A cozy place to eat good soup during winter, friendly staff, and the Pho is good (7/10) from my point of view. My boyfriend loves this place so much that whenever he visits me, he will suggest having lunch/ dinner here and orfer Pho Bo (beef noodle soup)
He didn't say basic greetings, didn't ask how many people there were, and didn't even show us around. We sat down and that time ,he asked us to change seats. Maybe they should use a waiter. He received the order late, too. The food was delicious. But the service was not good, so I didn't tip. I made it clear that I wouldn't tip, but the person who seemed to be the boss asked me several times if I would pay in cash when I paid. When he kept saying that he wouldn't give me, he acted like he was angry. When he said he would take the receipt, he said, "You already took it” We didn't even say hello when we left (I never took the receipt), so we didn't feel good. I want an apology for this.
I had the beef curry with roti and the beef was really tasty. It was very well cooked and was still soft and easy to eat. The roti was too oily for my taste. The person helping me was nice and helpful as well. The prices are also reallyyy good considering the taste and quality of the food. They also have a big menu with good appetizers, main dishes and cold drinks. I tried the water melon fruit tea and it was really good. I’ll definitely go back to try more dishes.
Decent Pho restaurant operated by chinese people, with affordable prices and large portions. Located in a plaza with many restaurants and a No Frills, with lots of parking available. They don't take credit card 💳.
This is one of my favorite consistent take-out spots. I actually prefer take-out to dine-in. Their portions are sizable and their prices are fair, especially if you order directly from them. I think their third party app prices are a few dollars more. Their grilled meat options are great, my usual orders include their lemongrass chicken, pork chop, and satay skewers. Their appetizer combo is great as well. I dined in for the first time this week and it was a pretty mediocre experience. We ordered their Hainan chicken, which was a lunch special, and it was only $11.50. Awesome value. But I find that their cut the chicken a bit too big and their chicken oil rice isn't as rich as other places. They also leave you alone after bringing your meal and don't service the table very often. It's kind of expected for this kind of restaurant, but still can be improved. Next time I'll stick to my favorite takeout options.
Have been coming here for years and will continue to do so! The food is amazing and reasonably priced, restaurant is comfortable and service is great. Their pho broth is SOOO good! The gentleman who was our server is (i believe) the owner? But my boyfriend and i really like him and his service. He’s been here a long time and he is very kind and welcoming. My parents used to come here all the time and now my boyfriend and i will continue coming here.
I recently had the pleasure of dining at Pho Vietnamese Delight, conveniently situated at 3555 Don Mills Rd unit 9, North York, ON M2H 3N3. Let me just say, this restaurant truly lives up to its name, providing a delightful Vietnamese culinary experience. From the moment I entered, the staff greeted me with warmth and kindness, creating a welcoming atmosphere. As a first-time eater of Vietnamese cuisine, I wasn't sure what to expect, but Pho Vietnamese Delight surpassed all my expectations with their incredible food and efficient service. For my meal, I opted for the 135 Lemongrass Chicken Noodle Soup, and I must say, it was a perfect choice. As someone who prefers non-spicy dishes, this soup hit the mark, as it carried a delightful lemongrass flavour without any overpowering heat. The balance of flavours was superb, and the generous portion left me feeling fully satisfied. To complement my meal, I decided to quench my thirst with a refreshing watermelon juice. What impressed me most was that the restaurant made it from fresh watermelon, resulting in a vibrant and naturally sweet beverage. It was the ideal companion to the flavourful soup, enhancing my dining experience. Overall, Pho Vietnamese Delight is an exceptional restaurant that has won my heart. The excellent Vietnamese cuisine, coupled with the friendly and attentive staff, creates an atmosphere that is both inviting and enjoyable. Whether you're a seasoned fan of Vietnamese food or a newcomer like myself, don't miss the opportunity to savour their delicious 135 Lemongrass Chicken Noodle Soup and indulge in their refreshing watermelon juice. Your taste buds will thank you for the delightful journey into Vietnamese cuisine.
