I had a very disappointing experience with Tabriz Catering. The staff was unprofessional and lacked basic customer service skills. Their behavior was rude, making the whole interaction unpleasant. To make matters worse, the receipt I received was incorrect, and when I brought it to their attention, they refused to refund the difference. I expected better service, but unfortunately, they failed to deliver. I would not recommend this catering service to anyone.

Their food is delicious. The only thing I do not like about them is that they do not pay attention tonthe health of costumers. They pour super hot soup in plastic container that it is not used by other restaurants anymore I have asked several time not to do that as the plastic releases harmful chemicals to hot food and cause cancer. They do not pay attention. I give 3 stars for that. I see you have answered that the canada health has approved this plastic containers but I could not see where in the page you have referenced they say that it is safe to use it for boiling hot soup. When a plastic gets softer because if the heat it means that its chemicals are mixed with the food. Please do not try to find excuse for your wrong doing. Just fix it.

I ve visited Tabriz Restaurant multiple times, and every single time, the customer service has been excellent. The quality of the food is truly perfect. They treat you so well that, despite living 40 kilometers away, I m always willing to make the trip and choose this place for authentic Iranian food. Mrs. Pari is an incredibly kind and friendly woman. Once, my friends and I stopped by to pick up food for a picnic, and her service was so wonderful that my friends said it was the best quality Iranian food they had ever tried. I highly recommend this restaurant if you re looking for top-notch food, amazing customer service, and very reasonable price

The young girl working at the cash register never made eye contact with me or paid attention to me even though I had been waiting for 25 minutes and waiting for my order. I waited for about 35 minutes and I couldnt get my order, they are incredibly slow. I left the shop because I couldnt stand it anymore and I have never seen such an indifferent restaurant. They are incredibly slow, I do not recommend them at all. Not even one person came and gave an estimated time, such as We will give it in this long time. It really sucks.

The hirable place to get food. I was one of the loyal customers for this restaurant (Catering). But things changed when I ordered food, and they delivered me a raw Kebab. I called them to follow up and address my concerns; instead, the person I was talking to was rude and unprofessional. That was the last time I got from them. I referred them to the site where I was working, and managers decided to order Iranian food for all the employees (around 60-80 + plus our amazing Drivers) at DOI2. They lost the deal I put on the table at Amazon, and, sadly, they do not even learn how to talk to customers and care about their satisfaction. Sorry for honest feedback.

Ok lets write another review for Tabriz. (You can read my previous reviews below from a year ago.) With my coworkers we have been frequenting at this take out place and have recommended it to many people. Lately, I dont know what has changed (ownership? management? but the quality of food has dramatically dropped. Hence I take my 4 star in the past and move it down to 1. The problem with the sides still persists. Still you have to ask for onion and for utensils to be added !! Last week I ordered for 10 people and when I arrived at my place I realized they have not added utensils. The staffs are friendly but the most important items, service and quality of food are horrible. A year ago review . Let s be fair and give them 4stars for the quality of their foods, though today was the only time I was disappointed with their chicken breast. Otherwise every other time I visited the place both food quality and the price is much better than similar take out places across city. constructive feedbacks: 1. Pls remove items that you say you are not serving for the past few months from your menu. 2. For their front line to be more active. When a client places order pls prepare everything completely. I remember I had to ask for utensils in past, and a time like today when I was rushing I realized it s not on my order till I got to work. The same goes for the sides (somak, onion, pop, ...) pls have them ready for clients & be generous about it. This does not take you much time to prepare them but it goes long way in your customer service.

Food is very good but service not at all. I believe because they are very busy they do not pay attention to customers requests. If you ask them a chicken without rice, they usually give you the rice! If you order 3 separate chickens, they give you all chickens in one container and all the rice in the other container and if you ask why they just say sorry. These have happened to me SEVERAL times and despite the fact that their food is good, we decided to stop ordering food from Tabriz!

Today, I ordered two dishes, a chicken thigh and a pounded chicken, but unfortunately I have to say that it was awful. The chicken was very dry and very small in terms of volume, but the rice was good. About the pounded chicken, I can only say that it was awful. I have had pounded chicken from this restaurant several times before and I I thought it was good, I had even introduced it to some of my Canadian friends, but today it was awful, in terms of its appearance similar to a pan roast and in terms of its dry, low-fat and onion-filled taste, then we marinated it for a few hours. I think it had baking soda inside, because in Iran, whenever I put baking soda in it, I used to get sour, and in the end, the gentleman who took the order was very polite and friendly in my opinion.

The Ashdogh I purchased from Tabriz Restaurant was perfect, and to my surprise, they added two Shole zard for free. The amazing quality of the food and customer service, left me thoroughly impressed. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

Just ordered some kebabs from this place and Im pleasantly surprised with an extra serving of soup and a soda in addition to my order. The barley soup was sublime and the kebabs were excellent. The price is a bit on the expensive side but the food I got was hearty and delicious.

I created this Google account just to share my experience with this catering service. Unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. Despite giving them multiple chances, I was disappointed every time I tried their food. The koofe tabrizi lacked any taste, the fesenjan was made with raw walnuts which is unbelievable for a persian restaurant to do that, and the gheymeh was undercooked . Even the koobide was not fresh and far too spicy for my taste. Its clear that this catering service values design over taste and quality. I regret giving them so many chances, and I definitely wont be returning. Overall, I cant recommend this service to anyone who values good food. Save yourself the disappointment and look elsewhere.

Ordered takeouts a few times before and food was just decent, have to say nothing is fancy about this catering place. Unfortunately my recent food orders didn t have the same quality, taste and portion as they had before! Gheymeh Bademjon & Joje were basically tasteless! The economy has also impacted the portion of their food.

