⭐️⭐️ "I ordered food through DoorDash, and according to the app, it was ready 15 minutes before I arrived. I showed up 30 minutes later, only to be met with a lack of respect. The staff member at the door told me to just stand there without even asking how I was doing. It felt like I was being treated as an inconvenience rather than a customer. He informed me that if I had any complaints, I would need to address them through DoorDash, which is frustrating. It seems they only show friendliness to dine-in customers who are expected to tip. This is not the way to conduct business. I hope the food is worth the poor service. Aloo Gobi dish was misrepresented. On the app, when you order, it's a vegetable mix. When you receive it, they are greasy pancakes. Overall quality 4.5, and that's me being honest. Look at the pictures and judge for yourself. On the left is what they gave me on the right is what was on the app.
Cozy compact and tasty. Their mix of spices aren't too harsh on your tastebuds so you get to taste the ingredients unlike some other restaurants that drown their dishes in fat and spices. On the pricey side though.
Went for lunch after number of years. The place is falling apart. I understand that the pricing has increased everywhere based on COVID, but here they reduced the amounts, and quality has degraded. It is to bad… but we will not. E going back to this place. Food is tasteless .. nans are burnt and over it was not good experience.
Great place to try Indian food if you are new to the cuisine, they have toned down the spice level to accommodate patrons with lesser spice acceptance. Try the sizzling kebab platter it’s amazing. The lamb RoganJosh and butter chicken were outstanding. They have some Indian beers on the menu too I had cheetah for the 1st time and really enjoyed it.
Incredible dinner at The Copper Chimney. Clean, pleasant dining room and wonderful attentive staff who made our anniversary dinner extra special for us. The food exceeded expectations, it was SO good and already looking forward to enjoying our leftovers. The dining room was bustling and they were churning out take out orders the entire time. Highly recommend!!
This review is for UberEats delivery. This place is definitely not like reviews from 4 months ago. The butter chicken was tasty, the naan was perfect and the samosas were crispy and delicious. The order is also super fast! Will order from here again.
This is a review on delivery Fried appetizers like the mixed vegetable pakora ($5.50) are terrible for delivery. Pakoras I’ve had in the past have been fluffy fritters studded with shredded vegetables, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Copper Chimney’s are dry like food court falafel that have been left on the warmer all day. It’s such a shame, as I can see the large pieces of onions and carrots in the batter. It’s just so overdone (or perhaps fried during lunch and merely re-heated for dinner) that I had to wash it down with a drink. Another overcooked dish was the lucknowi reshmi kebab ($14). Maybe tandoori is something that must be eaten at the restaurant, as Pataki’s review mentioned it being moist and delicious. What arrived at our house was covered in a tasty spice mixture (like a slightly spicy saffron), but so dry that it’s like eating cubes of chicken breast that has been reheated in a microwave and then cooled down again. Another gulp of drink to get this down. The best part of the dish was the creamed coriander and mint chutney dipping sauce. It’s such a great refreshing bright yoghurt sauce that I tried it with everything in the meal. If you don’t get the kebab, it’s even worth ordering the condiment solely to put on other items. Finally, the meal improved when I turned my attention to the saag paneer ($12), the spinach and onion puree so fresh and vibrant tasting, unlike so many other places where it’s rendered to a dark mush. Large cubes of soft Indian cheese are mixed throughout, these were thankfully left neutral and remained moist. The saag goes wonderfully with basmati rice ($4) or garlic naan ($3.50), both sides arrive in huge portions (the naan two times larger than ones found in other restaurants). I just wished we ordered more curries to go with the grains. Instead, I had to try their shrimp biryani ($17) and wasn’t disappointed. Despite it looking like another order of basmati when we opened the lid, get through the first layer and you’re greeted with a lovely fragrant rice that’s filled with flavours and a kick of heat that had me reaching for the raita. Here the shrimp were cooked nicely, still plump and tender despite trying this dish last.