Cheap and tasty! I was here on a Sunday just before the noon hour. It wasn't overly busy, so getting seated was no problem, and ordering was quick. I order my usual Pho, which came quickly and was very tasty. The service was prompt, and the food was good, and was about $10 for a large bowl of Pho. The decor was pretty dated and the vinyl bench seating needed replacement, but other than that, it was very good.
The rare beef is delicious and tender, the tendon melts in my mouth, the brisket has just enough of fat and sliced thin, so it is not chewy. Broth is tasty, not thirsty after I drank it. Place is clean, and the owner operator was by himself and service was swift. I would come back anytime.
Avoid at all costa
Have come here for many years with my family and it is owned by the sweetest people
Dirty, flavourless, do not recommend.
The taste of the noodles is relatively good, the quantity is sufficient, and the boss s service is excellent.
The restaurant smell bad. And the chicken rice not good rice to oily chicken not cook well and also side dish has kimchi they was a small paper in the food. Very disappointed. Not going back.
Didn t realize they ration napkins here
This is the favorite place to visit with my son. My son & I enjoy the deep fried chicken legs.
Rude service
It s delicious. I eat every day.
Many dishes on the menu look more like Malaysian/Singaporean/Thai than Vietnamese. Their pho is just OK. I m not a big fan of it. The reason I gave it a 5-stars is their Hainan Chicken ( ). I m not sure if Hainan Chicken is also a Vietnamese cuisine, but their Hainan Chicken is absolutely delicious. Since I first tried it, I ve never ordered other dishes from them.
I had a horrible experience here. I ordered the pho. The meat was too chewy and tough. Sub par meat for sure. I couldnt even swallow it. I had to spit it out. Then I got food poisoning and was sick for days. Not to mention the terrible customer service. Ill never go back even if the food was free. If you want a good place to go for 5 star vietamese food and service. Go to Pho Metro at Warden and Lawrence. Its much CHEAPER and DELICIOUS with GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I would rate Pho Metro at Warden and Lawrence a 10 out of 5 stars. I give this place 0 stars out of 5.
FREE WIFI! This restaurant is not a 5 star luxurious restaurant but let me tell you it s price and the food are great! !! It s worth and reasonable price for the Great Customer service ! My go to food restaurant for Pho and dinner. It s so affordable and worth it !! :)
Went here on a whim with my friend tonight and we were very impressed with the food and service! The food was flavourful and it came very quickly. I ordered the beef satay pho and it was delicious, i would definitely recommend that to someone who loves pho, but wants to shake it up! The fresh rolls and fried spring rolls were really good. The fried roll tasted very fresh especially. Perfect place for a reasonably priced dinner that makes you feel warm and cozy! Also, shoutout to the gentleman server there, he was very friendly and always accommodating!! Would go again and recommend to anyone in the area in search of pho
Their Hainan Chicken Rice is one of the best. Big portion, reasonable price, and delicious.
Nice place, food is so good
Went there for lunch alone tipped a dollar n They demanded for more tip Food is ok Food
It tastes really bad and the toilet is very dirty. But the waiters attitude was good.
The portions are big and the quality is good. I highly recommend this restaurant
I always go there after work every now and then I would give a tip... but today I decided to not leave a tip. And the cashier asked me to leave a tip after I have already paid. Very disappointing... their utensils smell like its been covered with bleach and alcohol. If you come to this location be prepared to leave a tip or you will get hassled. My recommendation is if you are asking for customers to leave tips then raise your prices. Just a thought. Jan 4, 2023.
Food is good. Waiter ignored me for 30 mins before taking my order. Older waiter was more polite younger waiter ignored me and took my girlfriends order and gave her her food 15 mins before mine. By the time, I received my food it was cold. Maybe if you want a higher tip next time dont ignore me and my girlfriend when we are attempting to order from the menu.
Very delicious. I especially recommend the special beef noodles and spring rolls. The service is worthy of the price.
