Tofu not cook

i have gone to this location 3 times now and everytime my order is either messed up or the AMOUNT of dressing they put is crazy.

Very delicious, its a shame they close very early.

The portions are significantly smaller than other locations Ive been to. Id recommend just going to another location to get food.

Unfortunately the last 2 times we ordered there the ingredients are disappointing. The greens, the proteins, etc. At $86 for 3 people I expect way more. Or at least the old Freshii quality.

Why do you represent yourself as a healthy fast food restaurant, yet you have so much transfat in your handhelds? Yikes? I have eaten here so many times. As everyone knows, transfat is very bad for you.

This store should close down! Dishonest!!!! I paid 10bucks for a smoothie and she said she gave me a large while the cup was small. Not worth fighting, just walked away. I use to go to other locations all the time for the smoothies and I know it was not right!

It is mentioned that they are open till 9 pm. Got there at 7:58 and entered the store. They mentioned they are closed. Why does it say open till 9 pm when they are closed. I wasted my time coming here

Brown broccoli clearly not fresh and the smoothie doesn t taste anything like a fresh smoothie, watered down.

Found a couple hairs in my food, that s all I should have to say. But the chicken was not cooked good and the bowl was 80% rice, even though I ordered other stuff on the bowl

Literally never send cutlery when we ask for it. Smoothies inconsistent texture, often out of ingredients or grainy. We order from here often using Uber eats for the office and I think we re finally just over the inconsistencies and lack of attention to their service. I don t appreciate the sticker over the drink area of the smoothies, without a straw I don t want to put my mouth over leftover sticky residue.

Unfortunately I had been let down twice by this Freshii. The staff on the front line are nothing but nice, but Im not sure who makes the food and/or prepares it. Last week I ordered the Oaxaca bowl with a spinach base instead of rice, and the order was FAR too wet to allow for a spinach base. The more egregious experience which was today, I had ordered the spicy lemongrass soup, and it was FAR too salty. It was as if whoever made it accidentally poured an entire shaker of salt into it. Overall, I cannot say I have been happy with the good quality at this location.

Tasty food, nutrious and quick as well.

Friendly staff, excellent salads and bowls. They make great smoothies too. The butternut squash soup is highly recommended.

2 pm on a Tuesday this location didn t have change for 100$ on a 50$ bill.

I really like this chain of stores and this location met my expectations. This store has plenty of competition with many other similar fast food style restaurants to choose from but seems to be doing ok. We came close to closing and still were able to get a great burrito and bowl of our favourite flavours. There s a little bit of seating available - perhaps enough for 12 or so.

I ordered the turkey salad and couldn t even eat it as it was the worst salad i ever had

The posted store hours here are very confusing. On the front door there are 2 signs. One says this location closes at 8 pm. The other sign (right beside it) says it closes at 6 pm. I tried to go there yesterday (Sunday), and apparently it closed at 6 pm. Please remove one of the signs?

Me and my colleague wanted to have some fresh summer drink so we ordered Mango smoothie. Firstly both of us did not taste mango in the smoothie at all. Secondly it had some really weird taste to it. It was a waste of money for tall glass of Mango smoothie.

I ordered two different types of salads and they gave me some strange version of salad that doesn t even remotely resemble what the salads I ordered are. Just threw random ingredients into two bowls. I used to go here all the time. Maybe the management has changed or something weird is happening. You can t charge people this much for salad and expect them to come back if you can t even serve what they requested.

This location seems to be very understaffed. And the two staff that were working were very very slow. They seemed to be in no rush at all to get the orders done. It took very long to get our food, and this is supposed to be a fast food restaurant. It was very frustrating to watch the staff wall around leisurely while we were waiting for our food.

The not so Freshii. It ll be the last time coming here. It s the second time getting Broccoli that had gone bad. First with bad broccoli, fine. But the second time and also having cucumber that was gross. No thanks, I ll pass on this place considering the option in the plaza and the plaza next door. Service was slow and the lady had attitude because she didn t have edamame and I ask what I can replace it with. This place isn t cheap, so to have bad veggies, lack of options when your speciality is veggies and your name is freshii. Also, it worth noting that she worked the till with her gloves and made some of the food with those same gloves.

Pretty sub-standard for a freshii

Dreadful service. Unable to answer a simple question over the phone regarding Keto options, specifically regarding a particular salad. Neither staff member had any idea what they were being asked.

The staff are friendly and fast. I substituted the base with quinoa, and I was charged an extra dollar. My location downtown doesnt charge.

I love Freshii but my first order from this location was not great at all. A rating of 3 was even generous on my behalf. I ordered the Oaxaca bowl with chicken and it was soggy. When I finished eating there was a bunch of water in the bowl. Then to add, I had order their frozen yogurt for the first time with mango topping and the mangoes were literally hard and not ripen. I did call to share my complaint and they were pleasant/understanding to rectify my disappointment. Update: Sept 30, 2020 Went back for my complimentary meal. They were so lost about talking to me and the offer they gave to me...Evidently listening skills are extremely poor there too. I asked for more beans in place of rice in my Oaxaca bowl instead the girl gave me a sh*t load of Kale and a tbsp of beans. I shouldn t have to be watching anyone like a hawk when serving my food. Not a great location. Training is needed on Communication skills.

