I ordered veggie lovers pizza and it was really good. The crust tasted much better and properly baked as compared to other stores like Pizza Pizza and dominos..and you know what, they are offering waffle fries for $ 1 until oct 31!

Visited the store today and the person that helped me had very visible and full facial hair. Not sure where to start the Uncovered facial hair, or the or the contaminating food with using the same gloves. They had the beard net around their NECK, instead of on their actual beard, they cut the pizza, spread sauce on the pizzas in the back, and handled takeout containers. They also used the same gloves to handle food, and touched coins and the cash register screen. Sure enough, I come home and find a strand of hair on the pizza. This is a clear and major health violation, that is utterly disgusting. There were so many health risks in that location.

The guy who makes pizza i assumed an indian who acts like a manager. I ask him if they have a bag. Or somethig for a short order of customer. Rudely reply. We dont carry bags. Are you new in canada? I was like shocked. An indian guy saying stuffs like a canadian born.. i assumed u were the new in canada. if you dont like to work in customer service ur free to go. Goodluck on ur job.

Well like most chains in Toronto this place seems to have gone down hill. To be fair the organization overall seems to have taken a nose dive, and you can t even reach any customer service line. Your only option is to call the restaurant. So if you want to complain about the rude staff, you can do so by calling the staff that were rude to you. Anyway spent about 30 minutes trying to order online because the website doesn t function properly, eventually gave up and called. Staff in store were rude. The delivery driver was polite and the pizza arrived quickly. The speed was probably due to the fact that the pizza was about half cooked, we had to finish it in the over, literally the cheese was partially melted. The toppings were applied lazily and incongruously. Won t be ordering from here again, at least not for a while.

Went there last week. Good quality pizza . Staff were helpful and had a good experience overall.

Store closes at 2am Sunday morning, arrived at 1:40am with the store doors open I was told the store is closed and the cashier will not take my order, he went on to state that he changed the hours on the sign at the door, how is it possible for the store to be closed before due time and the doors are open.Seems to me that this worker took things on his hand to stop taking orders.

Worst delivery person I ve ever seen.

Delivered pizzas - so the centre of one pizza had only tomato sauce (no cheese, no pepperoni). It looked like they put a bowl over the middle while cooking! My pizza had a bowl cut! We threw it out.

This location was good even during COVID time. We ordered a super supreme lover pizza which had absolutely no toppings, no meat and the base doe was thin. However, the chicken wings and Hershey cookie pie are maintaining the standard.

I ordered their chicken bacon parmesan melt. They said it was their first time making it and it was great!

Way better than other locations! I placed an order for pickup at 7:30 and it was ready as soon as I got there. I was a little worried that it might have been sitting for a bit before I picked it up but all 3 pizzas were still very hot. Pizzas were amazing with chili flakes. Keep up the good work! Parking: Plenty of spots to park.

I ordered online and called to the store to ADD to my order, they could not find my order and ended up hanging up the phone on me, lack of professionalism, means of help and will to do their job. Won t be ordering from the entire chain anymore. I rather pay more to small businesses in my area, pizza was ok but I can t deal with lazy and rude customer service.

Ordered on line, it was complicated, wouldnt accept options offered, online payment... tried so many times, kept rejecting it, finally just gave up and paid at door. Called the location bcs I got 2 confirmations and I didnt want to get double the order. They were rude, was put on hold for 5mins, called back 3 times each time on hold...finally by the time I spoke to them the delivery was at my door!!! The food was sparce/skimpy on the topping, over baked (too well done) see picture, Chicken Caesar (hold bacon), only had abt 7 pcs of chicken on a medium! I had read other similar reviews, next time I will take that into account. Disappointing was our experience, the quality has slipped a lot.

I tried to redeem a coupon here , staff is not pacient and tells you one thing and hides another . I have to ask him several times to get the right answer . I canceled the order since his attitude puts me off meal!

Ordered wings for takeout 20 minutes before my arrival and didnt even start making it when i arrived. The staff told me to wait for another 10 minutes so that they can start making my order. Really unprofessional team and not committed at all.

