I ordered lava cakes with the pizza and they didn't gave any and argued that i didn't ordered and asked him to deliver again they said you'll have to pay delivery again. Its just so bad coustmer service. First they don't listen and tell the customer we close at 1 and leaves the customer hanging. Never ordering from you guys again ever.
Cannot got wrong with a delivery or take out at Dominos. They are convenient, consistent and reliable when it comes to pizza bite. Their cheesy bread is something that I will surely recommend.

The Domino's location at Mallard Road in North York Ontario provided FANTASTIC service. I had ordered a pizza for pickup at 6.15 pm. Then found out I had an appointment, which meant that I would be unable to pick it up until 7.15 pm. Called the store, but it was too late . . . order was just put into the oven. So, I told them that I would pick it up at 7.15 pm. When I arrived at the store at 7.05pm, they told me that it would be ready in 10 minutes.... they had made a fresh pizza. Great service. Exceeded my expectations.

1. +. Pizza was ready in less than 15 min. 2. +. Bright & clean restaurant. 3. +. After they take your order & name, it goes up on the front TV screen, and you can see their progress on each customer's order. 3. - Only a few chairs were at the front for people waiting to pick up their orders. I came at 2pm, which is slightly past a normal lunch hour on a weekday, but it was still a little busy with a good number of folks sitting on the chairs. I felt that there was not enough seating. 4. - One of the TV screens keeps playing the same clip of the fastest pizza makeover over and over again. Loops every minute or two. Would have been a more entertaining wait if it played more than just one clip. I would have loved to learn about other Domino's facts. 5. - I didn't see one of the employees wash his hands after handling money, before heading back to the oven to get the pizza out and cutting it. Wasn't bad. Just wasn't the best Domino's that ice been to. Still pretty good.
I have been frequenting this particular Dominos outlet for many years. I have yet to experience bad food or poor service. It is my custom to host the staff Christmas luncheon which I did again today. This year we added chicken wings on top of two large pizzas. Everything was to my satisfaction. The wings were particularly good and the pizzas were delicious. Everyone left sated and happy. Thank you.

Absolute best location. Customer service is top notch: they own their mistakes too by offering free items and dips. Food is always top notch cooked with pride and I prefer this pizza even over the overpriced mom and pop shops in the area - not to mention the prices and coupons in the app for this specific store are always undercutting other Dominos locations.

Pizza always arrives piping hot and delicious. Ive been ordering from my location for about 5 or 6 years and refuse to even consider any other pizza chain.
My wife doesnt like ordering out...I have to talk her into it most of the time...but, after a day out and getting home past usual dinner hours...she will give in and I order Dominos...and every single time...she says why dont we do this more often? haha...we had a med pizza and boneless chicken last week and it was amazing!!! That chicken with cheese? Never had it before...will order it again for sure...highly recommend!!! And...its always hot and fast! Which is great for a last minute thought...and a shout out to the drivers...always polite and friendly...tip them well, my friends...they all work hard and its well worth it. Keep up the good work! Parking: I know the location, Ive stopped there during the day...But, this time we ordered delivery.

After three years of loyal customore at Dominos Mallard, its time for some candid feedback. The previous staff exuded energy, humility, and a welcoming vibe that set a high standard. Now, with new management in their first week, I cant ignore the gap. Theres a clear need for a sharper edge in professionalism, customer interaction, and overall service. Lets hope they rise to the occasion and match the excellence we were accustomed to.

The guy who was making the pizza was not wearing gloves while working with food. He would touch the computer, his phone, terminals and then go back working with food again. This is disgusting never coming back to this location again. The height of risk of contamination is beyond control. I dont want to get sick after eating food here. I would want to complain to either health department or the owner because someone should look into this mess.
Its been 3 times I called to order a large pizza, first of all very rode and the pizza was not good.
Generally Dominos is good. The service and quality at this location is progressively going down hill. *UPDATE* 2 stars to 1...seriously going down hill... Didnt follow directions and it looks like they threw the pizza. Half the toppings have slid off and the photos you see are my best efforts to make the best of this @#&* situation.
