This was the 3rd time eating here. Very consistent and exceptional restaurant. The food is delicious, but most importantly, we had exceptional service (I think the servers name was Amanda) along with a perfect atmosphere. Great for date night or special occasion.

Food was delicious, although a bit overpriced, but the wait staff were very unfriendly and we did not feel welcomed.

I cant say enough good things about the management and servers at Tutto Pronto. We hosted a birthday party last weekend for 51 people. Natasha (the co-owner) was just lovely to deal with. She made everything so easy - let me bring in my own birthday cake, served it to all of our guests without a plating fee, handed out a customized menu, printed and framed our seating plan, accommodated our musicians, threw in some perks like complimentary tea and coffee for our guests. Everybody has told me that the food was outstanding, and the service on point. Everybodys meals came out at the right time, and the main courses were prepared exactly to order. The staff helped with the timing of our event. I have nothing but good things to say, and would host an event again there in a heart-beat. Thanks Natasha for helping to make my birthday party a spectacular event.

Ordered from catering for a few things for the Rosh Hashana meal: Brisket Potato Kugel Chicken soup with matzo balls The food was delicious! Ellen was a pleasure to work with, was very attentive to allergy restrictions and food safety. We had celiac, nut, sesame and fish allergies to contend with. Will definitely be ordering from them again for my next event.

Rating is for the take out which is too small and too pricey

My most favorite restaurant in all of Toronto. The food is Michelin star. One of the best restaurants in all of Toronto for Italian food. The owner make sure that every patron is taken care of properly. The staff makes you feel like family while youre there. The chef well I could rave all day about him. Definitely if you have some time make the trip you wont regret it one of the best meals of your life.

Had mushroom truffle pasta. Within 2 hours I experienced terrible stomach pain, cramping, sweating and shaking. Couldn t sit, lay down or sleep. After googling and consulting with a doctor, I was told it was consistent with food poisoning or bad mushrooms. I have never had this experience before and thought you should be aware.

Edited: The food was great, and the overall dinner experience was terrific. The service was good, and the servers were very attentive and nice. However, we encountered an odd issue when paying the bill. Our total was $195, but when we tried to use the custom tip option, the total jumped to $369. We asked the server for help, and he explained the different tip percentages (18%, 20%, or 25%). Even when we clicked skip out of curiosity, the total remained $369. We calculated that even a 25% tip wouldnt make the total that high. The server then took the machine and adjusted it to the correct $195 total not aggressively, but not very nicely either. We were willing to tip, but the unexplained increase to $369 was confusing. Thank you for your response, my bad 25% as the highest. Hopefully it was a glitch but 2 times we attempted ,the third one the server input the correct amount so thats what we paid, but like I ve said not in aggressive way not in a nice way either. Overall thank you so much ,just putting it here for awareness as we weren t able to address it on the spot.

My review is about how tuto pronto handled food allergy restrictions. I respect a restaurant that can straightforwardly acknowledge if they don t want to accommodate food allergies, and this restaurant would be wise to be honest and upfront about this. My negative review is because I was given every assurance that it was no problem to adjust the meal to my allergies, starting with my calling weeks in advance to inquire. This call including going over the menu and the specifics of my allergies to determine what was possible, what I needed to avoid and even trying to make those arrangements in advance, to which I was told it wasn t necessary and the server that night would be more than happy to ensure the order was accurate. We arrived 15 min early before the rest of our party to ask allergy questions and to go over things and it seemed to be ok. The server supposedly consulted with the chef and we had the green light for the meal. Only once everyone else had ordered and the evening was underway did the trouble begin. Every few minutes or so the server returned to tell me about a problem with the meal that had been agreed upon (after consulting with him and he with the chef) and to make changes. This occurred at least three separate times. Finally, after a very long time and once the other diners had begun their appetizers (I did not order one) the server once again approached me to once again ask me for a list of all of my allergies and I again repeated for the third time how the dish should be prepared (it was a very simple dish). In the end, it became clear that the chef was uncomfortable accommodating my food allergies, and clearly did not want to do so, so I advised the server not to prepare the meal. Clearly, the chef did not want to do it. So I sat, and sat, without food through my friends eating their appetizers, then their main courses. The server was not bothered at all and left me extremely uncomfortable. No further interaction, no offer to suggest alternatives, no offer of a drink on the house to compensate this, no apology for his and the chef s part in misleading me. I have eaten in many restaurants in many cities for years with food allergies, and this is the worst experience I ever had. I would like to speak to the owner, but don t know how to get to her. If the restaurant had been upfront then we would ve found another place to dine. No problem. There are restaurants that won t accommodate food allergies and that is their prerogative, and they are clear about it upfront. But to encourage me and then result in this is wrong. It ruined the evening for all of us. In the end, I tried to discuss my disappointment with the server and rather than be apologetic he was rather arrogant, defended the chef, and told me the chef didn t want to have to wash the pan between making dishes to ensure it was ok)! Imagine that. Only one pan to cook meals and no cleaning in between! A reflection of a lazy chef (Christian)who is unable to or does not want to go beyond the cookie cutter approach and a server (Elin) who either didn t know how to handle this or who didn t care. No concern, no awareness. By the way, the rest of our party said the food was average. Suffice to say none of us will return and I will spread the word among those with food allergies to stay away. It may be an ok neighbourhood place for regulars. But if you have food allergies you will be treated with disdain and disrespect.

