Ive been eating at the Dufferin/Steeles Fresh Burger for years. On my two most recent visits, both the food and service were exceptional. I was served by Mitesh and Ashish. They were incredibly friendly and very affable. Its such a pleasure to receive the wonderful service I did from both of them - something thats not too common these days. They prepared my food with great care, and to perfection. Im not sure if they did something different, but the food was the best Ive had at Fresh Burger. I have to mention that the restaurant is kept very clean and tidy. The tables are wiped frequently, the floor is swept often, and washroom is the way one would expect it to be. Thanks to Ashish and Mitesh, and their wonderful attention to detail when preparing food, I will be coming here more frequently. Honourable mention goes to Muskaan also. They all deserve pay raises! Thank you Ashish and Mitesh for the great food and awesome service!

Goated restaurant, workers nice, food great can t get any better than this

Got Uber eats here awhile back and decided to come for a meal before work. The woman working greets everyone very kindly and they have really good veggie burgers. Portions are huge and fries are fresh and tasty.

Ubereats said delivery within 15 mins and then it immediately gets delayed for half an hour as soon as I place my order.

This place sent me burgers with raw meat twice within a month! Will never ordering from there again.

I am here frequently thanks to the bike rack in the front enabling me to pick up some of the better Poutine in the city. Cheeseburger poutine is a great way to experience what they have to offer.

If you re looking for a good quality dinner that will leave you nothing short of full. Come here. You will NOT be disappointed with their food and great staff !

Burgers are always made fresh and are delicious.

This was our favourite place we re going there at least twice a month since they were open but now the burger seems to be smaller and we paid almost $80 for 4 burgers and you got a bunch of Indians working in there ,not good guys when you open up, you were begging us for a good review .not good guys

Burger size seems smaller than it used to be....

It was my 1st time trying Fresh Burger. The place was clean and staff were friendly. But...I got 2 prime burger combos with poutine....$45! The burgers were dry, very skimpy on the sauce and toppings. Not much gravy on the poutine. If everything was fabulous, I wouldnt have minded spending $45-but, unfortunately, I WONT be going back

I m been at this place couple times, and twice I feel the service was poor, a time before last time I order a combo meal, unfortunately the burger was still raw in the middle therefore I approached the server at the front counter and showed him the burger, he was very apologetic and I was given another burger well cooked, unfortunately last week I went back and order again a combo meal and I requested to have the burger well cook and I also asked for fresh and crispy French fries and again it was a very unpleasant experience this time I had a burned burger that looked like charcoal I was not able to have a bite and the French fries were burned as well, I told the people there that I was not happy with my order. Long story short I was offered another burger with the fries, unfortunately I got another burned burger and fries. The service is very poor for clients dining in, they are too busy preparing orders for pick up. I will no go back there again and I will not refer this place to no one.

Its like a fast food place but not that fast. However, you will thank me when you eat here. For about the same as a Mickey Dee Burger.. you will get great tasting Burger and incredible tasting fries. Reminds of 5 guys but actually a bit better. Come and eat here... you will thank me.

My go to spot for burgers. One of my favorite burger spots as its not so junkie like most fast food and makes for a perfect alternative. The meat and condiments are noticeably fresh lending a hand to the aptly titled franchise: FRESH burger. Fresh indeed. Great tasting. Of course its not complete without great tasting fries. The fresh fries taste perfectly amazing much like the burgers they sell. Its a perfect combo hit! French fries are really important to me and it doesnt disappoint. Unique. One of my favorite fries and burger joint. Nice ambience inside.

Fresh burger has certainly earned its place as one of my favourite burger chains. I remember when it was just one location in Richmond Hill and now its all over the city. I can say this burger is as consistent as it was in the original branch as it is here. Not overly salty, I know sometimes it is, sauce is tasty and not smothering the burger, and just the patty is that almost perfect consistency. Solid burger. The location is a bit unclean, the soda machine was kind of gross.

I work down the street from this Fresh Burger, and I must say its an absolute gem of a place. Between the food being so fresh (beef is brought in fresh every single day, and potatoes are cut and peeled fresh in house) and the employees having such positive and friendly attitudes. I dont think I will go to another burger place in the neighborhood. Thank you for the great food. We will see you soon!

I ve been another fresh burger locations, they are all great. Standout for this location is the wonderful owner/staff. Greeting everyone with positive energy, loving their jobs and making sure their customers are happy. That is what is missing in the rest of the world. Ps) while writing this, I had just walked out of Montanas restaurant (close by) for horrible service, and landed here. Keep up the great service Fresh burger staff.