Server was very friendly. I did notice he was by himself so he was practically running all over the place. We came for dinner around 7. Food came quickly. Pho tasted different from other pho places weve been to. Its was quite salty. Chicken curry was good, big size servings definitely good for 2 people.
Affordable price, not too palatable
The portion is large, the price is low, and the ingredients are good. I won t use bad ingredients to save costs.
Rubbish ! ! ! The waiter even asked for 15% consumption, but there was no service at all! !
Overall customer service is great. Food served is delicious.
Great quiet place, very big soup portions, good prices
Good custome services and good food, Id definitely go back. Food
Pho is bland. Gave me an upset stomach.
found a plastic piece in my pho. disgusting. told the owner but he didnt do anything about it.
1. The meatballs in the beef noodles are sour. 2. The waiter lied - I asked him how long the spring rolls were? He showed it with his hand, which was about as long as two adult index fingers. When it was served, it was not as long as my middle finger. 3. The service attitude is extremely poor
The portion is quite large and the soup is pretty good. The service is also good.
Huge Pho portions for a very affordable price. Personally, I found the House Special Pho was not as flavourful as the other ones I have tried. However, the satay chicken skewers was fantastic! It was super tender and flavourful.
This is going to be biased because I am Vietnamese but the pho wasnt that good: the broth was missing the aroma and flavour you would expect from authentic pho. It was also pretty salty but eatable and there was something wrong with the noodles but I cant really point out what it was. One good thing I would say is that portion sizes are big (or perhaps I cant eat as much as I used to). Overall a so-so experience.
Ordered food through ubereats. Its meh. Ive had better pho and smoothies but i think for the price its worth it since its reasonably cheaper than other pho places
The server/waiter kept asking us for a tip. He even ask one of my friends who had only $2 in her card left for the $2 tip than the $0.75. He had said I can give you the machine . And proceeded to even say $2 is better than nothing. Originally we were planning to leave like $10 tip for the $8 of us but then when he asked it felt like we had no choice but to. It infuriates me that he asked my friend to give him the $2 she had left in her card just so he got a tip. One of my friends had given him $2 out of pressure from the server/waiter.
The restaurant is very very dirty. Food is not that appealing to the stomach and the service is really poor. A very disappointing experience. Will not recommend to anyone. Service : 2/5 |
good
The Pho was Alright. I got the thai style chicken and I would give it a 7/10. You get a lot for a small size, I could barely finish it so you are definitely getting your money s worth. Service was good but it might be that I went on a very rainy day but the vibe was Average.
At first it seems good but there is something missing when slurping the first sip of the soup, doesn t taste like other pho places. The soup tasted very salty no beef flavour. Pricing it s good, portion it s big, taste not so good. Would I come back again ? Problem no, and would not recommend
Tasty pho.
Very dirty place, cockroaches and rats in and out the hidden Disgusting!
Disgusting dirty place, rats in and out the kitchen, I wonder whether inspectors avoiding this place.
I came here to have dinner after work one evening. At the adjacent table, there were an Indian and a Middle Eastern person who ordered a lot of food and suddenly left without paying, essentially dining and dashing. I felt sorry for the restaurant, and it seemed like reporting it to the police wouldn t be effective.
Tasty Lemongrass chicken vermicelli! No credit card payment. Debit or cash!
We always hang out and eat here. It s our caring food. They provided a lotta food which no problem can feed a big stomach. Just want to remind to the server if the client to pay by cash typically in North York that means no tax so the rest of them the client is willing to pay the Tips instead of tax. Please don t be upset like we don t pay Tips. The food is pretty authentic west south Asian taste.
Absolutely disgusting behavior by Servers, At the time of paying, after typing in the amount, He chose the Tip on his own and waved around the device without even showing me and kept saying fast , tap fast, Like what the hell? I didnt even know I was tipping or How much I tipped, I saw it after. The tip was 12%, which was fine but I should be the one to decide How much should I tip or IF I want to tip based on the service I am getting. When you do that kind cheap tricks to get money out of people, you lose respect. and I lost respect for this business. Makes me think that the business is not paying their servers so the servers have to do this to make sure they are making money. or maybe even the management is asking the servers to do that because I heard about it from a friend who went there before and had similar experience and thought how weird it is. Not going there again.