I ordered a 24+tax worth of surprise bag through the Too good to go app, and this is all the food that I got! Not even a crumble more! If this is a meal that you get at this price in this place, then you are definitely overcharged! Seems like some business owners are not getting the point of these apps, they just think that they are doing you a favor! It is not like whoever orders through this app or any other platforms as such needs your mercy! Of course any rational mind would enjoy spending less money on food, however this is us the customers that are doing you a favor! You are making money out of the food that at the end of the da,y as a responsible food business owner,you are supposed to throw away! Unless you are not serving your customers fresh food!

We had a wonderful lunch at Tutto Pronto. The food was excellent. The service was beyond wonderful. Grilled Calamari. An incredible risotto with lobster and grilled cod. Huge serving. The grilled branzino is perfectly cooked. Dont hesitate to eat in or take out as well

The food is consistently excellent, the ambience is inviting and our wait person on this particularly evening was Kira, who was exceptional! She was extremely attentive, warm, efficient, and went above and beyond to make us feel special. Kira is a great asset on the front lines as the face of this establishment. The experience was beyond amazing-from the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm hospitality despite showing up earlier than they expected us (the mass finished earlier than we thought) The staff went above and beyond to ensure every detail was met for my event vision and rushed to get it all ready for our arrival. Not only was the service exceptional, but the food is top notch here. I promise there will be no disappointment. Fresh, good ingredients and quality Their attention to detail and their willingness to go that extra mile is what sets this place apart from others. Youll be in good hands here. Working with Natasha was the best part of the experience, she truly cares about what you want, she is honest, caring and thoughtful. Couldnt have asked for a better person to plan my party with. Excellent service, excellent food. Il cibo era delizioso. Wheelchair accessibility: Unfortunately not wheelchair friendly. Washrooms downstairs in the basement. Even worse if youre on the second floor because youd have to go down two flights of stairs.

Once upon a time visited the place when cousin in town, very impressed so decided to come back again. Calamari entree excellent, Parmigiana very good but I opted for a double vongole deal. Not a true Moulle Mariniere but a close Italiano cousin. Great magnificco although a bit hotter than expected. A fabulous evening enjoyed with an old, not her, friend great surroundings attentive service, although the waiter could have poured out the last bit of wine from the caraffe hey every drop counts and each one is my $ amigo. When ever I come back to Toronto thats my perfect food hideaway and pleasure visit. My secret

We celebrated a birthday & Valentines dinner! The location, the atmosphere, the staff and the food, absolutely incredible. The most cozy ambiance with a very NYC Vibe, the friendliest staff ( I hope I am spelling these correctly) Liesa, Riccardo & Eliran....the nicest most welcoming vibe. We dine out to many places by far the best servers EVER. Funny, conversational and made us feel like we were in our own dining room with friends. What a fabulous vibe!!!! We had the sourdough/Olives, Romano salad and pizzas....so delicious! We will be back soon and with friends!!!!! Thank you for making us feel welcome and ensuring our evening was a pleasant and happy one!!!! Highly recommended!!!!!