My friend ordered the gheymeh bademjan stew from this place today, and it was full of uncooked lentils. They charged us 19.50cents for this dish. Since I am a regular customer here, I called the restaurant and told them that the quality of their food was not as usual. In response, they thanked me for my feedback !What kind of customer service is that, especially for a loyal customer like me? Also, they usually include a drink with all their meals, but when I asked my friend where the drink was, she said they didnt give me any drink!

I got the fesanjon from them, it was so sour that it was like a gurgarut stew, I also ordered it for a guest, then when I called, they said that it was too little sour in our opinion!!! We ordered koobide and gheyme bademjan, they were awesome and delicious. I can say it was my best gheyme badmejan which Ive ever ordered. The guy( I would say the owner) was so kind and nice. I enjoyed talking with him. Highly recommended.

Great food, great service, dizi was amazing

We had ordered Waziri. The chicken was good and the soup was excellent. The batter was not bad either. Along with the food, there were only a few half-burnt tomatoes, no pickles, no pickles, no grilled peppers, nothing. How is this a service that doesnt even have a salad? Even when we asked for bread, later I realized that they charged two dollars for each small package of bread. Besides, bread always came with kebab and Iranian food and there was no extra charge. At least they should have told us that it is not on the service.

The food s quality is abhorrent! Neither me or my family could eat the food! The rice smells like plastic and the meat of the kebob smells so disgusting! The price doesn t worth a penny ! I will never ever come back to this place again and I don t recommend it to anyone! Food : 1/5

I never eat restaurant food. But the family sometimes likes to eat Persian food. I have ordered kebob from here several times, the Grilled Barg kebab and chicken are Ok, but not juicy, And the TAHDIG is excellent.

Great and very frendly staff

After few years in Toronto we just were in passion to Try Iranian famous Dizi and came across this restaurant via searching for Dizi .We just ordered 2 for take away. Unfortunately seems the meet and juice and ingredients are mixed of different foods. 1. Juice was tasteless which is wired as there was huge meet piece but the juice was like boiled tomato paste and not at all trace of that huge meat taste. 2. The huge meet piece seems a remaining from other food like Baghali polo ba Mahiche . If you notice in the snapshot in traditional Dizi the meat piece are vey small with some small fats . The meet is look like taken from other food . 3. Tomatoes seems came from Gheimeh as well. 4. And finally due to the poor quality and taste although we just were able to eat part of the first one and throw out the remaining and 2nd completely still don t feel healthy well . I am very sorry to put this comments however I believe honest feedback will help to improve the quality finally or at least warn people to select maybe other food option of this restaurant such as Kebabs to avoid ruining their dream of Persian Dizi.

Hi got a wrong ash. Actually they keep it sour ash. But i always use noodles kidney beens green one. They have great service and food. But i was upset only that they should know if customer is not persian then they suppose to tell them the type of actual ash which i know much better since i use persian food almost 10 yrs. got disappointed

The price on the kabobs could be less but the quality of kabobs is the best in GTA. the staff are extremely polite. never tried and will never try any of the stews.

The food is not bad. But they pry a lot in the customers personal life. From the customers job, comparing the customers job with another customer, which is not known, in short, they deal with everything!!

I would say Tabriz Catering is in top 5 list of places in GTA where you can get high quality and delicious Iranian dishes. Besides, I dont think you would find a tastier barley soup or Aash-Reshteh anywhere else. Theres no dining in here but highly recommend it for your take out or delivery orders.

I used to be this catering customer. Today due to miscommunication we got wrong food which we do not eat atall(Kofte) instead of Kubideh. Therefore as I was a regular customer brought back the food and I faced to an unexpected customer service which Ive been told we do not take this back from you if you like you can just reorder. I recommend if you are this catering customer, before payment double check the receipt else after payment there is no valid customer service.

The food is consistently good. Great flavourful food and good quality no matter what you order. My favourites are the Barley Soup, Koobideh Kabob and Dizi.

I highly recommend this restaurant, specifically the Baghalipolo mahiche, its was so delicious and a big portion and a very reasonable price. Love it, and Im gonna be their loyal customer forever, and i hope they dont change the quality.

The best Persian catering in Toronto. If you are looking to taste persian cusine with very high quality and very reasonable price or you simply have missed persian food, this is the place to go. I would say its mostly take-out style and it is a catering, not a restaurant. But the quality of the food is top-notch! Some people here have put reviews without any authentic or particular reasons, which is questionable. Because it is ALWAYS crowded, with returning customers!

Good tasting koobideh. Compared to a few places around there, around where I(far) live and considering the prices, its worth going here. Two koobideh with rice, tomato, pepper, scorched rice/tahdig and butter, it comes up to like $15.25, with good portion. Each skewer is $5.5. I believe it was a barley soup I had, they make it tasty. The third time I had it, it didnt taste the same. Nice customer service.

This review is only about the Fesenjan. I tried the koobideh and chicken breast and it was really good. this catering is my favourite Persian catering in Toronto if I want to order Persian grills. But this was the first time that I ordered Fesenjan and it was not good but the chicken was smelly and it tasted like it was leftover chicken. I only ate the stew without chicken cause it was really bad. I didnt expect this catering to give me bad food cause it always gave me really good food.

We love Tabriz. Every time we ask our kids what food they want they choose Tabriz. We have ordered many dishes. Fesenjan is great. We go at least once per week. Our favorites are Kobodeh Kebab and Torg Kebab. Taste is delicious and very generous portions.
