Salad bowl was not fresh, very old, saggy and brown salad, hardly any chicken, paid so much for a meal that should have been fresh but it was not!

I WENT FRESHI FIRST TIME YESTERDAY NIGHT,AND TRIED TERIYAKI TWIST AND FOUND VERY GOOD .STAFF WAS VERY KIND.

Ordered a chicken tikka bowl. Paid for chicken but didnt get any chicken on the bowl. Staff is too lazy and does not read the order carefully while preparing it.

Asked for no onions (allergy), received onions. Asked for sauce on side, bowl was covered in sauce. Chicken was raw. Waste of $20.00 Food : 1/5 |

They actually give you very less greens and vegies compared to other locations. She just put 3 broccoli and very little black bean ..Really are you kidding me? And change the full amount!! Please look at your bowl before taking it out !!

I ordered the Buddha Satay Bowl from Uber eats. I ve had it at another location before and it was pretty good but this one was small quantity, mostly rice noodles, very little toppings and sauce.

I come here every week and get the Oaxaca bowl with chicken. Im not sure what is going on, but they dont grill the chicken anymore. It looks like its steamed (with fake grill marks) and has the texture of rubber. The sauce is different, too. Ill give it one more chance but if this is permanent, they lost a regular customer.

Worst management ever seen.

I ordered a simple smoothie and a soup. I had waiting over 30 minutes to grt my food as i watched people come after me get their food before me. Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. After I had went up and told them I still have not recieved my food(20 minutes later) and they said they have not even stsrted making my food yet. This location is very un organized with the staff and the food. The staff were very slow and didnt seem like they cared about their customers.

Slow and very unorganized. Works on the easier meals to prepare rather than who was there first. Also not worth the $20 I spent for a tiny tiny meal.

Ordered a salad From freshii for lunch and I m sad to say it was far from fresh. Lettuce was dirty as if it wasn t washed but also way past freshness and expired. It had hunks of slimey old wilted lettuce. Photos for reference

I want to share my perfect experience from this Branch. I had an issue with my chichen last time that I came, I gave them a feesback and the Manager, Mary, had the best CRM and they followed up with me and compensated for me as a free meal. This is how the professional CRM works and make customers loyal.

Super disappointed by the quality of salads from this location. I ve been ordering the Asian sesame crunch salad for a while now from different locations and loved it, but the one from this location tastes bitter, completely off from what it normally tastes like. Will not be going back.

Very unprofessional people, I have ordered food from them many times but my food wasnt delivered. I asked them for the help and they didnt pick up my phone.

Ordered a tex mex bowl and green smoothie The bowl was a soggy sore mess of a puke bowl bland, mushy and just beyond depressing. Not sure if its even soggier than what would ve come out of my other end once the digestion is over. The smoothie was bland, flavorless, boring. Freshii used to be so different years ago when it was still up and coming and I haven t had it in years. They clearly don t care to do well anymore.

On the door it says the didn t close till 8pm .in the website it says 7:30 I was here at 6:50 and the workers starred at us trying to get in. They closed early. Not the first time this happened

Worst Freshii Half size bowls just like the rest of the comments mention should have checked first. I work across the street from you guys so you could have had 1-2 bowls per week from me but instead you decided to skimp on the toppings and opted to have a 1 time $24 from me instead of a long term client. Worst location in the GTA. Would give 0 stars if I could. I used to do deliveries and have been to every Freshii location in Toronto. This is the only location that gives me issues. Just wasted my 30 minute lunch break watching their staff work at a snails pace. Ohhh and they completely messed up my order too, thats great, thanks guys! The lady proceeds to remake my order without even asking what I ordered, and proceeds to make the wrong burrito.... again. Complete incompetence with no care for the customer at all. Take a look at their reviews, im not the only one whos had issues. I RARELY write reviews, the fact I just wrote this paragraph speaks volumes about this location and their staff. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

They move at a glacier pace here, so slow and they ll complete UberEats orders before in store orders

Update: Havent been here in a few years. 4 years ago I left the review below with 3 stars. Well I went back and its far worse. They still dont tell you if there is a missing ingredient, even if its a main ingredient, like the bacon in the Cobb salad. Employees look upset and tired so they are unhelpful, probably from being understaffed and having to deal with a disappointed clientele. I do like Freshii but this location should be put out to pasture. ------------- Decent food when made right. Ive been there a few times where my order is supposed to come with an ingredient which they are out of and they simply dont say anything. Its just prepared and given to you without that ingredient. Very odd. I expect my order to have everything that it says on their menu.