The woman at the front end was very rude. I would ask a simple question she didn t bother to listen instead she put the receipt in my face which i thought was very distasteful. Mind you am 9 months pregnant and the tone an the attitude was unnecessary. I was so upset i had told my husband and my husband try to talk to woman instead of taking accountability and apologizing she was defensive and said i was lying. What i thought was more appalling is that she reveal to my husband is that she the manger. Overall the rest of the staff were friendly but the manager need to do better as far as costumer service and just being a human being and being nice and friendly.

The pizza was NOT good as it was obviously not freshly made. It seemed like we were given a canceled / old order of pizza because a lot of the toppings we requested were also not added in, the crust was sooo dry, the pizza wasnt hot (even though we got it almost immediately) and it seemed like oil was just sprinkled on it to make it seem fresh. However, the wings with garlic parmesan sauce were perfection

The pizza from this location is delicious and the service is exceptional. I ordered the day before as I had a very large order for our summer camp banquet and wanted to ensure that the staff had enough time to fill the order of 22 large pizzas. The woman at the front as well as the manager and kitchen staff were so kind, helpful and efficient. Everything was piping hot and ready on time. Thanks to the staff for making this such a pleasant experience and providing such delicious pizza! We ll definitely be returning very soon!

The Pizza Hut at Skymark Plaza is on point. Im always treated and greeted in a professional manner. My experience this evening was amazing!!! I had ordered 4 pizzas which were cooked so well and full of cheese. Best part was I ordered wings and asked for more flats and guess what!?!? I GOT ALL FLATS!!! wow I was so happy. Garlic parmesan lived it! Thanks everyone for the continued service.

We used to love Pizza Hut but unfortunately over the years they seem to have fallen apart. Their Pan Pizza isn t as crispy as I once remember it and they are really skimping on the toppings and cheese lately which is why we don t order them often. Hopefully they can get back to their good old ways eventually someday.

The guy with the turban was very rude. He just came towards me like I asked for his kidney and he said we not gonna make any changes in the pizza. It is on 07/10/2022 at 10 pm. He must have learn some customer service.

Wish there was a negative rating option, poorest service, not at all accommodating, I have been a regular customer of Pizza hut since 10+ years. Never faced such stupidity, I have allergies and I asked the person named Parth to customize my order and remove items but he insisted that its not possible, have been doing the same at other locations never had a single issue in 10 years. But lesson learnt never stepping back at this store. Maybe you guys should think of changing your servers to someone who understands the customer s needs. I blame the whole experience on the server. I used to work in hospitality too, would never give such a bad experience to a customer, this person made me cancel the order and didn t even refund the money had to go back 3 days later after checking my credit cards statements, Parth lied again to my face I have issued the credits but when I asked for proof, he didn t have anything after insisting on getting a proof he offered to pay me cash.

Why would your BBQ pizzas have BBQ sauce as an extra when its listed in the ingredients? One dollar plus on a personal size and at least 2 dollars extra on a medium and large pizza. Who wants tomato sauce on BBQ chicken pizza? This is on Skip. Fix your prices.

Ordered online, everyone was hungry, a very rude and grumpy delivery guy brought the pizza. After dealing with that situation, we re unable to eat the pizza, because we open the box and the pizza is burnt, to think that this is standard, everytime I pay for extra cheese, the pizza arrives looking extra dark. Wow! I m taking it right back to them in the morning! It was a late order and they re closed or they d be receiving it already.

Ordered online with pay at store. The cashier beside was serving another customer who asked for a discount as a frontline worker, the cashier added a 10% discount as there was no spl discount for frontline workers...fair enough. When I requested for the cashier serving me she said she cant. I mentioned if your colleague can offer to the other customer, you should offer it to me. She replied he is the manager. I requested if she can request the manager. She went inside to get the manager. Manager outright declined my request and charged me the full price. Felt discriminated. If the manager doesnt know basics of professionalism and customer service what can you expect from his team members. Sorry wont return to this store. This is just unprofessional, unethical and unacceptable behaviour.

Dont buy from this Pizza Hut, very rude employees and the food was I bought was somewhat contaminated. It also tastes different from a normal Pizza Hut.
