Parking Lot, South, 2901 Bayview Ave #300, North York, ON M2K 1E6, Canada
A dynamic and confident addition to the North York neighbourhood, Parcheggio is the latest restaurant by Oliver & Bonacini Hospitality. Celebrating simple and creative Italian cooking, Parcheggio satisfies cravings with fresh handmade pasta, steaks, chops and seafood. Serving lunch and dinner from Tuesday to Sunday, Parcheggio features a stylish dining room, several private and group dining spaces, and a large patio. Banquettes inspired by vintage Italian car upholstery, antiquated street lamps, and hand-painted parking lot graphics all pay homage to the Parcheggio name.
Really love the atmosphere of this restaurant, the foods were delicious and, most important, the service is super attentive! We had a wonderful time tonight with delicious foods. Btw, the cannoli, the doughbread and the pork chop are really good!!!
It was my parent’s anniversary and they wanted Italian so we chose Parcheggio, which was in their neighborhood. It’s very easy to find as it’s in a standalone building in the Bayview Village parking lot. The design and ambiance felt like it was part of a chain, and sure enough we discovered it was part of the Oliver & Bonacini family. The ceilings are very high which made it very comfortable and feel spacious and not crowded. They have a large dining area, and a few rooms for private events, if needed. The menu has something for everyone and is pretty reasonably priced. It’s definitely family oriented as the vibe is very chill. They feature Happy Hour daily from 2:30pm - 5:30pm where most of their menu items are 1/2 price. We had no idea until the bill came so we were pleasantly surprised! We really enjoyed all of our appetizers, pastas and salads. Nothing fancy, but that’s ok because it hit the spot. Out waiter, Ray, was also incredibly friendly, helpful and efficient! They even added a special touch to our tiramisu at the end of our meal. We’re really glad that we went here and will definitely be back.
The food was pretty good! We tried the soup of the day (a chilled zucchini soup), but it left a bit more to be desired. Flat iron steak and the parcheggio fries were good. The fries are a bit more on the salty side, but there was a good crisp to them. Cesar salad was well-dressed and flavourful. The service was great. The restaurant was unfortunately very dimly lit, and it made it hard going down the stairs to the washrooms.
Food was okay. More misses than wins here. Rigatoni Rose + Noona’s Meatball was good. The rose sauce was good, just a great sauce. The rigatoni pasta was a miss, it was a bit too undercooked (i.e. more on the hard side than being al dente). The meatball was awesome and delicious. Housemade Focaccia and Charred Eggplant/ Bean Dip was a miss. The focaccia was good but having a giant ass air pocket (see picture) just underneath the crust of the focaccia makes me question the dough making and baking process. The charred eggplant/bean dip was a miss. No flavour to this dip and it did not add well with the focaccia. We ended up dipping the focaccia with the rose sauce. Noona’s Lasagna Al Forna was meh. Lasagna was cooked well but the sauce lacked flavour and the sauce was very runny.
Ordered the bistecca 24oz. It was fantastically cooked and the sides were immaculate. Would’ve hoped for a bit more steak but it was great for the value! The Alfredo was creamy but not overpowering, the fries were a bit too salty but was tasty as a pairing with the Alfredo. Service was quick and friendly, atmosphere was nice and cozy!
Beautiful patio, excellent atmosphere and very good food. The waitress gave us all the time in the world to chit chat and a gorgeous booth with cozy seats outside. The food was delicious and refreshing, we ordered the cucumber watermelon shrimp salad with the salmon as the main. The lemon tart is on the sweeter side and quite refreshing.
We came here for the summerlicious menu. The shrimp salad and Caesar salad were ok. Desserts were not up to standard. Grilled rapini, crispy polenta, eggplant carponata were disappointed. Too much MSG, too salty... I wonder if it is just bad for the summerlicious menu. We saw our waitress 3 times. When we placed our order, 2nd she came to ask if food was ok, and last to say desserts were on its way.
We visited here for 2024 Summerlicious lunch. From the preset, we ordered caesar salad, fusilli, and chocolate cake, and from their regular menu, foccacia and shrimp spaghetti. Pastas had just the right texture, and their sauce was amazing. Foccacia with eggplant and bean dip was pretty great too - I actually order this every time I visit here. Overall, it was a pretty pleasant experience.
Could not eat my pasta as it smelled like fish :((
Never been here I think I just walked by it
Went here last night and was pretty disappointed. The menu seemed typical, but I decided to just go with the bruschetta and spaghetti and MEATBALL. Why I emphasized meatball is because it only comes with 1 meatball which isnt really that good and wasnt a giant meatball. The noodles were slightly under, I like al dente but this was still a little crunchy. I went with my wife and son and we all agreed that there seemed to be an overall lack of flavor. The service was questionable as well. When the table beside us is served by the same waitress but treated better as a default, she wasnt rude it was the lack of attentiveness. We didnt get any mentions of specials a simple 1 time check in, no asking us if we wanted pepper and or cheese as is pretty customary for pasta dishes in restaurants. But the table beside us got much more attentive service which was pretty obvious and at the end when i asked for the bill, the default tip % was 18 which Im perfectly fine paying if the server was good, so of course I dropped the amount by alot. Overall, a big disappointment, I dont think well be coming back and would highly suggest just going into Bayview Village to Il Fornello, it is much better in every respect from service, to food to cost.
Very nice food and delicious food. Our server Chrissa is very friendly and nice!
Great experience! Jasmine was attentive and friendly, making our meal even better. Loved cozy and welcoming atmosphere.
The food was bland, the presentation disappointing, and the service unfriendly. Overall, it just wasn t worth the money definitely not up to the standards of a good O&B brand.
Honestly surprised beautiful place great staff but that Salmon dish man I would never serve that again I highly recommend you dont. Maybe the pasta is your strong point but I wouldnt know. Seriously I wouldnt serve that again
Great pasta and decent steak
Good service at a dinner for a group meeting. My salad was very tasty, but the main course chicken was soooo bland and tasteless it could have been a hospital meal.
Food is good. Great for families, a date, or even bring yourself. Its located outside the mall. Staff were efficient when we went. Vegetarian options: Yes Dietary restrictions: Confirm with staff Kid-friendliness: Yes Wheelchair accessibility: Yes
I ordered the mushroom frittata, it was rubbery, no goats cheese and had no taste, it didn t taste like eggs The salad that came with it was very salty The waiter was very apologetic took it back ,then I ordered the polenta fires I lost my appetite by then My friend got the sausage and eggs , the daughter was so dry, not edible Very disappointing
Went with my dad for a classic order a ton of things and share them type of feast. Garlic knots were amazing, so were the meatballs. Also had the shrimp and bruschetta. FYI no bad food reviews here. For mains we had the lamb ribs which were delicious in flavour and the flat iron steak with fries which was also delicious. Dessert was cannoli s, gelato and tiramisu. I would order everything again hands down. It was kind of the manager to deliver our food, her name was Shenesa (hope I spelled that right.) she stayed and had a conversation with us and really brought the whole experience together. A really good manager can make or break an experience and Shenesa is the type to make it. Well come back for the food and the service!