Burger was 7/10, got the 6oz premium with Cali fries. Burger had a juicy taste to it, while the fries were topped with their signature sauce, caramelized onions and cheese. Fries were a bit too saucy and sauce had a strong mayo-base. Altogether came to about 25 after tax.

I called them and nobody solved anything, I went to the store and the manager blamed me and, anyway, stole my money. Dont recommend this place. They are thieves, and they love to take advantage of people.

I love this place. Fresh and delicious. My wife and I always get the Primeburger and Freshburger with Fresh Cut Fries and just this time we went for Valentines Day 2023 lunch was one of the best we had here. It is essential to have it right off the grill and into your mouth (not burning your tongue/mouth of course) which I now know. We get take out sometimes when we are on the run and it isnt the same as it gets cold and loses that... you guessed it, FRESHNESS! Please go there and eat at one of the tables and you will not be disappointed (only if you are a disgruntled person that is never happy and standards are waaaay too high so you are never satisfied). An associate wipes down and pushes each chair in to ensure cleanliness. They also speak and understand Tagalog which is nice to see as part of the Filipino community. We will be always going there and giving them our business.

I was curious about this burger place at Dufferin and Steeles west in North York. The story here is about the burger. The fries are nothing special at all although were freshly made. The burgers are very juicy and flavourful. Disappointed that onions were only available as a premium topping as the price for a burger was high enough I felt. Next time will come for the burger only and skip the fries and drink. The burger flavour was really good and extremely fresh and juicy. There is no table service as everyone goes to a counter for their food. No music system or anything for atmosphere unless it was turned off.

Overpriced for something you can make better at home.

The service was quick and friendly. The interior of the restaurant is decorated well and clean/well maintained. I ordered the with fresh burger with fries and a soft drink. I thought the burger was pretty average. It did not have enough spice/flavor for my taste. I also find that other places such as Hero Burger have more options available for toppings compared to Fresh Burger. The fries were quite good. I would probably visit again if I am in the area and looking for a quick bite to eat.

Have dined at several Fresh Burger locations including this one and unfortunately this time the burger was raw in the middle. The employee rudely informed me that I should have asked for well done. This is not at all consistent with previous experiences, having always enjoyed properly cooked burgers. In reality seems like she was rushing to get the orders done. The burgers were replaced correctly, but still a disappointing experience and now have upset stomach as a bonus. Update: I responded to management with more information and never heard from them again. Management is not genuinely concerned with making things right.

I found mold in my burger bun a couple months ago after almost eating half way through the burger. I instantly vomited. I was so disgusted and turned off I havent been able to eat another burger anywhere since. When I returned to the store to let them know, they refunded me and offered a replacement but gave me a hard time first, even when I brought all the food back. I definitely will not be returning. So much for the fresh in fresh burger.

There was a mishap on our uber order but they recovered the situation quickly when m husband called the location. They went beyond my expectation. Will definitely go back to order food here. Not only they have good quality food they also have good customer service.

We have eaten here (in store) or picked up takeout 4 times now. The first two were great, the most recent two (in the past month) not. Most recently our burgers were really greasy and undercooked, still pink in the middle. Also, the fries were overdone and tasted like old oil that needs to be changed. The cook was following the beeping timer on the grill, maybe it just wasn t hot enough or needs to be extended. Unfortunate because the previous experience was also not satisfactory, we may have to look elsewhere when the next burger craving hits.

Great in and out kind of burger place. Fries are delicious and made fresh. They use real cheese curds and the gravy is nice for the poutine but the fresh fries are a nice standout for me. Staff has always been kind and quick with their service. The ingredients also taste fresh as per the name of the place. I recommend the Prime Burger. From my experience the thicker patty tastes much more tender than the regular burger you can get. The regular burger is much thinner so I have found it gets cooked a degree further and instead of being medium-well it tastes more well done. I have been to other Fresh Burger locations in the city and this is the best location based on my experiences. I recommend to anyone who is looking to scratch a Burger and Fries itch. The interior has always looked well-maintained and tidy. Easy recommendation for anyone looking for a quick bite in this area.

drink isnt really cold and give me a small foam cup (as if i was gona steal 7up in large ammount )for ice had to refill every sip i wanted to take in the tiny cup with ice so i can drink cold ..

Fresh Burger has the best burgers in Southern Ontario. The quality of the beef, condiments and fries are great and well priced. You get a lot more of a portion compared to other restaurants. $22 after tax for a 12oz burger + fries + drink is pretty good for something that is made to order. Employees at this particular location are friendly and professional.