Avocado is not fresh , I don t come there again

Wow. I placed an order for takeout, and received a pickup time of 10:54. When I got there, the lady preparing the food, not wearing a mask, said they had forgot to start the order and were going to make it right then.. and then she seemed to suddenly remember that masks are mandatory these days and put one on while saying.. oh, let me put my mask on after breathing all over the ingredients. Unacceptable.

Food is good. Drinks however have either been a hit or miss

Good freshii place with fresh ingredients

Usually Freshii is good but not this location! My family and I ordered food and all found problems with it. The falafels we had were stale and dry, another meal had an excessive amount of hot sauce on it and overall the meals were not prepared well. When we raised our concerns to the staff they shrugged their shoulders; avoid this location at all costs!

The food was okay, but I dont know if the store is open without lights. The cashier womans service is the worst, and I dont know what guts she has to sell.

Really really disappointing, the scarborough locations are the best! They give you a more portions and they get your order right! The person that did my order did not follow my instructions and I had everything that I did not want on the food. I will never go here again.

Very disappointed I want a kale Ceasor salad with feta cheese I picked what I wanted and they added chicken peas and quinoa with no option to take it off on uber eats I had to toss it out you came your a health place you should make options for everyone

Ordered on Uber Eats. Quality was pretty good. Took the star off since Marinated Tofu steak is $3.35 option - it s pretty much just soggy tofu, nothing steak about it. Do not recommend that as an option.

Staff at the 861 York Mills location (the one I frequent) have never once worn a mask properly when handling food or speaking to customers, at least everytime Ive been there. Sometimes their noses are uncovered, their masks are at their chins, or they dont even have a mask on them at all! It makes me feel very uneasy to see them touching their faces and talking over the food theyre preparing in such volatile times. Management needs to be made aware of this because its honestly unacceptable (and quite literally illegal). Only rated 2 stars instead of 1 because the food here is great. Sometimes soggy but usually no complaints.

I like Freshii as a company but not crazy about this location. The staff is not very friendly and often play loud music from their phones which is really bothersome. I even saw one of the staff walking around barefoot in the kitchen a few weeks ago. Not sure how the health department would feel about that.

Its to die for...

I went in today and placed an order... Waited for 20 mins and then asked how much longer for my order only to find that the order was not even placed !!!! I was late for a meeting so I asked for a refund... Even that they couldnt do through debit... I have to take cash after a few unsuccessful attempts... They were unapologetic and the guys doing the refund was wearing earfones and totally ignored my complaints because he was on the phone with someone while dealing with me.... will never go there again

The workers listen to music loud while customers are in the store and sing . Not very professional

The tofu tasted sour, the broccoli tasted gross, and the cucumber was bitter :/ And another time when I ordered on ritual they put a ton of black pepper in my order even though I didnt ask for it

The rice was over cooked to the point that it resembled mash potatoes. Basil box is way better.

No standards whatsoever. employees cleaning up and touching your food at the same time with the same gloves, dirty floors, bad music, dirty tables, etc. I have never seen a freshii like this before. Freshii should definitely take a look into this particular restaurant.. 0/5 stars

Disgusting service, they dont listen to your orders properly, very nasty manager (female) on the phone, very disrespectful employees that also dont care about their mistakes or orders. People like this will stay in these environments forever with the way they treat people. DO NOT GO THERE, I REPEAT DO NOT GO THERE, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR FOOD.

Not enough kale in the Oaxaca bowl. Slippery floors with no sign. Almost fell twice. Customer had to assist. Might be new Management. Please make sure to put wet floor signs..

This is really the worst food Ive ever ordered. I started with a Mediterranean bowl, added avocado and chicken. this is now a 14.50, before tax and delivery (ubereats), salad. They used warm quinoa for the base, making all the lettuce on top wilt (its literally up the street from my work and was in transit for less than 5 minutes). So now with the warm quinoa, and rotten-leaf texture of the greens they put a thumb sized piece of avocado and about five 1cm (and smaller) tiny cubes of chicken. If you cook one chicken breast, they used about 1/4th of it. Lets not mention no dressing. Youre tooting Mediterranean, at least some olive oil, a lemon wedge.. I also had a tex mex burrito for my coworker. Hes to busy to give me a run down as he eats at his desk while working, but he did mention nothing feels fresh and its the worst food hes gotten for lunch in 8 years working here... He got a smoothie and I got a juice, those were as expected. My recommendation - just go to Fat Bastards Burritos, at the McDonalds/St. Louis down the street. A Naked Chicken Bowl is under 10, an actual serving of chicken, flavour in the ingredients and lots to pick from. You can get a pretty impressive and delish salad that way.