The food tasted fantastic, the service was great, and atmosphere was super welcoming!
What a disgraceful poor excuse for a Resturant. Food is warmed up. Service is rude and served wants to argue with you. The other guy that brings plates drops them on the table like he hates his job. And this shameful places charged us $5 per person per slice to cut a cake for my bday, (so if you go there with 10 guest that s $50 to cut your cake ). I went to cactus Resturant the next day where they gave me a huge cake for my bday complimentary and I didn t even ask for it and my bill was half of that at this pathetic place. DO NOT SPEND ANY EVENT OR MONEY HERE.
Happy is a great deal 50% of drinks, pasta, dessert and appetizers. Had a 3 course meal for under $30 will definitely come back. Gets busy Saturday afternoon should make a reservation to ensure seating.
Had such a wonderful experience here with my friends! We ordered the lasagna for lunch and it was SO delicious. The service was also spectacular. The servers were very friendly, kept topping up our water, and we never felt rushed.
As a frequent visitor of Parcheggio my visit this Saturday did not meet my expectations and level of service by far. After being completely ignored by my server & passed off to a new server the experience went downhill from there. Not once did a manager touch the table after I was misgreeted, had dirty cutlery and my drink made incorrectly, by the same bartender that ignored our table. But the whole dinner service felt rushed, disorganized and everyone except Shenesa and Carissa looked visibly annoyed, and didn t want to be there. Despite their only being 5/6 tables maximum present at the time. I would suggest for management to make themselves more present during service to actually I don t know, do what management does and ensure these things don t happen, or smooth them over after the fact? I usually come in every Sunday for dinner, But I skipped this Sunday because who wants to pay, to get blatantly ignored and passed off as if you re less than everyone else who s there doing the exact same thing.
Excellent fresh pasta place. Loved the texture and the taste.
Everything was awesome. The lady who took care of us was a darling, thanks much. Keep up the good work
We were at an event and had the pleasure of having Steph as our waitress. She was attentive without being intrusive, knowledgeable on the menu items, and very friendly. Steph handled our large group so very professionally. Steph was multitasking throughout the evening and she handled everyone s request with a very positive attitude, while also actively listening for everyone s specific requests. Thank you Steph, you truly made our entire dinner experience so special.
The worst meal and service Ive experienced this year. Il fornello inside Bayview village is a million times better.
Overall a great place. The pasta could have been better, considering it is an Italian restaurant.
In my experience at this modern-industrial themed restaurant, the food and service were great and the staff were very friendly!
Food was amazing! Service was great! Definitely recommended trying their pastas.
Absolutely amazing! The fresh pasta at Parcheggio is a game-changer. You can really taste the difference in every bite. I ordered the EGGPLANT RIGATONI and it was light, fresh, and perfectly cooked. The ambiance is cozy, making it a perfect spot for a date.
Nice food and friendly staff, it busy here and the food I wanted was sold out.
August 31/24 - Happy Hour 2:30 - 5:30 -celebrated my birthday with my family - nice ambiance and great location with lots of mall parking, building outside Bayview Mall - warning...only the drinks, appetizers and pasta dishes are half price ( excluding the excellent twice baked pasta and all steaks, burgers and salmon ) - crispy garlic shrimps were very good and tasty - excellent pasta dishes ( spaghetti and Alfredo ) - the freshly baked Focaccia loaf was good but too small for the large portion of dip - good burger and salad - the flat steak was overrated and overpriced - the uneven service and uninspired inattentive staff was a complete turn off for all of us when the place was half empty ( we wont be coming back ) Parking: Located outside Bayview Village so there are plenty of mall parking spaces
We love to come here because of the foods and services! So welcoming and foods delicious! The interior design get the warm atmosphere
Food was amazing! Server was friendly and accommodating! I highly recommend this restaurant!
Great service, good food (excellent pasta!) and $15 Wednesday pastas. What else would you want. Food : 4/5
I booked a party of 10 for my daughters 16th bday , 8:30 reservation. Dinner done by 10:10 pm with bill transaction by 10:18 . Due to large party automatic 18% is added to the bill but the waitress Kitty was NOT happy with her $67.34 she asked my 16 year old to add another 20% to the bill ! Since when a $67 dollar tip is not good enough for 1 hour and 30 minutes of serving food on top of her pay ?Shame !
We have been to this restaurant a number of times. The food has always been good and so is the service. My wife and I both had the lasagne and it was excellent. However like so many restaurants when the bill came and the server brought the credit card machine the lowest tip was 18%. If one changes it, one looks cheap. I now have a rule that whenever the lowest tip is 18% I will change it to 15%, which I did in this case also. It should be convenient for the patron to tip as one chooses.
Food was average. Service was great and the restaurant is big. I ordered chicken parm and I have had better chicken parm else where. Food
Two people in our group of 5 ordered the steak off the Summerlicious menu. It was tough, difficult to cut through with a knife, and presented a challenge to chew. The 3 other meals were fine, but not outstanding in any way. Although our waiter was pleasant, our complaint to him about the steak fell on deaf ears. I followed up by asking him if he brought our complaint about the steaks to the chefs attention. After a small hesitation, he said that he did. In response to my question about the chefs reply he told our table that the chef said that he was sent a tough cut of meat and that there was nothing that could be done about it. I asked him why the chef would even serve it if he was aware of it being tough. His response: Well, Im afraid the answer to that question is above my pay grade. No apology was offered and the bill was presented in full. The dining rooms acoustics are bad and consequently the room was very loud. The maitre d attended every table in our room, except ours. The unisex restroom was unclean. My conclusion: Parcheggio is overpriced, pretentious, and nowhere close to providing value for the price.
Came here for brunch the day after a wedding I intended with some out of town guests. The parking lot is shared with a mall so there is plenty. Very nice open and inviting space. They dont have a brunch but they do have options for a few brunch-type dishes. Its an Italian place so of course I got the Chicken Parm. It was excellent. Our server was super friendly and helpful with the menu. Will definitely come back if Im in town again.
Had great expectations eating here during Summerlicious. Unfortunately, the experience wasnt stellar. My steak was chewy and barely seasoned. The asparagus was nice but the salad didnt look or taste fresh. The dessert was tiny and didnt taste different than a cake at the supermarket. Overpriced overall. Our server took care of us and was generally very nice, but we kept asking for water (it was a hot day) and it would be nice to notice and fill the glass (also, why do they bring tiny glasses for water)? The atmosphere overall felt a bit cold. The place is quite large but tables are very small and seats are also small and uncomfortable. Not sure minimalist design fits this type of cuisine well? It didnt work for me, unfortunately. Overall, youre going for Italian cuisine but its not exactly the Italian you expect - more Western style cooking and ingredients. You wont get the Italian hospitality either. We were there for over 2 hours, ordered drinks and dessert and left a great tip because our server did his best. Never saw a manager greet us, even though someone seeming to be supervising was hovering by the bar the whole time.
