My waitress named 文娟 was very attentive, helpful, nice, patient and smiley face. I don’t know how to describe her, you have to meet her in person then you will know what I mean. I say she was the best waitress I have ever seen in TO. The sound system is very good and the decoration is amazing.
Very sneaky with charges,they offer free drink but they were not clear that alcohol is not included..and what with the service fee of $30 for 4 hrs..the room smells cigarette too..

I recently had the pleasure of celebrating a friend's birthday at YYDS Karaoke and Restaurant, conveniently located in Markham. We booked the largest room, which was an absolute marvel. The room featured an extremely large circular table that was self-revolving, making it one of the most unique and spacious rooms I have ever experienced. For around $120, we enjoyed an inclusive package of food and karaoke, which was an excellent deal. The food was delicious, and the venue was impeccably clean. One of the standout features of the room was its private washroom, adding to the convenience and comfort of our celebration. The staff were incredibly attentive, catering to our every need and ensuring we had a memorable time. The room comfortably accommodated around 30 people, making it perfect for large gatherings. Additionally, the venue offers various rooms suitable for parties of any size. While parking can be a bit tight, arriving early can help secure a spot. Overall, YYDS Karaoke and Restaurant is an excellent choice for any celebration, be it a birthday or any special gathering. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend this place for a fun and memorable experience.
KTV happy hour 3 - 8 pm, $15.99 per person, one non-alcohol drink included (except watermelon juice and red bull). However, extra $7.2 service fee was not informed in advance but showed up on the payment. I could found most songs. They may have all popular songs. No atmosphere lights, the function seems broken. But I am OK with it.
What can i say, the customer service is superb. Came with my wife and child for some fun times. Didnt catch the mans name but he reserved us such a nice and elegant room at a special price. My family truly enjoyed the 4 hours of singing. The lights, ambiance, sound quality was all superb. Will definitely come back again. Highly recommended. Thank you for accomodating us.

Took 2 hours to get 10 plates of food terrible
This restaurant is one of the worst place ever. Indoor smoking is illegal, but everyone here be smoking INDOOR. We complained and they are not doing anything. Even the staffs are smoking. Someone call the popo so they can shut this place down. It s ridiculous!

The smell of cigarettes in the private room was very strong, the quality of the accompaniment tapes was not good, many were silenced versions, and the sound quality was mediocre. The restroom is quite clean.
The sound quality is very good and the service staff are very enthusiastic! There just wasn t a lot to eat, but the rest was satisfying! ! !
Cheapest ktv in Toronto I d say, and it s literally the same as other ktvs possibly even better, 15.99cad for each person without tax for 5hours on Friday-Sunday, can t find this deal anywhere else, definitely recommend going with friends or alone even

All aspects are average, the service, hygiene, and sound effects are average. Many people like to come here during the day to organize concerts, but it is troublesome if guests are not allowed to pay separately. I feel that it cannot get 4 stars.
It happened to be a renovation, and the experience was very bad at the beginning. In addition to the poor sound quality, we were assigned to a room next to the renovation. The air was extremely bad, and the sofa was covered with a layer of dust. After sitting on it, we found that our pants were all dirty, and we were told We wipe the sofa ourselves. When I was singing for an hour, I had a loud fight with the decorator next to me, and then the most amazing thing happened. My friend was hit on the head by pieces of white powder falling from the sky. From the scene, it seemed that it was the decorator in the room next to him who did it. Decoration materials fell into our room, and my friend couldnt wash them off after a long time. When he called the staff, he just said he was sorry and had no intention of helping. Singing like this for an hour ruined the mood of the whole day. This store will always be blacklisted

Lol DO NOT come here if you want WATERED down drinks!! They purposely make the room like 28 degrees so you sweat and order more drinks how evil. No other KTV place in Toronto/ North york/ Richmond hill/ markham makes their rooms so BEYOND HOT. This place is extremely beyond shady. More importantly they most def water their drinks down.

This is the KTV with the largest space and the best service I have ever seen in Toronto, and the price is very reasonable. It can not only sing karaoke but also perform skewers.
I didnt hear about this place until the closure and removal of the liquor license but after seeing the pics of this place I cant wait to check it out when it opens again. It looks amazing!