They d rather throw out the bowl and remake my order than add the ingredients I had originally asked for, what a waste.

This is absolutely the worst location I visited for freshii VERY DISAPPOINTED. The food was messy the way they packed it! I love this place alot and visited few other location.. Service wasnt good as they rushed to make the food and made my order wrong most importantly despite waiting 10-15min for my order.

Disgusting service. They never ever make a delivery right. You have to write instructions with caps and they still get it wrong. Either hot sauce for no reason or add onions when asked not to. save your money order somewhere else.

I love freshii but paying $14 for a half sized bowl compared to other places is beyond frustrating. This is the only location I ve been to that seems to give you half of what you would regularly get at any other location.

Freshiis is good in general, but this location, with King working there, is exceptional. He clearly cares about the meals he prepares, and the result is demonstrably superior quality and presentation. Other visits Ive made to this particular restaurant have also been excellent. I only wish that the Freshiis on Wilson was half as good. This is a great place with friendly staff that services high quality food.

Worst freshii location ever. They give you very little portions and take a long time to get it ready. Every other location actually gives u the right portions

Sorry I would even give a one star We ordered a salad twice 1st time the lettuce was all brown BAD We thought we would give them another try but let them know the lettuce was brown and we asked it to be fresh they were rude and again the lettuce was bad. I also asked for extra dressing. I asked the lady twice, is there dressing she said yes. Of course no dressing. We paid for extra dressing. We give up

I wont recommend this for people on keto diet. Yesterday I got the green smoothie and menu doesnt show it has frozen yogurt. The portion of yogurt contains 34g sugar!! It would be nice to show it on the menu so I could ask for no yogurt..

went to get food ans they told me they dont accept cash. i was like huh? the person on cash was like yes our new policy says its recommended you use debit im like so how does that mean no cash they lost loyal customer i guess cash is no good anymore.

Ordered for the first time through UberEats and, my God, what a disappointment..... the soup tasted instant; 500 ml of spicy warm water with a bunch of cilantro. The salad bowl I got was just plain sad.. two thirds of it was raw rice noodle with only a third of vegetables. Definitely not worth the price. First and last time getting food from Freshii.

The kitchen staff does not double check for toppings to ensure that you get the right order so I would recommend you to check your food. Ordered a $13 pangoa bowl with steak, the brown rice is mushy and the kitchen server gave me my bowl without the steak. Good thing I doubled checked and went back to ask for my steak topping. New update: Their portion size is smaller than other locations.

Ordered first and got my bowls the last! There are 4 ppl ordered behind me and they even ordered the same stuff as me. They got it all before me! The combo drink is very limited to coke and canada dry

Ordering through the Freshii app at this location is very disorganized. App says the food is ready, but it actually isnt. Pickup times also arent accurate. When I arrived, had to wait several minutes to get the expediters attention. She had completed my order while I was standing there waiting, but left my order sitting on the table without calling my name for several minutes as well. I had to look at the bags myself. This has happened on more than one occasion. This time around, the salad prepared was unusually small, had browning avocado, and rotten (slimy) lettuce. I had to return the salad. Manager was apologetic but unfortunately this loses my confidence for the fresh in Freshii

You can count on this place giving smaller portions than other freshii locations, always need to ask for extra sauce as they tend the skimp on sauce making the bowls very dry. Will not continue ordering from this location unless things improve

