Went here randomly for a quick lunch break. Karin helped me at counter and with the food. friendly and clean place. Worth a visit. Happy munching ahead all.

I asked the guy for think crust and he said let me see if we have dough! Lots of red spots on the pizza (ie no cheese). The pepperoni is so thin its hard to taste. The location at major mackenzie and Dufferin is so much better, their pizza didnt last a day, this one is still sitting in the fridge 3 days later. Aint ever coming back.

My partner ordered for takeout awhile ago.. while he was ordering, we were both in a call so i overheard their conversation and I find the staff very rude as if my partner wasn t allowed to ask questions.. he even yelled at one customer.. The pizza was okay, for me it s missing a lot of flavors. We weren t satisfied.

The pizza is very burnt, they overcook it

Majority of the time, I have positive experiences but theres one employee who can be impolite and come off as if youre bothering him when youre just trying to order something. If it wasnt for that one employee, I would give them five stars. Most of the other staff Ive dealt with are professional and as mentioned, I generally have good experiences.

It was my first time to try this pizza brand. We ordered pepperoni pizza. The staff was nice and pizza was so reasonable with awesome taste. Next time we would love to dine in. Thank you!

This location at dufferin and steels have a very rude and disgusting customer service from my experience at this location I will never advise anyone to purchase pizza here. Myself and wife had to leave immediately after being harras by the owner or employee at 1:05 pm we have never felted so embarrassed in our lives

It was my first time going to this place and was trying to figure out how the deals work. I ordered a pizza and was confused about the toppings simply went ahead and asked the manager to explain . He tried to do it twice and lost his temper. Even after clarifying in no way was i trying to accuse them of overcharging he started yelling at me and my friends along with other customers lined up there. When asked for name , did not answer. The owner of the place can please look into the matter and review this kind of behaviour towards new customers. Extremely rude and unprofessional behaviour to have for someone working in the service industry

* Watch this * Four days ago: I ordered a large il Giardino pizza for pickup. When I came back to pick it up, they had chosen to make it with tomato sauce instead of white sauce since they ran out. They informed me only after the pizza was made and I explained I cannot eat tomato sauce due to sensitivity so they made a new one with oil. I kept the original for my gf. Issue handled well but still a hick-up is a hick-up due to lack of initial communication. An indicator of disorganization. Today: Came back as a happy customer and ordered same thing in jumbo size for pickup. Came home and sat down with my family only to find a bitter burnt bottom pizza. I drove all the way back and politely asked the manager for a new pizza while happy to wait patiently. HERE IS THE PROBLEM: The cook comes over with an attitude, arguing that it is not burnt. I explained it is burnt and bitter compared to the pizza I recently purchased and that I drove all the way here for an exchange because I can definitely tell. Rashan took it as a direct personal attack of critiscm and acted on prideful self preservation to argue with the customer. Rashan is not a manager, and should not be in a position to be confrontational with loyal customers who are buying two signature pizzas a week. I demanded for a refund as the back and forth dialogue became so unpleasant that I decided I do not wish for Rashan to prepare my familys meal. He was rude and had negative vibes. The pizza would be physically and spiritually tainted. I left and immediately called corporate. Got a $5 credit, drove to a different location and waited 20min. Then I finally drove home and after about an hour and 15min. My family finally ate. Thanks for Pizza Nova @ 1881 Steeles for the amazing service (not). I dont know whats going with Pizza Nova lately, but every time your pizza is soft as butter in the middle with cheese and toppings just moving around. I dont even want a refund anymore. Its terrible. Is it your ovens? What is it?

Today (october 9, 2023) I ordered 4 pizzas around 5:40 pm and two workers prepared them so quickly and made my day. One was an older filipino man, while the other was an southeastern(?) man. I wasn t able to tell them thank you as much as I wanted since I was in a rush, but they really gave the best customer service. Yummy pizza too!

I have got 3 slices, paid $15.75 and throw in garbage all slices as they burned. I would order whole pizza but cook said all slices are fresh cooked and recommended to get it. I m not recommend to buy pizzas in this place. So disappointed as I was left without lunch.

Weve been very happy with this location. We order the Primavera and always get lots of toppings. The older gentleman are very patient with my mom who always gets confused. Thank you.

Ive ordered many times from this location and no problems until today where I was poorly given service at this location when I picked up my pizza. The employee took food orders of the other customers in front of me and once he finished he didn t even bother to ask what I wanted or any type of help. He wiped his hands on his pants and went to the back not caring as I raised my arms up like Um hello? While my pizza was just sitting there getting cold as I came at the rite time of my pizza being ready. Eventually 3 minutes later another gentleman came to ask if they can help me. Didn t appreciate that today and not at all happy. When I got home, my pizza wasn t even hot and I live 5-10 minutes away from this pizza Nova location.