We had an unplanned lunch at at Tutto Pronto yesterday and it was a really nice experience. Even though the kitchen was almost closed, they accommodated us. Food was excellent and service very friendly. The mains, an eggplant parmiggiana and Ndjuia pizza were both great, full of flavour and cooked perfectly! Well definitely come back for dinner sometime to try some other items on the menu! Due to being late they apologized for not being to serve the Tiramisu we wanted, but having a takeout section, we got one from there and it was delicious!

The lovely restaurant dropped a large number of meals for the homeless at Inn from the Cold in Newmarket on Christmas day! How kind!!

The crust of the pizza was hard and overbaked and lacked sauce overall. The lamb pappardelle was just ok.

Love it. We have been here a number of times. Great food , great atmosphere, wonderful service.

We got the Burrata Italiana, Carpaccio Di Manzo, Tagliatelle Ai Funghi and Cavatelli Pugliese. Overall a decent meal but a few low lights. 1. There was not enough bread for either appetizer...it was pretty disappointing that they then proceed to charge $4 for extra bread. Enough bread should be provided to fully finish the appetizer...otherwise youre really skimping the customer. 2. Specifically for the Burrata, I felt that there should have been more roasted pistachios on it...cause the roasted pear and the Burrata already have a soft/mushy texture, so adding a bit more pistachios to give a more crunchy texture to the mouth feel would have been nice. Sure, the toasted bread would add a nice crunchy texture, however see comment above. 3. To add a bit more flavour, I think adding a drizzle of honey to the Burrata would have been very nice! 4. The Funghi pasta was the better of the two pastas, however I wish there had been more sauce that accompanied the noodles and towards the end of the meal, you could really taste the oiliness, which was disappointing. I could also tell that of the two pastas, the Funghi was completed first, as it seemed to have been sitting under the prep light for sometime before it was brought out to us. How could I tell? The sauce had started to coagulate. 5. The Cavatelli was overall enjoyable...however I felt as though the noodle was JUST a bit TOO al dente for my liking. Not sure if the pasta is made fresh daily...but doesnt seem like it. 6. While the waitress was friendly enough and polite, not once did she make eye contact with me or my partner. She merely looked uninterested when interacting with us. From what I understand, this place is comparable to Terroni...but in my opinion...its 1-2 tiers below Terroni for about the same price...so maybe not worth going here.

Saturday evening dinner was not a good experience. We had barely sat down when our waiter lectured us on having a 2 hour time limit due to the restaurants table turnover policy. I was aware of that; it was clear from my reservation confirmation. There were probably many better ways to say what he did. We started off on the wrong foot. When ordering, a request was made for a substitution for a side order that was part of another main. Our waiter said no. I asked if he would check with the kitchen. Again, he said no. I asked if I could order it as a separate side and pay for it; again, no. Apparently the chef had only made enough to accommodate for the the other main. Zero customer service. Meals were fair. We were in and out in 1 hour 45 minutes. Will not be back again. We have been here multiple times, but this visit was not good. Left me feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. There are many restaurants on Avenue Road with better food who show more appreciation for their customers.

5. Love this spot, especially in the summer on their upstairs patio. Delicious, and hardy. food with excellent, thoughtful service. Loved the bruschetta and the grilled calamari. Lots of salad and vegetarian options as well. A lot of choice on the menu and an overall great vibe for up/midtown.

Went here last night for valentines dinner with my girlfriend. Before I even address the food, let me tell you, the customer service was unlike anything I ve ever experienced in Toronto to date. The server was very friendly and did a terrific job. Even staff that weren t serving us were super friendly the whole night he and check ged to make sure we were enjoying our time there. Now to the food, my girlfriend ordered fried calamari for her appetizer and I had mine grilled. She said it was the best calamari she has ever had and I felt the same way. The main dish was also fantastic. I also couldn t believe my eyes when I saw the bill, for such terrific service and fantastic food I wouldn t have had any issues paying more. I ll definitely be coming back here in the near future and highly recommend this restaurant. My only regret is that I can only leave 5/5 stars because they deserve more.

Im confused about the good reviews tbh. We ordered soup, pasta, and pizza. The soup tastes like it came from a can. We had to pay extra for bread which was burnt to a crisp. Ive had better frozen pizza. And I dont know how you can mess up pasta... But they did. They were nice though hence the 2 stars. Would I go there again? No. I recommend you go to Sobeys and pick yourself a nice pizza there instead. Grab a candle while youre at it and youre set. Kid-friendliness: They were nice to my one year old son. And they provide a high chair.

