Felt rundown. Machines and games were good but the robots creep me out.

The pizza was not very good and there was so little fries.

Some updating needed but always a fun place for the kiddos and parents!

Chaos. Had no idea what we booked before hand. Information was explained the day of but wasn t explained while booked. The kids had a blast. Was about them anyway.

Chaos and an empty shell of what it used to be. Staff are highly untrained. Managers dont seem to care or want to help. Everything is an upsell. Trampoline? Upsell Having a birthday? Pizza upsell Singing happy birthday? Cotton candy upsell. This place feels like its run by a used car salesman. Games are rigged to not give any redemption hope. Space is barren, sparse, and not well used. Theyre burning rent money on wasted space. No menus to order food, no napkins around. Terribly understaffed. A large stage with a tiny TV that I suppose is meant to entertain the entire lunch area? Its like the setup at a large nursing home And after a chaotic 2 hours, its another 30+ minute line to redeem prizes. I saw the manager lofting and realigning the candy display while one poor worker had to deal with the mob of kids asking for prizes. Clearly the manager hasnt done their job of training or prioritizing the important things. These are the kind of places you see on reality shows. Absolute joke and a waste of time and money.

Super expensive. Small 6 cheese pizza $20. 1 hour play $50. Many games do not work. Trampoline not included and cost more. soft drinks expensive as hell.

the pizza was great, the games were fun, the animatronics are in great condition, and the staff were super polite! only complaint is that the games don t award nearly enough tickets to get a proper prize

Very clean and well maintained. Staff were kind and Chucky came out a few times to entertain the kids. Would recommend for something to do with the kids or birthday parties.

I have been to 2 other locations, Vaughan and Oshawa. Compared to those this location is less favorable for my 5 year old son, it has less games, some of the games are broken, but the location is closer to us. I wish the owner would have done regular maintenance and also bring games that exist in other places.

Chuck E. Cheese has changed dramatically over the years, I personally use to have my birthday parties there as a child. I brought my children for the first time ever and they are 2 and 4. I wanna start by saying the service is very poor there is limited staff and the boss/ owner is too old to be trying to carry the work load of every single party. Every time I went to the front to either order an alcoholic beverage I had to wait for him to process my order none of the other staff was able to serve me. I questioned the cashier at the time if he had a smart serve and if he was able to serve me he said no I had to wait for the boss/ owner which was time consuming. I saw 2 cashiers and only one was serving the whole establishment and the next was standing by the prize section doing absolutely NOTHING!, this is on top of waiting for the boss/ manager. I m not going to say it is all bad my children absolutely enjoyed the trampolines they have. I just want the staff to be able to be trained so they can serve all customers concerns and not rely on the boss/ manager. The food was mediocre nothing to say I would come back for and everything is overpriced. My overall experience I would rate 5/10. Kid-friendliness: Love the trampoline area it s like a mini skyzone.

All my kids love this place, but my youngest son loves it the most.

Naomi was a most amazing host. She was so kind, friendly and easy going. In such a high energy, over stimulated environment she was calm and a great facilitator. The kids had a blast.

Chuck E. cheese is not what it used to be. Its a glorified arcade for kids. Theres nothing to give the kids excercise except a few small trampolines that you have to pay extra for. It was good for about an hour and after that it would get boring and expensive for all. Pizza is still good though!

2 star for food. Pizza wasnt great, very very bland and felt like cardboard...was much better before. Our summer daily pass didnt work (scan said no points left even though he just scanned it and saw it wasnt used that day). After arguing for too long, Finally manager gave us an hour to play and told us we would have to call customer service. Not ideal when you pay for two months and the app clearly shows daily play is still there. Hopefully its better next time we go.

Staff is disrespectful.

Manager was extremely rude. My daughter entered trampoline with less than half hour was left for closing she just played 5 minutes, he started asking do you want to go? I have to close. why???? we payed extra for trampoline and he was just trying get my daughter to leave because she was the only one playing on the trampoline and he didnt want to stand there for one kid. He didnt let my daughter play when time was still left for closing.