Good food
Service was so good and Summerlicious Menu was stunningly delicious
After the Caribbean festival near this place, we entered this cafe restaurant with my friends, we mostly ordered pasta, but the pasta was not cooked at all and most of the friends were unhappy, the crew did not do a bad job and it had a quiet atmosphere. The bathroom was clean, but you must have a reservation to be able to use it.
The foods and service here are impeccable. Currently, theyre doing 50% off during happy hour (14:30~17:30 if I remember correctly). 10/10
Tried out their sunmerlicious menu. Food was great! Liked the variety offered under the summerlicious menu. Service was friendly.
Very good food, nice ambiance, service could be better but not a reason to not go back.
Nice atmosphere. Attentive wait staff. But the food is not very good at all. We ordered bruschetta and fried shrimp for the table. The bruschetta was just ok. The shrimp was fishy. Then came the salads. The Caesar salad--just ok. The radicchio salad was overly salty and difficult to eat. My husband and I ordered the steaks. They came to the table lukewarm. So my husband sent his back. The waiter was very apologetic and comped us a dessert as an apology --so very good service. But unfortunately the new steak was just as lukewarm and full of grizzle. Maybe they precook the steaks in advance and then sear it at the end? Anyway, was cold. And the dessert that they gave us at the end which was comped--kind of gross. Two hours later I was feeling very nauseous from the food and had a rough night. Definitely not food poisoning because everyone else in our party shared the food and only I felt unwell. But the meal was as hard on my digestion as it was on my pocketbook.
Delicious food, great service, only issue it is noisy.
My husband took me for my birthday. The service was great, the food delicious & beautifully presented, & the atmosphere was friendly and not to loud.
Go for the chicken chop, don t order the fried chicken chop set! !
Tried their summerlicious menu. Got a lot of options to choose from. Preparation looked alright. The food and drink taste was only average.
Food was beyond awful. Worst food I ve ever had!!!
The staff is friendly, the service is quick, and the prices for the summer special menu are good. I recommend the Espresso Martini.
Just finished my summerlicious dinner with my wife, and I am very disappointed with my visit to Parcheggio. The food was not the greatest. We started off with Caesar salad and the whipped feta appetizer, nothing special, a ton of peas on top of the whipped feta, hardly could taste the feta, 2/10. For our main, I had the Rigatoni which was pretty good, came out hot, good flavor. My wife had the 6oz flank steak, again little to no flavour, the chimichurri needed more flavor/salt to enhance the dish. Lastly the dessert was lackluster, the chocolate cake seemed store bought and the panna cotta was ok. The kicker though was the server, Kitty. She started off fine but when it came time for us to pay our bill, I paid and she walked no thank you, no have a good evening, I m sorry if you are expecting a tip, please make sure you are providing tip worthy service. No excuse to be sour and walk away from your table without thanking them or wishing them a good night. For being an Oliver Bonacini brand, I expected much more in every aspect. Won t be returning to this restaurant, I would not recommend it either.
Great service and the best, most pillow-like gnocchi I ve ever had (made in-house of course). Would recommend, A+++
Italian comfort food at its best. Lasagna was delicious. Found out that it only recently became permanent on the menu. One of the few restaurants we have on our go-to list when we want to indulge.
I ve been coming here since before Covid with my partner and it s always been a great experience. Today we came after a long time, we got sat down and waited 30 mins where no one even approached us. I know the first thing we get anywhere is water at least, we sat there without anything. We decided to then leave while the hostess told us thanks for coming didn t even ask why we re leaving. My partner then gave me some water from the bottle he had in his bag, I was about to start drinking it in there, but didn t want to seem rude. Honestly just disappointed tonight. Would not recommend.
This place seems potentially racist based on what happened to my sister and her fiancé. They went there to celebrate a special occasion but ended up with terrible customer service. They didn t get any water or a server, even though other people who came in after them were served right away. It was pretty clear that all the people being served were Caucasian, while my sister and her fiancé, who are visible minorities, were ignored. One server even gave them a nasty look when they tried to get her attention. They eventually had to leave, and the hostess sarcastically thanked them as they walked out. Another minority couple also mentioned they were treated differently. Whether it was just the staff that day or a bigger issue with the place, it seemed really discriminatory. I wouldn t recommend going there at all.
Great service, good atmosphere, good but overpriced Italian food. The menu is limited and frankly the food isn t good enough to justify the prices
We had a fabulous lunch recently at Parcheggio the food was delicious (tasty and with nice presentations) and the service was great too.
Went for a special event. Nice restaurant, friendly service, the food was fine but not as good as I would have expected.
Great italian food, especially Duck Papardelle Parking: Lots of parking spots Food : 5/5 |
Available parking, good menu, good service & staff. We ordered alfredo with extra chiken. It tastes good Vegetarian options: Veg alternative is available
This was a birthday meal and I was very disappointed as this place was recommended. I ordered the braised beef & Ricotta Gnocchi. The meat was soft and moiste, but It was extremely greasy and average on taste, the Gnoocchi was good though. I ordered my favourite Tiramisu for dessert, it had far too much Cocoa powder on top which overpowered the taste of the othwr ingredients.
Pasta is a little hard to me.
Food tasted just ok but service isn t great at all. Server forgot to punch out my order . I give 4 star for their interior design and their caesar salad.
Met some friends for brunch and sat in the patio... had the full italian brunch: three eggs, hash brown, seared greens, breakfast sausage...delicious food...friendly, quick service. Recommend.
Was making a reservation for 10 people. Without asking, the person on the phone said that they will only put full payment through on one credit card only. They will not split the payment on two cards. That was the end of our attempt to spend our money at this establishment. Each family wanted to pay for themselves. I guess business is booming. Will take our business elsewhere. After receiving the establishment s response to the review, did you even read the review? We did not eat at your restaurant. We couldn t get past the attempt to make a reservation due to your employee advising us (without even asking) that you will only accept one credit card per party. I have no need to contact you through your website. All the feedback you need is here.
Our server Johnny was really nice. Food was extremely bland and tastless. Drinks were overpriced for the quality. Wont be coming back!
Held a private event. Service was slow. They pushed the tables close together causing inconvenience to my guests, especially those with disabilities. I asked the staff if we can move the table all the way back an hour before eveyone arrived, but they said it was too heavy. There was also barely any room in between the two rows of tables causing alot of inconvenience to the guests unable to sit properly. It was even worse when the servers tried to serve food and there was no space for them to move. There was plenty of room close to both walls, so Im not sure why it was set up to be so close together. Food was good and filling.
Food took a while to be served. Music was too loud. Lighting is dark.