This is a great little restaurant serving authentic Indian food at reasonable prices. The service is fast and friendly and they are usually busy with both dine-in and takeout orders. I would recommend trying their sizzling plates and their mango chicken curry (if you like sweet)!
Best Indian food I have had in a long time
Authentic
We just had aloo paratha there and it was completely terrible like you guys just having flour no stuffing man ..never coming back and it was our just first time there.do better potato s ain t that expensive if u running a damn business
Delicious food and very reasonable.
Too bad service
Amazing food and great atmosphere. I will definitely come back
This food is amazing the service was great. Alok was superb and looked after all of our needs Food
Teally great food, fair prices. Will be going back often.
Nice owner, good food, very respectful staff Mix of everything that you can fall in love with them Food
decent quality and amazing service !
Definitely recommend, especially the Famous Pad Thai and Ginger Stir fry! Incredible flavours and very kind service!
Great food and service, Definitely going to come back!
Beautifull place owner is lovely handsome old man who loves to harass his staffs.
Really flavorful food. Not even that expensive and would pay even more considering how good it tasted. Much better than other places Ive had in Toronto.
Copper Chimney is a small, intimate restaurant. The atmosphere was very nice, quiet, white table clothes, with unique light fixtures and other decor. The service was exceptional and attentive without imposing. The food was excellent. We had Daal Bukhara, butter chicken, subzi sangam, with mixed vegetable pakora and garlic vegetable balls to start. There was ample food for 3 with enough leftover for lunch for one the next day. We really enjoyed our time there.
I noticed my previous review was from 5 years ago. The Copper Chimney remains my favourite Indian restaurant.
Vegetable pakoras were dry and burnt . The chutney served was watered down Vegetarian options: Poor pakoras
Spoiled my spouse bday dinner. Food was horrible especially panner Makhani..panner very very hard and gravy was like raw tomato puree. Prathas and roti was very tight and not eatable. Insipite of mentioning this to waiter twice noone was hardly bothered, infact they didn t even said sorry for spoiling our special moments. I was very very disappointed with their food served and non caring gesture.
The staff is incredibly polite and amazing. Recently, during a dinner outing with friends, we enjoyed delicious food. To our surprise, although it wasnt my birthday, one of the staff members overheard us discussing it and kindly surprised us with ice cream and gulabjamun. The thoughtful gesture was truly appreciated. Thank you for making our evening extra special!
Food is tasty... but protein portions are super small... more sauce than food and Naan at almost $5 each is outrageous ... and you need a lot of Naan for all the sauce leftovers Solid 3.5* but Im giving the benefit of the doubt Total purchase was $160 before tax and tip
Food is good
Yeah food is very delicious I like it but don t mind serving is not too much bad
We orderd paneer tikka, dal bukhara , chicken tikka masala. Paneer tikka was so dry and bland, dal was very sweet and lacked flavours. Same thing was with chicken tikka masala. Food
weve ordered the meal for 7 people and all of us have got unwell immediately, which included vomiting / severe dry cough / stomach pain/ muscle weakness. I think theres such a coincidence and makes me feel so concern your food quality as well as the temperature control during delivery or your restaurant. One thing i can sure is the food are hot when arrived and ive pick up the order at my concierge (condo) , which means I didnt meet the delivery guy.
We odered for party pan tray ..The food was good..
The food was okay but the service was very quick.
One of the best place to have Indian food in the area.
Food was mediocre at best. Staff need to improve their service and seemed unkept. Parking: Not easy to find closeby
We work close by so we have been to this restaurant few times. We went there yesterday after a very long time (since pandemic), service was ok, food was ok. There were 7 of us, we ordered 5 Thali and 2 meals off regular menu; for Thali there should be 1 naan each but they gave us only 3 and when asked about it they straight up lied to us that it is to share and we gave you 2 each a bold faced lie is what upset me more than anything. Next time dont lie to your customers and give appropriate portions and items you are supposed to give with each order. I only gave 10% tip, I actually wish I hadnt given any. Wont be going there again just because of the lie.