Just ordered a romaine salad with my selected toppings, once the salad was made i said i ordered a romaine salad and i see no salad, the guy turns around and drops less then a handful of lettuce. I asked for the dressing to be tossed and on the side and the guy tosses with no dressing and throws it in the bag. I didnt know it was that hard to read and order and make it. Once i got in my car to eat it I realized that half the bowl is filled with quinoa even though i checked it off as a x1 topping. So i basically payed for something I didn t order. I tried calling to speak with a manager before I walked in and confronted there staff but if you mess up salad then me prooving my point in person would be useless and no one answered the phone, plus the inbox for the voicemail was full, could only imagine the number of complaints. Message to the manager, hire new staff and do your job. Stay away from this Freshii location as well as the Osmows(food poising) in that same plaza. Ended up throwing out the whole salad or i mean a quinoa bowl! $13 in the garbage, literally!!

Overpriced and just ok

They don t believe the customer, I have eaten her a few times over the last couple of weeks. I enjoy the food but was very disappointed when I had my order the Pangoa, which is supposed to have avocado. I ate about a third of it and realized I did not receive the avocado. I told the guy making it, and he said it always comes with it. Well this time they forgot! He did not believe me, looked at me like I was lying. He didn t give me any. The customer service is very poor!!

Very bad experience on this location, a female on desk name Lisa, told 20 to 30 minutes for 14 order and took 90 mins , six of my order messedup and made again i asked for delay, she complaining about lack of staff, hard to cut Avogadro and busy......but no sorry or apologize. My suggestion avoid this location.

Never knew a place primarily focussed on putting together salads would always be out of ingredients. Originally didnt believe all the bad reviews but after my experience, I would give 0 stars if it were possible. Worst Freshii Ive ever been to, my advice, get management that actually cares about what is available to the customers.

Wholesome fresh meals. I had to fire my daughter to choose one of the many menu choices recently. She reluctantly agreed. Now she is hooked! Keep up the good service and meals.

Freshii is prime. Food on the go that is great and nutritious. I first discovered the brand last year and let me tell you something I lost weight just kidding ( I hoped to lose weight but I can safely say that I am eating my greens). This location was really good the staff were great, friendly, and patient. Place looked clean. The only comment from me is damn it ain t cheap for a salad and immune shots were . Guy on guy was not present at all and was not listening resulting in him having to ask my girls friend and I to repeat ourselves several times.... no corn please his response okay......... no what sorry etc.. the wrap still had corn in it but the lady tried to pick it out before she wrapped it... while the guy was talking to his friend on the phone like a gangster.. definitely not appropriate speech for a restaurant.. also texting with gloves on and then touching food etc.. gross. No smiles to thank you no have a nice day. Worst experience at a freshii.. I will be going to a different location from here on. 0 stars

Always good and clean

The attention is very bad, the food is cold and they take time to serve you, the food does not have much flavor, the man who attends is hateful.

Found a long white hair in my bowl. Told the girl at the counter and she said well we wear hairnets! Another girl said is it white? Like she knew who it was. Then the girl said let me make you a new one. No one said sorry or offered any thing else. Why would I want another bowl from the same food? Took the new bowl home for my spouse and guess what? Yes another small foreign object.

Great lunch friendly staff. Place is packed so good luck getting a table. Love the food here. Its always fresh and tasty. They also have a new promo on coffee for a dollar which is a great value and good coffee. I typically come for the wraps and salad bowls.

I m not sure what s wrong with this location but it seems every time I go my food is wrong it doesn t taste right and the service comes with a side of attitude (afternoon staff) The other day, I got bamboo bowl, asked to replace the rice with kale and spinach and steam with extra green curry sauce. Get home there is NO sauce and kale was blackish not fresh.... Today I order spicy lemon grass soup no noodles extra kale, my soup is brown and is bland! No spice and currently no lemon grass. Call the store and was told they are closed and they throw all the food out at night but maybe the broth was on for too long?!? So rather then tell me it s not available you serve me watered down brown water. Garbage! Every other Freshii I ve been to is fine. This one is garbage! Go out of your way to go to another location. Honestly grocery store ramen would have been better.

