Kanto bites were good, especially the siomai but the sauce used didn’t really jive with it, sauce tasted like for Lechon or bagnet. Inasal was okay, not a fave. Unli soup was also good. Will try other food in the menu next time. Staff were accomodating and friendly.

I order arrozcaldo. The presentation of the food was great. The food taste ,was good. I just hope that the bituka, chicken skin, and chicken bone will be replace to crispy pork. I was a little disappointed because the chicken meat doesn’t taste fresh cook. There is a diffent taste of a chicken if it’s cook the previous day. I notice that they forgot to add “bituka”… For the price of $13 + tax and a tip, Im hoping that the toppings will be replace . Not all people eat bituka and chicken skin. “Crispy pork, egg and chicharon is a better choice. I always like this restaurant better than their neighbor.

*Update* *Had to update the review, now that I have been here a few times I had to remove a star because the quality of food is not consistent. It depends on the cook that day. Some will put too much salt in everything and others make things with different ingredients or amounts. It’s a gamble what you get.* The girls that work here are really nice and give fantastic service. The Halohalo is amazing. The chicken and gravy is delicious. I recommend this place.

This place is a true gem. I had the Kamayan box with the pork belly option. It came with so much food and everything was flavourful and cooked perfectly. The dish is also visually stunning as well. For $25 you get this ginormous platter of variety, and all orders come with a free soup too. Let me start with the soup. This soup was amazing. They give you a nice hot bowl of beef bone broth garnished with fresh chopped green onions. You can really taste the beef bone in it. I couldn't stop drinking it, and even asked for a second offering which they gave me for free! Now the platter. It comes with a giant serving of seasoned rice, 4 grilled mussels, 4 head-on grilled shrimp, a nice slab of crispy lechon, 2 gigantic grilled pork belly skewers, some succulent okra and grilled eggplant. Can you believe that? All for just $25!? It also comes with this dipping sauce that was very refreshing and goes well with everything on the platter, tastes kind of like pineapples and tamarind, sweet and tangy. Everything on the platter had it's unique individual flavour too, so you're not just over saturating your palette with all the same flavours. The meal does not get boring from the start to finish. I have a large appetite, but this meal can easily feed 2 people. The grilled shrimp was simply heavenly. I love shrimp served head on. Especially when it's cooked right. The shrimp you can tell is fresh and cooked to order, the peel separates super easily and you can still see the glisten on the shrimp meat, and when I ripped it open I can still see the individual fibres of shrimp meat. Absolutely cooked to perfection. But my favorite was definitely the pork belly skewers. It was so juicy and tender, you can tell a lot of care was put into making this. The flavour was a mixture of sweet and savoury, more towards the sweet end. I was skeptical at first when I approached the counter deciding what I wanted to order, because generally when you see food chilling on a steam table, it just associates with dry and dead. But their skewers are next level. And I'm glad the platter came with 2 of these gigantic skewers. One of the skewers I saved for the end of my meal, and even to the last bite when it is now cold, was still super moist and tender. They have a huge menu with lunch specials as cheap as $12 a plate. Whatever you order though, I recommend adding one of the pork belly skewers to your order. 10/10 would recommend. I'm definitely coming back more often and bringing friends.

Been to Kiko’s a couple times and never left disappointed, always satisfied :) the staff that work here are all lovely and give such friendly and amazing service! Every dish i’ve tried here has been delicious and reminds me of the home cooked foods my family would make. Dont forget to try their amazing halo halo dessert! Its so refreshing and loaded with all the yummy toppings. I’ll always happily come back to Kiko’s!

Reasonable prices for great quality Filipino food. Love the meat packed lumpia (unlike other places theyre mostly wrappers). Tasty barbeque and pork isaw. Nice staff! Will come back with friends! Please don’t increase your prices unlike your rip off neighbours. Kidding :) God bless this business.

We ordered the All in Silog for the 3 of us and it was pretty decent. The flavor of the meats were really good but some of it was really tough to chew through. We also got a small piece of egg shell in one of the eggs. It nice that the meal also comes with soup. The plaza is super busy so finding parking isn't the easiest.

Came here for the first time tonight, my fiance and I have been meaning to take the drive over but have not had the chance to. We were in the area and luckily we remembered this place and so we came to try it. Sadly we were extremely disappointed.. the chicken inasal was dry and burnt you can tell the chicken is old and re-cooked by the texture. The rice also had tiny bits that were hard that hurt my teeth. Now that we have gone home and the food has settled, my fiance and I do not feel well with terrible stomach aches. I m not sure if it was because we came an hour before closing but there was still many people eating inside the restaurant. Sadly we probably will not come back

Great customer service with reasonable pricing and serving size. Unfortunately the food was mediocre at best. We ordered chicken inasal, dinuguan, and pork and chicken BBQs. If I had blinded tested the Inasal, I would not have been able to tell that it was what I was eating. The dinuguan was barely okay. The free broth which is customarily served hot was tepid. Overall the depth of flavours just weren t there. I was also disappointed though not overly surprised that many of their grilled meat items have already been pre-grilled (a practice done by other Filipino eateries I ve tried within GTA), and are only reheated when an order is placed. This is probably done to save on time and operational costs but a MAJOR downside of this is the impact it has on the quality of the food - the food is no longer fresh and it truly shows; the meat is dry and the flavours are considerably muted. I was really looking forward to checking this place out because of the content I saw on social media, however was really disappointed with the quality of the food. Lastly, and this is not just with Kiko s but the whole plaza including the neighbouring establishments, it s probably worth mentioning cleanliness. The limited outdoor space between the store entrances and the parking space is littered with so many small pieces of trash. To put it bluntly, it makes the plaza look run-down and dingy. I m not sure whose responsibility it is to keep this area tidy (either the individual owners or the city, or both?) but having a clean business store front goes a long way, and demonstrates pride of ownership.