Great service, there was only one gentleman serving everyone but he made sure service is quick, I got my food in 5 min within ordering. Food is good portioned and good priced too
Nice and flavourful and they also do larger platters for get togethers! Had this for wife s birthday and my brother and mom brought their food over. Skewers were nice with a smoky flavour from the char and filled with flavour. Brought in those massive aluminum foil platters, they also put in vermicelli right in the middle for everyone to enjoy as well! The rice, noodles and hainanese chicken were very nice as well! The chicken was fresh and juicy! The rice was tasty, but nothing extraordinary. No comments on service as I didn t get to experience any interactions, but the fam didn t have anything bad to say either when picking food up! Great job! Follow me on IG @thirst_and_taste for better pics, vids and more amazing content!
Ordered delivery 1. Would be helpful if dishes were labelled 2. The noodles are suspiciously similar in look, texture and taste..to spaghetti noodles
I came here at least three times a week. Absolutely the best Malaysia beef curry rice in town. Pho soup also taste good. Very good choice for lunch and dinner. This restaurant worth your support during the pandemic.
Cheap in taste and quality On top of that they are rude and charge you extra for everything without confirmation #Shame
A little bit salty, personally.
Very delicious! The curry beef brisket was generous.
Our favourite go to pho place!! The owners are absalutly lovely and so kind! Always a warm welcome even though we are only picking up. Always ready in 15 min and always constantly good quality food!
Have been coming here for years. After walking in here today the server told us that we can t be seated(despite empty tables) because the kitchen is busy . So basically got kicked out because they don t feel like serving 2 more customers. Great way to treat returning customers.
Best pho i ever had. The soup base is the best.
The food is great. They have a lunch special menu, in which each item is $8.99. I usually go for the Hoi Nam Chicken with rice or the Lemongrass Pork Chop with rice. They are delicious, and the portion is good. I have a big appetite and I never leave the place hungry. The decor is nothing to write home about, but I dont care about that.
Definitely worth ordering their lunch specials as they are reasonably priced with a variety to choose from. Owner is pleasant. Definitely worth a visit. :)
not very tasty
The pho here is very salty. The man behind the counter didnt seem very friendly when i came to pick up my order.
I havent been to this place in several years, but I did have good experiences in the past. I had a long day at Service Ontario next door, so I was in the mood for pho and decided to get some of the delicious pho Ive had in the past here. It was around 5pm and the all tables were empty with one person ordering at the back. I came in and the owner yelled for me to come to the back and asked what I wanted. I ordered and he asked for payment, and foolishly I paid even though I intended to eat in. I should have made that clear in hindsight, but he didnt ask me either, and I wasnt sure if their practices have changed during the pandemic. So I paid and took a seat to wait for my food and a few minutes later, the owner dropped off my order in take out containers. I was confused and mentioned that I wanted to eat here. He responded that I didnt tip. Yes, I didnt tip when I paid, because I always tip after I eat and ready to leave, not when I place my order. I responded accordingly and he then offered to give me a bowl, but I could tell he was annoyed. I was literally the only customer in the restaurant but I felt like he didnt want me there. Im sorry to say that I will never step foot at this establishment again.
Nice Vietnamese food and not expensive
One of the best pho places in this area. Big portions, delicious and prices are very fair. Solid 4/5
Small friendly place, not too expensive. Food portion was okay as well.
Not authentic pho. Broth tastes like a bunch of MSG and Luke warm water. Pass on this from a pho connoisseur
Taste good the first time and just so - so the second time . I guess you don t go too early, the food not that fresh . But if you go at around 2pm , the food is really good .
Excellent food and service. The Vietnamese coffee is the best!!!
Appreciate the service. The food is okay. Yet too much msg
Good food.