The food was so good, I ordered Paneer Makhani and Chicken Biryani, the portion was good, and the taste and quality of the food was AMAZING, it brought me back so many memories from my time in India. I loved to hear that Copper Chimney opened a branch in Toronto. Will keep coming back for sure!! Amazing food, loved it!!
It was OK. We came just before the kitchen closed. Lunch felt a bit rushed. The food was OK, but Indian isnt for everyone. Lunch deal is worth it.
A hidden gem.
We have been coming here and ordering delivery for many years. It s so delicious and unparalleled Indian cuisine. The restaurant itself is small so it s best to reserve if possible or come early to get a table. Nothing beats it.
Dont order Paneer tikka atlst..One of the best pathetic indian starter ever tasted in canada..Paneer tikka served in yellow color with tamrind chutney??????.Paneer totaly dry and stiff.I have written an essay on uber but forgot to copy paste..the above description is small idea.
This is a great little neighborhood restaurant. Everything that I have had there has been excellent. Both vegetarian and meat dishes are extremely tasty. The service is both friendly and fast.
Vegetarian options: Aloo Gobi. Food
Good ambition and nice food!
Very lacking in masala. If you re newer to Indian cuisine, probably a good place to start since everything is very, very mild - no taste of spice whatsoever. Butter chicken is apparently well known here, but I found it extremely sweet and just tasted like canned tomato soup with yogurt in it. Service was good. Naan was really fluffy and nice, best part of the meal. Ok food, but not somewhere I d go back to.
Delicious food
Hands down go to place for Indian cuisine in North York! Attentive friendly staff, fair prices and most importantly amazing food! Any dish is excellent from here, takeout or dine in!
This is a beautiful cozy little restaurant with a big tasty menu. All the food is amazing and reasonably priced. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Our favourite Indian restaurant in Toronto. Friendly service and delicious authentic cuisine.
Great food Great Service-
Food is great. Staff is also wonderful. Only disappointment is the hidden 15% GRATUITY in the bill plus tip asked on top of that by the card reader machine...
Amazing restaurant and delicious food and atmosphere.
Went for lunch after number of years. The place is falling apart. I understand that the pricing has increased everywhere based on COVID, but here they reduced the amounts, and quality has degraded.
We have dined in and taken out three times now in the last 6 months. If you like Indian food it is absolutely delicious! Fantastic options for vegetarians and meat eaters alike! 5 stars! everything down to the rice was delicious Food
Ordered the lamb saag...sending out a search party to look for any lamb in a sea of gravy
I eat biryani but its not satisfied I feel the curry and rice mixed and sales with the name of biryani
Amazing dining experience. Food is delicious. Portion size is great . I would definitely return.
Excellent food and service, would visit again.
Excellent food, great service and very helpful in recommending great choices from their menu when ordering over the phone.
Great place for Indian
Amazing food. The service was so friendly. I will definitely go back their with my friends who wants to try Indian food for sure.
Always delicious!
Really like the food here... Always my first choice when I crave Indian food.
Food is okay but rude owner, he needs to learn how to respect people
Delicious food and we came with a baby- it was so nice for her at dinnertime because its quieter, and dark! Dinner is so close to bedtime for babies so this was exactly the right environment for us to eat in :)
Excellent food
Tried copper chimney for the first time and can t say I was blown away. I suppose we are a little spoiled when it comes to Indian food in Toronto but I also wasn t disappointed. We had the butter chicken which was pretty standard. Tandoori chicken which was good. Lamb curry, palak paneer, aloo go i and some naan, rice, and Raita. The food was ok. Nothing was spicy or bland, just ok.
Delicious! Did take out and would do it again!
Pleasant and efficient service. Food is A1, so tasty, delicious.
The best Roganjosh Ive had!
good food
It is just 9:10 pm and Restaurent is closed and stinks probably not maintained well Not sure abt taste.. lucky me didn t visit
Best indian food in town. Everyone is extremely friendly who works there. They follow all instructions and everything is delicious.