This was one of the most underwhelming dining experiences I had in Toronto. First off, for what is supposed to be an upscale Italian restaurant, I was expecting the bread to be complementary. When our soup arrived, we were not offered bread nor asked if we wanted to order some; we had to ask ourselves. Anyway, the bread, which was not complementary, was slightly burnt not fresh. Furthermore, I am pretty sure the pizza we ordered was frozen. They denied this accusation, but the texture was stiff and the way the toppings stuck on the dough was reminiscent of high quality frozen pizza. Loblaws pizza in their hot section literally outclasses the pizza here and is a fraction of the price. As for the pasta, it was tolerable, but definitely not worth over $20 for the plate. I would say that the service here was good. The waiting staff took care of all of our needs and even decided to give us the soup and bread for free because of how disappointed we were. That alone deserves a star. The place also gets another star because my 1 year old son seemed to enjoy the food, but keep in mind that he was very hungry and probably would have eaten anything. This place needs the Gordon Ramsay Hells Kitchen treatment if it is going to have any chance at living up to its reputation as an upscale Italian restaurant. At the moment, its dive bar quality food disguised as cuisine. Never again am I coming here.

Went for the first time for my moms birthday and had the most FABULOUS time ever. Food, environment and staff were amazing. Our server, Nika, was personable and friendly. She made sure we were taken care of and checked in on us frequently. Will absolutely be coming back!

We used Tutto Pronto as a caterer for an open house where I work. The food was outstanding and consistent this whole event. If this is what they are able to do while transporting food to a different venue I am excited to taste the food in house!!

We had my mom s 80th birthday at Tutto Pronto last Sunday night. From the planning with Natasha to the venue, food and execution, everything went like clockwork. We had a group of 36 people, Natasha was incredibly kind and accommodating when it came to nut allergies, food preferences and making sure the evening went perfectly. Warm and inviting space with old world Italian charm, the charcuterie appetizers were freshly prepared and delicious and the Prosecco was plentiful. Once we we re seated the primi pasta course was delicious, served piping hot and al dente! The main course of either Branzino, roasted chicken, 10oz steak or eggplant Parmesan was again perfectly cooked, hot and timely. We had chosen a red and a white wine for the evening and the servers made sure you always had a glass in hand! The restaurant allowed us to bring a special birthday cake which they cut and served and made sure without us asking to pause the quiet background music for toasts and speeches. What a perfect evening and what a great restaurant, can t recommend enough! ..we will be there again for dinner tonight!

This is my 1st time dinning at this restaurant. My first encounter of this restaurant, is actually at the Stem Wing Group tasting event. I had their MUSHROOM BRUSCHETTONE at the event and it was fantastic. I got a chance to visit the restaurant for a more complete experience, and it was great. We ordered CALAMARI ALA GRIGLIA (grilled calamari) and CARPACCIO DI MANZO (beef carpaccio) to share. The portion is generous and taste is great! For mains, we ordered TAGLIATELLE BOLOGNESE and added CAVOLETTI (crispy Brussel sprouts) to share. The pasta is slightly too cooked to our taste, not so al dente. But not to a point that we need to send it back to the kitchen. Service is great throughout the dinner. Water is always refilled, plates are promptly cleaned. We requested for hot water and they accommodated our request as well. Only one minor improvement is that the espresso came way earlier than the dessert. Another minor issue is the toilet. The setting is unisex, and each stall has its own faucet. It is clean but the walls are paper thin. Overall, good authentic Italian restaurant and generous portion.

Tutto Pronto is an exceptional restaurant!! Recently I had my husbands 60th Birthday party in the room upstairs, the Sopra. There were about 50 people. Natasha the event coordinator took care of everything. From the booking, to the menu, to the night of the event!! They were so and helpful!! The Sopra room is well set up and cozy. There was so much food and every bite was amazing. All the guest had nothing but good things to say that evening about the whole event. Natasha is such a lovely person and helps in any way she can. I would not hesitate to have another event there again!!