On Saturday April 27th, we dined at Pargeggiio for our 50th wedding anniversary with our family. There were 10 of us. First, the service was excellent and Aleks, our server looked after us beautifully. She was very professional, friendly and and attentive. I would rate the service 10 out of 10 The food was another story. I did not say anything Saturday night as I did not want our special occasion to be ruined. First, we were advised that several items on the menu were not available, but there was a special -- lasagne. 4 of us ordered the lasagne, but Aleks came back to inform us that there was only 1 serving left. This was at 6:30 on a Saturday night. Aleks had to bring the menues back as everyone had ordered. 4 of us ordered the chicken parmigiana. No one liked it. The chicken piece was way too thick and dry. 2 of us, including me, had the gnocci with braised beef which also was terrible. The gnocci itself was not great, but it was swimming in a greasy, what was supposed to be a sauce. The meat, although tender was obviously not a prime cut of beef and the fat had not been trimmed off the beef pieces. On the positive side, the coconut shrimp appetizer was excellent and the 1 person who had the lasagne said it was very good. I would rate the food at 5 out of 10. Your executive chef should be ashamed to present a menu on a Saturday night with many items not available. He should also be ashamed to serve below par food to customers. Norman
Nice place
I recently dined at Parcheggio and had a fantastic experience. The food was delicious, with each dish bursting with flavor. Although it s a bit pricey, the quality made it worth it. The service was excellent. The restaurant itself has a great vibe. The decor is stylish and cozy, perfect for a date night or a special event.
Not worth it. Expensive tiny 8oz piece of meat with dry french fries with a bit of powdered parmesan cheese. No umbrellas in the patio, got sun burn and place just had just ours and one more table. Watery alcoholic drink, just not delicious and for sure not for the price. Nice service, waitress smily and tried her best.
Tonight, my family and I celebrated Mothers Day at Parcheggio, and it was an absolute amazing! Our server, Kitty, deserves special recognition for her exceptional patience and attentiveness, especially considering we were celebrating with three mothers, two kids, and a baby. Despite the chaos, Kitty was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable about the menu, making our experience comfortable and enjoyable. The food was fantastic, and the prices were reasonable. I highly recommend Parcheggio to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience. Thank you for accommodating us and making our Mothers Day celebration truly special!
The food was very good! We were a party of four and ordered a variety of dishes to taste as many as possible - Nonna s lasagna, Braised beef gnocchi, steak, meatballs, beetroot salad and the house made focaccia. Everything was delicious. Cocktails were good too. Dhara our server was the best!
We went to Parcheggio for a corporate event and the food as well as the service were amazing. Wed love to come back for family dinner.
Let s start by saying the entry is hard to find and when you do it s dirty and unkept. Not impressed, esp for bayview. Waitstaff is wonderful - the food not so much. Bland, tasteless and not to O AND B standards.
Food was delicious and service was outstanding. Another nice feature, was some dishes listed two prices. If you didn t want the regular size dish, you are able to order the smaller dish at the reduced price. Wheelchair accessibility: Yes
Food was good, though slightly underseasoned for my taste - a dash of pepper goes a long way. I would have asked for some, but the staff rarely appeared. No one came by to check on us, whether to see if the food was okay or drinks needed to be refilled. When they did arrive to take a dessert order, someone was still eating. Also, we called beforehand to make sure that their patio was open. They said yes, but then they informed us that the patio was closed for some reason when we arrived. It was very odd. Overall, it was a nice meal and wed probably go back. They just had a disorganized vibe about them.
Excellent restaurant, their daily happy hour is a great deal, and my family and I enjoy sharing the good food, experience and 50% savings
Hannah was so helpful and accommodating, thanks so very much!
1. Food and prices are good. 2. Not so easy to find. :-(
Ive been here a few times and each time the food has been delicious and service has been great! The place is beautifully designed and comfortable. Its cozy, romantic and spacious. I love that its not super loud so you can have actual conversations. Great place for events, dates, business meetings and celebrations.
Very slooooooooow staff and kitchen. Took their sweet time to get us the food and we got our cokes almost as we were finishing our meal... That was not supposed to be dessert!
Food is good and at a decent price. Although we had reservation, took 15 min to be seated. Server was friendly, nice and polite. But took them a looong time to bring food or even the drinks
We happened to be in the area and decided to stop and have a cup of coffee. This place was convenient. We had a couple of appetizers, I had the crispy shrimp, about 7 small and hubby had Nonna s 2 meatballs, we ordered Tiramisu. two cups of coffee, Well it was not the greatest to say the least. Overpriced! I have never had to pay over $75 for two appetizers, two coffees and a slice of dessert which hubby and I shared! Would I recommend this place. No. Parking: A little challenging getting out of the plaza to a very busy main street. Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, but a long hike to the front door
A delicious meal, wonderful service and atmosphere!
Wow. The service the food the atmosphere the location everything was perfect. Had a carpaccio that sent me straight back to Venice, and had a carbonara so good I died and went to heaven. Very skilled and professional cocktail mixer and nice chill jazz music for the overall ambience. 5 stars can t wait to go back.
The place seems a little worn. I know they are in an upscale neighborhood, but this place lacks the finesse expected. A bit on the pricy side.
Enjoyed dinner here with my friend last night. Particularly loved the shrimp appetizer and braised beef and ricotta gnocci which was absolutely delicious!!! Our server Steve was attentive and pleasant! All around great meal!
If I could give zero stars, I would. Bad food, bad service, not worth the price. They charge us for celebrating a birthday!! Food
Not recommended at all. Bad food, careless staff. 18% service fee which was not acceptable.
I recently dine and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. The service was slow and inattentive, with long waits between courses and difficulty getting the attention of the staff. The food quality was subpar; my dish arrived cold and lacked flavor, while others at my table complained of overcooked or underseasoned dishes. Additionally, the ambiance was lacking, with outdated decor and uncomfortable seating. Overall, I would not recommend dining at based on my experience.
Title: Disappointing Experience I recently visited parcheggio restaurant and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The food did not match the descriptions, and was not warm and cooked enough and the service was subpar. To make matters worse, they charged us 30$ for a cake we brought in. I recommend the management address these issues for a better customer experience.honestly even one star is too much for them.
It was a terrible experience. I wish I could give them a zero star rate. If you want to waste your time and money, this would be the best place.
Very very very bad experience! No recommend at all Food
Such a waste of my money. The manager was so impolite and did not care about our requests. They charged us things that other restaurants wouldn t. It was my girlfriend s birthday and that night became like hell to her. So please don t go there for your important occasions.
The food was excellent and I also liked the atmosphere very much. When we sat down at our table, the server casually asked us if we wanted regular water or sparkling. I asked for sparkling but she never told me that it was an extra charge. When I was paying for my bill, I noticed that there was a $8 charge for 1 bottle of sparkling water. I feel like this was not right.
What a lovely experience. Two couples, and I think we ordered too much food! Everything was amazing, service on point. Thank you Jon for the experience.
The food was good, one of the dishes We ordered the taste was really good, but the portion I think it was to small, may have been better with another side option, but in general the food was good, the service was excellent, and They gave us a free dessert in the end.