Some of the best Indian food in the area. The butter chicken, and the tikka masala are amazing. The lunch special is a great deal, walk in grab something delicious, walk out. Great value for money, and so delicious!
Amazing food.
Have been there a few times over the years food was good but not great as the last few times. I think being sat in the back next to the speaker playing music literally 6 inches from my ear led to the negative experience. They did turn off the music but every few minutes a loud beep would come out of the speaker or directly behind it . Recommend to put the speaker on the wall further back.
1. Super bad delivery time : The order was supposed to come between 8:00 and 8:30 PM. but it was delivered 5:56 PM which is more than 2 hours before time. Items like naan we wont be able to reheat. this is a 1 star delivery for us. 2. Uncooked Naan: the naan was not properly cooked and was extremely thick and hence uncooked from few parts. 3. Missing taste: the paneer and chicken both were extremely dry and not at all tasty. I will not recommend people to go to this restaurant.
Succulent food. Great mixtures, spices and concoctions. The okra is particularly good as is the onion kulcha along with the green chicken. Friendly serving staff. Good for dine in or take out.
Great food and great portion sizes. When I order a meat, vegetable, rice and naan bread I always have enough for a meal the day after. Lots of variety in the menu, Ive almost tried every type of chicken. Would definitely reccomend.
Vegetarian options: Lots of Indian Vege options. We had the garlic pakora
Closed due to multiple significant health violations. Will never ever eat here.
I ordered the food after seeing the review .Worst butterchicken and naan ever.Butter chicken sauce was terribly sour, no taste of butter, cream, cardamom and fenugreek leaves. It doesnt seem to have cashew paste. The bottom of the the naan is burnt and there is no taste of butter .It is like a fish curry.. I have never eaten anything so bad. Don t recommend it to anyone
Excellent food really enjoyed the dal and the eggplant
Excellent food. Service was very courteous and prompt. Parking is a bit of a challenge.
Waited for 30 minutes to get parking
Went Aug19th, 2022 after a few years being away and the food is still probably the best youll find anywhere. There were 4 of us which we all picked different appetizers and mains and then shared. Im telling you the food is extremely fresh, flavorful with no oily aftertaste. The restaurant in clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. Will go back again and highly recommend.
Worst taste to try briyani here
I ordered chicken tikka masala, paneer makhni & veg pakora. I like curries but not veg pakora.Pakoras were too dry! overall good in taste. I will look to try different curries next time.
Great lunch place. We were there at 12:30pm - 2:30pm Only one other table was there at the same time. It was a Thursday! service was great and the meal was very good but not as good as other Indian restaurants further south on Avenue Rd.
Enjoyed a great dinner last night at Copper Chimney. We had a lamb dish, the chilli paneer, garlic naan and a side of rice. Prices were decent, service was prompt and the food tasted great. It was our first time at the restaurant, and we will definitely be back.
Absolutely lip smacking food. Try the Mango gravy prawns or mango gravy chicken.
Vegetarian options: Good food not really spicy
slow prepare
Very bland food. Would not recommend if you re looking for good Indian food.
I would have given this place 0 if possible, the food was horrible. When we told the server our feedback, they offered us Hot sauce to improve the taste and add to the flavourless food. Rude staff as well, fake indian cuisine.
Excellent food, ambience and service
Absolutely will not be ordering from here again. My lamb vindaloo barely had any lamb in it, it was mostly tomato sauce. One naan bread was burnt, the other naan was under done. My husband s prawn masala was cold, and the chicken wings were soggy. I can t believe these people are still in business; it s probably because you can t rate them on skip the dishes.
The food is great and the service is nice. The place was clean and overall pleasant. Went in there for lunch over the weekend. The menu has plenty of both vegetarian and meat-based options.
Amazing food, great price.
Food was okay but not to too expectation. High on spices and after taste. Will try again, cant say quit as of now. Food : 3/5
Worst food ever rubber like chicken plus on name of Greek salad cucumber with fake feta cheese
Ongoing heartburn since eating here. NEVER Again!
Best Indian food. It s our go to Indian takeout. The food is always very fresh, flavourful and amazing.