Worse Freshii I have ever been to. My freshii green smoothie was horrible not to the standard Ive had at several other Freshii locations. Both me and my friends smoothies were made horribly, another customer I noticed sitting behind me was also having a smoothie and I asked her how her smoothie was and her reaction was the same. So the 3 of us went to ask to have our smoothies re made when all the workers gave us a dirty look and were debating us about what ingredients they put in it. Clearly all other freshii locations have it right. This location needs retraining and customer service training.

I love the Freshii food. I ordered Oaxaca bowl at this location it was so gud. Their service was excellent.

I usually order from uber eats at this location because I work nearby and always have steak as the protein. Im satisfied with the amount of steak that I receive on a regular basis because I usually add it in comments for extra. Today as usual I placed in the request and was really disappointed when I saw only 4 small diced pieces of stake. Dont know if it was deliberate but really annoying when you pay extra for something and you dont receive that.

Been to better locations

I add extra avocado on my salad which originally contains avocado. When I receive it, it shocked me. I got 4 small (tiny I can tell) pieces of avocado on my salad!!!!

The spicey tortilla soup was gigantic and delicious.

Falafel was cold and soggy, wonton chips were soggy. Almost killed my friend. Exceptionally terrible with allergies.

Excellent food, service & staff.

Freshii has a pretty good food selection for a vegetarian. The only down fall to this one location is they start to clean up way too early. The store doesnt CLOSE till 9pm and when we arrive at 820pm, theyre already cleaning and putting stuff away and wont make fresh juice drinks that are on the menu provided.

Absolutely terrible experience, nothing is fresh...they heat the food in a plastic bag! The meat was disgusting!!! The steak is actually grey cubes of old boiled meat...it s so bland almost without any taste..same thing with the chicken. Horrible!! Never again!!

The workers here are very good, and my food has been always good, but Im writing this review to mark the fact that there is no air conditioning at this location. When I went in today, the workers were moving quickly to serve people in an environment that I didnt want to stay in for 10 minutes. The heat was unbearable. The owner needs to install air conditioning for the safety of his workers, and for his customers.

I ordered on the new freshii app. It was easy enough to order and they got the food ready on time. BUT my salad with chicken tasted like garbage - the chicken was boiled?? and there was chicken water instead of sauce in my salad. Gross. The other two bowls did not have enough sauce and my friends complained about the gross chicken as well. We added our own salad dressing but it didnt help. I dont think Ill be back here, which is unfortunate because its so close! OH and the app charges $0.50 for Sriracha sauce? The sriracha is there, on the tables, so dont pay for it - just put it on yourself when you pick up your meal!

Enjoy it for lunch often

Cashier counting her till before 8pm and rolls her eyes and seemed disappointed that we came up to the counter to place our order and interrupted her count. Ordered rice noodles but said they are aren t serving rice noodles right now ... keep in mind that the store isn t closing for over 1 hr. And the lady also didn t offer a take out bag or anything. Overall very disappointing service. Will not be back.

Didnt send 1 of 2 bowls when I ordered through UberEats and will not pick up the phone when Ive called countless times to make sense of the problem. When I placed the order again they confirmed the new order and are preparing it so there is definitely someone in the shop but theyve not picked up the phone for the past 30 minutes. Theyve forgotten to add ingredients Ive paid extra for as well as ingredients that should come with the bowl multiple times in the past. In person its not the worst place, though the protein options are always disgusting. Just order something vegetarian and dont order it online.

Compared to other freshii locations, they serve you less food. The quantities are significantly smaller (ie. rice, lettuce, kale, garnishe etc)

Tasty and health food with quick service . Oaxaca bowl is legit

Try the tangy frozen yogurt! Choose up to 2 fresh (not defrosted or frozen so they taste luscious) fruit toppings at no extra charge. We love the mango and strawberry. Also yummy with cinnamon and strawberry. Have purchased a few of the themed wraps and rice dishes. All have been really good. We tried to eat in one time, but its a bit small for it, so I stick to takeout. The owner/manager (who I dont otherwise know) is a great guy, too.

The guys at the cash always greets with a smile, brightens my day during a crappy work day.

Great fast service. The food is healthy and reasonable for the quality. Theres always a line at lunch so see if you can call in your order before going. Parking is always a nightmare.

Ordered the Southwestern soup, use to be my fav. But they have changed it since I last had it. Received mine with no cheese or tomatoes. Use to come with chicken, now its an additional cost. And theyve added in beans, which is fine, but I miss the old soup. This time is was bland and missing ingredients, would not order again or recommend.

Ruined the experience of the Buddha satay that Ive had before, with under cooked noodles that felt cold. We asked to remake and the second time they made it with extra ingredients - with cranberries as well as lemon grass -so many that my husband and I were afraid it was contaminated with something. The girl clarified it was lemon grass. While we were there there was a family who ordered and got their order wrong as well! Will never go back to this location!

This place is dirty. The soup I ordered was too salty and tasted like dish water...limited options, and employees seem miserable.

I love the food,but the cons of this locations are: no washroom or at leat hand sanitizers. Id consider this location more like a pick it and go.

Very small servings of the veggies and sauce too. One of the worst food experiences Ive had in a long time. While I was ordering I thought everything appeared dirty as well. Should have trusted my instincts