Food was decent. Had to wait 30 minutes for to get to the table. Most disappointing thing was the cashier did not point out the 10% service fee. She did tell me about the 50 cent charge for using my credit card and pointed out the tipping choices. I tapped 10% and that included the service fee in the total. Service did not deserve a 21% tip.

Food are good, ambiance is good and we enjoyed it. It was four of us when we went there, but surprisingly service charge are automatic when we ask for the bill without telling me and the server didnt give me a copy of my bill so I wasnt aware of that, so basically I was charge for the tips double. They should not put service charge if its not more than 6 pax or atleast mentioned to the guest so theyre aware of it.

Must try: chicken inasal, pork liempo (yummy!), dinakdakan- my husband likes it. Only thing I can think of for improvement is that they dont have chicken oil (i miss mang inasal chicken oil hehe).

You come here for the chicken inasal. Probably the closest thing to inasal from home in Toronto (though not quite Bacolod level yet). The service when I went though? Next level. Extra soup even before I asked. They saw me snap a photo of my food, they ask if we wanted a group photo together unprompted. On the way out I needed a lid, the lady behind the counter saw me approach and had one ready before I got there. Granted it wasn t a crazy busy evening but nothing like old school customer service or in this case, Filipino hospitality.

I was excited to try out their chicken inasal as they were highly recommended. Unfortunately, My friend and I were disappointed. We came around lunch time. Service was ok, it was nice that they gave free refill beef broth during our meal but the chicken didnt seem fresh. It was dry and it seemed they didnt really heat up so it was a bit cold when we ate it. I also took some for take out for my son and his brackets on his braces almost broke as their were broken bone fragments that youre unable to feel until it was bitten into.

Service was terrible - the lady working the remittance section took our order - dine in for 2 dishes x 2, 1 chicken inasal on the side, 2 cans of soft drinks, total came up to $52.00 (round up - taxes in) I am pretty sure the remittance lady screwed up with ringing up my order and overcharged me - 2 combo meals come to $13.50 (2 Dish combo meal with 2 sides)+ $13.50 (2 Dish combo meal with 2 sides)+ $9.00 (Chicken Inasal) + $3.00 (Nestea) + $3.00 (Gingerale) = $42.00/$47.46 I m not sure if they charge a service charge but there was an overcharge of up to $5.00, conveniently she didn t give me a receipt. My wife just told me to let it go and give the overcharge amount as a tip The one thing I cannot accept is that there was a lady lined up at the remittance section of the restaurant and our server decided to finish her order first before ours; to make matters worst another lady comes by and she decides to help her out my wife and I at this point are standing, and wondering, Are you going to finish our order? , if it wasn t for my wife, I would given them a piece of my mind and walked out Service: 0/5 Pinkakbet - it was ok and needed more shrimp paste for seasoning. Bland and a little oily. Menudo - it was bland and needed more seasoning. At least it had plenty of meat such as pork and liver. Kare Kare - I like that they give shrimp paste on the side and keep the vegetable separate from the meat until a customer orders - this dish was good for me. Beef Calderta - I liked this dish, spicy and well seasoned. Meat was tender and vegetables were properly cooked (potato and carrots) Chicken Inasal - very salty and meat was a little undercooked. Food: 2.5/5 Overall: Some dishes are not good and needs more seasoning; I recommend the beef calderta and kare kare . Chicken Inasal - if you like salty food, go for it but I would ask them to cook a little more to avoid salmonella poisoning. Service is really really really bad and to the remittance lady - you should not be serving the restaurant customers and kindly asking you to stick to your remittance booth - you need to work more on your customer service skills - maybe try finishing up your current customers before moving to another one. Definitely a first and last for me, there are better options in the Bathurst and Wilson area.

BEST FILIPINO FOOD IN TORONTO!! Number 1 for both taste and customer service. It really tastes like back home. We always get the Kamayan Platter. Amazing portions and value. Everything is grilled perfectly and seasoned well. Usually get the squid and milkfish. Love that it comes with mango and vegetables. The garlic rice really completes it. They make their halo halo just like they do back in the Philippines. Lots of toppings with even ube ice cream and leche flan. It s perfect! Actually all their desserts are so good they usually sell out by the time we order. The pancit is delicious and the sisig. There s nothing I wouldn t reorder on their menu. We never have any complaints or anything bad to say about this place and we have ordered from every other place you can get delivered. This place is incredible! My wife and I dropped in for the All Day silog breakfast and couldnt decide on which ones to choose. Sensing our inability to decide, someone came over and let us know that we could simply order their platter for $10.50 which came with rice and egg (obviously), tocino, longanisa, and one other meat. I chose the grilled bangus, which was delicious, and my wife got the bagnet. The bagnet though... Crispy skin, tender meat, a good but not overwhelming layer of fat, and like everything else we had, impressively flavourful. Well be coming back in a couple weeks with a group of friends to try out their kamayan. Hoping itll be just as good and the in-house pandesal will be available :)

We went here for brunch on a Saturday. The place was clean and we had their all-day breakfast. This place offers the Filipino silogs but one thing they have thats unique is their bagnetsilog and its rare to find a filipino resto offering the said bagnet. Their portions are adequate and its a little bit cheaper compared to others.

The tapa in their tapsilog is very salty (even with vinegar in it) and I hardly enjoyed it. Other than that, the service, kamayan and all day breakfast platter is fab!!

Great Filipino food, passionate and producing quality. I like how they are not just catering to the Filipino crowd, theyre actually trying to welcome everyone to experience Filipino food. They have fresh and real calamansi! You dont get that anywhere.