Never enough Butter Chicken! Every single dish Ive had is so fresh and tasty. Spinach and cheese dish is wonderful as is the vindaloo and onion bajhi. Confess to only eating delivery/take-out. It travels well and makes for great leftovers. I like to support my neighbourhood small businesses and this is the best Indian I know of. Check accessibility.
It s unfair that the benchmark is my Mom s cooking, but the copper chimney does a pretty good job. The food is flavourful and naans are on point. The butter chicken hit the spot perfectly, I was expecting the chicken Vindaloo to have a little more bite but it was super tasty none the less.
Decent food
Take out only for now. Delicious
Great food. I love the Methi Malai Mutter
Anything you order here is delicious,. Pre-2020 I celebrated my anniversary here and loved their intimate atmosphere and mouth-water displays (the sizzlers isnt a figure of speech). In 2020/21 Ive continued to order takeout which brings me and my partner a lot of joy.
Three star max. First time tried such flavourless bland butter chicken. My husband didn t even know he was eating chicken. Not recommended.
March 2012: very saddened to find almonds slices in my Chicken Pasanda, which is a mild creamy cashew sauce, if one specific family member has joined us for dinner this could have put her in the hospital due to an almond allergy. Overall not as flavourful as previous orders. Weve been long time customers, very disappointed this time.
Go to Indian take-out (it was also really nice when we dined in). The tandoori dishes, tikka masala, butter chicken and onion bhajis are great. Big portions of rice. The orders are also packaged really well.
The Tandoori Chicken here is soooo good!! Must try, well marinated, perfect blend of spices and its out of this world!!
Great quality Indian food. Taste is good with some room for improvement. One less star for taste.
We love The Copper Chimney! We order regularly from here. Everything is delicious. Our go to meals are the butter chicken and chana masala. We recently have been ordering the dinner for 2 which is great portion sizes and enough food for another meal!! Nomssss.
Great food with great service
Firee
Same curry base for all curry.
Copper Chimney is the best Indian restaurant in the city and youll never convince me otherwise. Weve ordered from them hundreds of time over the years and weve never been disappointed. The family that owns the restaurant works hard to make sure quality is consistent and the food is always fresh and scrumptious. We just love it.
Very special North Indian food must try the naans and the briyani was
Ordered a meal to be delivered 7-730. After 830 and still not here. Guests had to leave. I suggest u pick up on your own. Not ask for delivery.
Love the lunch specials
Yum!! Some of the best Indian food Ive had in a long time. Great family atmosphere, friendly staff and good portions. Also enjoyed their delivery. 2 thumbs up!
Had uber eats from here with friends recommendation. Ordered Bhindi Masala and Daal Makhni with Tandoori Roti & Naan . I will definitely not order again , no salt , and roti was hard with too much flour . Not the best experience
Nice indian restaurant, authentic taste one of the good restaurant for weekdays , weekends are little busy
EAT HERE!!!! It s sooooo good!!!!! My mom brought me and wow wow wow. It s hard to find good Indian. Whatever you do go here!!!!!!
Ordered on Uber - the food was Meh. We had Butter chicken, lamb vindaloo and lamb biryani + naan. Not worth having again.
Great food and service. We tried the sizzling mix meat, butter chicken and lamb beryani. All yum!
Loved it. Some dishes that were novel from the standard and they accomplished this about a quarter of the sodium that every other Indian restaurant. It was a great meal, zero complaints.
Response to owner s response: Sorry, but that s a horrible response as my address is on the receipt and I m pretty sure Skip the Dishes will not allow an order to go through without a delivery address and phone number. Original review: Ordered on Skip the Dishes and it said the order would be here in 55-75 minutes (the restaurant takes care of its own delivery).1.5 hours later, still no food and no updates from skip or the restaurant to tell us the food would be delayed. I had to contact support and it took half an hour for me to get an ETA. Support told me it would take 10-15 minutes but the food did not arrive until over 30 minutes later. It ended up taking 3 hours for us to get our food from the time we ordered it!!! When we got it, the food was good and great value (got the dinner for 2) but we think one of the dishes was wrong (beef instead of lamb). Will not order from here again - they don t seem to want our business.
