Had a great experience on my first visit here. The staff was friendly and know what they are doing. The food tastes good as well :)

I ordered Chicken Tikka Masala. 1st of all...it was all gravy and 4 pieces of meat. 2 of the pieces were goat meat or VERY OLD chicken. 2nd of all...the server girl thats always there spoke to the guy in their language, which is SO RUDE!! 3rd of all....I took 2 bites of the food & it literally made my stomach turn! 4th....Look at the food safety certificate! They have a CONDITIONAL PASS! Will never return!!

Poor customer service, workers spend time talking to their mall buddies instead of looking after customers. Also found food in my hair and wasn t offered a refund.

I reason for giving 1 star rating is only because of the lady who is treating all the customers with worst attitude I visited this place and asked for roti and curry combo and they lady asked me to check the spice level in paneer butter masala and she gave it in a small container but she refused to give a spoon and asked me lick that with my fingers They are three girls and I believe the other two are new joinee and she is not even letting them have a word with the customers It s better you hire some one who can increase your sales

Very bad experience. Tried the paneer kathi roll . It was extremely disappointing . No flavour, no spice just raw paneer pieces with some flavour less green chutney. Please do not waste your money on this.

The reasons I gave them a lowest mark: 1. They charged you more sneakily! Be extra careful! The price they posted on their board is NOT what they charge you! They will charged you at least $2 more in the excuse oh, sorry we forget to update our price Manu! If you forget to update price menu, you should tell customers the actual price you will charge in advance! 2. Their food safety is very questable. I encountered bad diarrhea after eating their food as dinner. So, be careful about their foods freshness! Do NOT eat at this place!

My order wasnt nicely packed and most of the quantity of my dish which is dal makhani was fallen in polythene and when I opened my dish the lid wasnt properly closed which is not a good experience from my side. More than half quantity of my order got wasted.

Bought a curry and a puff pastry. Completley Disappointed the curry was so sweet and the pastry was super dry with cheap paneer Inside it. Seemed stale.

They talk to their buddies instead of helping customers. Waited 10 mins before they were done so I could order. Not very canadian. Also got my oder wrong but didnt wanna go back.

I tried the bhalla papdi chaat it was good however if it was more yogurt and tangy sauce that would soak the papdi then it would have been lit.

I tried the momos and samosas at this restaurant. The momos were a bit oily, but the samosas were very tasty. Ive had the samosas many times, and they re always awesome! The staff is very friendly and cooperative, especially the cook and the cashier, who were both great at interacting with customers. Overall, the food was good, and I ll definitely be coming back!

I usually order from Kennedy Road Branch, their chicken tikka masala is so good, I ordered from this location for the first time and I was disappointed by the taste. The taste of chicken tikka masala was not good as compared to other location. Biryani was not good, it had a weird smell.

Since we were craving some authentic Indian food decided to give this place a shot. We ordered tandoori chicken, papdi chaat and considering they have named themselves after a popular Indian dish, decided to try their butter chicken curry. Papdi chaat lacked the spice that makes Indian street food delectable. Also the yogurt was watery which made the dish worse. Something was not right about both the chicken dishes. The chicken was chewy and didn t seem fresh. The tenderness was missing from the chicken. So it was quite a let down.

The butter chicken was pathetic. It was hard and chewy. Dahi bhalla lacked spices and authentic Indian chutney...I could make better than this at home. Such a pathetic experience. I would like my refund back. Very poor quality, not at all value for money... Food

They have signs everywhere saying that if your receipt is forgotten you dont have to pay for food... I didnt get one but when I pointed it out they just went to the register to print it out after the fact, should probably just get rid of those signs if you wont honour them... Also they didnt have the chaat option I wanted and they recommended samosa chaat instead which was just their samosa covered with the chole (not samosa chaat at all... picture attached for reference, and did not look like any advertised chaat they had!).

Visited fairview mall today and tried paneer roll from butter chicken roti and it was really delicious. Gonna visit there again for sure. Not only the food but also the girls working were really nice and friendly. Totally satisfied with the customer service

I m sharing this review on behalf of my friend who wishes to remain anonymous. The following is a copy and paste from our messages: I m absolutely not gonna come back to eat here. The service was bad because the guy who served me had an attitude. He looked annoyed when I was ordering. On top of that, I noticed there was a strand of hair in my chicken biryani which I find honestly gross. So I didn t end up finishing it and lost my appetite.

IF THEY DONT HAVE A SPOON, THEN THEY SAY WE USED TO EAT WITH FORK. Overall, food was too bad. I never recommend this place.

Horrible platter I had in my life! The cold platter. Not even warm enough. So called briyani the rice so cold and already dryed up. Curries full of salt. The paneer is not soft but hard. Avoid this place.

