We tried their tandoori chicken and butter naan, they were heavenly!! Definitely recommended! Their tandoori chicken is a must try, its to-die for! Authentic Delhi style.

Mediocre at best. The Goan was not flavourful. The butter chicken was ok to good, not sweet at all, fyi. The chicken lazeez was interesting. Not bad at all. The Peshwari naan was just terribly disappointing. No raisins, NONE, despite saying otherwise. Hardly anything else in it. The worst I have tried. This was just an overpriced regular naan. Sigh. Chef of India, PLEASE come back to Toronto. Ah, well. I still have Kamasutra.

My favourite Indian food in Toronto. We used to order from them through Uber, and fell in love with their Saag Paneer to the extent that we decided to take the trip and dine in. I order from this restaurant and the naan was burned, the food was cold just when I picked it up and the food had no flavour. When I called the restaurant and told them about the food, they didn t care and said nothing and hung up the phone. Very disappointing don t eat here! The lady that took my phone call was very disrespectful!

I ordered chicken biryani from this place and honestly, it was the best chicken biryani Ive had in Toronto. Would easily rate it 9/10. I usually like my food to be extremely spicy food but this biryani was modestly spicy and yet I loved it. It actually takes a great amount of skill to make good Indian food while being economical with spice quantities. I have seen many Indian restaurants cover up for the lack of their culinary expertise by just upping the chili/butter levels.

Nice cozy place to have dinner. The staff was very helpful and service was quick. Pick the table by the window Hakka fried rice and garlic balls were really good.

Nawab has been my go to place to Indian food, both at the restaurant and through Uber Eats. They have authentic Indian food and is very consistent with their taste. The food tastes fresh! I highly recommend the restaurant.

I ordered party trays from Nawab Express for a small event at home, and the food was pretty good. The samosas were a standout, and the chilli paneer Manchurian and Hakka veg fried rice were delicious. Raman, the representative, was incredibly helpful in placing the order. Overall, a great experience!

We ordered vegan and nut free food (veg pulao, veg thawa, whole wheat roti and garlic balls) for our party and folks at Nawab were very accommodating and were on time. The food was outstanding, especially, the veggie garlic balls which is the star starter dish. We have also had chicken biriyani earlier and that was delicious. Overall, their dishes taste good, aren t extremely spicy and they are very consistent with taste (which is a problem with other Indian restaurants)

If you think butter chicken is supposed to taste like ketchup youve found your place. Yet another disappointing restaurant in the area.

Good selection of dishes, fast take out. But everything was way too spicy for us even after requesting no spicy at all. Unfortunately, will not be a returning customer.

We have been ordering from Nawab Express over the years through Ubereats. The food is just unbelievably tasty and always so fresh! We are from South Asia and have tried hundreds of Indian restaurant over the years both in South Asia and in Canada. But Nawab Express has by far the best tasting food of all! Every single time we order, food is super fresh and warm. Not even a single time we have been disappointed. We will continue to order from here on a regular basis.

The food is amazing and it is my go to place whenever I crave for proper Indian food. The staff is very friendly and have a good customer service the butter chicken and Chilli chicken wings are my recommendations.

My partner and I tried Nawab Express for the first time with Ubereats. The food was really good! Great portions and really tasty. Everything was super fresh, including the naan. Will definitely order again in the near future.

So, Guys trust me, when it comes to real indian dishes, street food, authentic experience and taste class apart in GTA, must visit NAWABS INDIAN CUISINE. Must taste Egg bhurji and Dhaba paneer, sumptioussssss lip smacking experience. Hey ask for Muskan, she served my menu and really her smile made the food more delicious. GOOD LUCK! Today i went to this place First time and i got amazed with food and especially with the Service of Muskaan. She was very kind. I would recommend this place to everyone because they have more options for both veg and non-veg.

Really surprised by the quality of the food here. We had the butter chicken, hakka fried chicken, lentil soup, biryani rice as well as some rasmalai. Everything was delicious. I have to say that the butter chicken was specifically top notch.

Ordered paneer makhani via uber, no original taste or flavor. Same as bunch of other restaurants around serving cheese in sweet gravy like tomato soup. No real taste or sign of fresh ingredients used.

Really nice Indian food. The items are flavorful, not spicy. Indian food anybody can enjoy. To top of it off their masala fries are some of the best anywhere. It is a little pricey though. You can get a 15% discount if you use discount code nawabexpress and order from their website. The staff is very friendly and great as well. Some of the items I enjoy are; Masala fries Garlic balls All kinds of chicken kababs Hakka Chilli chicken dry Chicken biryani Ras malai (dessert) The Naanwich wraps are not worthed in my opinion. There is too much Bread and hardly chicken to call it a real wrap.

Great experience for late night food.

It was my first visit to this restaurant today and I liked the taste of the food especially Chiken Biriyani. i also had lamb kababs which was average may be because I love mutton kababs and it was my first time I ate lamb. the sitting area is small but very cozy and the staff is decent. I would like the visit this place again to try the gravy dishes and naans.

Just ordered from here and surprise no rice comes with the entree and no warning that rice should be bought separately ! This is quite a divergence from any other Indian restaurant I ve been to, in that rice is always included in your meal. 16$ dollars for an entree and no rice is ridiculous and to top it off the taste is mediocre !

Its one good place for good food on Avenue. Favorable for take out only. Less place to sit though. If you prefer ambience, best to try somehwere else..

This restaurant overcharges. I ordered butter chicken and i did not receive any rice bread or utensils. Just a few pieces of chicken in a watery sauce. I will NEVER order from here again. Complete rip off!

Our family enjoys their food. My little ones dont find the butter chicken too spicy and their fame meal packages are a good deal. Their appetitizers are not the greatest (pakora nor the samosas) as they just look and taste like something you would throw in the oven from frozen. If you pick up for takeout, be aware that they take longer than what they say it would take.

We decided to give it a try on ubereats. It s very Disappointing experience. Flavours of chicken and fish are off and one dish was half burnt. Even we threw out most of the food, I still got food poisoning afterwards! Not recommended!

(1 butter chicken is like 14; then rices is like 4-5, then nun is another couple dollars.....it would have been way too much food and cost like $28 They need an option with 2 meat one veggi rice and nun or something along thoses lines

Being a biriyani lover, the fish biriyani from nawab express didn t disappoint me at all. I loved the flavours and everything was perfectly cooked! Thank you for the food quality and the taste!

The new owner of Nawab Exp will not honor their own 2, $25 Gift Certificates that have no conditions, exclusions or expiry date listed on them. Apparently, these were given to us in response to large catering order (by now so called previous owner). The new owner will not even come to the phone to offer any alternative. This was all communicated by a lady at the restaurant. Very disappointed.

My friend and I visited today around 5pm. The restaurant is really small, only about 4 tables, but it wasn t busy so we sat down right away. We ordered butter chicken, whole wheat roti, and naan bread. It was DELICIOUS! So tasty, and it was really filling for the two of us. We even had to take leftovers home. The service was quick and the waitress friendly and conversational. Only problem was that it was suuuuper hot in the restaurant - no AC or something. But overall we both really enjoyed our experience. Will be back if we re ever in the area.
