Oxtail was tough and not edible, complete waste of money. I do not recommend this place.

I couldnt eat the tripe and beans, because it was extremely salty. I am very disappointed that I spent $30.00 on a dish that I had to discard. It is useless chatting with Uber Customer Service

The two stars are for the lady who served us she was polite, thanks. The red peas soup was delicious but I specifically asked for them not to put any chicken foot in my soup, and there were several pieces in my soup when I got it. The jerk chicken tasted off, like it was bad. I didn t want to get sick so I didn t eat it. The oxtail had some flavour to it just needed to be cooked more tenderly.

Hi, I really like the pepper shrimp however it is very unappetizing to see the shrimp vein. It would be great if you could remove the veins from the shrimp.

One of the best Jamaican foods Ive tried the chicken was very fresh juicy tasty and the oxtail gravy amazing the size large was very was very generous the only thing that was missing was a bit more coleslaw and dressing that was very small amount but overall great food I will be back there

The ladies at the front are rude and too arrogant. They are more focused on their cellphones than answer your questions, even if they answer you they do it with aggression as if you are bothering them. They make you fell unwelcome. I asked gravy on the rice with my oxtail/rice&peas and didn t get it. I won t lie the food is good but service is zero also lacking hygiene at the front/bar... I asked to speak with owner or manager and she replied that they are not in. Asked her for their names and she replied that I can google it.

Local bar that does a lot of food delivery service.skip the dishes probably busy here.I can walk there and have a cold beer.Pool table and music playing very casual atmosphere.

Service here is excellent and fast, classic reggae tunes, and nice casual vibe. When I m in the area I pass through. The only downside from my experience is the parking because it s in a small strip plaza with limited spots.

This was soooo good! Definitely going to be ordering again, just forgot to ask for extra juice over rice and beans for the chicken stew. Jerk chicken was delicious light spice but really flavourful! Fries were all stuck together and soggy, but loved loved everything else.

If i could give this place less than 1 star, i definitely would. Places like these make it hard for black people to support fellow black owned businesses. According to their item description on skip the dishes, their $10 steamed vegetables dish is served with a choice of white rice or rice and peas The order was delivered without the rice and when they were contacted about it, the lady on the phone was extremely rude and claimed the rice was not included. (THEN WHY INCLUDE IT IN THE DESCRIPTION!!!!) if the rice does not come with the vegetables dont include it in the item description. who is going to pay $10 for a box of vegetables alone. I hope you invest in some customer service training for your staff! you also need to have accurate item descriptions. worst experience and sub-parI food.

INCREDIBLE! Just the smell alone made me know it would be amazing and now I m sitting it in the car and WOW doesn t even begin to explain. This is TRUE Jamaican food! We live in Waterloo, but we will definitely be back.

There food is extremely authentic! Whenever Im in the catchment for any of the delivery companies I have to place an order. When I buy from them I feel like Im eating something prepared back home.

Went in to get some Jamaican food, only for the staff to not service me. Some kind gentleman that was a customer tried to get me serviced and the 3 people working there all chose to ignore him. The man in the kitchen kept staring at me but made zero attempt to come and help me OR to tell the girl behind the counter (that he was just chatting with and doing absolutely nothing) to come and help me. Terrible service, will recommend anyone who wishes to actually get food here to go somewhere else.

The food was marvelous! I was full but kept trying to eat it. Lol and everyone was so lovely. It felt like I was back home with family. I cant wait to go there again!

Pricing was too high for such small portions. Food did not taste that good. Rice was too dry and no sauce or gravy provided even though we asked for it. And the coleslaw OMG . Picture is deceiving. Oh and the parking was a nightmare.

I am writing this review solely to tell folks that if you want legit, verry legit jamaican manish water (goat head soup) this is the place to go. Its very hard to find a good goat soup and this place hit it right out of the park. They also have great oxtail and the jerk pork has good flavour too. The actual place is a lounge/bar situation and doesnt have real seating but the food is good here. They are also on uber eats if you are in the surrounding area.

I am a lover of Pork and this has been one of the best spot so far in Toronto for Jerk pork.

Go there for takeout, the woman at the bar is very rude. Absolutely no customer service skills. But when a man comes up for a drink she turns into a different person all chatty and friendly to them. Food is ok for takeout

This place is like when you visit family and you dont want to leave. Just had a few drinks and had a good time. Enjoy ur stay when you do get there