Honestly, the worst pho I have ever had in Toronto.
Inexpensive, great food offered in generous portions. Fast and friendly service. Havent been to this place in years and its a lot better than i remembered
I loveeeeeee this place so much
Worst Pho Ive ever had. Will definitely not come back.
Our definite go to place for pho! Parking: Tons of parking Food : 5/5 |
Came here for lunch and ouck the Hainanese Chicken off the lunch special. Was quite surprised that it looked like the picture. Great portion size for $10. I will definitely be back.
Hainanese Chicken with Rice ($9.95) Finally got my first Hainanese Chicken with Rice in Canada I missed the oily rice sooo badly the chicken was soft with spicy sauce Beefball noodle soup ($9.95) Juicy beefball with tasty soup A little bit salty but still good to enjoy it
Best Viet food in Toronto! GO! You wont be disappointed
The owner is stand off ish, if you get the daughter she will up charge you be careful, the food is average not bad not worth the price the ambiance kinda old like 40s but I still eat here not worth to dine in as there is 15% surcharge because he brought u water try another place
Im a pregnant. I ordered pho here because I really craved. After got the food and eating a spoonful of soup, I threw it all in the trash. The disgusting smell of meat and too salty soup almost made me vomit. The worst pho Ive ever had.
Clean establishment but not authentic. Thats probably why the food tastes bland. The others are right for the most part. The good part is that the portions are large. The large here is probably an XL from ward/steeles. They also dont skimp on the noodles so youre stuffed by the time youre done your bowl. worth a shot .
good place for a quick bite
My favourite Vietnamese place. Portions are large. Good price. Takeout is ready within 15 min. I use VIP card and pay cash to get 10% off
Hello I just received an order from your restaurant and I am disappointed that the order was not as it should be. Pho is with one type of noodles and the Bun Bo Hue is supposed to have another type of noodles, Also the basil was very minimal almost just sparingly... No lemongrass also in the Bun Bo Hue. Wont be ordering from this establishment again.
Very refreshing watermelon juice for summer. Reasonably priced as well. Quick n friendly service
The chicken satay was to die for!
Very delicious food. You get a lot for your money.
I had the Malaysian mutton curry - can t help it, I have it 8/10 times that I eat there. It was delicious as always and the service was great. Didn t have it this time but their Vietnamese pork spring rolls are amazing too! Must have!! The portions are great! Good to have this restaurant just around the corner from me.
Order from here all the time, super helpful (even with uber eats) and always delicious food would recommend!!
This place is absolutely wonderful! Amazing food, exceptional service. :) highly recommend.
This place is great. Ive been here 3 times and tried something new every time.
This restaurant is one of the best. You get what your money worth portions are very good, quality of food tastes like home cooked chicken curry and special pho soup -affordable prices .superb customer service.
Tasty chicken and beef skewers ,the rare beef is yummy too and the server guy is very nice!:)
Nice place to sit down and dine. The menu is pretty cheap and the food is really good. The whole time I was there they were taking take-out orders and the wait was no longer than 10min for each person so if you ever decide on takeout you can expect something quick. The pho broth is super flavourful where it doesn t seem watered down and I don t need to add anything additional to it. Plus all the herbs and vegetables that come with it are super fresh) I got the spring rolls which I recommend, they were really crispy and they come with a small side of noodles to eat it with. I also got the roti and Malaysian curry. The curry itself was very flavourful but the roti was really oily.
Came here for lunch and the service was really quick from ordering the food to getting the food. However our pho has 2 small hair - 1 on a beef tendon and 1 on the noodles. I told the waiter and he just took the piece of tissue where we put the hair on it and asked if we wanted another plate but by then we were already full. I was expecting to get some sort of discount as I showed him the hair and he didn t do anything, I understand it s a small business and I didn t want to make a fuss out of it so we just paid and left but we definitely won t be coming back here again. Also the pho broth was quite bland too . I also heard another table when they got their noodle soups, one plate also had a piece of hair on it. So . I don t know how much they care about food hygiene.
good taste
Good food, good prices.