Nice place with delicious spicy indian food.
Very good food and service Worth the experience
Great food and awesome service!
Exceptional traditional Indian food with great, friendly service!
Great food, very friendly staff. It is the type of place you would love to go back.
Terrible food. Good service staff.
The food here is excellent.
RUDE & TERRIBLE SERVICE, AVOID DINE-IN I used to love this place a couple years back, but since then their service has significantly gone down. For the past number of times we have tried to dine here, despite having a reservation (around 7:30pm), we were not seated at a table and were told to either leave or wait because they were too full. They normally favor and cater to non-Indian clientele so they didnt care if we had to wait. Waiting is not an issue but we should not be expected to wait for ages while other guests socialize and take forever to leave at their own leisure. Completely defeats the point of a reservation! Either learn how to clear tables when customers are finished so other guests can be seated or do not accept reservations. There are many other Indian restaurants in the area that are far more accommodating and know how to properly manage a crowd, without being biased. The owner was clearly unbothered by our wait time and the servers here are rude and unattentive. Save your time and avoid this overcrowded place with terrible service, especially if you are Indian. If you are non-Indian, Im sure they will service you better from what I have seen in the past. Its very disappointing and I will not be coming here again.
I ordered a meal dealfor delivery. The 2 regular naan included in this were not delivered. I also paid for some additional garlic naan, which came, but my friend who doesnt like garlic had to go without. The delivery was fairly prompt and the items were alright. I didnt love the butter chicken (not much chicken, very tart) or saag paneer (needed seasoning as it was bland). However, the lamb pasanda was amazing. Not sure if Ill order here again. Theres more consistently tasty dishes at other Indian places, which may also be more reliable when packing ones order.
Good ambience, service and delicious food! Much recommended!
Great food, beautiful waitresses.
Youll walk away from The Copper Chimney completely stuffed and very satisfied. The food was absolutely delicious, the lamb tender, and spices perfect. Staff were friendly, food came quickly and came hot. I highly recommend the Lamb Madras, its not on the menu, but ask them for it and theyll happily make it for you. Of all the (absolutely excellent) dishes, the Lamb Madras blew our socks off.
Excellent. Authentic, fresh Indian cuisine.
Very tasty
Mouthwatering food
Great food. Clean. Nicely decorated. Good service. Decent prices.
Amazing food, and staff. The owner is a great guy! We love the place and still drive in from Markham now to pick up dinner!
Just ordered from them through Uber eats. Their Rogan Josh lamb was awful. Overspiced/salty/bitter. The vegetable pakoras were undercooked, raw batter and all. Wasnt cheap either, not worth it
Thoroughly enjoyed the food, quantity was also nice. Definitely will place another order.
Might be the best value for Indian I ve encountered so far in the city. Their dinner for two includes three curries, an appetizer, naan and rice for around $50. Chicken Tikka Masala, Lamb Rogan Josh and Mattar Paneer all had a unique flavour to their gravy, the lamb in particular was cooked beautifully, and the appetizer (onion bhaji) was crisp and flavourful. Don t hesitate to stop by The Copper Chimney! 5/5.
This is by far the best indian food I have ever had, I have lived in T.O four years and have tried many indian spots and this is the best for flavour and price. Treat yourself !
Delicious food n good quantity .. staff is coperative ..
Ordered Chicken tikka and they gave us Chicken Tikka Masala instead. Manager refused to take back the food and give us the right food we asked for. (She told us it was our fault for not seeing what they wrote down on the order) Wow! NEVER HAVE I ENCOUNTERED THIS...this should have not even been an issue. Horrible customer Service experience. Side note: other food was good.
My Favorite Indian restaurant in Toronto since the begining. Used to get pick up during the lockdown and recently went here when the Patio was opened. Amazing food as always, specially the Dal Tadka. Staff was very friendly with good service and good interaction. This place never disappoints.