I went to Parcheggio on the last day of winterlicious, and wanted to love it, but when I walked in the decor reminded me of luggage carts at hotels, and seemed like it was being renovated, because it was so bare, but it wasnt being renovated... well, the service was great and the chefs are on view so you see food being made. Too bad the food is only so-so. The app we had was the star, it was beet bruschetta, and it was delicious, although cold. My main was a vegetarian choice as the other options were pork or seafood, neither of which I can eat. There was also a vegan option I believe. My choice was a bean and pasta dish with pesto. Well, beans and pasta both soak up flavours, so it should have been loaded with pesto. Was it? No, it was loaded with KALE. I mean, really?? It was very bitter when not bland with beans and pasta. No cheese was ever offered either. Lastly, I had a dessert, the name of which eludes me, but it was a few puff pastries with tiny dots of Nutella mousse and miniscule dots on those dots, of cherry jam. The dots were delicious, but the pastries were cold from the fridge and tasted eggy. Would I recommend Parcheggio? Not really. Would l I go back? Doubtful. The end.
Wheelchair accessibility: Flat surface Food
Happy hour is great! Drinks, apps, pastas and desserts are 50% off. We got the pasta and it was good, portions are slightly smaller than normal.
The food at Parcheggio is always amazing, but I am writing this review to say a special thank you to Khan for incredible customer service. I really appreciate him going above and beyond!
food was good, but service was slow...
Ive known about this place for a long time but finally had some time to go. The service was great, both the host and our server were welcoming and attentive. The food was a bit of a mixed bag, the steak for two was cooked and seasoned well, the meat quality and taste were great, but the lack of heated plates meant that it quickly cooled off and congealed. A hot plate would have gone a long way to keeping it in its ideal form longer (both me and my friend are not exactly slow eaters either). Both the garlic rosemary roasted potatoes and the fries were great, no complaints there. However, the Caesar salad was disappointing, the sauce was bland and runny (I really think the mighty Caesar dressing from the grocers is way better), also the croutons which were basically crumbs did not provide great mouth feel or crunchy alternative texture, a sandy mess is what I would say, not to mention where is the parmesan cheese? At $14 that should be standard. The restaurant decor and theme were interesting and nice, but the booth seats are way too close to the table, making it difficult to relax. If they fix some of the issues, I hope to return one day.
Great place to eat..great food. Service amazing. Alex is a great waitress! So friendly and welcoming
2018: Delicious Italian food. Especially enjoyed the bass fish and ricotta dessert. 2024 Jan: excellent customer service. Food was okay (Bolognese, pasta and duck ragu). Roman kiss cocktail was delicious. Bruschetta was delicious. Vegetarian options: Yes, available Parking: Free parking lot and also free underground parking lot
Can someone help me comprehend restaurant businesses? or am I losing my mind? Open until 9pm? How is that possible? or sometimes 8pm? Is the demographic in this area changing shooting away high quality customers with cheap theatrics.. Bayview Help tenants out before customers only go to fairview! Food
The service was pleasant, we got the wrong food multiple times, however they did make up for it by bringing us fresh bread which was a nice touch, I ordered the small Alfredo pasta, it was tragic it tasted like flour and it was severely undercooked, I got the steak on the side which was meh, not horrible, not amazing either. Would not recommend - pretty expensive (supposedly a high quality restaurant).
Management much have changed, quality of food has drastically dropped.
Atmosphere was fabulous. Wine was great. Very cute place for social outings. But food was subpar. Just flavorless which was surprising because some of us ordered their specials and they were meh. Service was super helpful, very friendly and lovely but quite slow (and we were there on a Monday night so place was empty.) overall would recommend for ambiance but so so for food.
Went for winterlicous and the food was great, service was exceptional. Cheers, Food : 4/5
The inside of the chicken didnt cook well, and none of us was able to eat! The first time, I couldnt finish one dessert. The taste was so weird! Only the Nonnas meatballs were good! Im super disappointed, Im not suggesting anyone! Food
Less than mediocre food and too pricey. From presentation to taste it was all too disappointing Winterlicious experience for us, not one person from our table enjoyed their meal. Food was served Luke warm and either bland and tasteless or super salty and lacked flavour Not what we expected from an O&B franchise.
Food was so so. Service is ok, but not great.
We had an absolutely wonderful brunch today. The food, the service and the atmosphere were perfect. We were a group of ten celebrating my mothers 93rd birthday. It cant be easy to serve a large group. Special thanks to our lovely waitress, Abigail, who kept everything flowing smoothly (and made it look easy). Thank you for seating us in a private nook and for making Moms birthday special. We all enjoyed our meals. We especially recommend the eggplant parmigiana, duck ragu fusilli, eggs Benedetto, Milanese French toast and mushroom frittata. This was our first visit to Parcheggio. Well definitely be returning. Parking: Its great to have free parking within steps of the restaurant.
The kitchen service was incredibly slow for the Valentines Day four course set menu. I definitely wouldnt recommend it. Our server was extremely apologetic, but it didnt make up for the fact that we sat down at 7:10 and didnt receive our main course until 8:45. It was such a rush that we had to take our desserts home because I had to be somewhere for work at 10. And can you believe they charged $17 for a minuscule drink? They really need to step up their game.
Me and my girl friend went to this Italian restaurant at the very last moment of choice during Valentine s Day and we booked a reservation, we went there right on time, the service was nice only they put us near the door which is super cold whenever people come in, we asked for a change of table and they nicely did so. However, the wait was long for the food and we were asked for an 90 minutes meal using time. That was not it, the food was unsavory, my girl s dish was okay but did not worth the price, mine was just inedible. Mine was a Casaer salad, an Alfredo, a crispy chicken and some dessert I never heard of. The salad was fine, average. The Alfredo came in and I tasted it, it was like it s been in the ocean for a week, extremely salty and smelled fishy. We ask for another, the funny thing is we waited like 30mins for the first Alfredo and this time came like 5mins, I wonder how they make it the waiter was nice and apologized for what we experienced and he looked helpless. We also heard I dunno it is the chef or the manager standing in front of the window of the kitchen yelling like a bear he was also furious from what i sees it. The chicken was overcooked, the skin was like charcoal, the tomato sauce was straight from a can based on the temperature of it and the taste. Lastly the dessert was similar to a pudding, but only sitting on a pile of unknown sauce tasted funny and the pudding itself was tasteless. I am so disappointed at them, no offense to the waiters and waitress that served us. We paid $239 at the end without the tips, our order was strictly bonded because the waiter told us we cannot order only one four piece meal if we have two people, the Con Amore menu give us no choice. The atmosphere was fine, the waiter was nice, the drink was okay, just the food and the way how the kitchen treated the food and their job are what I wanted to comment. I don t really do google reviews but this is unacceptable. P.S. we also had severe food poisoned symptoms that is highly suspicious relating to the food we ate as we did not have any other food after the meal.
We were there on Valentines Day, the service was really bad, the server never come over to check us out,we have to call him in order to get drinks or food.We ordered the set menu, after we had the appetitzer, they skipped the pasta and gave us the main course right away, its all messed up!!!Each course we had to wait for at least 30 to 45 mins. It was totally not acceptable. Also we didnt ask for the bill and the server just left it at our table without saying anything!
