Domino's Pizza in North York

Paid for extra toppings on 2 separate occasions and didnt get it. When I called the store they assured me it was under the cheese I checked again and there wasnt extra especially for premium toppings. Ive order the same pizza from another location and it was a drastic difference in quality of preparation. Never ordering from this location again.

Tasted the way I remember Dominos originally made pizza, very good.

Everytime I pick up an order the staff are great & efficient in getting orders completed.

A well know brand and very popular in this neighborhood. You could order online or inside the store. Because of the location you could go to Freshco for quick groceries and be back to pickup your order. Stays open until midnight. This location is more for take out . Their chicken wings are good and the extravaganzza pizza is one of my favorite Vegetarian options: Has 3 or 4 options for vegetarian pizza. Also there is some pasta Wheelchair accessibility: There is a wheelchair access just at corner of the building where is located Dominos pizza.

Small place, usually busy, not ideal for dine-in. Staff is great though! Takeout is the better option here

The best goto place for the parkway forest area. Open hours time is very convenient. Service is excellent with an awesome smiling polite helpful staff.

The environment is clean, but the meal is slow, and there is no corresponding sauce.

Their parmesan bites, meatzza feast pizza nd stuff pepperoni cheesy bread are my go to orders. Reason why cuz never had meat pizza like dominos it will melt u away like its so delicious that you will be wanting another slice or two like I never had very delicious yummy meat pizza ever and I have had my fair share of pizzas around dominos is the best out of them all. Seriously though think about it, even no worries on getting the runs. Pepperoni cheesy bread is to die for as well delicious as the meatzza pizza nd parmesan bites those r my favorite orders I often get. More orders u get more points nd free stuff u receive. Prices are affordable and friendly workers, great service. Very much worth to go to more. I recommend dominos to go to for pizzerias around ya if u dont want the runs like u would get from other restaurants go to dominos especially one on 38 forest manor drive. Edit: This location is also slightly cheaper than other locations on pick up orders, not sure about delivery though. Ive ordered twice from this location and both times the staff were very friendly, food was delicious and was made quickly. Our pizzas and cinnamon bread were perfect! Definitely coming back!

Staff is not giving receipt unless you ask few times after. Cooks in the kitching are not wearing the bear cover to making food, is this allow? I asked staff to cut my pizza he replied me used your hands to break, am I in Canada or?

I wish I could give them 0 They never accept their mistakes, if you politely explain them situation, they rudely reply like you don t know how to order pizza. Very bad customer service, I don t know who manage place like this & hire this kind of people. I wish I have another domino s in my area. I order pizza from here with extra cheddar cheese, But got no cheddar & uncooked pizza. The guy explaining me on the phone how to check if pizza have cheddar (like seriously) and answer me in attitude you should check your email before ordering its not my mistake is this how you train for customer service ?? I only order from here because it s only 1 in area.

Updated review - I ve changed my review to 5 stars due to a recent incident. After an order, the expected delivery time came and passed. I called the store and was told the driver had a flat tire. Things happen. But I was upset they did not contact me or update the app to reflect this unexpected delay. The food and beverage arrived extremely late. The driver was very apologetic and polite. Hey, things happen. But I put responsibility on the store staff. I was contacted by the store manager, Amar, and he made the extra effort to keep me as a happy customer. Amar was very professional, empathetic, and agreed to replace my order. Well, my order was in fact replaced and this time, it came promptly, fresh, and piping hot. That s what I ve come to look forward to from this store. Pizza (and food) perfection! Thank you to Amar and the entire hard working team at this store, including the drivers who are always as friendly and pleasant as the wonderful store staff. This is a very nice store, as it is relatively new. You can watch the pizza being made step by step and it is sometimes fun for the younger kids to see. The pizzas are always properly cooked and on time. I did make a previous complaint that there wasn t always enough toppings, and that seems to have been resolved because now it seems there is adequate toppings on the pizza. It would be nice if Domino s Canada came up with some kind of environmental bag or way of carrying a 2 L bottle or several boxes at the same time. The staff are always friendly and smiling and that can make it a pleasant place also.

Pawan served us excellently.. So far the best vegetarian pizza Ive had in Dominos,,, we had Pacific veggie and spinach feta... It was amazingly done. Just wow. All thanks to Pawan.

I asked guy for origano and chilli flakes he poured full box on my pizza I did not eat it super super bad service.

Pepperoni pizza looked burnt

I would give this place 0 stars. But I cant. There was no love in the pizza. It was like cardboard with cheese. Couldnt even eat it without the dipping sauce. Thought I was at pizza pizza for a second.

Food arrived hot and on time. Driver found our house without having to call for directions.

The. Most. Delicious. Pizza. I. Have. Had. In. Over. Twenty. YEARS! I have lived in Toronto for twenty years, having moved here from Denver. Lets face it. Pizza in Toronto is consistently cardboard with liquified cardboard and shredded cardboard and round discs of cardboard. I must even admit that my two times ordering from Dominoes downtown were less than satisfying experiences. But 38 FOREST MANOR ROAD Dominoes REMEMBERS how PIZZA is SUPPOSED TO TASTE!!! I ordered a large crispy thin and had a plate and napkins and a beverage ready to go up to my den and eat pizza and watch Netflix. I didnt make it upstairs. The plate remains unused. I just stood here over the box on the counter and made all but four slices disappear into my FACE! *And theres not much hope for those remaining slices to last much longer... WOW! WOW! WOW! WOW! Im pretty certain Ill need to buy bigger trousers now that I have discovered Dominoes 38 Forest Manor Road...or, as I shall call it from now on, Pizza Paradise!

The pizza was so delicious. Less seating capacity, only couple of people can enjoy pizza dining in. No parking slots!! We have to park on street in order to get pizza. However the way the senior staff behaved to the other employees is very impolite.

It s finally opened. I ve been looking at its sign for a long time. The price is a bit expensive, but it s right downstairs, which is very convenient. It s also open until night, which solves the problem of late-night snacks

If I could give 0 stars, I would give it. The person who looks like the owner was rude and yelled at the customers in front of me. Definitely not the attitude a service provider should have. Although it is convenient for me, I also looked forward to it opening, but definitely wont be going back.

Disappointed by my experience at this location earlier this week. The man at the register (older man with glasses) was rude to both guests and his employees. Assuming he s either the owner/a manager, the way he was speaking to his workers alone (shouting commands, telling them they don t know anything, i ll just do it myself ) was enough to make me not want to return - as someone who had worked multiple fast food jobs as a teenager I know firsthand how awful being spoken to like that feels. In addition to that, parts of my pizza were semi-burnt and barely had any cheese on it, and the pizza tracker on the website said my pizza was ready but when I arrived they hadn t put it in the oven yet.

Very average pizza with not too much toppings or cheese (none) or sauce. Disappointing. Looks like pre-made up and they just add the toppings, heat it and give it to you. Not freshly made.

A person who looks like the store owner or a manager is too rude, his brochure is not written clearly, the promotion items it does not indicate for each, and then he quarreled with us, rudely asked us. Its really ridiculous.