Pizza is still pretty good. Lots of childhood memories here.

Great prices , a lot of fun for the kids , mine is 3 years old and spent a few hours running around trying different games.

Good setup for kids but alot of the games were broken; and definitely food and drink prices are high; still little kids will enjoy it

They don t accept old tokens as number of plays when we already paid money for them. It s dumb and everything is digitalized. Far less worthwhile to visit.

I went here as a kid which was 30 years ago so its amazing it is still a party place! Its dated and older, not as hip as other party competitors like skyzone etc, but its a solid place for younger kids to have parties, play the games and redeem prizes. Their party packages include food and drink, and is cheaper than other organizations since food is included.

I saw the guy in the costume stuff 5 kids in the animatronics

This was really bad my pizza had fungus on it and there were reused slices

When having a birthday party they rushed and harrassed you to finish and to pay,I was very upset for the price we paid over $600 it was a rip off and wasnt worth it at all, and the attitude of the staff members was ridiculous and chuckie cheese comes out to celebrate the birthday with the child but was very unfriendly when you tried to interact with him.NEVER WILL I RECOMMEND THIS PLACE OR EVER GO BACK.

Nice place for kids to play indoors if the weather is bad outside. Some games are pretty outdated and needs to be replaced with more modern ones. They should offer plastic gloves if youre eating pizza so kids will not mess with some games that when you touch it, its oily and also to prevent spread of germs.

Wow ignorant staff the manager was Unreal and ignorant to myself my fiance and my 11-year-old nephew we had a coupon they refuse to scan for tickets the manager threatened to call the cops because I told them that it was b******* that you couldnt redeem the tickets for the child he kept calling Chuck E Cheeses restaurant he is mean to the kids he kept giving my fiance dirty looks and making her feel very uncomfortable never go to that location ever again or youll be harassed by the staff and the manager the service was unbelievably rude very messy and untidy place the health department should be called on them the salad sat out for hours it was welting I saw the manager outside in the parking lot he gave me the middle finger he should be banned from the store I dont know how the Chuck E cheese is still up and running I will never return to that location ever again very disappointed

The manager swore at my fience and nephew. The manager said he was going to have my fience arrested because they didnt fallow through with there coupon. The staff are very rude and then refused to let myself and my nephew leave the place

My daughter is really into animatronics and wanted to go here to check them out. We had pizza and drinks and her friends and her played games and had a blast. Chuck E Cheese isnt just for kids.

I went to this place for the second time with my two kids. Everyone can find some games to play regardless of age. We went there on Sunday evening from 6 to 8 pm. When we arrived, it was overcrowded, but most people left after 7 oclock. Some of the devices are not in service. Washrooms were not as clean as I expected. Overall, it wasnt perfect, but we enjoyed ourselves.

Ive waited 15 years to go to Chuck E Cheese and I was not disappointed! The food amazing... The animatronics... Fantastic the games great... But! Reham was the highlight of the night, shes friendly and kind and very professional I can foresee a future manager in her 100% we will definitely be coming back and its because of her

I went here yesterday for my friends son bday. Our waitress was very cool, but it was just their recycled pizza. When I got back I had bad diarrhea. If the pizza slices are uneven and hard. Please don t eat it.

It has been more than 20 years since I last went to this location. It was a very nostalgic feeling. I was impressed with the staff and how well the operations were running to keep pace with all the kids parties going on. Setup, arrival of food, and cleanup of benches was on point. Some of the game machines were a little worn out but kids still have fun.

Perfect place for hosting birthday party for my children from 3 to 11yrs old, with plenty of games suitable for different age groups (good for adults too). Trusha was so good to take care of us and provide sound suggestions to serve my group. Only drawback is 2 hrs being too short for kids playing games and having food/celebration at the same time. My family really enjoyed the night and well be back again. Parking: easy to find free parking space. Kid-friendliness: excellent for kids at all ages, even adults too!