Great service, great food! Highly recommend!
One of the most delicious basil tomato sauces I have ever tasted
Got the eggplant pasta that wasnt good :( just 5 pieces of fried eggplant tossed in plain tomato sauce and pasta. Not Herby, not cheesy. Overall disappointing. Non-vegetarian dishes looked better. Vegetarian options: Found only a couple of options for vegetarian mains. Got the eggplant pasta (which wasnt good).
The food is good. I got the Duck ragu, the duck was well done but the pasta was salty. Its another O&B restaurant, a good spot to have a good dinner but not outstanding for price. Food
Amazing food and great service! Thank you!
Great meal (eggplant parm + steak/eggs), service (Eva), and ambiance, plus easy parking (on a cold, snowy day). :)
The food and dining experience, and staff were incredibly professional. Weve been here multiple times and always a pleasure to be here.
Such a lovely dining experience for my friends and I. Food was flavorful and very fresh, we recommend any of the pastas. The bread that we had it as an appetizer was just so fluffy and melt in your mouth good. Plus the service was top-notch. Staff were always coming around, making sure that our waters were filled and very attentive. Special thanks to our waitress Abigail, she was the kindest.
First time trying an Italian restaurant in North York with my besties. This restaurant has a super cozy and warm environment with friendly staff. The quality and portion of the meal was wonderful! Our absolute favorite was the 24OZ BONE-IN RIB EYE BISTECCA . The steak was cooked with perfection (exactly medium rare as per our request) and very juicy. Everything was well marianated and cooked with proper portion of sauces. WARM MUSHROOM BRUSCHETTA was also 10/10. Very flavorful of mushroom tasted significantly delicious with crunchy toast. CHÈVRE CHEESECAKE PANNA COTTA was the best Italian dessert we ever had except Tiramisu! Great portion to share among few people. Sweet and a bit sour with little grapes is a fantastic option for happy ending!
A nice median size Italian restaurant at Bayview village. Prices are not cheap. Ample parking spaces. Since the dishes are not big and no free breads, it is not for a hungry man.
I really enjoyed the ambiance, cocktails, and food! We were all very happy with our food dishes and service. Dietary restrictions: We had a food allergy (shellfish, seafood, nuts) and we were able to modify many dishes to address this.
An upscale Italian restaurant, a nice quiet place for a relaxing European meal, good atmosphere with a nice vibe, Fritto Misto was excellent with a very crispy batter with mayo dipping sauce, the Seafood Cioppino with Salmon was nice but a bit more sauce & seafood variety would be perfect, as would be expected from a traditional Cioppino. Nice helpful & attentive wait staff.
Come check in at the 2023 Summer Food Festival. It s a bit of an old-fashioned family-style environment. The dishes are very healthy. The appetizers are sour and appetizing. The main dishes are not rich and heavy. The salmon is fried at just the right temperature. , the chicken leg meat is very delicate, both are gluten-free, and the side dishes are also very soft, easy to chew and digest. In short, they are refreshing and light, with mostly sour taste, suitable for summer. The desserts are not too sweet, so you can eat them with confidence. The parking space is located in the mall, which is very convenient. The waiters are so enthusiastic.
Staff was great and even answered off the cuff questions like the meaning behind some of the decor in the private room. The food was underwhelming however, we had one of the set menus. Nothing stuck out as extraordinary, everything was okay. Atmosphere was great, the patio setup looked nice and relaxing.
The brick chicken and seared salmon were too dry. Lemon posset is okay though. The chilled soup is pretty good.
The food was average at best and overpriced for the quality in my opinion. At $60-70 per person before tip (which did include a $60 bottle of wine), I expected much better (and have had much better in Toronto for less). Server was very attentive and friendly but the rest of the staff seemed inexperienced. At least theres lots of parking available
Took advantage of Summerlicious. We had the bruschetta and chilled squash soup, followed by the steak and lemon posset for dessert. Delicious and generous portions. The staff was amazing. They made sure there was always one of them walking by to make it easier to ask for something. Lovely atmosphere. Spacious and clean bathroom. Highly recommended!
The ambiance of the space is very nice and our server Shaz was amazing as well, very energetic and welcoming, food was nice too, I had the chicken parm and It was a little dry in a way but I guess that s just their style, the bruschetta was amazing, the Romeo s kiss cocktail was super nice and the fact that they make their own pasta really shows in the taste
I am deeply disappointed and appalled by the shocking behavior displayed towards children during my recent visit to Parcheggio. It was supposed to be a family outing, but instead, it turned into a distressing experience that left us all feeling unwelcome and disrespected. From the moment we entered the establishment, the atmosphere felt hostile towards families with young children. The hosts unwelcoming gaze and exasperated sigh when we arrived with our kids. It seemed as if they were annoyed by the mere presence of children, and it reflected in every aspect of their service.
Food was all right. The services seems miss managed. Different people coming to me to ask about the same thing. When I was paying the bill another completely different person came to me with a straight face, no word, took the receipts then he just walked away.
Always good food in a casual atmosphere
Very disappointing. I had made a reservation for a Tuesday night (empty restaurant) for a larger party birthday. Our waitress did not seem very happy to be dealing with us. When we asked about drinks she told us all drinks are $5 then began to list the different drink options, to which we all ordered one. Also the restaurant was out of lasagna at 7pm? Anyway, we all order our food and drinks, mediocre to say the best; the pasta was a little bland. Later on after our main courses were completed, she brought out the dessert menus. Under the expectation that the birthday girl would be receiving a complementary birthday dessert with a celebration my table did not order anything; not to mention the waitress repeatedly acknowledged it was someones birthday. But shockingly we were all just brought out the bills, and NOTHING! Funny it was a reservation too, then we asked for water and it never came. 20 minutes went by and were all thirsty, to which I went up to the bartender who was kind enough to bring water and take a photo. Anyhow, the all drinks were $5, became $7 and we asked the bartender and he said let me get the manager. Well, the manager never came and our waitress stepped in instead and says I hear theres an issue with the drinks? and she attempted to gaslight the whole table into thinking she said they were 5-7, but then said she said it was 5-8, so she clearly does not remember saying it. The waitress was not kind or attentive, she was unmannered with poor body language. We all felt defeated we had to pay the 18% gratuity to her. Felt bad for birthday girl, safe to say never coming back. Apologies does not fix a bad birthday dinner.
Last day of summerlicious. Waitress was very polite and professional. I ordered a drink and the glass was broken when I held it. The whole drink poured right to the table while I was still holding the glass (the bottom broke without a reason). I was blessed that was not a hot drink bcoz I had all the drink went down to where I sat. No one knew until I shouted, I need some help here! Waitress was so sorry but not the manager. Of course they gave me another drink (but the manager charged me) . People said they should not charge me, but I guess I would not take things for granted. Waitress was trying to help me as I had the drink all over me. I told her my shirt n pants were soaking wet, and I felt cold. So she gave me a couple of warm napkins.... I thought that was sincere. Again, where the heck was the manager? Didnt come by at all!!!! I ordered salad, pasta, and fried donut type of dessert. Food was OK. Nothing wow or outstanding. Notes: the table was sticky bcoz it was vintage..... I was like.... so sticky. .. Overall, without the incident, the experience was good! However, I dont see the manager who seems to care about a wet customer and charged me for the drink. People said the manager should free the drink.... what do you think?
AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I used to LOVE this restaurant. I ve been here probably 10 times but just visited for the first time in a few months and I had the WORST experience. There was virtually no service. The waiters were non existent and when they finally showed up , they were passive aggressive and just overall unfriendly. I ordered two small pastas and a salad to share and my salad never showed up at my table, yet they tried to charge me for it. On top of that, upon payment their machine stopped working after it charged my bank account and the manager tried to get me to dispute the charge with my bank and pay them AGAIN. I refused since my card was already charged as I paid with debit. Also, my bolognese was dry and had no salt it was almost inedible. I m not sure what s happened with this place but it was one of the worst dining experiences of my life. NEVER AGAIN
Beautiful space and very friendly servers upon arrival. Disconnect between food taste and quality for the prices. Friend ordered the eggplant parm and it was one thick slice that wasn t fully cooked through. Had to ask multiple times for lemon (for water), cheese and chili oil. Server never asked and barely checked in. Lots of opportunities for improvement and food/service quality.
I recently had my bridal shower here and I couldn t have been more pleased. Everything from service to food to accommodations was perfect. The customer service and the staff in particular were AMAZING!
The price of the food is on the high side the taste of the food is average.not recommended.
I ve been here before for lunch and found the food really quite good. I even met the chef owner. That was several years ago. Unfortunately this place is not the same for dinner. Really the place was empty so figured you d get great food with no rush to prepare. Nope. I call this fake Italian food. Italian inspired really. We ordered the misto frito appetizer which is calamari and shrimp fried in a light coating. This is $19.95 and they bring you this tiny saucer of food. Maybe 3-4 shrimp and a real rag tag mix of calamari parts and a lot of batter crumbs. A measly portion of bland shrimp and calamari. It comes with a mayo based dip which tasted like store bought bottle. Do not order if you want a decent portion and have had good calamari. You will be disappointed! The waitress raved about the lasagna so I ordered. It s a decent portion but this is really 20 layers of thin pasta with no ricotta Or spinach etc. They offer a meat sauce which more reminded me of tomato paste than sauce. Very thick almost ketchup texture. Still not at all Italian. Liked the pasta but no filling and pasty thick sauce.$22 Not worth it. The Tiramisu was good but we couldn t find the lady fingers or mascarpone. $15 Wait staff and atmosphere is great but food is over priced and mediocre quality. Sort of Italian but not really. Maybe the$25 burger at lunch would be better. Won t go back . UPDATE The restaurant contacted me and offered a gift card in order to come back. So I took my two sons and thought we d try the $25 burger. To our surprise they re not open for lunch on Tuesday. Had to go back on Friday . We ordered the brisket burgers and fries. The burgers seem to be pressed from pre cooked brisket not from raw brisket meat ground up. They had the traditional smoky flavor of brisket that had been smoked. Mine had a layered texture not typical of a regular pressed burger. Not to my liking or one of my sons either. I asked if this was formed from already smoked brisket or from ground brisket. They were not sure. I could not eat the burger since it was a bit dry and seemed to fall apart. They offered to bring me something else so I ordered the chicken parm sandwich. It was ok but a bit bland and there s a lot of bun here. Ate a little and took the rest home. Certainly nothing like a California sandwich chicken. So not too impressed by even a $25 burger or the chicken Parm. BUT the fries were quite good. See the burger photo and decide for yourself!
My boyfriend and I had a date here on Sunday and our server Christina was absolutely amazing! It was our first time there and she made sure we were super comfortable and gave us the best service she could give! Special thanks to the kitchen as well for the complimentary gnocchi (best Ive ever had). We also had the 8z strip loin and rigatoni rose pasta. Highly recommend the food and atmosphere here for a night out!
We came for lunch on the last day of summerlicious. The food is great. Service is exceptional. Probably we will come back there and I would love to recommend it to my friends.
Every ingredient was well sourced. Service was friendly and relaxed. Everything was great overall!
The food is average, not worth the money you pay. But staff is friendly and helpful. We were a group of 14 people, and our waitress took good care of everyone at the table. Me and my husband ordered Alfredo pasta, Cesar salad and braised beef.
If you like poor customer service, rude managers and bad food then dine here! Shocked to be so disrespected. My 2 years as a restaurant manager and 4 as a server were entirely disappointed. Ill never return!!!!
Rudest staff ever. Horrible experience
Very nice place to go out with the family. Music absolutely quite and amazing. Good restaurants for birthdays. Atmosphere
I went here last night and the waiters were beyond lovely. I was probably being annoying with my questions about the menu (due to an allergy) but they were so helpful and answered all of my questions. And another waitress wrote down the name of the place she got her necklace that I complimented her from. Best waitresses ever. The food was good especially the chocolate torte. And it was so cool to see the chefs in the open kitchen! Lovely atmosphere, music, and food.
For sure, Ill be back! they are very nice with kids.
Having been to all the O&B restaurants in the GTA, Parcheggio was a bit of a disappointment. A lot of the details that are usually put into their restaurants were lacking here. Firstly, their patio is lovely until the sun hits. The umbrellas provided cannot be adjusted or moved and sits a fair bit away from the actual tables. An awning would really improve the patio (which I m told also closes during rain and has no heat lamps). The other thing lacking is training. Our server was a very lovely person, but there were a number of issues related to the service. I m unsure who or what caused the errors, but they definitely would have been avoided if better training and system protocols were in place. Issues included: 1) reservation was made for the patio, but it didn t seem like it was noted or notice as they were going to seat us inside. 2) a mixed drink of ginger ale and orange juice arrived as two separate drinks. 3) I asked that my appetizer (meat balls) be served with my main course (pasta), so I can eat them together. As my other two dining companions had also ordered appetizers, and we ordered an appetizer to share, I assumed that my main and meat balls would be served with the mains. I was never asked to clarify and it arrived with the appetizers. 4) when the burger was ordered, they didn t ask how well done it should be nor mention their standard cook on them. 5) not mentioning the cook on the burger was made worse by the fact that the core of the burger was raw. Not rare. Raw. Like you could see the cold white fat raw. 6) a kind gesture to take the burger off the bill was not actually reflected on the bill. They had to reprint the bill a number of times, and then get the manager to fix it, before they got it right. 7) service was slow and lacking. There were huge gaps in time between when we were checked on. We actually had to go into the restaurant to get the bill because no one ever returned after dropping off our dessert. In terms of the food, it was fine. The frito misto was very small though. I would have expected a larger serving for the price. Also, the chicken fingers on the kids menu, tasted like the seafood from the frito misto. Not an issue at our table since the child in our group didn t mind fish or fishy flavours, but it is bad protocol to let the oil get old enough to hold the fish flavour and not be changed. Kid-friendliness: They have crayons and a kids menu. But all their cutlery is large and heavy.