We ordered one large spinach pizza for our workplace. After 10 minuets we got our order. It was disgusting, cold and not fresh. We called customer service and they were so rude and could not accept their mistake. Do not waste your money and your time. I DO NOT RECO0MMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL.

What lies. You guys claimed you gave us plant based pizza everything plant based even the dip! Goes to find out customer service told us the dip contains powered egg and whey. It is a bread for people to eat. It is right to eat when you are hungry, but it does not make people want to eat again after eating.

Pizza was great. We ordered two pizza bruschetta and regular (pineapple and banana peppers) it was unique in its own way . Saying because we tried this combination almost everywhere and it was just distinctive.

I just walked in to buy a slice a pizza. I was told I could not be on the phone while ordering a Slice of pizza? @PizzaNova ? Is this your policy ? Future more when I said I wouldnt the guy called the police and threatened to put me in jail ? What kinda Mickey mouse company is this ? I have a video and I recorded the whole Incident? If pizza nova actually cares about the customers and how they are treated they would ask me for the video but so far all I got over the phone when I called the call centre to complain was we talk to the employee and tell them to start talking Nicely ? That was the way pizza nova handles business ? Will not be going to this location untill I hear that employee was dealt with accordingly ? Shame on you Pizza Nova.

I ordered pickup order on Uber eats. I arrived there on designated time and the guy literally ignored for at least 10 mins. No one was wearing mask in the back and it was the worst experience I ve ever came across. The guy was using his phone looked at me and kept ignoring me. Then some elderly person came out without wearing a mask and without washing his hands he handed in my order.

Have been ordering from them this past year. Pizzas are delicious, always as ordered and appreciate being able to do contactless delivery with pre pay and tip.

We have ordered from this location 3 times and on all three deliveries we were sent the wrong order. If you like your pizza thin well done, dont order from here because they clearly dont understand and you will be disappointed, even if you clearly tell them when you order they will still send you regular thickness.

so unprofessional!!! I was told to call for delivery time and who ever answered the phone was so rude! He non stop yelled at me saying he isnt a hotline and not to call him. I tried to ask for the delivery time and the guy just continued to scream at me.. And then hung up on me... When the delivery driver came i told him about the guy on the phone and he was also rude and he told me to call the restaurant to order next time, instead of helping me with the issue... would never order delivery from them again Edit: to top it off we all ended up with food poisoning from them!

Horrible experience, first off they put on the counter a old guy who doesn t speak English or understand me. He gave me a wrong pizza, when I ordered a pizza off the menu, and he didn t even know the menu. He even asked me to come over the counter and check if the pizza I wanted was correct. I had to show him the pizza off the website, and how the pizza should be done. Then he started to give me attitude. He put the actual pizza on the counter and rolled his eyes, and went back to his work. His customer service is a big fat zero. The pizza was good but the crust was a little hard than the usual.

Ordered a bruschetta from this locationas that is the only thing from Pizza Nova I like. I get an overcooked Bruschetta with TONS of cheese (i wish I took a picture). Took it back and told the guy this is not a bruschetta, it was a cheese pizza with tomatoes. He told me this is how they make it and argues this is a bruschetta pizza. He called the chef and they mentioned they make it like this due to COVID19 regulations requiring it to be cooked. Since neither of them had any idea of what a bruschetta was, I took my refund. 1 extra star for atleast giving my refund and being somewhat nice. But seriously Nova, this is twice now where a location messes up a bruschetta.consecutively.

We were told it would be a 20 minute wait at most and we ended up waiting 35. This was absolutely rediculous, and when I asked where my pizza was, I was ignored as the men continued to work. The service was horrible and me and my family will not be coming back. Highly disappointing.

Pizza Novas product is good but its people with money in their pockets that determines the restraunts out come .what i observed was less then stellar customer service nobody in this placed cracked a smile or even sounded enthusiastic about working there for me as a consumer i like to see people happy with energy it just makes the whole experience that much better . Come on Pizza Nova put some personality back into the experience dont make the experience lifeless

Nice popular, clean bar-restaurant. The atmosphere is friendly, service is good. The waiters are friendly, good cooks, and know their stuff. There is a large parking lot, and there is also a special parking lot for the disabled. There is free internet WiFi. We recommend visiting, we are regular customers of Pizza Nova. We love veggie pizza with Krispy Brad.

Food quality is very good and place is very clean. Its a bit small and doesnt has a washroom. The people there are very friendly and they make your pizza exactly how you like it.

The staff are simply adorable. They always seem to work together to make sure your order is correct. The last time I ordered a pizza from there, they mixed my order up & it ended up being more expensive than what I wanted. The lady felt bad and told me not to pay for their mixup. She was polite, although I felt bad for not paying up.
