Ordered online and they didn’t have the drink we ordered so they told us to pick 2 other drinks instead and then charged us for those 2 other drinks… Also didn’t apply the online discount so it ended up being more expensive than expected. The fries were quite bad and stale. They did not taste good. The sandwich was juicy and pretty flavorful but it was very greasy and heavy
We visited this place last night for the first time and asked the staff for recommendations on the best chicken burgers. The guy suggested two popular options, so we ordered both. Unfortunately, both crispy chicken burgers were overly oily—so much so that we could barely eat more than a few bites. We ended up leaving most of it on the table, as you can see in the pictures. Disappointing experience; we expected much better.

Small place but enough parking in the back for pick up or dine in. The decor was inviting and clean, comfortable and inviting. We got the box combo 3 which includes any two of their regular menu burgers. We got two Signature Orleans burger, very tasty! The hot fries were also decent. Very great value! However, there was a bit of wait for the food. One of the chairs were sticky…hm. Also, their most recent health inspection was only a conditional pass…
Absolutely the best chicken sandwich and fried chicken in town. Popeyes or KFC are not even comparable to it. All chicken are freshly fried on the spot, great seasoning and fresh vegeies. Would reconmend to anyone to at least give it a try. You will love this place guaranteed.

Got the box 3 combo with 2 burgers and fries. I got the classic hot and my partner had the Kara-Grill. Both were delicious but we both preferred the fried versions. It was perfectly crispy and hot and the flavours for both burgers were on point. I do wish the fries were a bit larger in portion but that’s because they were so good. I could have eaten lots of them.
I've tried their signature and crispy chicken burger. It's basically a bun and a small chicken leg. I wasn't expecting that from their signature burger, a lot of sauce with a thin chicken leg. The taste was fine but salty. Same with the crispy one. The burgers cost comes to $20 total. Is it worth it? Probably not. Very basic sandwich but healthier than McDonald's of course.

Great addition to the neighborhood the food smells great it is unique and flavorful. They have amazing variety of dipping sauces it can please anyone. The chicken burgers are huge and delicious you cant go wrong! I recommend ordering directly from them for a wider range of menu options instead of a delivery app.

Was served raw pink chicken, not much else to say, I did get a refund after some back and forth, so cant fault them on that. This location is pretty dirty on the inside and out. I will let you make your own conclusions about visiting.

i got the spicy chicken sandwich, but it was not spicy at ALL. the sandwich literally used regular white mayo. Regardless, the chicken itself was juicy and well seasoned, however they put way too much mayo on their sandwiches. If they added pickles onto the sandwich and used a spicy mayo instead of regular mayo, i would ve given them 5 stars, so i think 4 stars is fair for now. (I do believe their google reviews inflated due to them incentivizing five star reviews with the free drink.)

Old K Chicken Burger has become my go-to late-night spot! Their Krispy Karaage Chicken is simply amazing perfectly crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Don t forget to try their in-house sauces, especially the smoky sesame it takes the experience to a whole new level!

I don t usually leave reviews but I was so displeased with the food that I feel obligated to do this. Sickening, literally. It made me ill immediately after taking one bite. The chicken was uncooked and smelt disgusting. Not to mention the mice we seen outside in the back of the restaurant. Yuck

The place gives you a free soft drink if you give them a 5-star rating on here, so watch out for the reviews as they can be deceiving. Ordered a combo 1 and a Orlean chicken sandwich. Fries tasted like it was frozen fries you buy from walmart with some seasoning, both chicken sandwiches were so greasy, the piece they used for the patty had so much uncut fat, and to make it even worse the chicken was not even cooked enough. Right after eating I started feeling nauseous and the day after, I woke up to pain coming from my stomach, hopefully I did not get salmonella. Food is horrible, we had to go get mcdonald s after since we couldn t finish the uncooked sandwiches, service is careless, we were given 2 napkins for 2 people and when I asked for more the guy was hesitant, he gave us a few napkins as if like napkins cost millions of dollars. We went for dine in where the tables and the whole place was dirty and messy. I use to go there but now they have just let go of everything, will not be coming back to ever again!!

When I came, there was an event where they were selling chicken burgers for $6. The chicken was juicy and seemed to be made with fresh ingredients. There is also a place to eat inside, so you can sit down and eat.