Excellent food, the service was very professional and kind. Clean environment, do yourself a favour and get their mango smoothies that s at the cash. I went back for a plastic bag and was kindly given one. I wish we had this back in Ottawa!

Biriyani I ordered was the blandest Ive ever tasted. No salt, no spice and it was difficult to finisheven half of it.

I ordered the chicken curry with roti on the side.The food tasted good but the naan roti was thin as a paper.Only one comes with the curry which means you need to order a second(if not third) and pay 4.50 to at least feel that you ate some thing.I think the curry & naan should be proportional

Very bad food!!! Waste of money!!! I would have rated in negative if there was. I ordered Butter Chicken Roti which had 4 pieces of chicken in entire dish. My husband ordered Paneer Kathi roll in which the stuffing tasted very very old. Do not get attracted by the name and banner as absolutely not worth the money!

I ordered the single veggie curry item with rice for $11.99 and I was told it would only cost an extra $1 to get another curry item instead of salad. I was charged $4 until I said something and ended up paying $2. No problem. But then the lentil curry was sour (it had pickled onions) and I had a stomach ache and cramps an hour later. Needless to say I wont be ordering again.

I went to buy Samosas today. When I asked for 4 Samosas, I was being charged $8 something. However, then I pointed the staff to the offer of 3 + 1 (so 1 Samosa free with 3 samosas), then they said: we charge for 4 Samosas until customer explicitly says that we need this deal to be applied. They reduced the price to deal price immediately after that, which was $6 something. I have been going here for a long, long time, and its the first time I was told like this. I have always said 4 samosas, and they automatically apply the deal. Looks like some new staff was hired, which tries to be oversmart and doesnt know how to interact with customers. I have always loved the food here, and the customer service was great until today. I wont call it anything else but a scam. Please train your staff to not do such things.

Food is not worth or tasty for the money. Tried Chana bhatura tasted very bad . Never going back again.

The food was too spicy. Should ask us for our preferred spice level when ordering. I know you can do it when ordering via phone but when I ordered in person it was too spicy.

My friends and i tried the veg thali and it was super delicious. All garlic naans are totally fresh made and perfect crunchy. Customer service is great, they all explained every curries and their ingredients. Highly recommended to all. Even if you like spicy or non spicy, they have it all!!!!

I recently visited Butter Chicken Roti - Fairview Mall and had an incredibly frustrating experience. I ordered Chana Kulcha but was given Chana Bhatura instead, which I dislike. When I requested an exchange, the server refused and insisted on placing another order for Kulcha. To my dismay, I was informed that even the new order would be frozen. Despite my dissatisfaction, the cashier claimed that the order was taken correctly and blamed me, stating that Chana Kulcha and Chana Bhatura sound completely different. I felt unheard and dismissed, with no attempt to rectify the mistake or offer a refund. Its disheartening to see a lack of accountability from the restaurant staff. Instead of addressing their error, they shifted the blame onto the customer. This kind of customer service is unacceptable and tarnished my dining experience. I hope the management takes steps to improve their service and prioritizes customer satisfaction in the future.

Ordered the naan meal with chicken curry and garlic naan. The price with tax came out to almost $20. This is way too expensive given the amount of food. The naan was very skinny naan too. I would have expected this meal to cost less than $10 for it to be worth it. The taste was just okay, nothing special.

My go to Restaurant by far, authentic Indian taste, loved it. waiting for my work visa, so I can afford to go there more regularly. Must visit place, & very humble staff. Had a really nice conversations with naan making guys, felt home!!!.

I ordered paneer butter masala and romali roti and samosa. Roti was awful, not even hand made and tasted like plastic. Paneer is very old, not even fresh. I don t know how anyone can expect to eat this garbage and on top of that they had the audacity to ask for an automatic tip. I would even give this less than 0 stars. Only the samosa was decent.

I got the chicken tikka masala and it tasted so good!! It was medium level spicy I had it with yogurt and it brougt down the spice level a lot if you re worried about the spicyness. The roti was good too I wish I got 2 cuz I had to use my own bread to eat the rest. Would definitely recommend this place for chicken tikka masala.

I got the Choley bhature packed from here. I asked the staff twice will they give raw onion with it they said yes they have packed it. However, later on. When I checked the package I came to know that there were no onions. Please be honest to customers. They dont deserve your lies.

Compared to gulab jamun, your curries are more sweeter. I can t even imagine how you call yourself a indian restaurant who doesn t even know the minimum spicy level needed for Indian curry. Terrible location ordered a tea which they said would take 3-4 minutes waited 10 minutes and still no one had made it. One employee was told to make it after 10 minutes and still didn t do it.