Overall felt like a rushed dinner. Farro salad was skimpy - like no farro - not well dressed and arugala still had super long stems - arugala was not the nice smooth arugala this was rough and course. My mushroom Ravioli feature pasta could have been a little more generous for a dinner main. it was very good. No bread on table - no bisquit with my capuccino to end the meal. Tutto you cut corners , and it shows.

If you are going to this place for a drink or snacks then its grate vibe and nice staff But do yourself a favor and do not try their pasta We tried two different types of pasta and one was worse than the other one Its funny when you pay the same price as other great Italian restaurants but the quality is not even comparable

My sisters 50th birthday was at this great restaurant. The food was amazing and the place is beautiful. But most importantly, the staff and Natasha who was overseeing the event. She is an absolute gem. I cant say enough about how she ran this event. Everything was truly wonderful :)

Very disappointed. We have been several times over many years. My CAVATELLI PUGLIESE was almost too salty to eat and I am not fussy. The problem was mentioned but barely acknowledged. For the price, no one got anything we could not do better at home. Never again.

Perhaps get those sticky things that you can hang after closing to help with the infestation? 2) the Antonori wine on your menu is 2019. The wine that you offer is actually 2020. I pointed it out, but there was no price adjustmentz which was surprising. An updated wine menu would be nice. Otherwise, good food and super friendly service!

Visited Tutto Pronto for my birthday and was blown away by the sincere service we received which was matched by the AMAZING food! Lovely spot with a genuine atmosphere (Bruschetta is the best in the city no argument!)

Sweet restaurant perfect for relaxing lunch. Plus wonderful n cozzy service. We had the daily pizza n pasta special. Pear pizza was sweet n light and perfect for our late lunch. Wild boar pasta was savory n rich. Perfect combo. Finished off with coffee n tiramisu which was the right amount of sweetness. There was also a take out portion with pre-packed frozen n ready to eat portions. So that was nice as we got food for kids dinner that night.

Exceptional restaurant, duper delicious meal and spectacular service! I love the atmosphere and the dining experience so much. The soup was the day special potato soup with shrimp and Cod, was served real hot and still good when it cooled down! The shisoto was so addictive that we just couldnt stop picking at it. PIZZA, oh their pizza was beyond imagination that I couldnt even take a steady photo and started burying my face in it! The pasta was so fresh, a bit on the saltier side from the bacon, but still very enjoyable Good thing they didnt serve Gelato, otherwise Ill gain extra pounds after a meal here, Im definitely coming back to try every thing on their menu!

Intimate place nothing fancy but the food is amazing!! One of the best branzino I had in this city! And the sea bream was fantastic (only a special for that day). Highly recommend the flourless chocolate cake!

Their TooGoodToGo surprise bag was absolutely disgusting. It was like I was eating scraps off of a patron s plate. Also, it did not meet the $24 value as suggested on the app and they removed the price stickers off the tuna wrap in my surprise bag to hide the price. I would not suggest this place at all.

We had dinner here tonight and sat on the patio. Really enjoyable experience. Staff was very welcoming, warm, and had a good sense of humour. We ordered the ribeye, mushroom tagliatelle, and beet salad all freshly prepared, well portioned, and delicious. We will definitely return here. Thank you, Tutto Pronto!

Had dinner with friends last night at Tutto Pronto. The ambiance was really good. The staff were welcoming and very kind. Talking about food, it was amazing. The plating of food and the taste both were on to the point. The patio was perfectly heated for a chilly dinner night. The staff were making sure our needs were fulfilled. Will highly recommend this place for a cute dinner night and authentic Italian food. Will visit them again.

Pricey, but good portions. An occasion restaurant, but everything is house made and you can taste it. The waiter was abit hovery , not to my liking

I was there for cocktails and hors douevres, it was pleasant and outdoors under a roofed verandah. I was lucky to have a chair. Its hard for me to judge because I was not in the restaurant downstairs.

Excellent food, service and ambience. Patio/ terrace is a charming option to dine, weather permitting! Vegetarian options: Polenta covered, roasted cauliflower was delicious. Sour dough bread with warm olives was another good choice for vegetarian starters.