Food is decent, friendly staff.
I love their food and stuff is super friendly
They dont know what vermicelli is and all noodle dishes are bland. Pho isnt bad though.
So this place hasnt given me chopped up beef like pho88 in Scarborough but there soup tastes nothing like pho. It tastes like licorice or staranese. And even worse the servers have bad attitudes. You get what you pay for I guess here though....
The service was good and the portion was worth the price. Definitely will come back.
lunch special portion is huge! for 8.25$ it is well worth it. lots of choices and very hard working staff. Very clean as well
My favorite: Hainanese Chicken with Rice.
It doesnt matter if you have a bad attitude, but its really hopeless if it doesnt taste good.
The house pho was delicious, generous portions, and great price! But more to that: The Owner was extremely generous. When I was waiting for my order, there was a man that came in with his cards rejected by the machine and clearly in need. The Owner provided water, was ok with him taking a seat there to get refreshed, and was generous in offering him a free meal.
Found the place on Google Maps. We were extremely pleased with our take out food. Food was ready in 15 minutes.
Good food not pricey
Good lunch deals! Between 11 and 5pm. They have different choices of rice, bun, or soup noodles and choice of spring roll or soy milk for less than 8$. You get good bang for your buck, huge portions and healthier than fast food. From the lunch menu, ordered shrimp chips and grilled pork bun. Also lemongrass porkchop, with rice that came with a little bit of fermented cabbage (spicy) and a side soup. Choice of spring roll. Porkshop wasnt the most tender, but still OK, lots of lemongrass flavour. OK, and one grip. The bun came on a plate which made it really hard to mix and eat...Ask for it in a bowl. The owners are so friendly and quick! Its casual, and has plenty of seating. They have the tv on in the corner. And its clean!
Ive been a frequent customer. This place has its pros and cons. Certain dishes definitely exceed others. Overall, the setting is warm and comforting. The family is pleasant and will do their best to make your experience a good one. Portions are ample, however I am noticing the quality of product is starting to go downhill. The soup broth is hit and miss, and sometimes tastes nothing more than bland salty water. I fear that they merely dilute their principal solution to save money. This makes me furious, since soup is supposed to taste good, NOT JUST SALTY. Secondly, there is always a telltale smell and taste of Chlorine Bleach in the soup, which is not appetizing in the least. I used to order the pad tai, but found the overall consistency too mushy, plus it would give me stomach cramps. These inconsistencies in quality are forcing me to take my business elsewhere, I really think that the food quality is sub-standard, and that is the main reason for me going out to eat in the first place !
Ordered ubereats... Ordered two lemon grass chicken and pho... The menu didnt say anything about having rice in it but it should cause it charged use 11 bucks each. Its either these people forgot the rice or needs to lower down them damn prices just for the lemon grass chicken only... I would only imagine how much if they added rice the price probably added another 2 bucks each on it ... What a RIPOFF....I donno how they do the menu on the Uber app but still over price for just meat....
Chicken pho is my recommendation for this location.
5 star for the employees 4 star for food
Excellent~, good interior, good servie, good price.
Portions are large and the soup is pretty good. Service is quick and friendly.
Last night I ordered a combo of small beef noodles, Hainanese chicken rice and barbecue for dinner. The rice and noodles were okay, but the barbecue was not. Considering the price, the overall feeling is okay2
very good portion
The prices have been adjusted and the quality of the products remains high.
Rude staff, Chicken Pho I ordered was not fresh and the chicken tasted expired and unseasoned ...I almost puked in the bowl after a few bites... Then when paying, the waitress begged and then lectured me for not tipping her. I showed her my bowl which was 99% full of food and explained the taste of the food made me feel ill. She replied, not my fault, I paid and left but wished I said also it s also not my fault that I m too nauseous to tip you. When I walked in also the staff ignored me and served other guest who arrived after me, I should have left before ordering... if I end up with diarrhea later, I will be contacting Food Safety Canada I honestly feel ill
Good food and great service. Every dishes are yummy! Recommend to try the fruit tea, its so good!!