The meatballs were so hot at and fresh. Definitely coming back
I reserved this restaurant on 7:30, The restaurant was open until 8:30 and the staff who cared us pass us the bill before we say anything and it was rude. Thats why, I was not comfortable there I ordered medium-well steak with pasta on the side but it was completely medium. The cocktail with gin was so delicious but it seems that no alcohol was inside. Overally, I wont go back there, the cost dont value the experience.
This restaurant provides an exceptional culinary experience. The service exhibited by our servers was impeccable, characterized by their professionalism and politeness. The culinary journey commenced with the indulgence of Nonnas veal meatballs, masterfully prepared with precision, accompanied by a refreshing tomato sauce that enriched each bite with a delightful burst of flavor. The subsequent offering of short rib was nothing short of spectacular, with a symphony of flavors that tantalized the taste buds. The accompanying polenta demonstrated flawless execution, showcasing a harmonious balance of textures and taste. However, there is room for improvement in the vegetable component; a fresher, crunchier alternative would elevate the dish to perfection. Regrettably, the Tiramisu left something to be desired, as it lacked the expected bold coffee notes that define this classic dessert. Instead, it exhibited a resemblance to store-bought varieties, resulting in a somewhat disappointing conclusion to an otherwise stellar meal. Consequently, I bestow a rating of 4 stars, with the belief that a refined Tiramisu could undoubtedly elevate the dining experience to a higher echelon.
Delicious. Authentic. We are vegetarian, and loved their vegetarian dishes esp risotto and arrabiata pasta. Pricey, but that is expected here given the excellence on all counts.
Service was great. Lovely and friendly staff. Food however, questionable. For an Italian restaurant, pasta was definitely over cooked and was sort of bland. Portions are incredibly small for the price you pay. Canollis, dont be deceived, they are the size of your thumb, and the shell tasted frozen dry.
Taste good
After eating the food here I was covered by darkness and dont want any food in this world anymore, yes its that bad! I cant remember ever eating such bad food in a restaurant before. The kids pizza was so hard and black, looks and tastes like its been recooked for 3 days. The eggplant rigatoni are hard. The duck ragu has nothing tastes like duck, the sauce and the whole dish tastes soooo bad and plain. I cant believe its food from Italian restaurant. I totally feel like I was tricked by the google rating, everything tasted so bad. The waitress was very nice and tried to help, her service earned this one star. I will never come back.
My husband and I just visited your restaurant for first time and our experience was absolutely amazing. Lindsey and Deshawn were both extremely pleasant and attentive and our meals were fantastic from the appetizer right to the desert. If I could give the restaurant and staff more than 5 stars.. I would Well done Parcheggio!!!
Best food in town!! Pls try their mushroom and goat cheese risotto.. love it. Food
I had their paper thin lasagna which was delicious! If im in the area, this would be my favorite place.
Kid-friendliness: Kids menus and coloring Recommended dishes
I honestly love Parcheggio. The food is outstanding, the service is always professional and friendly. From lots of smiles, satisfied stomachs and a lovely atmosphere I dont see where you can go wrong. Ive taken plenty of my friends and they also have been raving about the place. If youre an Italian cuisine lover - this is one of the go to spots in the GTA.
As a family, we ordered a variety of dishes and shared them. Appetizers were very unique and delicious. I am still thinking about it...lol. They made pasta from scratch, and it was amazing, especially lasagna and Gnocchi. Tiramizu and canollini were also freshly made and delicious. I would highly recommend this place
My family brought me here for a dinner 2-3 days ago. Absolutely amazing - the service, and the food blew me away. My server was Abigail she was an absolute gem, and Eric was the first person we met. Very warm bubbly people with expert knowledge on drinks and their menu. Definitely recommend to people who enjoy fine dining! Especially Italian food.
Portion size was outright embarrassing considering the prices they are charging. The flavour and food quality fail to justify the mouse-size portion and premium pricing.
Parcheggio - delicious food and great atmosphere. Nonnas meatballs were a perfect starter - tender and savoury. The housemade tagliatelle bolognese with their three meat sauce and rigatoni rosé were both superb. The service was attentive, the music was just right, and the overall vibe was fantastic. This place is definitely worth checking out!
Excellent food! Authentic and wonderful ambience! Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetarian options Food : 5/5 |
Weve been coming here for a while now, and while we usually have a great experience, this visit missed the mark a bit. The food was great - at least what we received! We had ordered an appetizer of Bruchetta to start, and it never came. We got our entrees (which were solid), but still no sign of our appetizer. When we mentioned this, they had said they would simply remove it from the bill, but the whole point of an appetizer is to wet your whistle a bit before the entrees. Well still come back, but will be hoping for a better all-around experience!
The ambiance was great. Fun music and nice decor. Our food was very sub par and all five plates were very disappointing Food
We came to this restaurant to celebrate a birthday and had high hopes since this place operates under the banner of Oliver and Binaccini but unfortunately we were disappointed from the moment we got it. The ambiance is sad and confusing, the best way to describe it is Bistro met 60s steakhouse . The place was cold and sitting area cramped . It took a while for our server to show up and she was pleasant . The appetizers wee ordered and came in a bit later than expected but nothing to be picky about. The soup was really bad, not enough broth and really not appetizing , most definitely not something memorable, the meatballs were tasty but dry , the home made faccaciu bread was chewy which was very disappointing . Overall the appetizers were warm at best and truly not worthy of reordering ever again. The mains came on time and at least they were hot , the swordfish was probably 4 oz and I am being generous writing that , it was probably 3 oz and over grilled to death with heavy handed pepper on top . Rapini was salted with the intention of giving you a serious high blood pressure . Roasted potatoes were pleasant and properly cooked , the meat sauce for the pasta was tasty. The pasta was chewy and unlike the advertised title of home made you could tell it was previously made and not fresh . Later on we actually saw the boxes of premade pastas stacked up in theor fridge located on top of the stairs to their washroom :) , perhaps they need to move those boxes to a place more private or change the menu from fresh and home made pasta to boxes pasta from a week ago. The salmon and seafood was well cooked and pleasant . The lasagna was oily, thin layers of pasta and cheese and little of anything else, definitely not something Nona wants to put her name on it. This meal cost is $260 and was truly not worth it. I sincerely hope the managemtnand staff of this place reevaluate their service , food quality and decor of this restaurant because I dont really think any customer would return to this place for a second time , we most certainly will not
We had a holiday party in Parcheggios private room and the experience was absolutely lovely!
I had a wonderful time at Parcheggio! The food, the staff and the atmosphere were exceptional. I ordered the Tagliatelle Alfredo, it was delicious!!
Outstanding service! One of my favorite places to go! I always get the tagliatelle Alfredo with meatballs Wheelchair accessibility: Full accessible