Great atmosphere, food was good but service was subpar. I ordered the lamb pappardelle. The pasta was excellent, however, there was probably less than 100 grams of lamb (being generous most likely 50 grams). The cocktail was excellent (Tutto Pronto Sour(?)) Or something along those lines. However, unfortunately, the only time we saw our server was during our order and when we got the bill. I had an empty drink in the first 15 minutes of sitting and I wasnt asked if I would like another for the approxinlatley 45 minutes after finishing it. I find this very perplexing as my partner and I would likely have ordered another cocktail or two each if we had been asked. Summary: good food, good atmosphere, very poor service (which may have been the servers favoring locals over us, but as we are new locals, and as it also isnt an excuse, I cant give more than 3/5 stars.)

Excellent food very good service. Eggplant lasagna is to die for. On the way out I picked up take out. Salmon burgers were very good. And the price point excellent. Many places during lockdown deteriorated and got reduced to nothing. Unlike them tutto pronto is striving.

This is the real deal. Who needs to go downtown with this gem in your backyard!

Great find. From the street it doesnt look like anything special but the reviews are correct this place is fantastic. Great food, nice ambiance and superb service. Nice covered rooftop patio for summer evenings. Will be back.

Had such a great time at this place! The service was great, the food was excellent (had the grilled calamari and the beet salad) and the place itself was fun, had a great atmosphere and played good music. Would absolutely come back here...soon! EDIT: went back and had the same great experience. Love the grilled squid and beet salad. Added more pics from our time on their patio.

We drive 40 minutes to get to Tutto Pronto. Tonight was my 4th experience and it just keeps getting better . Food is outstanding and fresh. Prices are fair and the best part is the service . I ve had Stuart every time and he is attentive and lives what he does. It shows in his smile and the way he speaks to his guests Highly recommend this restaurant and will be returning

Tried walk-in with my friends last night and it was amazing. We were greeted and served by this great gentleman who I didn t catch the name of (he was wearing a blue shirt!). He was so kind, funny, and made sure we really had a great experience. Food was also amazing but I d go back just to be served by him! :)

Went there just recently for dinner for the first time. The food was very fresh. The gnocchi was made in house, so good. The beet salad was delicious and a generous portion. Very nice and inviting atmosphere. The service was excellent and the staff very friendly and attentive. Would definitely go there again and recommend it to my friends.

I must be honest, I only had the hor douerves here for a birthday party and it was incredible. They were so tasty and filling, it makes me excited to come back and dine here. The atmosphere is great and the staff were incredible. I cannot wait to come back. Also my Albanian friend running the bar upstairs was incredible and so accommodating. Ordered bolognese from the takeout area. got home, there was mold on the pasta. I called in and they let me exchange it for another. Did not receive an apology or anything extra for having to make the 40 minute round trip to make the substitution Not a huge issue, but was surprised to see no semblance of customer service at all. Food was good tho!

Very busy, quite expensive restaurant, with an amazing service. Reservations are recommended. Calamari were perfectly done, mushroom pizza amazing, with a thin crust, but pasta was quite boring and a bit too al dente for my taste.

We ordered the Brussel Spouts and MUSHROOM BRUSCHETTONE which were really great, quite exceptional, but our pizza and pasta with meatballs were shockingly bad. The pizza was less tasty than a frozen pizza and the pasta tasted like it was from a can or made for children. It was very strange. Apparently, the meatballs were fine (I did not try them, I am a vegetarian. I am not saying I don t recommend Tutto Pronto, but I don t understand how the pizza and pasta could have been that bad. As with other reviews the music was too loud.

Prepared foods can be really bad. The Macaroni and Cheese is awful. Just pasta and cheese--nothing else. Ive tried cookies that were so sweet I had to throw them out. Arugula and pear salad can be water logged. Poor quality control.

came in to get a Mac and cheese and they offered to bring it to my house . ... amazing service. and the Mac and cheese. Im a Mac and cheese kind a of guy Im very picky when it comes to my Mac and cheese and this was one of the best . Ill be ordering it every Sunday from now on .

Environment was very nice, small and cozy. We had the Burrata which is great and had some unique accompaniments including pear, The avocado salad which are very nice lemon dressing and the pizza rustico which was actually quite filling and enjoyable

Went here for the first time for lunch...the food and service was outstanding!!! Best veal limone I have ever had...veal was so tender and flavourful. Also they had my favourite veggie broccolini which is not very common. Everything was perfect! My new favourite place.