Great value
Their soup isnt getting any better. It used to be a good place.
Im not sure why this location only has 3.5 stars. I lived very close to this location for over 4 years and have frequented the restaurant on a regular basis. If you want affordable, delicious food for an excellent price, I highly recommend. The service is excellent, it may seem slightly different at first but rest assured your food will be served hot and and very quickly. The portions are honest and very large. We got to know the main Hosts/Waiters and have nothing but good things to say. I hope more people get to experience this location in the same way that we did. Joe&Nikki
Tasty food
Last of the great pho restaurants in Scarborough/North York.
Use to go here quite often but I wouldnt anymore. I remember I came with my girlfriend and she found hair in her soup! We told the manager and he was kind enough to not charge us. But then I went another time and sat at a table where I could see the kitchen and one time I saw a man sitting on a stool transferring meat to another rubbermaid bin after picking his nose real hard! That is what grossed me out! Its crazy what can happen behind the scenes but the hygiene practices is really bad here. At least wash your hands everytime you handle food.
Really nice family friendly pho restaurant. Prices were very fair and the staff are extremely friendly. If youre unfamiliar with pho dishes, they will definitely help you out to walk your through the menu and make reccomendations. Will definitely be going back!
They are really cheap even if you are an old costumer and you didnt give them tip once they will ask for tip rudely
It was ok, loved the spring roles
Good food
This is a quite good restaurant if you like noodle soup
The three-color steak is great
The young waiter inside has such a bad attitude! I suggest you treat your customers better and the bosss attitude should be good every time you go there. What kind of waiter did you hire this time? ! Yelling at guests.
Reasonable price and good tast.
The food is very tasty, the prices are fair, and the service is perfect for the atmosphere. My children s favorite pineapple fried rice is large and refreshing, and the smell of cooking fire can be tasted in the fried rice. Love it so much
Normal food, the service is also fine, price was low, so I was not expecting much in terms of the qualituy of the food or the service, also not disappointed, I think the raw beef in the pho was nice, the fried spring roll was also nice, soup was fine, I only came here once and Google asked me to write this feedback. Overall four star is reasonable. If you are looking for some quick and normal fast meal then this could be your choice.
I come here every other day. Love the staff and the lunch special is great!
Did not take any photos.however
This place is the bomb! Students, families, singles...everyone comes here. Food is fresh, abundant (less if you order take out) and service is excellent.
Good price for large portions.
i orderd a special soup here, i won`t evaluate the quality of soup eventhough its a bit salty than normal, however the attitude of waitress on Sunday night was really bad, she asked me for leaving her tip, she is not professional and even request me bring tip for her next time but i swear thats my last time eating here, i am not mean but i will leave change if she is really worth for it, i leave tip every restaurants but the time i ask her for restroom, she immediatly ask me about tip while i want to go to pee at that time and that makes me quite annoyed, i gave her cash and i didnt get the change back but she wanted to get the more tip, 1 coin by all cost, lmao. Thats nice experience, you did well, keep that thought and noone will come back.
Ok food but awfully awful service. Servers throwing menus, banging glasses on the table, shouting at some customers is something you really dont want to happen around you while you are eating. It creates a bad vibe. When the competition is so high, such places dont deserve to survive unless they are willing to coach their staff and teach them basic rules of courtesy. I would never go there again.
Food is ok, but the service needs a lot work. I brought my colleagues there because we felt like having some Pho after a winter storm. We did not feel welcomed, this waitress was kinda rude actually and so is the owner. He started cursing in Vietnamese after we asked for warm water, even after we said thank you. I dont think we will be coming back again...
Bad customer experience. They dont treat the client as they should be treated, you should assist the client instead of throw the menu on the table. They talk to each other like crazy and you feel that they are fighting between themselves (very loud) . Aside of that they simply ask for tips. Bad experience and I wont go there anymore.
Costumer service is beyond great Food is delicious