Idk why they changed system from tokens to card. Tokens can be given to kids and they go play. With card everyone coming back for 1 card ... otherwise game times got shorter but games are same n still fun.

My child usually go there to play, last time we forget the card in the table and return back within 5 minutes but we didnt find it. Disappointed

Great place for children to have safe fun and food for birthdays. Prices are flat-out exorbitant. If it werent for the fact that we only go once a year, I would protest the Loan Shark level pricing. Customer Service is a coin-toss. Sometimes, good. Sometimes, it seems like all the staff are sharing a bad day. The latter seems greater than the former. At the end of the day/in summation; I would return to this location of Chuck E Cheese gladly.. as long as it is less than 3 times per year.

I celebrated my son s bday with 13 friends of his and it was seemless. From confirmation to party it was all so much fun and well managed. Kids love it there. Unlimited game time for 2 hrs with food and drinks. You just need to be there with cake(you could also order cake there in case you want). Would definitely recommend to most parents who would like the experience to be stress free and fun alike specially for the bday boy/girl and their friends.

Games were great for the ones that worked. Service is pretty good. Kids can but in either intentionally or not at the bowling game so it helps to be on guard. A photo was taken of the group was taken upon entry for safety reasons which was checked upon exit. Chuck did not fail to please when he came out for a dance. The kids went ga ga. Some lost their minds as they joined in on the dance. A good time was had by all. Thx

The food we know is primarily pizza. Although very family friendly and great for kids of all ages. A must go too spot, more than once.

The Chuck E. Cheese of the 80s 90s and all its glory is no longer there . No more ball pits, just video type games . I guess thats the kids of today.

Really good service and clean location

The games were very reasonably priced. 2 or 3 games were not working and took our money. Overall its had nice variety for children. All the staff were very pleased and friendly except for one person, not smiling in return, felt like she dont want us to be there. Apart from that. Great experience will definitely return to a different location.

Big shoutout to Doris at CHUCK E CHEESE she really made my graduation party such a memorable one and went above and beyond what I was expecting in terms of service :) She was warm, friendly, and went out of her way to make me feel accommodated and happy :) My entire party loved her and she made me feel at home as a 20 year old at Chuck E. Cheese :)

So Ill explain why I had to give it a one star.. my whole party 15 kids and 25 adults minus I think 5 or 6 adults and children didnt get sick .. I dont know if it was the food but Im assuming so because only the people who didnt eat much didnt get sick. So for 815 dollars (not including tip) we had 2 hours. The cards for play are timed.. so the minute u tap them the time starts. The kids played (not all games were in working order ) our server was good she was nice and helpful but she made me fill out the feedback in front of her to make sure she got a 10. Then offered 200 tickets for doing so... Its the mist expensive 2 hour party Ive ever been to. I feel that if they are going to stop for pizza and cake and birthday show do it BEFORE the kids tap their play cards otherwise half their play cards are wasted and thats the whole point of being there basically so they can play. Each kid is 41.99 for ultimate play. Then they charge 29 to 34 for pizza for adults and try to get u to purchase trays of food...which is fine but for one tray is 45 dollars and feeds 4 to 6 people if u have a BIG party then your looking at 5 to 6 trays. They dont offer drinks for the adults with the pizzas its like 3.99 a drink... which is ridiculous because if they offered a deal then more people would purchase ... just like the cotton candy she was going to give me 3 free then discount the rest.. for 41.99 per child u would think they would give each child one free ... So Im very disappointed the way everything was so rushed and that the kids lost at least 45 min for pizza cake and birthday show She was rushing so fast cause time was nearing that she was cutting the cake and just throwing on the plates upside down. All in all i dont think I would ever do another large party there I would go somewhere else more worth the money. My daughter turned 4 she was very overwhelmed with all the people there but she had a good day and thats all that matters. If they fixed these issues and made it more value for the money then I would recommend it ... save ur money and take them to a play park or indoor place where u can bring ur own food and the kids can play for the time u paid for.
