I asked for the pizza to be half hot sauce base and half regular base, and because she couldn’t input it into the system they decided they wouldn’t do it and the reason being is “they were too busy and wouldn’t remember to do it” instead of simply making an effort to remember as a good will gesture and customer service. After all we were dining in. So many locations do it without issue.
My friend and I were very hungry on Friday night, when we checked Google Maps it said it was open until 3am, when we arrived it was 1.55am and the employee said it would close in 5 minutes, we asked him how this was possible, Google Maps says it will close at 3am but unfortunately he did not give any explanation. We wanted to use the sink and he did not let us either. The work of people with such a structure has a negative effect on the name of pizza pizza. I do not think I will recommend such a place to anyone again. Best regards
I would give a 0 if I could. Rudest people in the world, refused my service at 1pm with a empty store. Upon entering, it smelled like a natural gas leak/ human waste. They visibly had roaches(noticed on my way out)
Pizza Pizza Classic Wings is the best wings in town. It's my go-to place. This pizza location is an amicable environment, and the employee Chandra is a very kind and well-mannered lady. I encourage all to go visit and enjoy the hot and fresh pizza.

very unsanitary. they used rotten meat with bacteria. I reached out and let them know but I got no resolution and they challenged me. they showed me the box of bacon and the man was not wearing gloves when he was holding the meat. it's horrible. Don't go to this place you will get a stomachache

So I ordered here all the way from my school. It was 12:00 P.M and I just ordered. Cashier said it would be ready in 25 minutes. I knew I was gonna be late but the cashier realized that we needed to get to school early. He sped up the cooking process of our cheese and pepperoni pizza so that we could catch the TTC bus. Our pizzas were ready in just under 15 minutes, and we managed to catch the bus just on time. I thank the cashier there for hurrying up when there were lots of customers. The pizzas were hot and yummy. Would come back if I needed a pizza quick!
At 6:56pm I ordered online for 8pm pick up. I get at the restaurant at 7:57pm they said is not ready. I proceed to wait. 5 minutes after they confirm the order with me, and they said they never received that order. I leave the restaurant so upset and they call me at 8:15pm asking me to return at the restaurant and they gonna make it for me and it will be ready in 5 minutes. I called to 967-11-11 at 8:20pm and they said it was ready to pick up. Then everyone at the restaurant are liars because the order wasnt ready. By phone, they only said sorry like 20 times, but never offer at least a discount for the inconvenience. Nothing. Last time that I buy at pizza pizza. I know is not a big deal, but at least the people now they cant trust. Now I have to go at home, tired, hungry and upset to start to cook and eat in around 1 hour just because your employees dont care. Thanks for nothing literally.
A quick and easy pizza experience, even on busy weekends. The cashier at the front desk, Chandra, was friendly and helpfully recommended the curly fries. Will come again for another pizza Saturday

I had a terrible experience with the Pizza Pizza location at 3358 Keele, between 5:30 and 6PM on Sunday July 9th 2023. The staff were rude and uninterested in serving customers; I waited over a half hour to be acknowledged, and was misguided by the Pizza Pizza app s progress tracker (not the app s fault as the employees did not care to ever update the order progress.) One customer in particular seemed to be outright racially discriminated against, as he (a black man with his daughter) received no attention until he had to cause a scene, while others were able to place their orders without issue. The two employees at the front had plenty of time to chat with each other and the two delivery staff, handing each other their phones across the counter to carry on conversations with others all the whole ignoring the customers. They even forced two customers who urgently needed the bathroom to wait ten minutes to even unlock the facilities. After having waited over half an hour, I finally asked about the status of my pizza and the employee then proceeded to take it off the shelf where I had seen it been sitting (not realizing it was mine) for 20 of those ~35 minutes. They then repeatedly requested that I pay for the pizza despite prepaying online, before rolling their eyes and sliding the cold pizza to me across the counter, with the tamper proof seal ajar. Pizza Pizza might have once been a respected Canadian brand historically, but these employees have single-handedly devalued it. I would highly recommend that Pizza Pizza revoke the owner s franchise rights until these four employees have been fired and new employees properly trained. Should the owner be upset at this request, I ask them to review the security footage themselves, including the lost dollars from multiple customers simply giving up and leaving, disgusted with the careless and untrained employees left to mind the store. Regardless, I ve provided my feedback directly so there s no need for the auto reply. To any customers considering this location in the meantime, choose literally any other pizza place as you are worth more respect than this location shall ever intend to offer you.
Can t even use the washroom here
Terrible service! I placed and order and went to the washroom and took a bit longer than usual because of stomach problems and one of the workers knocked violently on on the door and shouted at me when I got I. I tried to explain to he my stomach problems but he started to curse at me and violently shake his wooden staff at me. He almost violently hit me and spit at me and called me all sorts of curse words. I tried to be calm him down by explaining the situation. But he just kept threatening me. I wanted to pay my food and pick it up. But he didn t let me and kicked out of the store for no reason. I was a long term customer but will never gonna use pizza pizza again if that s the quality of service.