I have come here a few times, and every single time they have made a mistake on my order, the last time they drenched my salad with Siracha hot sauce when I went back to return it, the young lady that prepared the salad gave me such attitude. Another time I asked for no bacon because I dont eat meat and once I got back to my office, my salad had a bunch of bacon bits, wasnt pleased. Also there is never a manager there or someone to talk to about the issues, too bad because I enjoy the salads but not the service and the constant screw ups

Fresh food!

I ve been to many of their locations and I would say this one is one of my least favorite unfortunately it is closest to my work so I still go from time to time however I find that the wraps are always unbalanced with chunks of different ingredients stuck in one spot never mixed properly. Some of the staff are awesome some of them are very unfriendly so it depends on who you get. There food quality seems lower than other locations I ve been to.

Nice location, usually not too busy and friendly staff. Same great quality food you recieve at every Freshii. However I ordered the Buddha Satay and felt like the portion was less than normal. When I brought that to the attention of a staff member, she constantly reiterated that she followed the exact serving size that is intended to be in the bowl. She added more broccoli which was nice of her but Istill feel like I didnt get my full moneys worth. UPDATE: they close the store earlier than their posted hours and the staff don t care. Very rude. Arrived 30 minutes before closing and the store was fully closed up.

Love love freshii. I tried their famous bowl with avocado, corn, black beans, brown rice and so many more ingredients I forgot haha. Also, their smoothies (pineapple) with Greek yogurt was crazy good. Such rich and yummy food.

Love this spot. Our 5 year old asks for freshii instead of mcdonalds, even though hes only had mcdonalds once. The Buddha Satay bowl is bomb and so is the Mediterranean bowl. Havent had their wraps but heard good things about it. Our son always talks about the falafel balls with his brown rice, edamame, carrots and broccoli. Ohhh the smoothies are awesome!!!

I go to this location few times a month, last time was during lunch and they didnt have brown rice!!!! Really?! I was so upset, I cancel my order and left hungry. They said they having probkem with the rice cooker. Today, after few weeks I give it a try again, its 10:15 its not at a early opening or lunch rush, and yet again no brown rice because its still cooking and Im waiting extra 10min, hoping it will be only 10 more mins. Very disappointed with the location service, food taste so good and fresh sometimes the portions come a bit smaller, but as long as they got all the ingredients Im ok with that.

I order from freshii regularly. I have only ordered through Uber eats twice. I preemptively gave a 5 star review on the app before I even looked at my order. My gosh was the portion small. I normally order a fiesta salad and am satisfied, sometimes I struggle to finish the bowl in one sitting. My order today was so small I was left feeling hungry and unsatisfied. Now dont get me wrong, it tasted great. The quality was there, but the portion was one that I have never seen. Almost half the bowl was just empty space. I want to give these guys a five-star review but like most people we tend to gravitate towards reviews when something goes wrong. I hope in the future you guys can manage portions so they are always the same. Paying $20 through Uber for a tiny salad really isnt worth it to me. I could have destroyed my body and ate for $10 through Uber at McDonalds and felt disastrously full. Please look into this, because I really enjoy your food. Thanks.

The staff are EXTREMELY SLOW making the orders. Ive come several times to this location as it is the closest to my work and once even waited 15 min for my order to be prepared. Most of the girls are standing taking to themselves.. While one girl does all the orders. The food is not bad but the staff needs to start working more as a team to get customer satisfaction

Frankly a little disappointed. Ive always thought place like this would serve healthy food. My order of Buddha something had way too much mushy rice noodles and peanut butter in it. Not enough vegetables or flavor other than the PB.

I love the food at Freshii -- delicious and reasonably healthy. That being said, the reason for the three stars is the seating situation. There are seats for 20, and during lunch thats not sufficient. There are always people hovering around and jostling for seats. Also moreso than other restaurants in this area, Freshii attracts patrons who want to linger and chat for an hour over their lunch. This really isnt a great situation when youve also got limited seating and a large number of people coming through who just want to sit down, eat, and go.