As a long time customer, I have always been very fond of the food here. But tonight I was very disappointed. My son in law went to pick up our order only to discover that it somehow did not get placed. After 30 mins of waiting, they still would not admit they forgot, AND they blamed him for placing our order too close to opening. Made no sense. Not nice - ruined our evening. Bad service went to NO service.
Food is good , service needs a lot of improvement .
Staff were nice and the food is made quite deliciously! I must say that the flavouring and spice is not for the faint of heart either. I do wish the portions were a little larger and found that the food wasnt as hot as I would have liked it, but I still ended up leaving feeling satisfied.
Amazing range and variety of dishes here, best Indian food I ve had in Toronto. Staff is super helpful with their recommendations and provided some very helpful suggestions. Great spice levels, depending on how you prefer your dishes, made exactly to your speculations. If you like Indian food, definitely give it a try. Really great customer service as well, staff is super accommodating and friendly, totally enhances the dining or even take out experience.
I always love the Tandoori chicken here and the Tomato soup! Beautiful place! And amazing environment, you would not expect an Amazing Indian restaurant coming from the area.
My favorite Indian restaurant in the world. Mutter paneer and pakoras are my favorite dishes, staff is super friendly - have had hundreds of meals here. Thanks Alok and everyone at Copper Chimney!
This is my recent experience, I ordered a biryani and received white rice. I call up and informed to the restaurant , the girl who picked the call at the restaurant is no where in a point to understand that there is a mistake happened. She is repeatedly mentioned that it is impossible that it is not biriyani . As I was too hungry I went to the restaurant and showed what they gave, got what I ordered. My point is there was not a bit of convincing response from the girl and that is definitely a very bad customer experience. I will never order from this restaurant again!!
Absolutely delicious! So fresh and the portions were generous! Staff were very friendly! Tried the butter chicken, saag paneer and chana masala! Excellent food. Also the rosemary naan is a must!
No taste, 4.2 rating seriously. Not worth it
Delicious food and great service!
Worst experience with this price. No spoon or Paper Towel in take out order. Food quality is not up to the mark.
Very great Indian cuisine.
Food was decent. Not overly impressed with the staff.
So good!
Food is fresh and tastes really good!
amazing food. loved it
Amazing food..
Very good Indian food
delicious
Excellent as always
Yumm! Just yumm!
Delicious
so yummy!!
Amazing Indian food, great prices. Order from here all the time, GET THE CHILLI LIME WINGS!
Went there today at lunch with my team of 10 people from work. Alok arranged everything very nicely and professionally. Menus were already pre set on out tables when we reached there and order went very smoothly. Lunch menu had limited options but in a group of 10 people we almost ordered all the popular items from the menu and tasted them all. Best part of our experience was the taste of every single item in the food. Lamb roganjosh (even though tasted like laal maas) was the best I had ever tasted in years in india as well as in GTA. Matar Paneer and Daal were so very well prepared that they had a right balance of flavours. Butter chicken curry was almost synonymous in taste to Murg Makhani at Moti Mahal(the inventor of butter chicken) in New Delhi. So suttle and yet so flavourful. Naan breads were just done right as they should be. I would say this little place is a must try and in taste would be at par, if not the best, with other Indian places in GTA. Price wise it was decent, neither cheap nor expensive. P.S. Our group could be a complete representation of India as we had people from north, west, south, and eastern parts of India and all of us liked the food. Will visit again
Local delicious Indian restaurant small good food nice people!!
Quick response and fast service, very good energy prevails in all of the staff. Appreciate the management. Tried Bangain vegetarian dish and it had a unique taste with coriander seeds.good ambience and mild music with candle light. Street parking available. Clean environment.
LOVE the place, food is amazing, staff are very friendly, the owner is very welcoming, if youre going on the weekend you better reserve the table, only issue is delivery services who pick up the food come through the main area and it gives a form of a fast food place which is not what this place is .
Best Indian food in Toronto
