats why I know how its tasted). I just shake my head and try to finish it because I dont want to waste food. About the staff, I can tell the staff here is nice and friendly, but somehow they were not around when we needed help. And when we arrived today, they had a lady with fashionable clothes who can be the owner or the manager, and she made us feel uncomfortable while rushing us to choose the dishes from the beginning. And when we asked one staff about the parking lot, the lady again kept calling the staffs name to serve the other table. In customer service, you dont do that because its rude. You need to wait and get other staff to help you, or you say sorry nicely to interrupt the conversation. After looking at the receipt, and thinking of all the experiences we had today, my boyfriend and I decided that we would cancel our next plan with friends here in March, and we will never come back in the future..

Over the decades, Ive had dine in (brothers baby shower and whenever an out of town guest comes, this is the must take place), take out and catering provided by casa manila for some of my event planning clients and they never disappoint...always above and beyond service with a smile and the food, simply divine. Mila is fantastic, still very sweet and friendly. Food is delicious and continues to evolve. Highly recommend. I would rate 10/5 if I could as it is just that superb. Kare kare, Barbecue and Sisig are must haves. Im trying the kamayan next month and may have my moms birthday here in April. Thank you for all the great eats, will definitely be back Dietary restrictions: My husband is pescatarian and he loved the pancit

Went here last year. Ordered a dessert and it didnt taste right. Told the waitress, but she insisted thats how the dessert is supposed to taste. Kept arguing with us till she finally grabbed a fork and ate our dessert at our table.. right off our plate!!!! So first of all, how gross is that!? And 2nd, she then admitted... oh yea, this not right. Then fast forward a year later to NYE tonight, we pre-ordered crispy pata. When we came to get it, they they had given our food to someone else by mistake. So we were without our main dish for NYE. They offered us no compensation. Then, to make it even worse, it was an argument if we would even get our money back because it was pre-paid for. Cant think of a reason to ever come here again.

Ordered bangus sisig for the New Years eve, I called Casa Manila 3 days prior to pick up, upon calling and phone conversation, Staff informed me that I have to pay in advance before they will prepare my ordered small tray bangus sisig, Went around 6pm and paid the whole amount which is 98ish dollars. Day of pick up and agreed time, Order was not ready I had to wait for about 30 to 40 minutes in the store to get it done despite of agreed timing. Stayed happy and composed as it is New Years eve later on. I know this is a very busy time of the year but they promised it will be prepared by this timing as they insist to pay first for food to be prepared. Upon getting the order and drove 45 to 1 hour going to Barrie for the area event. I offered the bangus sisig to all people as knowing Casa Manila serving good food and mentioned reviews from google. In addition, We even WARMED it, AS IT IS ALREADY COLD due to travel timing When we opened and tasted the food, We saw fried boneless bangus shredded to big pieces and looks like with seasoned mayonnaise with a very very bland taste. To make it short no taste at all. After tasting it nobody else got interested even me loving to eat it. Just put it on the side and ended up throwing it. It was just a waste of time and money. Called Casa Manila after, but they were already closed. They were close during Jan 1 and 2nd as well. Called by Jan 3rd, talked to a lady, I brought up the issue, mentioned to me she will relay to kitchen staff and duty manager took my number but never had a return call or anything else. This is my first to write a bad experience from a food establishment but I think I have to, for me this is to better the food and the service in the future for future patrons.

Meat NOT fresh Dont Eat Here:( This place was reserved for my grandnephews baptism last Nov. 4th 2023 for 20 people. Lots of guests were first timers with this prominent restaurant and so my Niece paid a fortune with high expectations! We were served with bulalo, mainly bone and soup, skinny shanghai, crunchy but meat tasted old, sour and expired, sisig, was hardly touched, pork BBQ in square thick pieces in skewer coated with red sauce, meat smells and falling apart, nobody ate them as they seem contaminated, kare-kare was wrong meat (I think its BBQ meat) even their pancit bihon is no good as shrimps were hard as rock and overcooked. ALL dishes FAILED in all levels except daing na bangus!!! I called looking for the Owner but was not around. The Manager took note of my comments but did not bother to apologize. Listen, I agree most dishes seem freshly cooked but the MEAT and ingredients used were 100% NOT FRESH! They seem to have been previously precooked or the meat were left unattended until they got bad but STILL served them anyway!!! Youre supposed to be a formal, high end EXPENSIVE Filipino Restaurant BUT if this is the quality of food you serve, please be careful especially children were among the guests at the party. Good thing nobody got sick as 65% of the food served were not eaten!!! Listen, if you know your raw materials are bad please THROW them away, do not wait for the customers to complain! With several dishes served, most of our guests left the restaurant hungry, I cannot give you even a star!!! There were some similar reviews about your dishes tasting reheated many times, I dont care how long youve been in business but your QUALITY is going SOUTH! Also, whole floor was very oily and slippery up to the washroom; ambiance was not relax; my spot was next to their cluttered shelf of cleaning supplies yikes! We were crowded and not allowed to move to the other table. The only positive is the servers were listening and attentive. I know my Niece treated us to what she thought was a famous restaurant in York Mills, but she got shortchanged! I wish she had booked in Sampaguita along Bathurst & Wilson. Theyre pricey too but quality of food is superb, not recycled as their chefs cook from scratch. Obviously, we will not be back, no referrals either:(

It s totally overpriced. I don t mind paying a lot if the food was actually good. I ordered pork sisig and it didn t taste fresh at all. By the texture, it seems like it has been reheated multiple times. The atmosphere wasn t relaxing at all. I m never going back.

The staff were all nice especially Arlene and Hya. They really took care of us while we dine. It was an amazing dining experience. The food was excellent, we ordered kare-kare and sinigang, the meat was so tender. If youre looking for an authentic Filipino restaurant this is must try. Will definitely recommend this place!!
